Review Tomato's Restaurant - Ahmedabad

Tomato's at Chandkheda is spacious and maintains the overall decor of the chain. The service is quick and efficient. On weekdays, there's a Zomato Gold offer available. They give popcorn as an appetizer while you decide what to order. I ordered the Lasagna, which tasted good. However the price did not justify the quantity. Parking is available in front of the building.

Really good continental restaurant. Amazing atmosphere. Good music. Great for families friends and couples too!! Non veg lovers will surely have a treat here. Had the pan grilled fish with lemon butter sauce and chicken stroganoff. Both were really great. Even the paprika chicken dish was nice. Green apple basil mojito was refreshing. Overall good experience!

Went to this Restaurant today and let me tell you, it's an amazing place to spend with your family and friends over some good food and fabulous ambience. People there are so friendly and service is is amazing. Food is out of this world. Overall a 5 star rating, i wish there were more stars as option.

The ambience here was really nice. Complimentary popcorn was served in the beginning. Service was also good, and the food here was decent. Flavours of some vegetarian continental dishes seemed Indianized, though.

Best place for a quick bite or a family Dinner. The whole restaurant is in Hollywood theme of 1960's, awesome quisine combinations also must go while the Mexican festival is going on. The best soups and starters and amazing mocktails very friendly staff and great ambience. Food was awesome if you want to try something new do try the rice bowls and main course nonveg dishes.

Loud rock music, louder environment and fiery food is what defines Tomato's 🍅 The setup is rich with rock and roll era stars, upbeat vibe and spicy food. The flags of Mexico were everywhere with waiters donning a sombrero 🇲🇽 They serve a popcorn tub sprinkled with chat masala as amuse-bouche to get you talking while finalising the meal choice 🍿 They also have a Mexican food fest running serving signature food from the country. We had guacamole, Mexican hot pot, Thai paneer and lemonade. The guac was a disappointment as we found more kachi keri (raw mango) pieces than avocado in it 🥑 My recommendation: go for the Thai paneer for the delicate balance of coconut and peanut. Sugar free drink options: Salted lemonade 🍋 and Diet Coke 🥤

Starters and sides were amazing. Main course was normal. The pop culture theme was eye catching with vintage and humorous posters. The music played was sadly not of the rock and roll artists as suggested by the theme of the restaurant. The chicken starter dishes were delicious.

Visiting from USA I had to stop in & check out Tomato's .. me & my boyfriend really enjoyed this restaurant it was clean, great ambience, peaceful✌️.. food was hot & good..I had a kiwi margarita and the mocktail tacos, my boyfriend had a popcorn carmel shake & lasagna.. No Complaints on our end we would definitely stop in again.. Decor is awesome with alot of Hollywood Actors/Actresses & Singers. Staff was amazing as well.. The only way to experience this place is to go there & give it a try!!

Popcorn was given as complimentary starter which we all loved esp my kid. Barbecue chicken wings starter was yummy, the sauce was really good and the portion was fulfilling for 2 persons. Non veg lasagna was above average. Shirley temple mocktail was also quite good. Parking wasn't an issue since there are lot of open spaces near to the restaurant. Swiggy dineout is also welcomed at this place. Overall, Tomatoes is a great choice for having continental food.

Amazing place , totally worth it 5/5 . Ambience is amazing , staff is friendly and they do provide complimentary popcorn . Mocktails tastes as the name suggests but personally i don't prefer the taste. Main centre is the food although it takes time to reach the table but the wait is worth it . As i tried their non veg , it tasted great, like mind boggling I tried their chicken pepper steak and Gulzari chicken kebab and would definitely recommend it

If you are looking forward to have a blissful experience of awesome cuisines and ambience, this place is one stop of it. Get to this place without any hesitation. Served both nonveg and vegetarian food. The cost comparatively costly than other restaurants, but I believe it's worth paying. Have a great with your family and friends.

The overall experience was good. Food was extremely tasty. Service was extremely brisk. We ordered Thai Paneer which was so tasty But we found the food prices were very high compare to other restaurants in the same area But we can say against the food quality and beautiful taste of all the foods surprise was worth paying I would suggest to visit this restaurant for once

It's little expensive but visit is worth it. We ordered baked lasagna, two mocktails blue lagoon & sangaria (red) and at last, Blueberry Newyork style cheesecake. Loved the taste of lasagna & drinks but got disappointed with cheesecake. The staff is humble & polite.

Had chicken lasagna over there and without any doubt can say Tomato's is one of the best vest restaurants city can have. All their food is buzzing, the ambiance is great, and staffs are good too. Must go place for some good food with your friends and family.

After second visit yesterday I am double sure to give 5 star rating to them. They really deserve it. When we visited it first, we were 12 people and this time 22, Still they were consistent in quality of food, food serving time, service quality, etc. I have seen restaurants which can't handle large group of people when time to serve. For Nov-veg food this is finest place in area I think. However it's little costly but once you will taste their food, it's justify that price. Shikari murg is just awesome, perfectly cooked. I even don't remember to take photos. Ambience is cool. Would definitely explore more items from their menu in future.

The Mexican hot pot was absolutely amazing... Very tasty and the portion size was also good.. The pizza was ok.. The pizza sauce not that great.. Food is really good. Staff members are really humble to the customers. Bit chaotic, but overall really good family restaurant. Got complementary browny and icecream as being regular customer.

I ordered their box meals which cost really less. Three times I ordered, I received all orders within 40 minutes. I found these really tasty and great value for money. Quantity is sufficient for one, chicken pieces were tender and vegetables were fresh, sauce tasted really delicious. The food is nice, if you are looking for something continental, non spicy and an american ambience go for it. I asked for barbeque sauce with the dish I ordered but they said they don&#039;t have any sauces, that&#039;s ridiculous! Take your own sauces with you if you can&#039;t eat without them, cause they haven&#039;t got any... :)

Very nice Restaurant. It's a branch of famous outlet of CG Road. Good ambiance. Food category is different from traditional Indian style. I shall like more, if they start Thai food also.

One of the best food joints for an avid food lover like me. The eye-catching outlook of the cafe immediately swaysd me off my feet. From the courteous attendants to the creative interior decor with proper care of cleanliness..the ambience of the cafe will set your mood right for your food to come, making all of it worth the wait. The vibrantly diverse menu of the cafe might confuse a bit, but once you take in your first bite, you might never want to stop. A very good experience all together...My latest recommendation to whoever I meet.

It is SO BAD. <br/><br/>Never I have seen such exorbitant price for such low grade food. Same taste for every item we tried. The juices offered tastes so pathetic. <br/><br/>Avoid the restaurant as much as you can.

Well we were searching for something new and saw this outlet. It's a new opening. Ambiance is wow. Who won't like free popcorn :) . We tried Mexican bowl. Surprised with the quantity. At least 3 can eat in one bowl.

I ordered chiken biryani and they served chicken khichdi(bottom part as chicken gravy and upper part as plain rice. This recipe is known as chicken biryani in this restaurant lol.) Please rename of this recipe in menu card.

Decor is fine.<br/><br/>Rest nothing to talk . Food not so good . Most of the dishes taste same and expensive one . It state fine dining restaurant but doesn't feel such . Newely opened at Chandkheda, really good bright Red ambience 4.4/5 for ambience, it will take you back to thee old 90's era of Elvis Presley, Marley Monroe, Bryan Adams, God father and all, food was equally good 4/5 for food, had ordered hot mainchow soup, baked lasagna, baked cheese cortisone, green apple martini & beer mug and one of the best part complimentary fresh garlic bread & pop corn which you can munch on, fresh & exoctic veggies were used, taste & quality both were really good, service was really fast & people were friendly.

I have been Tomato's all across Ahmedabad and I love their food. However, the Chandkheda franchise was a disappointment. The food was so bland. We had ordered Fish in Oriental Sauce, Shikari Murgh and Chicken Dum Biryani. ALL OF THEM were tasteless and bland.

Red as tomatoes, the walls and tables match each other.<br/><br/>Food:<br/><br/>Mexican Hot Pot: comes with rice, loaded cheese, nachos, sticks, pita bread, capsicum and carrots this is one of the best dishes I've had so far. Just something you should not miss out on when at Tomatoes.<br/><br/>Nachos: very few places which serves this good Nachos. The quality of cheese is heavenly.<br/><br/>Garlic Bread: it was good, crisp and soft at the same time.<br/><br/>Pizza Sticks: they were nice, if you don't wish to order the entire pizza, be satisfied with these small sticks.<br/><br/>Pizza: we ordered a pizza, don't remember which one, but it was loaded with excess of cheese, which made it difficult to eat. Can work on it.<br/><br/>Apple Cina Minto: apple and cinnamon compliments each other so well. It was really refreshing. A little over priced considering the food quality. <br/>So I had the non veg Mexican orange rice and it was fine. The veg selection of Enchiladas was better so it’s probably more of a veg place. <br/>Apart from the food, great ambience, above average service (a little above above average but maybe not perfect)<br/>Overall, it’s great if you’re going for the diner experience, great for a hangout but you might wanna keep your non vegetarian expectations low.

Service staff is excellent. Very anticipative. Food will match your expectations with the ambience. As usual, their biryani's are very different but would definitely do justice to satiate your taste buds. Quality of prawns is good.

The ambience and music is sure enough to take u back to the 60s. I have been to this place multiple times now and love the food here. Place is a little pricy but the taste you get for is worth it ! Mexican hot pot and Mexican orange style chicken platter is a must try at this place. Also make sure you don't fill your stomach with the free popcorn they provide 😜

The music here is too loud when I visited . Grilled fish options are very good , a must try . The service could be improved at this branch , sometimes you have to remind them for the order that is already given . Though almost non veg items were good , because of service it was a dull experience.

This outlet of Tomato's is such a disappointment. The food is not tasty at all; the mocktails are too sugary, the chilli chicken was too spicy and the American Chopsuey was too salty. The feedback at the restaurant is taken for namesake. It is strange how the team fails to see that due to poor service at this location, their CG Road outlet will also be impacted.<br/>
