La Fiesta is my first choice for Italian food in Ahmedabad. It serves the closest to the authentic Italian food. Of course, it is a vegetarian restaurant (Gujarat!!!) but even my Italian friends loved the food here and the way they have married some ingredients. Do go!!! I recommend it highly.

Very good place, it's kind of where if you ordered right it's very delicious (like lasagna ala veg, barbecue pizza etc) but a bad guess could not only be very disheartening but a huge hole in your wallets simultaneously. It's sort of premium place according to the food cost but service is very slow.

Best Italian food in Ahmedabad. Fresh food, Peaceful, clean, comfort is provided through staff, toddler / kids also enjoyed as the staff customized food as per kids non spicy demands... Food is superab and it gives feeling as if we are out for vacation.

Good food! The kitchen definitely showed inclination to serve good dishes. Second attraction in line after food was that there was not much rush in the restaurant.

If you like Italian food you must try in LA feasta but frankly speaking here is so much noise in weekend. So. I suggest you in regular days, you will get best service..

Best italian joint in Ahmedabad in my opinion, do try the tobasco pizza, other than that classier ambiance. Bit pricey though

Authentic Italian food servers here. Every dish is worth try. Tiramishu & Sizzling brownie are my most favourite 😊

Very disappointed with the service ! It's rude to serve lunch to some people at the table, and keep the rest waiting for more than 20minutes

It was 9 of us who decided to visit this restaurant on a Sunday evening and surprisingly there was enough place of a lot more people. We ordered the following:

Tostada: 6/10 (kidney beans needed to be slightly more cooked and a little more spicier-could be subjective to personal taste and preferences)
Ravioli Alfredo: 5/10 (Smelled great, but tasted rather bland)
Tobasco pizza: 5/10 (the caramalized onions on top of the pizza were somewhat giving the pizza a bitter after taste)
Mushrooms grilled in oilve oil and garlic: 6/10 (the mushrooms were not seasoned and we received this starter after all our main course was over)

It was disappointing because a couple people in the group were talking highly of this restaurant. The service wasn't as prompt as we expected despite having the usual footfall for a Sunday. There was nothing among the 4 things that we ordered that any of us will gladly remember. The price however it's fairly on the higher side for an average serving.

It used to be one of the best Italian dining restaurants in Ahmedabad but with reduced portions pathetic ambience this place is not worth going for at all. The taste varies so does the ingredients ,would not recommend anymore.

It's not the same as it used to be.

Miss the vibe the CG road branch had. The food is still the same. The tobasco pizza is still our favourite. The new place looks more like a dinning hall and has the same furniture from before. It's in a dark lane and can be difficult to find. The staff was laid back and very loudly chatting standing right next to us. So the experience is lost but yo u won't be disappointed if you only go there for the food. Quality and taste both were upto the mark but id worry about the hygine considering the state the place is in.

One of the worst service and extremely horrible courtesy of the staff. All put together there were three people for cleaning, taking order and serving order. They simply can’t manage the crowd specially on weekends. Food served was tasting good but was cold. It seems chef must have prepared the item but waiter forget to serve for 15 min. I strongly advise not to buy coupons of La Feasta. Extremely costly and not at all value for money.

If you crave Italian, think La Feasta. Its the best place for Italian food in Ahmedabad. Authentic Italian and huge variety. The staff is very polite and the service is excellent.

It used to be my favourite restaurant of all time. No way if i would crave for italian id go anywhere else. But since last few times the standards have downgraded to the next level. Not just the interiors became more lousy, the taste and quality of food detoriated ever since. I particularly wrote this review to make management aware that the restaurant i used to cherish so much has downgraded. It is very disheartening for me to write such review but i would like to see this restaurant in its past glory again. Hope the mAnagement reads this comment and improve the proceedings done.

Place is quite and big enough. Food quality as compared to its price didn't serve value for money. Tried garlic bread, was okayish. Onion rings ok. #coldcoffee was perfect in taste but thin..

one of the worst places to have italian food in the city. expected a good food but it was worst. the staff was not at all corteous and were serving like they were sloging to do their job. more than half of the items were unavailable.

Had ordered Navabi Pizza and it tasted like chapati topped with cheese.

lasagna were more like indian masala puri stuffed with cheese and had no taste of its own.

enchilladas were same like lasagna couldnt understand the difference

pasta were more of water than pasta and other veggies.

wasted 2500 INR

PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER VISIT THIS.

One of the best place serving some spectacular risottos and pizza’s
Though it has lost it’s hip since past couple of years, but still appears on the top of my most favourite places.
Still not in the favour of chopping off the Non-Veg options which it had earlier!
Aamir Kundiwala
La feasta is good restaurant i love the food specially the desserts and often visit here.
From the few visits these is no availability of “Tiramisu” and sometimes we even visit just to have tiramisu. But we have to return back.So if they are not serving it they should terminate the dish from the menu.
Thanks

I visited this place quite a while before. It was my first visit to a cafe in Ahmedabad. I found it to be a good Italian restaurant.

Food: I ordered pink sauce pasta and Margarita pizza.

Pizza: It was thin crust wood fired pizza. It was nicely baked and tasted good. 4/5

Pasta: It was average. 3/5

Ambience: A small place with dim light. It is quite relative but I liked it then. 4/5

Staff/Services: Average. 3/5

ordered barbeque wod fired pizza, trust me when the pizza arrived it looked nthg like barbequed. there was red sauce, cheese , 2 slices of brinjal/aubergine, 2 slice of carrot , 2 slices of potato and 2 slices of capsicum. looked like the chef ran out of veggies ☺️. All in all a terrible experience, no value for money

Yesterday i visited this place and this is the worst experience of eating out in Ahemdabad. The food tasted very bad and i felt that i wasted money. The menu doesn’t have much options also. Overall worst experience.

Terrible food and hilarious reviews from people.
Please give reviews only if you are competent enough for giving a review on Italian restraunt.
Ambience wise also very poor while the rate card is inversely proportionate.

This is one of the most dependable places for Italian cuisine in Ahmedabad. I have tried most dishes from their menu and they seldom go wrong with their preparations. They have a great range of wood fired pizzas with Tobasco being my personal favorite. Apart from providing great food, they are prompt with their services. Overall, it's a nice place to have good Italian meal

The Italian food here is really good. The ambience is nice and it's empty of the weekends. Quite expensive for an ahmedabad place but worth the food and the service.

Worst experience so far
Very poor service
Dish we order was not available so they brought it from CG road, served cold dish
Only two persons were there for serving taking orders and preparing bills

Good authentic Italian food. We don't order Pizzas only when we go for dinner at Italian restaurant 😀. found a good variety of mushroom dishes, so we ordered them.
Crostini Di Parmigiana : Good starter if person loves rosted mushroom & olive oil preparation, good flovour but heavy diet, can be a part of main course.
Crepelle Milano : Mushroom lover will love it but it comes with out pepper. Please ask for extra pepper sprinkled over it. Good heavy dish. @
Five start for food & 4 for service and 3 for ambiance and environment.

I took a parcel from this place , believe me most pathetic pizza I could eat .
I ordered Siciliana , it says spicy tomato sauce , i am not sure but guess they used chili powder in it , which was too much and was tasting bad .
Pasta was decent .
Would not try any other things from this place .
This is a late post . ( March it happened) .

Go there for dinner..
Ambience: 3/5
Quality. :3.5/5
Service :4/5
Price is little high..
Sartre&soup is good but I don't like pizza much because topping is not proper.
Must try nachos..
It was very much disappointing. We ordered three dishes of different kinds and unfortunately each one of them tasted below average. I would not suggest anyone to go to such an over priced place. Moreover, the staff was also not in the listening mode when we were giving feedback about their dishes. I would rather suggest people to go out and eat street Italian food which would taste much better than what we had and that too in half the rates.

Food - 2/5

Ambiance - 3/5

Budget - 2/5

Staff and Services - 2.5/5

This is may be the best Italian restaurant in the city. And one of the best place to experience wood fired oven pizza. Service and ambienceis good. We had Zuppa di fagioli con la pasta (soup), Tobasco wood fired ove pizza and Penne del fattore (pasta). Quantity is good enough and above mentioned are more than sufficient for two people. Soup was great, pizza was just need some improvement as its not completely authentic and have fusion touch. Pasta was good. Half less point in rating because they could do better with their best menu. This restaurant must visit once.

This place needs no mention. With a well established name in the restaurant business, they've never disappointed us.
The Nachos, Tabasco Pizza and Raviolli are perfection in every bite.
The Risotto could have been better.
Good service, too.

Best place to go with family for pizza retreat!! We have always been fan of la fiesta pizzas!! We start our meal always with the bucket of herb breads ! Mediterranean and margarita pizzas are the best of the lot!! Pasta aglio olio is one of our fav!!(with less oil).... Service is also good!!

This is the place I used to admire for Italian food in Ahmedabad... Quiet and good food are their plus points. Used to because after reading Minal's review of finding a cockroach in the plate and non-botheration of the staff shocked me!!! I wouldn't have eaten here if I had read the review before.... Anyways, this time I have tried Crostini Salmone, Pavarotti Pizza and Penne al Salomon. Items tasted good and the service was also good. We especially liked the Pavarotti Pizza. But Minal's review kept my mind busy all along the review and I concede that I might be partial. I would have recommended this place otherwise but I leave it to you pals to ponder over and go....
Bon_vivant
One of the best pizza they serve...price is somewhat higher than other but it can be negligible compared to the taste..place is found to be difficult for the new comers..taste is good

Cockroach in the dining plate !!!! The staff had no regrets and asked us what happened and why are we leaving. No wonder why this place us walk in even on peak Sunday evenings. Please avoid if you consider hygiene a important factor in eating out.

So I had gone there about a month ago, and we ordered crostini delia casa for starters, an assortment of toppings on breads, and was tad disappointed. The bruschetta was good, but the rest of them did not look appealing enough. For almost 400 bucks, I'd say highly avoidable.

For main course, we had wood fired thin crust tobasco sauce pizza, which was decent. Except I had to add additional tobasco for every slice I had - it was tad bland and could have done with more flavours. We also got Ravioli la feasta and the sauce was so disappointing. It was flavourless and tasted like orange coloured white sauce. :( I had such high expectations from the place and I found all these way too overpriced for the quality and quantity served. I didn't feel 'satisfied' after eating there.

:(

We ordered a Crostini Delia Casa, which is an assorted platter of breads. We liked it, though you may skip the ones with aubergine toppings. The second thing which we ordered was Ravioli la feasta- the sauce was disappointing. Priced at Rs 500, not value for money at all. The third thing we ordered was wood fired thin crust tobasco sauce pizza. My friend liked it a lot. But I'm more of a tomato sauce person. Nevertheless, it was not bad. Ambience and service are good. I found it to be overpriced. Meal for two was around 1200.

My go to place for Italian in Ahmedabad. If there's any place that serves better pasta in red sauce please do suggest guys because so far this place has the best red sauce pasta (customised to my needs) I've tried in town. The breads and pizzas are fantastic and so is the risotto.

Ambience is a little bland I felt. Not bad but not great either. Staff is courteous and I'd say it's total value for money.

Mexican food is a miss. Don't know why they would add mexican when they're an Italian restaurant.

Good food, good quality and taste. Prices are bit expensive but since it is positioned as upscale restaurant, it is expected. Pizzas are really great. The dough is hand rolled and freshly made and toppings are great. It is a must to have it freshly out of oven. visited it atleast 4 times and never dissatisfied

If you want it summed up in a single word-delizioso!

La Feasta is truly amazing. It can turn anybody into a fan of Italian food.

I had helped myself to generous dollops of well-cooked lasagne, nibbled a fair share of garlic bread and bit into the best thin crust pizza I have ever tasted(not quite the proverbial frog in the well,I have been fortunate enough to taste really good ones!).

Their mineral water brand remained an enigma for me(lol) and the onion rings seemed to be swimming in oil but I am the last person who will stop it from making to my list of favourites.

It will remain a memorable dinner and every time I think of it my stomach smiles comfortably, nudging me for more!

“Let’s eat Italian tonight!” sayeth the missus, and so begun my hunt for a decent Italian restaurant to please her majesty! She suggested our favorite – The Italian Junction – but I wanted to try a new place and so we came across La Feasta on Zomato. Went to the outlet at S.G. Highway and getting there was quite an expedition. The restaurant is located off the highway and is accessible by the service road and so even my Google Maps went bonkers for a bit. Nevertheless, the restaurant is very pretty. Nice interiors with murals of all famous Italian Landmarks running across the walls. The lighting is also very classy pale yellow which gives it an upscale feel.

The menu choice is lavish with all the usual Tongue Twisters (Rather Tongue Knotters) in the menu along with a Dewey Decimal Based number system for the poor people like me who cannot pronounce the names of the dishes. My wife wanted to order Funghi Alia Casalinga for starters but the steward vehemently discouraged her. The moment I pointed my finger on it he said it would take atleast 20 minutes and even when we said it is okay he kept refusing till my wife said she didn’t want it. Next we tried ordering Iced Tea to which he asked Peach or Lemon. We said Lemon and he said it wasn’t available!

Finally managed to place an order for Herbed Garlic Bread, Ravioli La Feasta and Risotto Zafferano. The food literally arrived in no time! I mean by the time the server set up the plates the food had arrived! Fastest service for Italian food I’ve ever seen! Not exaggerating! It was as if the restaurant had telepathically communicated with us while we were on our way and had guessed our order even before we ourselves had decided upon it and had kept it ready for us. No wonder 20 minutes for the starter seemed too much to our steward!

The food had absolutely no presentation whatsoever. Just served in the serving dishes. No garnish, no plating whatsoever. Big negative for me. Taste was good though. The garlic bread was okay. Ravioli was nice and spicy with just the perfect sauce and Risotto was very delicious and flavorful.

The service was really so quick that we were done with our meal in literally 20-22 minutes! So our evening ended much before than what we had intended to. Somehow I didn’t really enjoy or love my experience here. I cannot put my finger on it but I don’t know why. For me eating out is an experience and I just felt unsatisfied and wanting for more. I can’t believe I am complaining about this but sometimes I guess even very quick service is a disadvantage!

Did I like the place? Yes! Will I go back? No!

Well atleast the missus loved the food, so… Mission Accomplished!!! Hallelujah!!!

Ambiance: 4 / 5
Service: 3 / 5
Food: 4 / 5
Value for Money: 2 / 5 (The prices are too exorbitant compared to other equally good Italian places)
Overall: 3 / 5

Yesterday, being a small school reunion, I was invited to La Feasta, the one behind Rajpath Club. Though located in a bylane, it is not difficult to spot. As I was the one to reach first, I took the time to just check the area around. La Feasta seems to be the only visible/ prominent place in the neighbourhood, occupying the entire ground floor in the building it's located in.

As large as it seems from outside, it's a different story once you are inside. Big, but not big enough was the feeling I got. The walls are of a light pastel, adorned with paintings of the Leaning tower of Pisa, Colosseum, Roman heiroglyphics... Even the menu remains true to the ambience and the picture on the cover page depicts the Italian lineage it is supposed to portray.

There were seven of us, and my friends took the liberty of ordering as they had been here before and I was more than happy to let them :)

First came the Cream di Vegetariano soup. It was thick and tasted very mild. Not being an avid soup lover, I found it average. Along with it came the cheesy nachos. The quantity served was less, but dripping with cheese sauce, they tasted really good.
Now, the main course. First to be served was the wood burnt Tobasco pizza, on which, we all reached a mutual consensus. It was just too burnt for our palettes.
One of my friends had to add unusual proportions of oregano to it to enjoy the 'wood burnt' flavour :) Next was Lasagna all Neapolitan. It was so layered and soft, and served steaming hot. The mozzarella did its magic here and this dish is a real crowd pleaser here, as I was told. All this being on the milder side, something hot in red sauce had to be ordered! And so, there it was.. Pasta Arrabiata! So well made. It was our most relished dish of the evening. They also serve Mexican meals, but that is maybe for some other day :D

The service was prompt and nice. Only wish the Captain was a bit better trained on the knowledge of dishes and could suggest items more fluently.
La Feasta is definitely on the pricier side, and is tailor-made for a niche clientele.
Our evening went great, and thanks to my friends, I came to La Feasta and was treated to a delightful experience. Till next time, Buon Appetito my friends :)

The first time I ever had risotto, it was from La Feasta. It was eaten out of a foil box at midnight, when we went to a friend's place for her birthday and I was deathly hungry, and she dug it out of her fridge. Bear in mind that I was in my 11th standard then, and La Feasta was unimaginably expensive, the only hope of eating there was if I got invited to a party!
Here I am, 7 years from that first fateful mouthful and I still rave about the risotto here.

My biggest problem with the C.G. Road branch has always been the decor, however it's better by miles at the Bodakdev branch. We had a sneaky suspicion that the food portions were larger too.
The decor was pleasing and the tables were well-spaced. The service was alright.

We ordered Zuppa di Cipolle, Garlic Bread, Risotto Marinara, and Tiramisu.

The Zuppa di Cipolle was on onion based soup served with Parmesan and I loved it, I'm a soup-person I like to believe. It was very flavorful and the saltiness from the Parmesan complimented the oniony flavor of the soup very well. I love dipping bread in my soups and the accompanying bread, although it was a bit dry by itself, was sloshed around liberally in the soup.

The garlic bread was very good but the portion was a bit small in my opinion, or maybe it felt like that because of the unusual serving style (again, see picture).

The risotto? The thing about food memories is, that whenever you eat something that was a momentous event somewhere back in the past, there's not just the taste of the food which is making you happy, but also the nostalgia from your fond memories of it. Anyway, coming back to actual dish, it was delicious. It was tomato-ey and olive-oily and garlicky (there were small chunks of garlic in it!) I loved it. And the serving was large enough for the two of us to fill ourselves upto our pharynges and pack the rest of it. I even had it for lunch next day.

The Tiramisu (we originally ordered Pannacotta, but it wasn't available) was gorgeous, wobbly and slightly bitter. You just kept wanting to eat it, to never stop, ever. It was a great end to a good meal.
