Kandoi Bhogilal Mulchand is the best sweet shop in the city. Top rated and trusted brand since many years. This is not a shop but a mega showroom of Indian sweets. With different sweets kept on shelf display like diamonds in a museum to choose from the best. This outlet is huge located exactly opposite the stadium in Navrangpura. Would recommend to try out Kesar Peda or Cashew nut sweets. Their quality is the best. The only negative thing is its pricing which is very expensive. Recommend only for special occasions otherwise not worth its super high price.

One of the oldest sweet shops in the city, with a modern architecture but the same old authentic tastes. I have always had sweets from here since childhood. They are a bit expensive but definitely worth the money! My only wish is they start serving malai ghevar along with kesar ghevar. They are the best when it comes to dry fruits, they know it all there.

I am a fan of mohanthal only few places I prefer for this particular sweets 1st is the vallabh sadan temple near ashram road and 2nd kandoi bhogilal mulchand. I am not a big fan of varieties in sweets but I do have a craving for simple and authentic sweets

I think they can add spring rasgula , taste of Kandoi is similar in every branch across Ahmedabad. This rasgula were not soft (basically it should not be soft ) so it were perfect , I m lover of spring rasgula .

Excellent portrayal of sweets of the gujarati cuisine. The staff there is promt amd helpful. You can taste sweets before buying them. I have tried the milk cake commonly known as dudh no halwa in gujarati. Its worth for people who simply adore sweets. I have also tried a sweet named chandrakala similar to gughra that is a popular sweet during the festival diwali. The third sweet i have tried is mohanthaal. The travel pack of mohanthaal is very good and true to its name as it is east to carry and eat while you are travelling or for reserving it for a long period of time. My personal favourite sweet out of all is milk cake. The texture of milk cake was very good. It was grainy just as authentic milk cake should be and was fresh.

Kandoi Bhogilal Mulchand is one of the oldest sweet shops in Ahmedabad. It is an example of consistency in food quality,taste and hygiene. This particular branch is comparatively new and has a lot to offer! Delicious sweets are on display throughout the year. Though all sweets are delicious,my personal favorite is the Mohanthal. Do visit this place.

The taste matters and so does the price. So what do we pick? Well, once in a while, we let the prices get us because we simply love the taste it's gonna buy us. That's this place. Expensive, sure! But love their sweets. We often shop for diwali from here but the "once in a while" sweet craving is also dealt by them. :)

A well known sweet shop having outlets at various places in Ahmedabad. The format is little different as you will feel as if you are entering to a designer shop for sweets . They keep samples in the shop floor with tagging . One can see all the items and then give the orders.

Bought over 10kgs (@₹540/kg) of keseria penda for my staff members as diwali sweets.<br/>Was disgusted to find 'hair strands' in the sweets! My father on his visit to Ahmedabad got a box of sweets from this kandoi. I do not know the exact names of these sweets, but they were really delicious! It's nothing like what I've ever eaten before. We Mumbai people do not have such sweets available here, even in typical Gujarati sweet shops. All 4 varieties of sweets were nothing fancy, but were loaded with good taste and ghee....lots of ghee. The round one with the almond on top was especially scrumptious!

I absolutely love their Kesar Mohanthal! Never in my life have I had better mohanthal than kandoi's. Tastes the best when its freshly made, although it does not go dry if you store it for a week. I find other varieties equally good but love this the most!
