Amazing!! Just amazing!!!! Loved the ambience, hospitality and above all -food!!! Everything from starters to main course, veg or non veg was just amazing!! Probably one of the best places in town but lesser known!!! We had Water-chestnut (Singhade) and lotus stem (Kamal kakadi) in starters, pasta and chicken tikka sizzler. Super yummm!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

It is an open air restaurant of Fortune Landmark. It is located by the side of water front and lying Buddha Statue. It is a good place for dinner.

This new place has opened up in the legendary Fortune Landmark, which has been offering delicious food for over 15 years now. Café Landmark, the first of its kind, has now been turned into a lovely little place called Wind & Water. Luxuriate in the beautiful ambience and take your pick from Mediterranean, Lebanese and Continental cuisines. The restaurant is only operational between 7pm and 1am; it's a good idea to book a table before you visit.

Excellent food. We had Thai Curry, Thupka Soup and a paneer starter. All tasted well. A few of my friends had some chicken dishes and they loved it as well. Ambience is class. Dim lights, falling water, breeze and Jazz music. Perfect for a dinner date.

Nice place to hace a meal with your family and friends. The service is great, ambience is amazing, and not to mention the food is marvellous. The outdoor dining area is in the backyard but is definitely eye catching.

The place has great ambience. Very good food too. The rates are five star rates but if you are looking for a special private place, this is a beautiful choice.
Silky Roy
The ambience is very beautiful . Though situated on ground floor the wind feels like on a rooftop. The food is average. Overall can be tried once.

Food was awesome. Tried few dishes and all are tasty. Nice ambience.

The KOI are huuuuuge. I mean really BIG koi swim around your table. The ambience is very nice. The staff too are very courteous and pleasent. Ananya led us all the way from the main restaurant to our table when all we asked were for directions. Very satisfying reception. The food is tasty. Authentic and tasty. Tried the Khowsuey soup. It was heavy. Almost a meal by itself. The watermelon mojito was nice. The fish takari was lil bland and mildly spiced. Risotto and sizzler were good. Overall a memorable outing.

Once upon a time this place use to be really good. As its a beautiful place I always end up going.

But unfortunately now it's a horrible place to go (for food). I guess recently they have a new chef.. Bad Chinese food, bad waffel, bad fried rice, bad chicken.... Pls guys do something... You are overpriced one won't mind paying if you serve good food!

First and foremost the ambience is awesome. Sitting on top of an aquarium while enjoying your meal is a very lovely experience especially for kids. They love it. The staff was very courteous and the service prompt. The food lived upto the expectations we had for a high end place of this sort. Everything from starters to dessert was very well prepared and presented.
Visited this place while on a Business trip to Ahmedabad from Mumbai.

Firstly the ambience 😍🤩, it's very beautiful and calming.
The under water glass flooring view with fishes swimming around makes it altogether a beautiful experience 😇

Ambience 🏖️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wish I could upload videos of the glass floor view it was surreal 😍
And the live piano music was like a cheery on the top of the already great ambience. (Give him a raise Management, IF he is underpaid; he played the songs beautifully). 🎶🎹

Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The quantity was really good, but I think the dishes were a bit sweet to our taste, that may be due to our appetite being used to all the spices we add to our food 😅

Loved the Penne Arabiata pasta, Red Sauce 😍, they made it a bit more spicy on request 👨🏼‍🍳🍝🥗

Do visit it, if in Ahmedabad Ashram Road 💪🏼😎

-Happy Munching 🤷🏼‍♂️

Nice place polite staff. Very beautiful environment. Specially for celebrating anniversaries. The water body sealed by seating area floor made it very beautiful ambience. ! Food was also delicious!

Amazing place and nothing like this in the whole of Ahmedabad. Cool casual and delicious
Would recommend this anytime
In the centre of the city a refreshing approach to the very food

A perfect place to sit by the water below your feet. The place offers a lot in the field of ambience but on the contrary it's food is close to satisfaction. Though a special mention is definitely on the card's for there desserts especially the almond apple pie and gulab jamuns served with hot rabri. On the overall side a must place to visit once

A place to enjoy quality time with your family or friends. The place makes itself more beautiful with it's decoration including waterfall and a peaceful piano artist. The under-table aquarium is also making your experience more enjoyable.
Coming to food quality, food was good..could have been improved with local taste requirenment.
Coming to price, come on...atleast you can check menu and judge...are you willing to pay this price or not?

Nice place for a cozy dinner, it's quaint and we'll kept place. Food is good, staff hospitality commendable, must visit if you are looking for a quite evening.

Revamped version of the cafe that existed earlier this place is an outdoor as well as indoor seating fine dinning restaurant that has a mesmerising ambiance. A waterfall enhancing the outdoor dinning experience lets you dine on top of swimming fishes which is a sight to look at while dinning at night with the dimly lit outdoors.

Must go places in Ahmedabad for good food and great ambiance. Their fresh windy open air sitting is unique as its on glass flooring over an aquarium. Imagine Fishes swimming under your feet while you are munching onto their lip smacking food with special somebody, light music a water fountain behind you..that sound of water...aah.. What else anybody can ask for. I fully recommend the place.
Now coming to their food. They are a multy cuisine restaurant. Starting from soup to dessert nicely curated menu that everyone will find something for their taste buds, For pizza lovers mutton pizza was awesome, veggie pizza was also as good. Pasta I love my pasta in white sauce and it was good. Butter chicken and mutton curry both I tried but for me mutton was good as for me butter chicken should be on sweeter side.
For vegetarians must try is dal and Thai green curry.
The Chef From India Mahima Iyer Keval Patel Viral Vinav Keswani SodaDiaries

Fortune landmark! A name famous enough to just be simply bank on!
A beautiful evening as it was, our decision to go to wind & water ; literally added more glitter!!
Walking through that wooden door, on my left passing by a big lying Buddha sculpture dragging my attention we reached to the open dining area!
Beautifully used open area with a wonderful waterfall sharing its soothing sound with the beats of the music, trees over us partially giving us the peak of the glittering night sky, glass flooring to see underneath fishes having their own lil territory, and a lil Tiny lamp resting on the table giving perfect amount of shine to the night.
*my eyes had had their meal already and now it was about time for my tummy to get some food*

We were accommodated and menu was handed over. We decided to keep it limited to just one dish for having heard they serving a good quantity!

We ordered
• dum Subz ki biryani *accompanied by papad and raita*
More or less 20 min. Our dish was served

• dum subz ki biryani - it was basically a basic level of biryani with chopped veggies and with strong flavour and aroma of all sorts of khada masala !!
With Raita and papad of course it tastes amazing and the quantity was good as well. I'm not a big fan of the flavour of Khada masala in rice but this one was subtle and nicely blended , therefor the flavour didn't ruin the actual Taste of biryani!

I'm absolutely happy with this place! My next visit is here will be happening soon to find its Nonveg delicacies!!

Food 8/10
Ambience 10/10
Service 8/10
Price 7/10

Wind & Water, taking over it's predecessor Cafe Landmark is a welcome change & as the name suggests, there is water and wind(owing to it's location). Situated in Fortune Landmark that already boasts of one of my favourite restaurants, Earthen Oven, i was hoping for the food here to be very impressive? Well, was i impressed? For most of the part, yes!

The ambiance is suggestive of comfort, featuring the sound of a faux waterfall(which can be toned down a bit) & fishes swimming under your feet while you're dining. The service was efficient and the food we tried was abundant.

Hitting off with a Broccoli & Almond soup which i found decent at best, the cold Chicken Caesar Salad was refreshing with adequate pieces of Cluck Cluck. Now the next two dishes turned out to be great. Mutton Sheekh & Chicken Tikka Pizza. The base, sauce, the marination on the meat rendered beautiful flavours. The Mutton pizza specially is a definite try! The Chicken Conchiglie pasta in a cheesy sauce with peas can be avoided. I couldn't really spot any chicken per se. The Basil Pesto however was quite decent and i liked the sauce.

The Charcoal Fire Chicken Tikka Waffles, albeit fancy sounding had more waffle than the filling and it left a lot to be desired. However this can always be resurrected with a few modifications.

Among the mains, the Butter Chicken though good, could have been better. Didn't really try a lot of Bhuna Gosht so as to effectively comment on that. But the little portion i had certainly felt good. Accompanying these were hot Malabar Parathas. Good combo all in all. The star however, after the Mutton Pizza was their vegetarian Thai Green Curry that got us all pepped up instantly. The burst of flavours was phenomenal.

At this point, though stuffed as a Turkey on Thanksgiving, I still went for the desserts that included the Almond Apple Pie & Zauq E Shahi(Mini Gulabjamuns with Rabri) wherein the Latter emerged a winner.

Should you go? Yes, you must!

Went here on a pleasant evening and the ambience accentuated the experience. They have glass floors under which you can see a large school of fish. The eating area is open so the great weather was enjoyed.

On to the food:

1. Broccoli soup
Decent. Not great but definitely not bad. Needed some salt and extra flavouring. 3/5

2. Caesar Salad
This was surprisingly better than expected... or looked. Nothing great on the eye but it tasted fantastic. 4/5

3. Capriosca Pizza
The pizzas were a big hit. The base was perfect in thickness and texture while the sauce was super tasty. Generous on toppings as well. 4.5/5

4. Penne Pesto
Very undercooked and bad to taste. 2/5

5. Chargrilled Veggie Savory Waffles
Not bad, but the waffle batter to filling ratio was off. Too much batter and very less filling. Maybe if they put the filling on top of the waffles? Taste wise it was good. 3/5

6. Thai Green Curry
DEFINITE MUST HAVE! Easily the best Thai green curry I've had in this city. 5/5

7. Paneer butter masala
Good. Cant really go wrong. 4/5

8. Mix veg subzi
Not a big fan of this dish as it is. Taste wise; was bad. 2/5

9. Kaali dal
Fortune is famous for its kaali dal. And as expected they delivered. Delic dal! 4/5

10. Almond Apple Pie
WOW! I inhaled through this in no time. 4/5

11. Mini Gulab Jamun in Chilled Rabṛi
Very well made. Very tasty. 4/5

Overall, yes I would go back. And yes i would recommend this place for a visit, especially while the weather is good!

My recent visit to this newly opened joint was an experience of hits and misses. Talking about ambiance, I really loved the way it was set up. The open spaces are always welcomed. However, I thought that the noise of water was little louder. As I was seated before an artificial waterfall, it at times caused disturbance in conversations.

The staff and service was prompt. They ensured that everything is going the right way.

Coming to food, here's my take on the dishes:

Hits:

Capricciosa Pizza: Filled with fresh veggies, cheese, and amazing sauce - this pizza was just perfect! The base was crunchy and baked to perfection.

Cesar Salad: A bowl full of blasting flavors. The veggies were freshly cut and mixed with the sauce. I could feel the crunch as I took a bite into this salad. The seasoning was also perfect. Enjoyed this.

Green Thai Curry: ONE OF THE BEST IN TOWN! It was heaven. I could feel the lemon grass and coconut light yet yummy flavor exploding in every spoon sipped. From colors to flavors, it was a treat to eyes and stomach.

Dal Makhani: It was creamy, delightful, and flavorful. Just order rice and dig into this one. The smokey effect in this dal was also commendable.

Malabari parantha: crisp, oozing spices, and crunchy - this was a definite win-win dish.

Apple Pie: I loved it. The daze of cinnamon and apple flavor brought out the best in this desserts. Enjoyed having it.

Misses:

Broccoli and Almond soup: It was okay. I felt that the blanch taste of broccoli was still there. Maybe a little more minutes of cooking it was required. It was also more of broccoli and less of almonds in consistency.

Penne pesto basil: I generally love pesto pasta. The sauce was good. But just like the soup, I would have preferred it to be cooked a little longer so that the blanch taste would not have been there.

Classic & exotic char grilled vegetable waffle: They were too dry. No amount of toppings was Enough to make it a good dish.

Veg Kadhai: this dish lacked spices. A little.more spice would have made it an Excellent dish.

Overall, i would really appreciate the service to be patient and on their toes to serve us. I will definitely go back for.thai curry and dal Makhani. Viral Mahima Iyer Keval Patel Pratik Khubchandani Raveena Gohil

A nice place to dine in an open place. As the theme says, Wind & Water, it suffices in both ways. There is a waterfall built inside and the floor beneath us is water too covered with glass and you can see bright colored fishes swimming around. A serene ambiance and not too bright lighting sets in a different mood altogether.
Coming to the food, the following was tried:
Cream of Broccoli & Almond: served in a mug, which in a way becomes easier to drink, was good. Less almondy, more of the broccoli broth.
Caesar Salad: iceberg Lettuce, tomatoes, olives and other veggies tossed in a good dressing.
Capricciosa Pizza: loaded with red chilli, jalepenos, capsicum, green olives and super cheesy cheese. The crust was thin and perfect.
Penne Pesto Basil Pasta: I am not a fan of this pasta. It is a bit bland for my taste.
Excotica Char Grilled Vegetable Waffle: my first trial with savoury waffle and it was not that bad. A bit dry and over crunchy, but tasted good with sour cream and salsa.
Paneer Lababdaar: not spicy. But the khada masala taste was a bit overpowering.
Veg Kadhai: a bit bland.
Thai red curry and Thai Green curry. The most spectacular dish on the table. Must must try !!
Dal Makhni: the best dal in town ❤ nobody beats this one.
Mini gulab jamun with rabdi: the combination is classic and never goes wrong. The rabdi was spot on.
Apple pie: the texture was not crumbly. That was disappointing to me.

Overall, if you want to spend some quality time with your loved ones, this is the place to visit.

I had the chance to visit Wind and Water for dinner recently and with the on set of winters the ambiance for this place seemed absolutely perfect.

This is where the legendary Cafe Landmark was and the place has been rebranded as Wind and Water - the ambiance with it's fountains and under floor fish tank seem to be perfect for that. Stunning settings - one of the best I have seen in Ahmedabad.

We had -

1. Almond Broccoli Soup - Served in a mug this was a good way to start dinner especially cause of the weather.

2. Chicken Ceaser Salad - Loved the dressing and the way the grilled chicken in the salad tasted.

3. Chicken Tikka Pizza and Lamb Seekh Pizza - The pizzas here were absolutely fantastic!!! Right from the base which was firm and crisp, to the sauce and especially the toppings I really have to give it to the chef for these two dishes! Knocked it out of the park - so so so so good.

4. Chicken Stuffed Waffles - Didn't really get the point of this dish as the chicken is supposed to be on top - you couldn't taste it between the waffle and it had become wierd and soggy. This can be avoided.

5. Pastas - Decent.

6. Butter Chicken and Gosh Bhuna - I expected a lot from the butter chicken but it was average, the mutton on the other hand was tender and beautifully cooked. Paired with Malabar parathas really enjoyed it.

7. Black Daal - The kaali daal was fabulous to say the least, so Creamy and so flavorful. A highlight of our meal!

8. Green Thai Curry - Im so sad that I was soooooooooooooooo full by the time I tried this, because this dish was all in all lip smacking good! It was probably the best Thai curry I've had in a long long time. It was so tasty and packed with flavors, the texture was spot on and it was just super super delicious. A big thumbs up to the chef for this as it was simply outstanding. I'd go here and just eat this - it was THAT good.

9. Apple pie and MINI Gulab Jamun w/ chilled rabri - both desserts were good.

The food here was good overall, the service too was decent. The best thing was the ambiance and the setting and how it all comes together to give you a memorable experience and evening.

Do try this place and I'm sure you'll really like it! 😁😀

Situated on the ground floor of Fortune Landmark and privously known as cafe Landmark. As soon as you enter, one eye catching statue of laying Buddha with shower behind it situated on one side which sets theme. Ambience gives soothing energy. Highlighing part is there big aquarium under the floor with colorfull fishes. There is also small falls on side which makes lot of noise. So it is really good romantic date kinda place.

Coming to the food we had very long menu.
Broccoli almond soup: Served in mug instead of cup, it was more on broccoli side. 3/5
Chicken caesar salad: It was average in taste. 3.5/5
Chicken tikka pizza: chicken tastes good 3.5/5
Mutton seekh pizza: very good if you like seekh kebab. 4.5/5
Macaroni pollo e Piselli: avaoidable 2.5/5
Charcoal fire chicken tikka waffle: avaoidable 2.5/5
Bhuna Ghosht: Good, meat was soft enough and gravy was good too. 4/5
Butter Chicken: It could be better. 3.5/5
Daal Makhani: Must have dish. 5/5
Green Veg Thai curry: way better than other places in town. 4.5/5
Malabari paratha: Good but could be better if softer. 3.5/5
Almond apple pie: It was good 3.5/5
Zauq e Shahi(Hydrabadi): Its nothing but gulab jamun with rabri. 3.5/5

Service was slow. Previously known as cafe landmark, it's an out door seating restaurant with a huge fish aquarium as the floor hence the name wind&water.
We started off with broccoli almond soup, served in a mug, just the right quantity and a perfect start.
Chicken Caesar salad 4/5
fresh cold salad with a lot of chicken.

Their show stoppers were the pizzas. Perfect base with amazing flavors. The smokiness from the meat was infused in the pizza itself. The veg pizzas were equally good.
Mutton seekh pizza 5/5
Chicken tikka pizza 4.5/5

Chicken tikka waffles 3/5
This was the first time that I tried savory waffles. It was a little dry and the addition of salsa & sour cream on top made it better.

Macaroni chicken pasta 3/5
It was decent but could have been better.

Veg Thai curry 5/5
Probably the best Thai curry I have had. Superb.

For indian mains we had,
Bhuna gosht and Butter chicken. 5/5
Both the dishes were prepared with finesse and the curry was not too sweet not too spicy just the right amount. Although I liked the mutton more.
And the Malabari paratha with the meat made it even better.

Special mention for their Dal makhani which is always amazing.

Desserts:
Almond apple pie 4/5 tasted really good, quite heavy.
Zauq e Shahi 5/5
Mini gulab Jamun with rabdi. We had no space left yet we finished it up as it was that good.

The service and ambience was as usual great. They don't compromise on quality as well as portion sizes. This new menu is quite interesting and I will be back for more!

One of the all time great restaurants of Ahmedabad is re-packaged, re-polished and presented as Wind & Water!! Welcome back to the erstwhile Cafe Landmark..but its brighter and with a slightly longer menu, providing more options.

The swimming pool is now all but an underground pool on which the tables are laid out with a glass floor.

Wind and water is one of a kind restaurant in the city. No other place matches it's ambiance, warm and courteous staff and the food is at fortune landmark be it any outlet, wine and water, or zodiac their all day dining or eathen oven their roof top indian restaurant is always amazing which is an accomplished fact. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with soup. Soul food.
I'll be coming here over and over for peaceful fine dine experiences.

Serene ambience gives you peace. Pool with golden fishes under your table and open sky above you makes it a special place. Quality Food. Courteous service staff. Rates are a bit high. Things we tried: Cheddar Corrozza a must try, Pomodoro pasta was also good.
Ambience is the star of this place.

Big Applause for the ambiance created..! Unfortunately, by no fault of yours it gets spoilt due to the Humid weather in Gujarat. Think something about it.
By far, The Best Food i had in amhedabad was at this place. Being a privileged member of the Club ITC, i always recommend their food.

Awesome place. Lives up to its name. The dining is over a pool of water with golden fish swimming under us and the construction S such that the place is very windy even in a hot summer day. Food a tasty and service is quick. A nice experience altogether.

Ambience : 5/5
Service : 5/5
Food : 4/5
This place deserves 5/5 but they have limited options in veg so would go with 4.5!
It has everything I was looking for! Great ambience, amazing interior, very good service and delicious food. This place has glass flooring over a pool which is the main attraction and small waterfalls all over the place. We had thai rice, red sauce pasta and walnut chocolate fudge.
It is a bit expensive but worth trying. 👍

This place is different. It has outdoor seating. Glass flooring on top of a pool with fishes.Kids would love this place. Small Water falls around.

It was quite windy that day and dead insects were falling on our table with the wind.

It has European cuisine.

Ordered for a salmon sizzler and one white sauce pasta.Sizzler was more of an Indian preparation.
Pasta was OK.

Service was decent.
Fab place! It's the earlier pool side cafe at fortune landmark....now renovated.Such a romantic set up with small water falls on the periphery,a glass floor deck above a beautifully lit pool and lots of plants all around. This place has only outdoor seating.Food menu is limited and more options for non veg lovers.Food portion was good.Loved this place!
