Review Bikanervala - Agra

Except for a few egoistic discourteous staff, cashier and cooks are nice. Food was great! Value for money. Had chhole bhature, superb!

It's a self-service restaurant which offers a wide variety of options in cuisine. We tried the North Indian thali, noodles, Makki roti with sarson saag, Raj Kachodi, Malpuva and Gajar ka halwa. We thoroughly enjoyed every item that we had ordered. The food items are very filling and a thali, or a combo is sufficient for an individual.

Had lunch with my team and enjoy it. Food taste was very good. Must try place at Fatehab road Agra.

The Christmas decorations were amazing the staff had Santa caps on them also the food was very nice I loved it the pav bhaji and chole were very Endorsing would surely visit again after the heat in taj mahal this would a perfect place to relax and have lunch also the food was affordable

I Found Bikanerwala as one of the well decorated restaurant with a wide variety of food including North Indian, South Indian, fast food, beverages etc. If we talk about the prices then, it is moderate here, neither cheap nor costly as well. The sitting arrangements is really nice. You can have your meal in there, or you can also have the take away option as well. It is one of the best place for party with friends and family for Birthday celebrations or any other occasion as well. The thing that I liked the most is the Self-Service part. You have to place the order at the cashier point, give the tokens at the cooking area, and you pick the order yourself from that area with extra bowls, plates or spoons, if you need any. You can call the service boy at last to bring water for you, or you can have that from the alleys...;)

It's slightly substandard in comparison to other bikanervala restaurants. Preparing food was quite late and a couple of items had to be reminded as the guys manning the stalls were forgetful. However, good quality, neatness and atmosphere were good and at par with other similar class restaurants.

It is a good place to unwind and relax, have a bite and seep in the environment. Savior sweets, window shop more than you eat. In short enjoy yourself in the hot humid environ of the outside air. Inside the climate control works beautifully. Only hope the staff was a bit more attentive to the customers. Overall a good place.

Their special dish raj kachori really good in taste i never found such good taste of raj kachori on other restaurant.. They just need to improve their services they must be more fast..

The food was good, service was fine, ambience is fine, washroom was not bad , manageable. However, the attitude of people is not very good, they come across as rude and not welcoming. We ordered Ghar ki thali, it was good , the phulkas were soft and hot, dal and aloo sabji was a little spicy, white sauce Pasta was average, better than our expectation from that place, fried rice Manchurian was also not bad, average. The place is good for North Indian food like thali, chole bature etc. However not bad for other cuisines too.

In photo you will find Navratra thali, I ordered @315 Rs. But When i got via delivery I shocked to see the portion size.<br/>Was too less for Rs 315, portion less, found Ant on my plate when i visited restaurant. I definitely avoid to go any Bikanerwala. In other like Gopal Sweet you will get good food at less price.

I wanted to have some faluda today and they sent the worst possible! No taste nothing! Faluda wasn't even proper! I don't expect this from a brand like you guys! Ordered rajkachori in which dahi was stale also ordered some dhokla which was again stale...didn’t expect this from bikanerwala...also it was an embarrassment as called d food for some guests...makes me wonder if they send all there stale food on Zomato orders...bcoz personally whenever v hv picked up stuff from them...nvr got such stale food...

Please take care in delivery. Entire food got mixed. Dal went in paneer. Raita went in dal. Paneer got mixed with salad. What's this yaar :-(

Sweet paradise i would call it. The badaam milk and this strawberry pastry was a bliss.. The sweetness is up to the mark nor too much nor too less and also their kesar lassi and aloo piyaz kachori are mouth watering there so many items and its not possible to mention all here. I love them.

I use to have cheese sandwiches from here alot but today what they delivered was so dam pathetic that we had thrown that sandwich . I think quality needs to be improved on priority basis

Recently I ordered Gulab Jamun and Malpua in sweets. The restaurant has decreased the size and quality of Gulab Jamuns. I always used to eat them here and the quality were better before. Malpuas were not even cooked properly.<br/>

I ordered rava onion masala dosa through zomato , when i tasted it , i was shocked that masala in side dosa was rotten , it was giving bad smell, i was not able to eat single bite of it , pls take care of these things n hope it will not repeat in future

I am very disappointed not by bikanerwala but by the Zomato Services.I ordered rasgullas from Bikanerwala, but Zomato cancelled it saying that I didn't responded the call from the rider. When I called the rider,he said that that the order won't be delivered.When I contacted Zomato they said that the amount won't be refunded because they were deducted as cancellation charges. When I contacted bikanerwala they tried to help,but there is no response from the Zomato's side. Really Inconvenient and fraudulent activity from them. When I said that I myself will pick-up the order then also they refused to give the order.

Excellent place to go with family. Have varied range of taste in veg menu. Chat, dosa, dahi bhalla all are good. Disappointing to me was paneer tikka ( extra large size and not roasted properly) and chhole bhature ( taste is missing and bhaturey are extra hard). Must improve upon these two items. Rest is good and must try.

On our visit to Agra we went to bikanerwala...Ambience was good and staff was responsive but what disappointed me was food.We ordered Shahi Paneer ,Dal ,Butter Naan and beverages.I don't know what u people call naan but u should definately visit to a dhaba or else visit punjab u will get to know about the taste and quality of food....Serving people Rubber naan at such cost...paneer was littel decent but again beverages were not that good..Do Not Visit Here For Proper Lunch or dinner.<br/>Advice:There's a dhaba next to Kfc in d same lane...
