I recently had the pleasure of dining at Agashiye, and it truly encapsulates the essence of Gujarat’s rich culture, delectable cuisine, and warm hospitality. The ambiance reflects a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. The culinary experience was a delightful journey through authentic flavors, showcasing the diversity of Gujarat’s culinary heritage. The staff’s impeccable service added to the overall charm, making it more than just a meal – it was an immersion into the heart of Gujarat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Gujarat’s culture and hospitality.

Wonderful Gujarati dinner served on a lovely terrace (it's not take away, I don't know why the names says so on Google Maps). Pure veg, no alcohol. Delicious and free refill... perfect!

Lovely Gujju food hangout. Pricey but good. The only strange thing was they don’t accept Amex cards. The service was good and food was very nice

The restaurant is located in a beautiful old house which has been adapted to a hotel. Most of the old structure and fittings seem to have been preserved very well. The ambience of the restaurant is nice and I had the set thali which had some nice ghee laden rotis and traditional Gujarati dal and vegetable. The papaya salad was very refreshing and the meal came with a lemon juice and buttermilk. It was very interesting to have the waiter bring a bowl and water to allow you to wash your hands. The one thing I thought could be added was a little personal touch to explain to tourists what the food is all about or even the history of the place. A little personalised hospitality is what would help.

Nice place in old Ahemdabad area, one of the heritage property in city, must visit if u here for 1st time. Can shop at nearby market and can visit night food market at Manek Chowk after 11. Can spend evening till night in this area. Old Bazaar, hush hush area. Parking space can be tricky, plan accordingly.

The rooftop setting and the enormous portions are the features here. Food quality is good but it is strictly Gujarati veg and, as such, not particularly adventurous. It’s an all-you-can-eat thali format, and the servers bring the food to you. You’ll be stuffed, for sure, as you fight off the aggressive service.

Amazing experience coming into Ahmedabad. Seated on the terrace of the House of MG (Mangaldas Gopaldas), the heritage, food quality and ambience is truly iconic. A must visit for anyone coming to Ahmedabad. Thali was not too expensive and the food and ambience were great.

Amazing palce and food It was an unforgettable experience. As per most of our friends and family it serve the best Gujarati thali with royalty ambience in Ahmedabad. . Food is unlimited and authentic Gujarati. The food was delicious . Staff is really friendly. The hotel cum museum concept is the most unique part of the place. Per thali with cost approx 1400 with unlimited food and the best part is the menu changes daily so you get different food in all your visit .
