I like the concept. An okay-ish ambience. The walls are fun. The drinks are nice. People are amazing. They also have a magazine, if you want to check that out. The last I heard about it that it got shut down. So, you might wanna check that before you leave your house to come visit this cafe.

A good place to discuss your past travelling experience with strangers, or you may make your new travelling plans sitting there. There are some in house games also which you can play while enjoy your free coffee. But I must mention that this place is not for the people who just wants free snacks or wants to hang out only. You can contribute at the end by paying whatever you like.

Thanks la-vida and h.k. school. For this lovely travel language seminar

A good place for travellers especially thos who want to sit and plan their travel. Place is big enough but is too far from the city to visit on the daily basis. But certainly can spend few hours very positively. We had a travel meet up when i found this place. Quite some collection of travel books.

Its a wonderful place to talk , share your stories , and to meet wonderful people. You would feel like you are at home. It's a place of individual. I have been there some days ago for travellers dinner meet . You would definitely love the place its full of positive vibes. They have huge collection of books and beautiful pictures. It's a good place to talk , seat and share beautiful stories. La vida cafe is neither a conventional restaurant / coffee nor a love birds hangout place. So avoid it if you have a huge crazy group of friends and you want to eat and make noise than you should avoid it. But it's a perfect place if you want to talk , read , and keep it a peaceful place as it is.

A beautiful concept with a global reach. Just for travelers! You can arrange your worldwide travels with connections La Vida helps you make. Only beverages served here for whatever price you deem fit. The only café that welcomes you to bring your own tiffin and chill. Love it!
Eshika Lohani Sushmita Saha

I have been there twice. There were events both of the times.

It’s a wonderful place for meet ups. You would feel like you are having discussion in your home. This place gives me positive vibes every time.

One more beautiful thing about this place is its ambiance. You can pull chairs, keep them away, sit on floor or sit in some corner. They have books, photographs and nice world map.

I loved its strawberry coffee... Yes I guess that's what we ordered that day...

The best cafe in town and must be visited frequently. The cafe has many things or ideas which can be explored beside food. The five 🌟 review is for their unique concept.

Deserve 5 ratings because of the theme, but lack of food items pushed me to cut 0.5. The first of its kind Travel Concept Cafe deserve an applaud at first. No revenue model is plus for us and Coffee is good too. Being a frequent traveler I would love to explore this place more n more. They have come up with some amazing events as well, every week something new, hope that will continue. I just want to wish best luck for this kind of venture. Love to see community of travellers grow.

I am really confused as to how I should rate this place and so I am sticking to a neutral rating. It could be a 5 for some and 1 for others. I'll give you my reasons. It is right above yanki sizzlers near thaltej. No parking issues. Good volume of books especially on travel. Great space. But they do not have smaller arrangements for 2 or 4 people. They have seatings for 6 to 8 people because their basic concept is that people go there and share their travel experiences. They have free WiFi but that's nothing new so what's new? Well they also provide you with laptops and cell phones! Who knew 🤔. Coming to food. Well that's what pinched me the most. There is no food! Yes this is the 1st cafe that I have visited which does not serve any food. They do not so much as have a menu! So we were hungry when we visited them and you can understand the disappointment. They say you can bring out side food or Tiffins and they'll heat it up for you. Maybe it would work for some people but not for me at least. They do serve teas and coffee but that too is a very small and limited menu and so is the quantity. The soups are knor instant soups. And they work on the lines of sewa cafe. They do not charge you anything. Just drop whatever you feel like at a collection box in the corner. So if you like the concept, do visit them. They also help you connect to other people who have travelled to places that you want to visit and what Not! They have a whole shabang of shananigans which they'll happily explain to you!

An amazing concept and wonderful initiative taken by people who love traveling and want others to join them to explore the world.I was visiting the cafe with a friend of mine. We were visiting for the first time. The moment we walked in, we were welcomed with the warm smiles. We took seat and were wondering where's the menu. Later on we were shown the small menu written on the table. We ordered soup and iced tea. Whilst we were chatting, a very kind lady walk up to us and gave us a tour of the cafe and explained the concept of the La Vida- The Travel Cafe.
One can read the books, use the laptop/gadgets, write a wish on a post it and stick it on the board, watch the amazing stories and pictures shared by travellers. You can share your story too on the projector. The best part is, they allow u to bring the food from outside/order in and would also warm it up for you (Isn't it wonderful?)
They do not charge for the drinks/soups that you order. You can donate whatever amount you wish to in the donation box. Definitely a place to visit for people who love to travel and need guidance related to traveling. Place for people who love to explore, meet new people, and extroverts..I certainly am going to come back with my friends. Good luck Team. You're doing a wonderful job. An act of kindness, an amazing and unique concept for Travellers.P.S. Hope I join you guys for the next trip :)The Chef From India

A unique place for travelers to meet, make travel plans, share stories, photos & experiences the fresh roasted tea/coffee with a though crazy but a unique concept of “PAY WHATEVER YOU LIKE”.

While other cafés in the city are throwing showoff stuff at high price with nothing in return to take home, this café is sharing the VALUE in real sense and is spreading something GOOD at NO COST. What can be wonderful than having such bliss in your town!
A must visit place for every traveler, every soul finder and every person who has adventured or want to adventure the life…
Vandan Thacker
Purvi Kotak
Unique concept for community of travellers. If you love travel in any form, this is the place for you. Here everything is related to travel. You can take your friends and talk about your travel experience, you can listen to travel experience of your friends or strangers, can read books on travel, can buy pictures taken by other travellers, can buy souvenirs from other travellers which they bought from different places and is on display (and you actually buy from person who travelled there and have story attached to it). Every month the coffee is from different place of the world so feel the aroma. It is like another continent. You are not in india when you are here. IT IS DREAMLAND OR STORYLAND. Even if you can't go on world tour, by visiting this place you can know about places visit in world, can make your own list where you want to go and prepare yourself for the trip - mentally, physically and monetorily. But only go if you love travel, love to talk about travel and curious for this experience. I could explore this place because 2nd Solo Travellers meet was organised here. So a big thank you to them for connecting me to world. And thank you Manish for being passionate about this place and briefing about do's and don'ts at this place. @ solo travellers

A unique cafe with a sole purpose of connecting avid travellers and where people can share their travel experiences. They serve beverages for free and one can pay whatever they feel like, similar to seva cafe. I had Cafe Latte and Hot chocolate with cookies and both the drinks were amazing. They import coffee beans from Brazil, Spain and few other countries. A must visit place for travel buffs.
