Review Deepraj De Kulche - Ahmedabad

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Little bit expensive but the food served here is 5 star hotel like. Hospitality of the place is fantabulous. From outside it may feel similar to other showrooms but once you enter it, it feels completely and utterly amazing. In Ahmedabad we were searching for North Indian style food with same taste which we enjoy in North India. Ahmedabad disappointed in the taste but then one day we entered Rajdeep de Kulche and it was amazing experience. We ordered food and it took some time, but when it arrived was so tasty. They cook food in parts so that nothing gets cold on the table and you enjoy hot delicious food. I am definitely referring them to try atleast one time if you lives in Ahmedabad or visiting there. You can also order food for home delivery.

Nice place with a lower seating and upper seating. Chinese bhel is really nice. Rajdeep Special Paratha is one of the best dish to try. Dal makhani is tasty.

Rajdeep de Kulche is run by Urjit, who's extremely passionate about food and also recommends the best eats in the city. I had the good fortune of trying out a new addition that will eventually make it on the menu here - Paneer Pull over. After that delicious starter, we tried the Bajra Rotla and Baingan Bharta which was simple, tasty, and perfect followed by delicious Lassi. The place has great ambience, and low seating too that gives it authentic dhaba types feels. Check it out, would definitely recommend 😁

Good Food and Good village type ambience . Different types of sitting areas like low sofa sitting etc. We tried their rajdeep special kulche and other punjabi food. The taste was very nice. They have unlimited lunch and dinner offers too but need to be 10 members. Otherwise the offer is not valid

Good location with traditional punjabi ambience. Limited menu with delicious food. Sitting arrangement is nice and attentive staff yet the service is too slow. They should improve the curd quality and increase the quantity if butter served with paratha and kulcha.

Tried this place for dinner, was almost empty around 8 PM. Ordered Rajdeep Special kulcha and Simple naan, both tasted well. But portion is not as per the price But taste is good. Ambience is also fine. Good place for group lunch/dinner. Thumbs up to this place 👍

In such Small place they have managed two stories sitting arrangments.This is live example of Space management. Sitting on dining tables and sitting on the floors, both options are available. Ambiance is very cool and catchy. Food taste is tempting. Theme of restorant is very nice and all the artifacts put "gold rust on flower" effect. WOW

We actually went to another restaurant but due to it is closed we used to go over there. when we enter at 10.10 we feel that the ambiance was good. but because of near by closing times staff was treated like we are there for free of cost. when on of them came for taking a order we gave him and he stats that this is final order if you ask after some times we are not provide you. not finished here he added again and again we gave him order and he serve only half dishes when we asked our rest of item he said that you have not ordered and in hurry to clean all. and using abuse language. again he added that its closing time. then why you are giving entry if you are not to serve to customer. then again using that you are doing a drama and all,. very very disappointed from this rubbish place. food was not prepared properly because of closing time. This was last time to go over there and the best thing was no one for taking seriously to resolve this issue. every bodies said that we are manager there is no body to over us. I mean how is this possible. Really horrible experience and recommend that eat a outside on road side but never go this kind of place where no respect and not trained staff to serve to customer.

We ordered veg amritsari subji... to our shocking surprise, it came with mustard seeds and neem leaves. Tasted typically like a kathiyawadi subji. When we asked the manager, he said every morning they prepare the gravy in common irrespective of the subji, and this is how they do it. Unfortunately that raises hygiene concern as well. Never ever going back. Highly not recommended.

The worst food i ever had is at Deepraj de kulche. Pathetic taste. No salt no spices in parantha. When we complaint the staff they rudely speak to the guests and misbehave. We been there with group of 9 and everybody were noodles just because of taste, behaviour of staff including cashier. Never ever go that place. And pulav was like we get better food at hospitals. I've ordered super paratha combo, veg handi. I didn't like the food much. Portion size of Dal, curd, butter was too less. Veg handi was ok ok. Also food delivered was cold.

The fix lunch(Golden meal) tasted good, both the sabjis were great in taste, the rotis were very soft, raita was delicious, gulab jamun was also soft and tasty dal was good rice were properly cooked, overall enjoyed the meal today!

Good I ordered online rather than going. Neither the paratha nor kulcha had any taste or flavor. The kulcha didn't have chhole accompanying it, the curd was sweet as of someone added sugar. Quite shocking that this place can’t serve anything in the right way. We ordered Chhola, Kulcha, Kheer and rabadi. While Chhola were having an unbearable tint of Black Pepper, Kulchas were more like Paratha made of maida, Kheer was giving a slightly sour taste, and they applied shortcuts while making rabadi. Instead of Boiling milk to make Rabadi , they mixed milk with mawa, tasted like hell.

Never ever go to this place, i visited third time due to fantastic experiences of last two visits...but suddenly found that the cook and the recipe drastically changed. What could possibly make you wintery day better than a very yummy dessert! Try its Kheer anyday if you have the sweet tooth. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Beautifully flavored with almonds and things and not too sweet either to stop you from finishing it all! You will finish it all! Good quanitity for 1 person.

Tried this place out on Uttarayan. We ordered mix veg kulcha (dint suit my taste but my friend liked it), paneer angara and garlic naan. Both the sabji and naan were delicious. Buttermilk was the best part, smooth and tasty!! Liked the ambience and the low seating. Also to my surprise, the place wasn't expensive for the quantity they give. Definitely worth visiting for huge groups on budget and looking for good Indian food.

Hey Guys,i visited this place recently. Most lovable thing about this restaurant is their ambience. They set up the Punjabi theme and even their staff wore the kurta n all... lets come to the food. They have all punjabi variety only. I love food quality but i have lil bit disappointed with the taste. But yeh after we instruct them what is missing they took care of that and immediately work on it. That was best spirit today we are missing in most of the place to accept the fault and do improvement. And the staff is so polite and gentle. <br/>Among all i love their seatings.<br/>When i visited this place they set up the candle light dinner so i enjoy their 90’s set up and music n everything. So writing this review after 3 visits. The food was flawless. I have tried Panner / Gobi/ Lahsun/ Pyaaz cheese Parathas and Some Kulchas of various combinations. The taste and preparation were perfect. Stuffed paratha needs skills to maintain the right amount of stuffing without breaking out from the paratha and thats what they are perfect at. Curd is given along with the paratha. The Lassi was so thick and fresh. Just the right amount of sweetness you would want from a lassi. A sunday brunch would be nice time to go. The restaurant decor is good and most tables dont have chairs; you need to sit down on the floor ( Cushion provided). The crockery used is steel utensils which give a great feel to the cuisine. I loved the Lassi Glass it was heavy and felt solid. Strong competition to Jassi de parathe.

Food is good. Loved their raita more than their kulchas. Ambience is great and staff is friendly except for one or two. Sitting arrangements on top was great. Would recommend it if you like spicy and excess l garam masala taste.

I ordered platinum dish.. And both the sabji were spicy.. I didnt like the taste of jeera rise.. I couldnt eat it.. Starter was very tasty.. The only thing i liked in the dish was starter and that one gulabjamun...<br/>And yes raita was also good... But overall i didnt like the food

We have tried Parathas with curd Nd buttermilk. Parathas are mouthwatering forced me to visit again. Disappointment only that dal makhni didn't get in Jain preparation . So request to prepare in Jain also.

Overall a descent restaurant<br/><br/>Service people are good. Food varies greatly depending on the item.<br/><br/>If you want to taste days or weeks old Dal makhani, this is the best place.<br/>They even explain and convince that what they serve is good.<br/><br/>I had same experience many times. We visit often here..but last saturday when we visit..size of kulchas are too small then before. When you spend 180 , u can expect good size kulcha or paratha.. They also not giving chole or dal with any kulcha or paratha,even achar and chutney on table are empty..<br/>Overall taste is ok<br/>Highly disappointed this time.. This is a very good place for eating punjabi food like kulcha & parathas! There are lots of varieties of kulcha & stuffed parathas. Main course too is good but you will mostly order the platters! All kulchas come with curd & raita! The place has a nice rustic ambience! We ordered aloo lasan kulcha, tamatar phudina papad paratha & paneer lasan paratha. All were delicious! Order not customized properly

Ordered Food through online zomzto a platinum Lunch , food quantity of sabji is so less i almost left 1.5 paratha,  taste was good of sabji, dal and rice is average , kheer was so pthetic

If possible I would give negative points. Worst food ever ! Dal is like water . Paneer subzi is just gravy and roti is raw. They will argue instead of providing better quality . I would advice to avoid this place

because the rajma was very spicy and half of the food got wasted as wasn't able to eat

Got Hyderabadi Biryani home delivered. Considering its price of 200+, it's quantity is not even sufficient for 1 person to have his meal properly

Deepraj De kulche a authentic punjabi style food...you just feel that you are in punjab and enjoying meal at some dhaba with facility of air-condition...this is second place which i like the most for kulcha...the taste of kulacha is too good even its unlimited dinner is awasome...specially its cheese corn tikki its just delicious...one must try this place

We ordered different stuffed parathas and kulcha...It was very nice and yummy. we also ordered Hyderabadi biryani which was perfectly made..kulcha and parathas were very soft full of stuffing

The delivery provided by Zomato is Pathetic....The food however was amazing. I had to wait for the same for 40 mins for my food to get delivered.
