Review Fozzie's Pizzaiolo - Ahmedabad

Honestly saying, I can't rate by just ordering two dishes. However, I have rated the food 4, on the basis of quality and taste. We ordered the 'No mistake' thin Crust pizza and a Hot Chocolate, we enjoyed the pizza very much and the hot chocolate could have been more creamier. However it is a value for money place.

Was there for the dinner , the place is good , food was 4*. Staff was attentive , the service was good. Parking as it was festival day the restaurant and the parking was all available. Menu has both veg and Nonveg. Overall it was a good experience.

The place has some really good pizzas. We visited for Lunch and the seating was available although it was almost full. We ordered truffle mushroom appetizers which were amazing, the brocolli pesto soup was good too and the thin crust pizza was the real deal. The crust was crispy and the sauce and toppings tasted amazing.

Man, the best burger of my life. Porky pork focaccia. I am a serious foodie and having tasted many famous mumbai gourmet outlets, this one just came on the top. The restaurant took 20 minutes to prepare. The quality and quantity of meat, cream and other stuffing along with world class supersoft focaccia. Fozzie, take a bow. I would gladly spend 250 rs on this anytime. Btw, two people can easily share this jumbo sized burger.

Beautiful place with a nice ambience and good food! Also, cricket screening adds good vibes to the place. Many options to choose from and all are delicious. The place is small and hence I doubt if large groups can fit but definitely worth a try. Moreover please refer to my pictures for happy hours and unlimited food schemes they offer. Negative points are parking and hence it's difficult to find a parking place.

I went today for lunch and I have also been here for a dinner . Both Pizzas and pastas are great. The pizza have such a thin crust that the taste of base is almost nothing. The seasoning and cheese is good . I think desserts can be better . Honestly loved the food and atmosphere 😄

The thin crust pizzas here are to die for, the toppings are just right, and it’s one of those rare places where the meat on the non veg pizza isn’t too dry. I love pasta and I’m usually quite critical about pasta, but this place never disappoints. We have tried plenty of things on the menu and are yet to find an item that doesn’t blow us away! The food is so good I can never wait long enough to get a picture, have to dig right in! I also really loved their bottle opener board and the culinary books that they have on their shelves! Also an added pull is knowing the chef is from WGSHA! All in all probably my favourite place in Ahmedabad, don’t mind driving 30 kms up and down to have a meal here!

We had ordered for Classic pepperoni and Leonardo pizza.. the delivery was quick but the pizzas were not cut properly.. and since there was paper on the base of packaging.. the middle portion of pizza got stuck due to which the pizza was wasted.. Also it wasn’t cut properly However the taste was good.. but Leonardo pizza was very salty and there was hardly any chicken.

One of the best Pizza & Pasta served. If your a fan of thin crust pizza, then this place is heaven. The side dips & ketchup are really really good. I can say, they serve the best mustard sauce is town.I wonder if they prepare it fresh?!! Worth Multi visit.

The food is great in taste, good ambience but they really need to improve on service.. they are too slow in serving, esp for large group n large orders. It was very annoying as each dish was served at a gap of 2-3 mins of finishing the first dish..

If you even visiting Ahmedabad for barely two hours also, you shouldn't miss out visiting this place.. It's a heaven for Pizza Lovers... Someone who appreciates true mouth watering delicacies and a fantastic meal.. Confused on what to order?? Allow me to let you in on a secret trick of mine... Ask the chef to suprise you, trust me, you won't regret it!!

A bit disappointed with the food, I have been to fozzie's before when restaurant just started, I loved their food back then, but this time food was not tasty and flavours were blend, I think fozzie's lost its freshness.

The place is quite good with its interior and food they serve Italian food as the name itself says.There famous pizza are thin crust and in that also they have Italian French fries pizza which you will not found anywhere else the combination of fries and pizza makes pizza wow😋 and there cheese garlic bread is just amazing❤️ I must one should visit who are lover of thin crust pizza

The crust was readymade (not fresh), sauce was bland and cheese didnt taste like cheese. It was even burnt on the first order which they later replaced on request but still won't recommend.

we ordered a pizza and were blown away with the kind of flavour and warmth and aroma and types and textures of the cheeses they used immediately. My friend and I go around trying new pizzas everytime we meet. We thoroughly enjoyed a pizza after 2 years of trying new places. The fries were cheese butter garlic, perfectly light and crisp. just the 2 dishes made for a good late afternoon lunch. Peaceful ambiance with good service, made the experience better overall. The place is pocket friendly too, definitely worth going early evening or late afternoon.

Ive been to Fozzies a couple times... Both times we have ordered the enchiladas....first time i had it, it was basically cold. Though the taste was average..but even the second time i went the enchilada was basically cold.... I looked at previous reviews and a number of people have alluded to being served cold food like cold pizza... This seems to suggest that this place has a recurring problem of serving cold food which is pretty disgusting... Not sure if they are simply serving meals cooked days before and trying to reheat it.... But i would avoid this place that used to be very good....

Fozzie's Pizzaiolo. Cafe. Deli – I visited Fozzie’s last Sunday with family. The interiors are done very nicely and the restaurant is spacious and has a nice outdoor seating arrangement with a view of S.G highway. There is a TV and projector which telecasts Star sports. We ordered normal Nachos , 2 pizzas and Lasagna which was good and tasty but carries a hefty price tag . All pizzas are 11 inch and thin crust but I felt the topping was less for a loaded pizza. There is a book shelf that has comics and a wide selection of book but it is near the entrance and is practically invisible until you leave the restaurant. The restrooms and washrooms are very neat and tidy and there is ample place to have a birthday party as well. I have tried the pizza from the owner years back and the taste is the same but the price to a little high. The seating arrangement with the benches needs to have some space between then as you are very close to other patrons.Lasagna’s quantity was also less as each of us got only 1 serving and the quantity should have been more. It’s a one time visit as there is a lot of options for Pizza lovers in Ahmedabad

I Had takeaway a pizza. It has onions, black & green olives, jalapenos and bell peppers.  It is properly baked. I love the taste. surely visit again.

Situated in bodakdev, this cafe has a decent ambience along with quality food. They have a unique pizza with fries on top with amazing flavour of fresh herbs and is called the fatty nonsense pizza. This unique pizza is definitely a must try for all. Also their donattelo pizza is worth a try if you want a kind of medium spicy pizza. We also tried their penne pesto pasta which was kinda ok, maybe bcoz it was cold by the time we ate it. Overall a good place to hangout. Also they have zomato gold applicable there and so it turns out less heavy on your pockets 😉

Has one good spread of options. Had <br/><br/>1. No mistake-pizza : It has onions, black & green olives, jalapeños, sun-dried tomatoes and bell peppers. It was full of cheese, loved it all together, except for the sun dried tomatoes, they were kinda killing the feeling, but anyway after removing them, it was still hell a tasty.<br/><br/>2. Enchiladas platter : Has One huge Enchilada, topped with grilled cheese, Mexican rice served with guacamole, salsa and sour cream and nachos with cheese. The quantity and taste both are really good. <br/><br/>3. Chocolate mudpie : Would have tasted even better if it was warm, but none the less, was amazing too the way it was.

Service was extremely slow, with average food quality, could have been much better, Highly Disappointed.

These guys make a 'No mistake' pizza which is perfect, there cant be any mistake with the pizza. Tastes amazing. Right value for many what more can u ask for. My dine in experiences have been average but its a ritual to order and indulge in a no mistake once in a while.

Ordered Fatty Nonsense and Mushroom Pizza for Delivery (Zomato).<br/><br/>Pizzas were cold and less tasty. <br/><br/>Mushrooms didnt come into taste.<br/><br/>Packaging is simple but could be better.<br/><br/>Fatty Nonsense is good and the fries and cheese beneath combo is very nice but the cold made it less tasty than usual.

The place is quite big compared to other cafés in the area, in person the cafe is much better than it looks in the photos, ambience is amazing, interior is great and quality of food is excellent, this place can be one stop destination if you're looking for good time with friends and good (insta worthy) pictures. Heard a lot about place but experience is not quite worth. Ordered chicken chunks which is not found in their menu now along with three cheese and barbeque chicken pizza and last Maxican hot pot to finish the meal.<br/><br/>Pizza comes in thin crust only and quantity in all the items is very low against the price charged. Items are bit overpriced that's what I felt. Maxican hot pot comes in shallow dish with very small quantity.<br/><br/>Though ambience, seating arrangements and food is good. Staff can be little more attentive as they started switching off the lights and AC as we were last to have meal and before we could finish they were in hurry to shut everything's off.

The ambiance and aura of the place is tremendous and live. The set up is spacious with an option to dine in open space. We ordered Mixed sauce Pasta (Jain) which was excellent in taste. Thin crust Pizza (Jain) was baked well and good for two person serving. We also tried Coolberg (Non-Alcohol Beer) which was not so impressive. Over all it was good experience.

Fozzies is an average restaurant. The pizza had this weird cheese spread on it, sort of like mayo... The enchiladas were too small though the taste was very good. Other places do put put more real cheese on the enchiladas though. Service was poor with waiter trying to take the plates without asking while food was still on the plate. Overall, i doubt Roger Federer would have enjoyed the mayo taste in the pizza or the shabby service. (The chef claims to have served Roger Federer in the menu which maybe true but isnt reflected in this restaurant). The salsa, guacomole and spur cream with enchilada were awful.

It was oneof the coldest pizza I ever had. Felt like it was made hours before I even placed the order. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This place has gone to dogs. The service has fallen down. The food is bad. The portion sizes have reduced while prices remain the same. Management needs to do a re-jig else this brand will shut down soon enough. Disappointed.

The place seems to be pretty much over rated in terms of almost every thing. The menu however looks interesting on the menu card but is infact, highly disappointing when it comes to actual execution.<br/>Sharing a recent upsetting experience. We were there 2..3 days ago and ordered for a cheez garlic bread and cold cut pizza from the menu that read that the pizza mainly contains ham, salami and pepperoni. Had also ordered for onions as additional topping. Unfortunately, the order received was very disappointing.<br/>The order arrived very late. The garlic bread arrived after 35 minutes and the pizza after another 30 minutes.<br/>It was some pizza with only onions and salami as toppings, no ham no pepperoni unlike that, what was mentioned in the menu.<br/>When reported, the impolite cum rude and shameless service person first started to argue that this is how the cold cut pizza is supposed to be. When showed in the menu card and after he confirmed from the kitchen, he said that kitchen people should have informed that these things are unavailable before confirming the order to him and that it is not his mistake. To our ultimate surprise, he also said that since it is on the table now, we should have it the way it is or if we are not ready to eat this then he can take it back to the kitchen.<br/>After which he started smiling shamelessly as if he was enjoying the entire thing.<br/>The restaurant manager repeated the same and they continued to laugh shamelessly as we headed out of the restaurant.<br/>Hence, we do not wish to visit the place again.

Though being a pizzaiolo, the garlic bread was the best dish i ordered, pizza crust was great though. Ambience and service were pretty good too, but 4 stars cuz a bit costly for what they serve, can't say not worth it though.

We visited this place on a Sunday evening - 2 adults and 2 kids. Reached at around 930pm and got a table immediately.<br/><br/>The staff was very courteous and got us seated straightaway. Since it was a Sunday evening, we expected the food to take longer than usual.<br/><br/>Ordered - Greek Salad, Mr. Patata, Cheesy Garlic fries, No Mistake pizza and Ravioli.<br/><br/>The ravioli in Alfredo sauce ordered for the kids was just what the kids wanted - lots of cheese and good tasting ravioli. The salad was also good, though the portion size was a bit on the smaller side. Mr. Patata tasted nice and was served with a dip that went well with it.<br/><br/>However, the pizza was a major letdown. It was brought to the table after almost 45 minutes and it was served cold. The delay can be understood - but serving it so cold is just inexplicable. i have been a fan of pizzas from this place, they've been delivered in a hotter state that what they brought to our table last evening.<br/><br/>The cheesy garlic fries were also cold by the time they got to the table.<br/><br/>The reason you go to a restaurant is to get served hotter food than what you get delivered from the same place. Guess it works the other way around with Fozzies.<br/><br/>Dont know what went wrong. Will keep getting food delivered, though dining in was not such a great experience.

Ordered online from Zomato received totally cold pizza. Surprised how does that happen. Quality also not even worth. Garlic bread was one of the worst I ever had. No cheese and not even baked properly.. bad experience

The chicken pizzas here are just wow. It's one of the best places in Ahmedabad where you'll find decent over cooked pizza's. Prices may seem a little high but it's totally worth it.

Overall it was an OK experience. Staff seemed less interested in us as they had their Sunday brunch going on...we ordered Nutty banana smoothie which was pathetic. Pizza was just ok.All our expectations were pushed from the top of the mountains without any harness.

This place has been on my favorite charts since it was in a small shop on ground floor. The pizza, the ambience, the food is just amazing. This time I wanted to order something which is not pizza and ordered Pesto Tapenade Bruschetta. It was the most authentic dish I would have tried. So, it was raining heavily which is a rare sight in Ahmedabad. We had a plan to go out and chill. We were in our car and deciding what place to choose, suddenly we saw fozzie's and thought of trying it. We were not wrong in our decision. It has bit of everything if you just want to hang out for couple of hours. I was more interested in board games which we also played later. After few disagreements we agreed upon chicken tacos, hummus base pizza and enchilada platter. Tacos were very crispy which shouldn't be that much,and too much of salad dressing above it, hummus pizza was a delight. The platter was also moderately good. Beverages consisted of kit kat shake and cranberry coolberg. Shake was amazing. Portion size is moderate. Taste of garlic bread & pizzas good, focaccia & lasagna were ok. Ambience & service are good. They made a discount mistake in billing for my gold membership, but rectified when I pointed out.

All their pizzas are thin crust, though the crust is good but the toppings were really bad. Their pizza toppings definitely needs improvement. Pastas were better in taste compared to the pizzas. The staff isn't very supportive either, definitely not a recommended place for good food.

A place that offers routine and non-routine pizzas. We tried pizza with hummus base and it umm...did not really created a vow moment for me, but it was definitely not a bad decision to order it. We could not try any other dishes, but it would be on my list to visit again and try something else.<br/>They also have a few different pickles on sale, something that pickle lovers may enjoy. Seems like the founder is an ardent traveler and loves to showcase collectibles. Go visit his collection of bottle opener magnets.<br/>One suggestion to the restaurant team - develop an expertise in at least one or two desserts; this is not something that many restaurants focus on, so it can prove to be a differentiator.

Ok for a change once in a while. People who prefer usual thick pizza would be definitely disappointed. Drinks and mocktales are quite over priced.

A perfect pizza place, with the best pizzas and subtle ambience. They have food for all, with fries pizza (interesting) to multi-grain base and so on.

To begin with, the table which we we were assigned was not very comfortable so we waited patiently and told the staff that we will occupy the other table which was getting cleared. Twice I informed 2 staff members, but they were least bothered. When complained to manager, he was silent with no explanations.<br/>Coming to the food, the nachos were okay, nothing great about it, then came the pizza which was bad and then came in the lasagna which was the worst. The food was cold as well.

Real good place for a hangout. The food is awesome especially their pizzas. They have got almost every topping and combination on a pizza that a person could think of. Pizzas which can southe everyone's desires. Must try.<br/>

Worst service and worst pizza they made. staff was unprofessional and may be uneducated, I found a baby cockroach on my table so Informed to staff and he just removed it with paper napkin and he left... no apologies even. after this they served my 1st order which was pathetic, so I spoke to the concern person but he didn't replied positively. After all these they served 2nd order now there's no words for this as I know that they will not gone care for anything. they made my day bad..... will never go back again, can't tolerate such kind of .....

We have been regular customers at Fozzie's since we love their menu! Somehow today, the pizza we ordered through Zomato, had regular tomato slices instead of the sun dried tomatoes that this pizza is supposed to have which was rather disappointing.

Very disheartening last visit. Ordered Mr bean pizza which was missing beans guac or anything claimed and importantly taste. It was topped with stale lettuce and had a bad base too.<br/>The Alfredo pasta was like the ones you get in poor buffet.<br/>Was so disappointed that had no wish of fighting with waiters and the great meal I wanted to have to recover from losses of Marvel End game was ruined.<br/><br/>What has happened to this place? Have they sold to someone or success has gone in their head?

For lovers of quality food only!! This place is one of the best place to hang out with friends on SG Highway. Their food is excellent, staff is polite, service is quick and to top it off Zomato Gold is applicable too. !

Although I have never been to this restaurant, the takeout here is brilliant. there was really “no mistake” in the food here. They also have board games and other activities that you can enjoy.
