Review Balaji Garden - Ahmedabad

Visited by chance but did not regret... ambience was totally simple yet the food was tasty. Quantity was sufficient. Service is bit slow yet worth visiting once in a while.

Good place to arrange parties,exhibition or any get-together in reasonable cost.Staff is very supportive.We have done 2 big programs here.Looking for more

Outdoor garden with green lawn. Beautiful environment and proper light arrengment here. We enjoyed north Indian food with business people.

It is a good garden restaurant offering authentic Indian cuisines. It is also a good place to host family functions.

Good palti plot but small plot 50 to 100 people adjust. Food is good but slow service. And dinner 200 to 400 rupees.

I happened to visit a colleague's son's birthday, and have a few banquet venues inside ,it's a pure vegetarian venue which is good for all the vegetarian food lovers,good food,and quick service.had a great time with meeting friends and families members on a special FRIENDSHIP DAY.

Balaji Garden Restaurant is permanently closed and shifted to Vaishno Devi Circle with all new amenities n much more facilities with delicious food n accommodation facilities, Perfect place for all kind of functions n parties..... HOTEL MADHULI , VAISHNODEVI CIRCLE

It is in a prime location. Parking facility is there. Banquet hall is not big enough. Food was nice but not very good.

Good restaurant. Tasty food. In satellite area. One can seat in open or in AC. Having banquet area. One can arrange a small party even. Good place to visit.

Such a nice restaurant i had ever visited in my life , the food is very fresh and delicious, the owner of restaurant is very friendly in nature he always solves problems of customers the restaurant have indoor and outdoor seating facilities and with rooftop seating , garden seating, and A/C hall 👍

Such a nice place to sit n enjoy as it's garden restaurant , you have option to sit inside as well, food is yummy n rates are too reasonable compare to other nearby restaurants, service is also good, Gujarati food is awesome... Must visit .

Taste of food is not good. We had ordered panner butter masala and playing treasure hunt to find a panner 😅. Very bad experience never gone visit again.

Poor quality food. Soups was very bad in taste. Paneer sabji was also third class. Water was like tap water. If you are supposed to go dont drink their water or else buy mineral bottle. Quality of food 0/5

This is one of the few restaurants satellite which offers outdoor sitting making it a nice place for dinner. Also they have thier small indoor sitting facility available. Food is not bad and the staff is well serving.

It had bad experience to go this restaurant. And we have had ordered paneer Lawabdar and taste was different (malum nahi kya de dia tha), only salty subji and tandoori was very hard.suggest to every one never visit there, Very Bad Experience

Restaurant looks completely different after renovated with banquet hall... They have to update pictures and new menu.... Overall good place for sitting on terrace.... <br/><br/><br/>

It was Monday evening and we had booked for 100 persons. Party plot was nice and well planned. Started with lemon water we had great feast of food at restaurant. Vegetables and starter were excellent. <br/>Can definitely organise party here.

Visited few timea but my last experience was worst... Had visited before few day... Soup was cold.... Sabji was not fresh.... Pulav was not also fresh and too cold.. When we argue they replace us but that also was not fresh.... Never visit....

The food tastes good. Had their masala khichdi bhindo masala and Tawa rotis. In all great tasting and not expensive. It's an outdoor seating place so beware of the summer. Rest it's nice.

It is a good restaurant as it is open but we can put parties and many thing. We ate Khichdi Kadhi its is too good. Overall experience - Exellent

I've visited this restaurant first time 5 years back in winter night with friends and enjoyed it! Food was good, service was great and open garden sitting was excellent!<br/><br/>But time passed and they are turned into GOOD from GREAT! Visited with family sometime back but none of the above mentioned things were perfect!<br/><br/>Food was tasteless and service was POOR!

Arranged a few gathering, overall good was just OK, service was not upto the mark, apart from food and service the restaurant has a nice open space that really makes gathering there worth. The other way around, due to OK food and OK service you can concentrate on talk to each other around you.

It was my Masi's bday and we were like 12-15 people.. First of all very late service.. Even the salad was not at all appealing. The baked dish tasted funny.. And when we complained the waiter was like "Vinegar zyada gir gaya hoga". Dude who adds vinegar to a freakin baked dish.. Sizzlers were served lukewarm.. "Balaji Garden Restaurant" - It was an occasion of bday of senior citizen & so the food was already fixed by their family members.<br/><br/>It included sukhdi , brinjal & potato ( beangan & aalo ) , khichdi , roti , kadhi , papad & ice cream.<br/><br/>So starting from sukhdi <br/><br/>Sukhdi - The taste was ok but it was chewy and hard to digest.<br/><br/>Brinjal & Potato - The sabji was good & worth appreciating. The taste was up to the mark.<br/><br/>Khichdi - It was too delicious as of home made and the garlic in it added good taste in it. Awesome is the word for it.<br/><br/>Kadhi - Nothing Special.<br/><br/>Roti - They were lacking of serving it hot since the tava of it was not placed right beside rotis counter and they were bringing it from inside restaurant. The roti was not cooked properly.<br/><br/>Ice Cream - The ice cream was Butter Scotch which was decorated with chocolate layer & what should i say about taste. It was complete Disaster. Take a lunch and ......<br/>Bakwas<br/>... Bekar food....<br/><br/>Just the place is nice to sit......<br/>Roti bakwas ... Sabji very salted , chhas tests like yesterdays , daal and rice so bakwas.....<br/><br/>Even wash bashing was very ugly<br/><br/><br/>

The food here is super. I have eaten at more expensive restaurants but their food is not always better even if they provide good ambience and all. This place feels more like a dhaba or a highway side food joint. But the quality vs price vs quantity is good. You will get your money's worth. <br/><br/>However there are a couple of negatives. They could improve the overall ambience by using better furniture. Secondly they need to start accepting credit debit cards. Yes right now you can pay only with cash.

By looking at the ambiance I was not sure whether I should take their service or not. But the food is ohhh my goooddd... Just freaking awesome. Service is also quick and price wise very reasonable. For a foodie this restaurant is must. But for the restaurant pls improve the infra and dress code and overall lookup.

It was gud restaurant, but now it turns to be worst. Food are not good quality and not served hot. Worst restaurant I ever had. I ordered sizzlers and it was cold, uncooked, messy and served after very long time.

Tried the takeaway. The punjabi food is quiet interesting. Also try the deshi khana which sounded very interesting. If you don't want to travel to a dhabba outside the city their deshi khana menu might interest you.
