The place is nice and very calm. Outdoors are also good for party or some functions. The food quality is good one with friendly staff working for you. Typically old traditional "Khatala" are also there fr chit chat after or before dinner. When we visited, the atmosphere was also good with chilled wind adding to peace.

Overall a good experience. They have both dine-in AC seatings and open seatings with khatla and round pillows which actually makes the ambience good. Ministrone Soup - 5/5 Starters were good - 5/5 Main-course paneer sabji was good with a creamy flavour. Vegetables sabji was bit spicy - 4/5 Buttermilk is a must try - 5/5 Best part is they have fulka roti(Gujarati roti) - 5/5

Superb place. Its huge. Because of the space and the distance between tables, it feels a lot less noisy as compared to other restaurants. I am sure it s a great place to go to and enjoy the evenings in their gardens with the beautiful landscaping. As far as the food is concerned, it is a fusion of traditional and modern tastes and culture . I would definitely wanna go there again and again. The place is huge enough for big gatherings and celebrations

The Authentic Gujarati dishes here are just delicious, like homemade food. Ambiance adds a different charm to this place. It should definitely be on your list to visit. A good place to enjoy dining with family and friends.

Very Beautiful and Serene Garden Restaurant, Location, Ambiance and Food is excellent. We had wonderful evening start with traditional kumkum tika and warm welcome at entry point followed by birthday celebration, Enjoyed a lot, Staff is very cooperative and always happy to help. Food quality and test is excellent for almost entire menu. We liked the most are; 1. Khandvi Cannelloni 2. Pizza Rolls 3. Baked Macroni Must visit with family and friends, The best thing is its off the Sindhu Bhavan Road which makes it very silent and peaceful place, also has ample parking inside and outside both. "Great time spent with Madhurya"

A fine dining experience. We had the desi(kathiyawadi) food. Vagharelo rotlo and mushrooms tasted very delicious. The texture of lasaniya bateka was also nice with masala khichdi and Rajasthani kadi ... Nice place to spend quality time with family/friends. 👍

It's a nice place to go with family. Good flavours of food. The one thing I didn't like was the very simple and famous paneer butter masala which was not at all upto the mark. The flavour felt like they using cheese in all sabji instead of paneer which was not liked by us. Rest all good. Ambience very nice.

Madhurya is a great fusion place of food as well as ambience. Don't let the heritage look deceive you.It serves great multi cusiene food with a mix of Gujarati and Western . The staff is well trained . The place is also great for small to mid scale events.

Ambience of the Restaurant is Fabulous. And the Interior is Fully Rajwadi Style as Similar to Rajwadu. Service and Patience of the Staff was quite impressive. One Should must go with Frnds and Especially a Family restaurant. The Taste of Barbeque was mouth watering and Punjabi Sabji's were Delicious. I would must recommend you to visit it once.

Good ambiance and the food is just awesome. The Gujarati food here is something which bring you back to them. They have created a perfect balance of modern traditional food.

Food was good but hand wash should be at separate place instead of toilet attached..KARAKO music should be there at open ground...They should learn from the concept of CHOWKI DHANIof Rajkot...Per Person average costs Rs.400

Visited this place on my way to kutch on a recommendation from a friend..the place was amazingly done with royal touchings and village interiors..the upset as soon as we reached was there was no AC seating in 42degree temp and also their coolers werent working which after half n hour started..on the recommendation of the manager we ordered paneer tawa and vegetable lasooni, both the sabzis were amazingly delicious and very different in taste we all loved the sabzi, it was little on the spicy side which may be the tste of locals in Ahmedabad..also oredred their dal fry which was nicely done with fine chopped vegetable and proper thickness of dal..ordered a masala chaas had one of the best chaas..the service inspite of the place being fully empty was slow which was a let down..overall the food was amazing and ambience was lovely..<br/>Service:- 3.5/5<br/>Food:- 5/5<br/>Ambience:- 4/5<br/>Location:- 3.5/5

Food is very good but behaviour of person named chana or shana bhai( whatever) in white cloth taking order on tablet was very unprofessional..how can such a good restaurant is not giving attention to such a idiot person in staff who is ruining restaurant's reputation..

Amazing food at decent prices! Daal Bhatti churma is a must try. With serene ambience, service was really quick and the waiters were humble. The puppet and the pottery are add-ons to the aesthetics. Overall a great experience!

It's the extension of rajwadu the one at vejalpur. I have been here so many times always loved the food especially the Gujarati starters such as Handvo and Muthia are classic. One can never have those two things better than madhurya anywhere else.

It is an extention to  Rajwadu and provides Ala-carte option. They have a small place which is usually crowded. The ambiance is typical rajasthani village set up and blends well with the food they serve. Food is above average. I have always tried the Rajasthani food with gatte ki sabzi, dal bati along with some Gujarati delicacies like ringan no odo, lasaniya bateka. I would prefer going to a kathiyawadi dhaba over this place for the authentic taste but if you are looking for a casual dining in a Rajasthani set up then pay a visit to this place. Service is a trouble over the weekends when place gets over crowded but they try to serve you as quick as possible.<br/>Sometimes food is either over-salty or too-sour. Tell them upfront what is your taste requirements,

Since Ravadu opened many years ago, modelled somewhat on Vishala, but smaller and less chaotic, it has matured into its own unique milieu and added lovely traditional elements! Enjoy sitting under a tree on a charpoy and letting time slip by Ans you move across your thali, from one tasty dish to another!

Madhurya is part of Rajvadu and provides the alacarte option for those unable to come to terms with the concept of an unlimited thali at Rajvadu. <br/><br/>The place is beautiful with trees all around and canopies providing shelter from the harsh Ahmedabad sun and charpoys arranged around should you feel the need for a siesta after the food hogging. <br/><br/>We have been here before but mostly for snacks and late afternoon teas. Our night visits have always been at Rajvadu for their unlimited thali. <br/><br/>First the bad:<br/>There is nothing explicitly bad about the place but afternoons can seem a bit off if you've come here before at night with the puppet shows, dance and music performances in full flow. The food is good but not great and the taste lies between marwari and gujarati palates. The quantity is quite less for the money charged and though the service is great you will probably order more than you can eat because the food is much heavier than it looks and the ghee and oil has to ads up somewhere.<br/><br/>The good<br/>Though there are hits and misses at all places if you're coming here for the first time you cannot go wrong with the following<br/>Lasaniya vada ( starter )<br/>Sukhadi ( sweet but should be preferably had with the food rather than as dessert )<br/>Patra ( starter )<br/>Handvo ( starter )<br/>Lasaniya bateka ( potato garlic curry - main course)<br/>Khichadi ( dal and rice preparation)<br/>Chhas ( buttermilk )<br/><br/>The monthar can also be a good option for desert but would recommend having it somewhere else.<br/><br/>There are other similar options like swati snacks and the green room ( house of MG ) but this might be the closest in terms of a one stop destination for palatable authentic Gujarati food.

A unique gujarati feel restaurant with a gourmet of different snacks. We tried the snacks platter where Patra, cutlet were the pick of the lot. Handva and moong dal halwa could have been better. Still a good place to visit during evening snacks hours.

Rarely do you find a place which looks so promising when you enter but manages to screw up the food so badly.<br/>We tried a variety of Gujarati dishes (can't remember the names, bill attached for reference).<br/>Liked none of the dishes expect for aadu nimbu ras.<br/>Service is quite good but food is the problem. <br/>2.5 for the location, ambience and service.<br/>0 for the food.

A fancy-traditional set up! Like many other restaurants in town that offers gujarati delicacies.. they accommodate a huge group pretty quickly and the service is warm and quick..<br/>However i only tried ala-carte which the phulka rotis were served hot the subji was just fine but the traditional desserts wins a thumbs up we tried the mohanthar and loved it.. the adu-limbu juice was too strong on the ginger but the other drinks were fine.. the cherry to the icing was a filter kept aside to wash ur hands with 'ash' n not soap.. <br/>I would definitely reserve more comments after i have tried the thali that they offer.. <br/>I rate it a 2.5 on my happy-tummy rating

When I entered Rajwadu - Madhurya for the first time, I was overwhelmed with the ambiance.<br/>After witnessing bookshelf , porch swing , beautiful temple, finally reached to the table. <br/><br/>"Waiting" area was also nice... wanted to spend some time there but table was available. <br/>Don't try to pull a chair back, cause it won't move , you simply have to adjust. I usually prefer the "chaar-paai" there. <br/><br/>Food was dellllicious. Ordered two Punjabi sabzis... both great. Just don't forget to order the "Hara Bhara Kebab" comes with salad and both tastes amaaaazing...<br/>Roties were too soft.... And everything was simply Freshh!!! <br/><br/>Doesn't offer much choices in menu but its worth it.<br/>Ordered an ice cream at last to complete the wonderful experience. There were two choices only. I ordered Rajwadu special or something... Didn't amaze me much.<br/><br/>Since its a complete village experience don't expect a finger bowl. Have to go to the metal Matka with nalka, placed in the corner to wash hands.. but water in there will be warm...<br/><br/>Ambiance - 5/5<br/>food - 4.5/5<br/>service - 3.5/5<br/><br/>Hope you'll enjoy the delicious food in dark with a little lamp lights and live folk music. (well musicians will be at the other side of the restaurant called Rajwadu, but who cares)<br/><br/>FYI:<br/>1.Rajwadu and Rajwadu Madhuya are total different places. Theres a wall of bushes between the two. <br/>2.It will cost only Rs.500 For two.)
