Masala Khichdi, Dal Bukhara and Rumaali Roti.
Masala Khichdi was really good. I am a fan of the famous TGB Masala Khichdi and this was no less. Very satisfying. 5/5
Dal Bukhara was also very decent. I would not say it was the best I have had, but it was suruely above average and a good option to order.
Rumaali Rotis were soft and up to the mark.
The food was enough for 2 people and the bill was under 600 INR (excluding GST) so for me it is surely economical.
The waiters are very good and I loved the hospitality. The service was also quick and good. I liked the experience.
Super amazing chicken tikka and Kali mirch chicken gravy! Chicken so soft it melts in your mouth. Chicken in the clear soup the best I ever had!
Being a regular at this one, I highly recommend Zaffran as it offers good variety of food and whats more to appreciate is that it fails none out of them. The Gujarati Kadhi and Dal Khichdi are to die for and the Butter Chicken gets a big thumbs up! One little feedback, can you guys work out a way wherein you could start home delivery of your food. Would really appreciate that. Great going nonetheless!
Visited once and then visited regularly. One of those rare restaurants in town where all their preparations are good, from Tikkas and naan to Chinese and amazing moong dal ka halwa. A must try for all the food lovers who like treating their taste buds right.

If its same, then has be 5 Star rating, if not then not sure.. I am giving based on Mumbai and Pune Experience. If its same, I would love to visit one in Ahmedabad

This restaurant is hidden in the Hotel President on C.G. Road so blink and you would miss it. We had visited this restaurant multiple times during our trip and we were not diappointed once.
They start the day with a buffet breakfast, which is a godsend for me because I love having a big breakfast ahead of the day. Upma, Paratha, Puri Bhaji are just some of the dishes that were introduced during our time there. Lunch is a different matter altogether. The restaurant specialises in Punjab food, but you can order Chinese if you're craving so. Lunch and dinner have both a buffet and an a-la-carte system in place, so you go what's on the table or what's on the menu.
In terms of the quality of food, it is incredible. I'm so glad to find a restaurant in Gujarat that does not serve sweet food. The paneer bhaji was perfectly cooked, and the gravy had my mouth salivating for more.
My only suggestion would be change the interiors. The places looks under lit, and quite depressing to sit in. Change the interiors and you've got yourself a 4 star resto.
Great food Awesome Chicken buna Masala And Haryali Chicken . The staff is well mannered and ambience is great for peaceful dinner. The quality of food is awesome.

This restaurant has a very decent ambiance, we visited for weekend dinner. The paneer starter was good and so was the pepper soup. The main course was also the usual.

We had visited zaffran on my birthday. Being a special day we were expecting some special there. We found the place awesome for the occasion. The food was delicious and staffs were always there to attend us. The ambience of the restaurant was very much soothing. We had a pleasant experience at the Zaffran. We will surely visit the place again.

This place has improved by leaps and bounds. A place which has very good ambience, fast and decent service. To top it all the food is very good, and tastes like it should. The meat is cooked just right and is easy on the palate. It is not unnecessarily spicy as generally non-veg food tends to be, in Ahmedabad. We enjoyed a good family dinner and despite gorging on the food we felt easy and comfortable. Many more visits are lined up as the place is surprisingly easy on the pocket despite the quality of food served
Ideal for a quiet and formal dinner. The food is good. specially the chicken and mutton. Reasonably priced for a restaurant within the hotel parameters, I'd recommend zaffran for a once-in-while, away-from-the-hustle-bustle kind of dine out.

Since last 20 years one of my favourite restaurant for lunch and dinner. All my close friends and family members, I never miss an opportunity to to take them for food over there.it's more like my family my own family , also service people are always almost like a good friend of mine. Chandrakant, Rajiv are always there to provide the best of class. My favourite food is tandoori chicken. I never ever find anywhere in this world to have the similar tandoori chicken.price wise little expensive but worth paying.
Sudheer Kumar restaurant in charge, has been brilliant, cooperative, very friendly, in taking care, hospitality was absolutely amazing. Great to be hear in this hotel President A Boutique, zafran restaurant.
