Nestled amidst a captivating landscape of palm trees, charming houses, and beach shacks, this homestay offers a serene and enchanting escape with panoramic sea views. From the moment of arrival, We were embraced by a warm and friendly atmosphere created by the gracious host Manveer along with David, and Mukul. This review highlights the outstanding features of my stay, including the delightful companionship of their dogs, the culinary delights served with fresh recommendations, the helpful suggestions for nearby attractions, and the host's exceptional kindness in accommodating our late dinner.
1- Tranquil Location and Breathtaking Views:
Located in a picturesque setting, this homestay immerses guests in a tranquil environment. Surrounded by swaying palm trees and a charming coastal community, the property provides a dreamlike ambiance. The path leading to the beautiful and clean beach is a magical experience in itself, setting the stage for a memorable stay. The panoramic sea views from the property are truly awe-inspiring, offering a constant reminder of the vastness and beauty of the ocean.
2- Heartwarming Hospitality and Furry Friends:
Their genuine hospitality and welcoming nature created an atmosphere reminiscent of being in a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful presence of their dogs, Bruny, Betty, and Leo. These friendly and playful companions added an extra layer of joy and comfort, making my experience even more memorable and enjoyable.

The culinary experience at this homestay surpassed all expectations. Each meal was served with utmost care and freshness, delighting my taste buds with a burst of flavors. My stay at Manveer's was really great. The entire team were welcoming, friendly and hospitable. They were attentive and helpful throughout my 7 night stay. I felt at home.
Mukul, David and Chotu were great. Bhupinder and Rahul's cookery was fab. Food options were equally great - especially the chicken curries and red snapper!
My room was about 100m from the beach (Agonda) - had great views and it was peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable, clean and had good AC. The only feedback is that the WiFi kept dropping occasionally during the day, due to short power outages, but it came back online within minutes. So, if you're planning on working remotely, be patient and understanding.
There are lots of local options for food throughout the day, if you wanted a variety. I also recommend Zest Cafe and Kopi Desa. Palolem Beach is only 15 mins by cab and there is an ATM 10 min walk away from Manveers. It's about 1.5 hours from Goa's main airport - so taxi will cost approximately 2500 Rs. one way.
I'll definitely be coming back to Manveers again. A special thank you to Manveer and Kavita for the kind hospitality.

Great food with very good hospitality. Really worth the money. The menu is very much affordable and the host Kavita was really good at her job. and the best part is they have beach access also. Would really recommend this place.
We have stayed there for 1 Night. You will get a very good vibe. Perfect beach location. Small market area near this property provides everything you need.Good food & drink. Humble owners Husband & wife works very hard to keep this place perfect destination in south Goa.
The perfect place for vacation. The beach just in front of the resort. Amazing food, amazing host !! A must visit place in South Goa. This experience will be marked as one of the best vacations we have ever had. Being between the nature has rejuvenated us.

This place is one of a kind experience staying at Manveer's place. I stayed there for 8 beautiful days with two different rooms with different views. Honestly I loved both of them !
I can vouch for this place and you will have a whole new experience and it just makes you feel so home. This is a sea front just right on the beach property. I couldn't have asked for more.

The best thing for me to go back to this place is ofcourse the property but nothing can replace the staff. Such an amazing people especially Dev thakur was one of the sweetest I have ever met who is absolutely kind enough to help you with all that you need without a hassle and makes you feel so home.
I must say food is at its best and top notch, I will never miss Manveer's kitchen if I drop by to south Goa anyday for a good quality and delicious food as Manveer the owner who is a master chef himself has curated a whole new list of menu which is excellent.
Jaiyender was one of the senior chefs at Manveer's kitchen was also extremely friendly and a great cook who is kind enough to their guests and super friendly which definitely made us visit the place again and again.
I cannot miss Gautam, a key staff who is extremely helpful and so much dedicated to the job I have never seen in a while. Having such great staff is totally an asset.
Manveer and wife Kavita ( his "Best Friend" as he says :) ) hosted us with such beautiful stay and food, thank you for making it a memorable experience.

With over a decade of hotel industry experience, owner Mr. Manveer is a well-known gentleman amongst the locals.
We dined at Manveer's kitchen for 2 days and loved their food. Kids liked specially marinated starter and veg dishes.
Ambience and service was also excellent.
The place is facing towards the beach, had very good ambience & vibe.
Serving portion sizes are good. Food is tasty. Menu options are a bit less & a bit pricey though.
Overall its a nice place.
I read about this place in some article, I wanted to go. Just passing through the rainy streets of Goa I found this place coincidentally. This is the most beautiful, serene and wonderful place I’ve been to in Goa. The food was amazing, the service just flawless and the whole vibe was so warm and relaxed and happy. I just wish I’d discovered it earlier on my trip. Beautiful place, very friendly staff and prompt service. Very extensive menu, Beautiful outdoor setting, very long and varied original menu; amazing fresh organic salads; delicious panini and crepes; some of the produce and spices are grown there; and deserts to die for also made from scratch in house. I recommend ordering a variety of salads and dishes to share, and take home since desert because you will want all!
Manveer ji and Kavita ji have built an amazing place in Agonda beach side. Thier kitchen is the highlight and the conversations with Manveer ji are priceless.
They both are travellers by heart and are always egar to meet new people.
Property is very maintained and surroundings are quite and peaceful.

This is the best food ever. Later when I'm very rich, I want to hire Manveer as my personal chef. Absolutely amazing food, staff and service.
I'm writing this at 01:18AM, because I was still thinking of his food which I had 20:00.
Superb place to relax and rejuvenate, prices are not upscale and I'd say perfectly set for a place that is on the edge of the coast. The beach is visible when you stand on its porch and the tabel you'd be sitting at will make for a very memorable sunset. And if you are all worked up, just make five hops across and you'll hit the tides. Best to spend the whole day together with people you've got and if you get too lazy to go back, you can call it a day at their perfectly suited huts that will not disappoint you!
Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the beach, which is 100 mtr away from the hotel.
Mukul, David and Chotu were great. cookery boys were fab. Food options were equally great. David was too humble and ever ready to give his assistance.

Excellent place to have good quality food around Agonda. Perhaps even the best if I might add. The menu is well curated and they taste really good. Manveer takes special care of the guests and even modifies the food basis specific needs. The staff is well trained and show the same warmth as Manveer does. If you're in South Goa specifically around Palolem and Agonda, make sure to give this place a try.
PS- It's pet friendly and has one of the cutest in house pet dog you'll ever have the chance to meet.
