Best of food I ever tested in my life Kirak 🔥 And must try Nawabi paneer tikka and Paneer pasanda

Food quality is very good. This is a PURE VEG. RESTURANT. They are made of good material and quality. And quantity is really adequate. Two things missing 1. Child water 2. Child lassi/ chacch But all other things are good. Don't think that its inside so it's not a good deal, its really good and worthy of amount.

Cozy ac restaurant. We had tried their Thaliwala Thali. Taste was not wow. Average taste like other restaurants. They have other options also in their menu apart from thali.

Great food and great service. Wanted to eat light and non spicy. We ordered Dal Fry Jeera Aaloo, Curd and Missi Roti...All of it was prepared as desired. Taste was awesome. Curd too was amazingly fresh.

Went to Agra for the first time and after "The Taj Mahal" tour, i randomly visited this veg restaurant and ordered North Indian. Trust me --- With incredible Taj Mahal to this incredible north Indian - dal makhani i ordered at the restaurant made my day. Awesome food and service 👌

I'm the nephew of this restaurant owner but I've always been there as a customer and trust me the good ambience, food and the hospitality of this place is something else. I've never tasted food this delicious. Especially the Malai Kofta. Must try and must visit this place whenever you're in or near Agra.

On 24Aug'19, I was commuting between Balaji and Kanpur. It was dinner time so I hopped in to this place. It actually deserves more than 3 but not 4 for sure. The ambience is good, tidy, spacious, comfortable which is important if you want to relaxly enjoy your meal. The staff is attentive and sufficiently professional. The service is a little bit slow but it's manageable.<br/>I required the vegan food, so there were limited options available. I opted for one Dal makhni, jeera rice, jeera aalu, an aquafina and 7 chapatis. The food was appropriately cooked. Jeera aalu was yummm.<br/>I personally felt that the prices are a little bit on higher side as i had to pay 796/- for this short and simple order. I expect that for such an order and similar location, the ideal price range is 650~700/- but it's subjective. Anyway, place can be recommended for occasional and recurring visits.<br/>And the deserving rating to this restaurant is 3.5. Thanks to the restaurant team for their services.

Service was very slow. The food was good though. We ordered a kheer for dessert, it was spoilt so had to get it replaced. Nice place for family dinner.

Amazing taste specially if I talk about maharaja thali.. it was great overall taste is good but over priced and the wash basin is very close to the tables so it's not something we are looking for at this price point but the food is great in taste.

Ordered junior thali - which had 3 big pieces of kulcha, aloo, rajma, white rice, salad, curd with boondi(which I asked them to remove but they didn't, finally I throwd it) & paeda. The quantity was filling and taste was average. Over all I got average experience with the thali / dinner.

Well, the waiter here was very careless.<br/>My cousin suffers from serious nut allergy and inspite of us asking 4 to 5 times, the waiter was confident that the kofta curry wouldn’t have any nuts. On trying it, the reaction started and my cousin had to vomit everything. Eventually, it was understood that the waiter didn’t even bother to ask the chef who confirmed that there was cashew paste in the gravy. Awareness needs to be brought in among the staff regarding such health issues.<br/><br/>Giving 2 points just for the food which was good.<br/>

They have a unique original taste for all the dishes. I loved this place for the food and the staff is also quite supportive. Expect the veg raita everything was superb. So one less star bcz of raita. Good for family dining.

Tasteless food, we ordered paneer mushrooms but it was poor than any dhaba sabji, naan has nothing special with and the pulav, navratan pulav was like steamed rice and rice were messed up seems like too much boiled and also tasteless, this restaurant is only targeting tourist from they get through their local guide agents

Had shahi thali.included many items.food was ok.one thali is enough for two or three people.only downfall is the bowls served are small so it was not comfortable to eat from them.staff was courteous.

We were in agra and visited this place. I found this place ok and can say only the paneer they served was good. Worst part was the biriyani and fried rice they served. The rice quality was too bad. After having food in the evening I started having stomach pain and vomit. Later on my wife had food poisoning too. Never ever visit this place and rice- never there. The staff and service is terrible and I would never ever recommend this place

The variety of thalis and the range they are priced at are amazing and do sound interesting, but when served it does not match the description.<br/><br/>Only visit if you feel like dining outside just for the heck of it. Shahi Thali is very good and enough for 2 adult and 1 child.. cost wise also good only they should increase the amount of Biriyani.. as well as Dal Makhani. .. as there are 3 types of Roti it needs more Dal for sure

Located on main road of fathebad of agra, if you are looking for thali food in fine dine restaurant then you can plan to visit thaliwala, they have good option in thali but for veg only. Type of dish served in thali was also excellent..

What a meal ..great food .cozy ambience. I ordered palak paneer and yellow tarka daal and both the dishes were immaculate. They give you a salad along. Try their aloo paratha and lachha parantha with sweet lassi and it will complete your meal. When in Agra and looking for good vegetarian food this is the place to go !!

It was just a random visit in there after looking at zomato reviews and bhookh to gandi laggi thi.<br/><br/>So we tried<br/>1) Shahi thali- its difficult for even 2persons to complete it. Thankfully they allow sharing of thali. Taste was really good. You can have have taste of almost all the north indian item in their menu in one thali. <br/>Best part was gulab jamun(i m a big fan of gulab jamun and i m not easily impressed by any gulab jamun but this was different, it was actually yummy and must try)<br/>Saszi was good- malai kofta was the best.<br/>Green chatni- it was spicy and it was a definate yum.<br/><br/>2) Paneer pakoda- 12small pieces and we liked it. It was tasty.<br/><br/>Ambience was not bad considering the restaurant. Staff was helpful. <br/><br/>Finally if u r in Agra and looking for some good options, definitely visit this place.<br/>

Coming to food we ordered shahi special thail which is sufficient for two people.<br/><br/>Firstly they serve soup you can choose they do have 3 to 4 options..a drink like cool drinks,butter milk and lassi can choose one..then they do have a thaaliwala special which was kind of roti with sweet stuffing..it was okay coz it was oily..<br/><br/>Then comes the huge thail it has variety of curry, sweets,two roti and one vegetable rice,papad and salad. They had given dal but not rice..gulab jamoon was stuffed one i didn't like it at all...it would be betta if they had served normal one...<br/><br/>Cleanliness they should work on it..

The best thali you can eat,I had the maharaja thaali whilst my friend had the special maharaja thaali.Portioning was excellent and the 3 dishes that stood out was cauliflower and potato,dal makhani & chole.Roti was served fresh and absolutely hot.<br/>We were happy with the ambience and service provided.<br/>Will be back for more should we be in that area.

Beware!! Served two days old rotten rice smelling like sever. Rest of the food also had no taste. Owner appeared clueless. The entire place was smelling awful right from entry point. More of an unsystematic dhaba. Please don't get carried away by paid reviews. There are excellent options in the vicinity. Avoid on all counts.

We have searched for few restaurants in zomato before visiting this place and review were good.<br/>We have ordered 1 junior thaali, shahi paneer, mix veg, veg biryani and breads. I would say that food was delicious especially paneer and biryani. Staff were also courteous. A restaurant that all tour guides and Rick guys recommend( mainly coz they get a commission as stated by the Rick guy himself)... very dingy looking place ...food is okie ...but it's economical ...we ordered palak lehsuni ..roti ..n Kesari kheer ( which offcourse did not even hav a strand of kesar in it)..the total bill was Rs. 490... they took ages to get the finger bowls and bill...<br/><br/>Don't get fooled by what the tour guides and Rick guys saying !!

If you want budget food go there. Food is also nice but not good service. They did so late to serve us. Liked the chutney. Will visit next time for budget food.

Ambiance was good. Food was fine. A lot in quantity. I had lunch with four of my friends, we tried Paranthas Thaali , a plate of Pav-Bhaji and one Maharaja Thaali . Prices are not much heavy on pockets! Vegans Family must visit for sure! Staff was good and helpful.

This is one of the few reviews that I have ever written for a eatery. We visited at Thaaliwala with Family. The owner had commendable sense of service and how to take care of the guests. He graciously accepted our request to customize the menu a little bit for our young kids. We ate different cuisine food and must say everything we ordered was up-to-the-mark. All of us were so happy to choose this place for dinning. Thanks a lot to the lovely people running this place. Great job!!

Made a Sunday visit to Taj Mahal from Delhi and was looking for grabbing lunch. This place was suggested by the locals. And they did not disappoint at all<br/><br/>Food:5/5. Everything was tasty. From their tadka daal to even the breads. The preparation was really good. Serving was good enough for 3 people.<br/><br/>Service:4/5. Quick service. Attendant was not present All the time to serve but that's not a big issue. They did respond on any requests.<br/><br/>Ambience: 5/5. Decent family crowd. Enough sitting space.<br/><br/>Definitely will recommend it to my friends visiting Agra.

This is a vegetarian restaurant and my personal description is that the the THALI is the best sampler set that can be ordered.<br/><br/>This meal comprises of seven to eight vegetable, achars, rice and some chapatties. In one go you can taste so many different items. A small sweet is also included. It was Angoori Petha (signature item at Agra) on the day we visited this place<br/><br/>At Thailiwall you may share the Thali if you so choose and generally the quantity is sufficient for two moderate eaters.<br/><br/>The food is excellent and the restaurant is clean with a nice wash room. The staff are very helpful and attentive and it is a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant

We were advised to eat dinner here and nowhere else by a close friend in the tourism industry. The food was definitely good. Their special Paneer Tikka Masala was excellent. All the other dishes are also very good. fairly reasonably priced.<br/>The service was fast, and the waiters very pleasant.<br/>I cannot compare with other famous eateries in the area, but would definitely recommend this place for Pure veg Indian food.

We were here by zomato but our tour guide and driver misguided us for some other restaurant but we found our decision to be very good. Good food and great service in comfortable surrounds. Although they were very busy when we went orders were taken and food arrived quite quickly. We enjoyed it very much. Restaurant is totally House Full but the service provided is outstanding. Having heard a lot about this place and being a pure veg restaurant we decided to gorge on food here for lunch. We had the junior thaali which came with 2 tandoori roti, a mix veg sabzi, dal, chutney, papad, achaar, salad, boondi raita and a kesar angoori petha. Excellent food!! The sabzi was a little spicy for me but otherwise everything else was just too good. The dal tasted fabulous and the raita also was very well balanced. This place is almost like an oasis in the dessert considering Agra doesn't have many restaurants.The food is good the thaali is well spread and every dish has a different essence to add.Im not a fan of petha so instead of petha asked for another desert as a part of the Maharaja special thaali .It was enough for two of us and food is heavy considering two tandoori roti and Butter naan

Great place for finger licking taste. Very fast service and preparation food so good we can't explain in words. The place looks little small but inside its amazing and they have proper parking area on backside and in front of restaurant. The rates are very cheap and affordable according to there Taste. Really the Taste I got in Thaaliwala, we never found in other place.

Umda Khana... Prompt service. I'm non vegetarian but this type of veg food I rarely had it in my life. It's around 1.5 Kms. From Tajmahal. And can be easily traceable from Google Maps. We ordered Ala-carte and Maharaja Special Thaali...truly saying taste was awesome I will never forget. CHUUK NA JANA THAALIWALA KA KHANA👍

Really awesome. Worth my money. All the items are really upto the mark. I have had many thaalis in my food hunt journey. But this one was the best.

This place looks very tempting on the outside. The mirrors located in the inside make's this rather small place look very very grand. <br/>We ordered few parantha thali's - and we were put down according to the value for money it serves.<br/>Parantha + Curd + Chuney + Pickle - slightly out of taste for punjabis. <br/>Honey Chilli potato - missed the crunch we were looking for. The only reason why it got the 3 stars are because it just served us the exact type of TEA we were looking for. <br/><br/>For the first timers just a suggest - please do not judge the book by it covers

On the second day of my trip I visited Thaaliwala as suggested by the staff of my hotel.<br/>They have various type of thalis.As we were 9 ,so we Ordered a-la-carte.<br/>Sweets were comfortable,ambiance was fine.<br/>We ordered dal makhni,shahi paneer,chana masala and tandoori roti.<br/>Dal makhni was decent .But I was really upset when they served paneer makhani instead of shahi paneer.It was served with lot of dry fruits.<br/>It was good but they served paneer makhani instead of shahi paneer which is not good.<br/>Tandoori rotis were overcooked and very hard.<br/>

Weekend at Agra, and post seeing Taj Mahal while coming back saw this place... It doesn't looks great from outside but inside it was OK. <br/>Disappointed as the wash room was at the entrance and had too much peneyol in it which led to stinking smell... Thankfully they had two places to sit on and a narrow passage to go to it. <br/>Coming to food. Ordered their Maharaja thali<br/>Food was great n sufficient for 2 persons. <br/>Paneer was too spicy, other than that dal, mixed veg, Chole gulab jamun kheer curd.. All were great.. <br/>Good place for outing but am embience needs to improve a lot. <br/>Just a small negative.. No music...

On 28 th December 2k16, I visit on this outlay with for a dinner ... in this place I love the atmospheric of the place as well as the presentation of the services .... and one thing more is behaviour of the servicemen....food was qualitative as well as quantitative .... But i found the loophole in food .. that was tandoori roti which is over cooked.. that all from my side ...

Khana ho to Thaliwala  ka ho warna na ho.  Great food. We had Punjabi food for 2 days. It was amazing food. Words are less to express. If you are in Agra and wants to have veg Punjabi great food must visit this place.  Taste was great. Staff , Manager and owner are courteous. If you like medium spicy food ask them they will provide you as per your taste.  Muche ho to Naathu laal jaise or Khana ho to Thaliwala jaisa ho.

Good place to have a Indian veg food. Loved the ambience and food quality superb and in very good quantity. Must go for lunch time. Staff is trained and accepts digital payments as well.
