Taste of dhokla is ultimate . They offered several types of dhokla /khaman . Khaman taste with verious flavour is a good idea they served with kadhi , chutney ,sambhara and mirchi . Tam Tam khaman is tangy and spicy . But having sitting area you have to stand and eat dhokla/khaman

Das Khaman is a well known, reputed and famous Farsan house in Ahmedabad. It's origin is in Ahmedabad and the main branch is near Nehrunagar circle. It is working successfully since 1922. Apart from Khaman and khandvi, this place is well known for Patra, sandwich dhokla, rolls and many more Gujarati snacks. Today, I visited their Navrangpura branch. The location is at the main road and is easily visible. I ordered one plate of Sev khamani and Tum tum Khaman each. To my surprise, the taste of Sev khamani was exceptionally delicious. The balance of garlic, spices, Khaman and sev was perfectly maintained. Along with it is served sweet yellow chutney. Having tasted the food at Nehrunagar branch, I was a little upset with tum tum khaman. As I expected, Khaman would be extremely spicy and tasty, the case was the opposite. Infact, I found instead of spiciness they might have just tossed it in kashmiri red chilli powder to impart the red colour. Yellow chutney is served along with it. Cost: 35 Rs per plate To conclude, it's a great place to enjoy Gujarati Farsan and fulfill your cravings.

Das Khaman is one of the best places for Gujarati snacks with lots of varieties. Their Navrangpura branch is also a very good one, easy to locate just next to the traffic signal on main road. It has sufficient space with tables for breakfast, wash basin, drinking water fountain and dust bins all well arranged. Very good place for early morning breakfast. The 2 things I had were:- -Tam Tam Khaman -Sev Khamni Tam Tam Khaman is what I liked the most. It's unique tangy and spicy taste is something I would strongly recommend to try out. Must try 'Tam Tam Khaman'. The only negative thing about this place is that it is expensive and quantity is less. 1 star deducted for it. Still worth a visit.

One of the authentic shop of Gujarati snacks items... Specially visited for Sev Khaman ... Taste was so good that we had ordered the same two times .. Owner is also so nice that he has given one mix dish of few snacks items complementary .. All are tasty .. Also tried Cheese corn Rolls ... It was also yummy... If you are looking for a quick Khaman Bite, Das Khaman can be a good choice! The variety of Khaman that Das Khaman house offers is incredible. I have had almost all the types. Personally I am a spicy food lover hence, I love their Tamtam Khaman more. Taste and hygeine-wise it's a 9/10. Service is quick too. There is no seating arrangement here. My food recommendation from here: 1. Tamtam Khaman (spicy) 2. Dahi Tamtam Khaman 3. Navtad Samosa 4. Sev Khamani I dish that I didn't enjoy much was Surati locho. Perhaps I ate it for the first time ever so didn't like it. Hope this helps you!!

We ended up here for breakfast and that turned out to be a great decision. The food is all super fresh and really really delicious. Tried a bunch of dishes, all had a different, distinct flavour and this place is definitely something I'd recommend visiting.

It's a good place for gujarati snack lover like khaman ,dhokla etc. Their tamtam khaman is now in demand, though its little spicy. If you dont love spicy food than try sevkhamani here.

One of the nice regional snacks place. Pros: 1. Food tastes good and fresh. 2. Staff is humble. 3. Service is quick. 4. Accepts various modes of payments including cards. Cons: 1. Seating is not available, which can be little uncomfortable. Only high tables are available to place dishes. A must try..!!

Food is amazing. likes the spicey khaman . Even after being so popular the owner feels so proud when someone appreciates the food. clean hygenic and excellent customer service . if you are in ahmedabad -- must try !

Rates are little bit high. They can chance to improve the sitting arrangement for inside eaters. Other wise food quality was awesome. I am enjoying here the Gujrati snacks food.

Amazing variety of khaman and other stuff... Patra i liked the most.... Must visit place for khaman 😍lovers in ahmedabad... It's pocket friendly too... We got 40/- plate each... Chutney is too good..

The taste of khaman was very good.I have visited this place so many times. Especially, chatni served with khaman is tasty. However,i didn't like the taste of Patra. One must visit the place especially for khaman,khamani and khandvi. Visited again today for khaman. Ordered Mari Khaman and green fry Khaman.Both were tasty.Chutni served with Khaman was delicious.

One word review: Must go place. Das khaman is the best Khaman I have ever had in my life. It is very old and famous shop in Ahmedabad. There are multiple branches in Ahmedabad, now. There are varieties of Khaman like Tam Tam, Green fry etc. Each one of it is worth trying. If you are Amdavadi or coming to Ahmedabad, You must not miss it. It is Tasty and Fresh. This place has tables where you can stand and eat, but it does not have place to sit there.

It's Sev Khamni is awesome and cheery on the cake is its chutney. All The Tyape of Khaman and Patra and others thing worth it
