The Sunday brunch has a good spread. The variety offered is good and most of it flavoursome. The deserts as well as drinks are low on sugar, sometimes taking away from the taste, especially Indian mithais.
The service is good. Sometimes, there is live music which adds to the experience but needs to be at a lower volume so the customers can also carry their conversations.
Food, Service and ambiance all are great. We went for breakfast and options are really nice though one cannot have everything but they have curated menu quite impressively. Quality of food is also nice I just got disappointed with fresh fruits option and some muffins they were not so fresh. One dessert I loved is chocolate pudding.

Essence is truly one of a kind. I’ve never very been to a place with such exquisite delicacies. Props to the wonderful staff too, especially Kimaya, who was very helpful. I would totally recommend this place and come again!!

We went for lunch at the Essence restaurant. The buffet spread was one of the best you can get. It had an excellent selection of Non-Vegeterian Food items. The spread had a mix of meat, chicken and fish.
The icing on the cake was their CHEF - Gautam was available to guide us on food and taste. It was nice to understand things from the chef himself.
The main grouse that we have was that the Dessert menu was not up to the mark. Most fruit deserts on that day were made using artificial essences. Even the chocolate deserts were not up to the mark. They can make this better.
The stay was amazing, the breakfast was extraordinary, the manager Pankaj was supportive and offered us to order something which we had in mind and not necessarily available in the buffet. We were offered an egg dish (not yet named) by the chef Amit. Attaching a photo below for the same

The food was delicious. Overall service was fabulous. The chief Gautam and Dipankar were kind to arrange additional dish that was not included in the menu. Enjoy it to the fullest.
