Review Patel Restaurant - Ahmedabad

Had a great experience on New Years, Patel Special Veg is a must try since it comes in two gravy same dish, we also got the Paneer Lababdar which had a great spice level and taste. dal fry and jeera rice, GARLIC NAAN WAS PERFECT!!!

Food and service is too good but charges of every dish is too high.

Taste of food is good but rate list is little bit higher..

1. Excellent ambience 2. Excellent service 3. Not much noise (that's good part) 4. Best part: They have a pink colored chair for baby/child with proper height so child can seat at our level & eat or seat like us without struggling to reach the table plate ..In almost any restaurant child r not cared like this but here it's lifetime exp and they did something which is needed in every restaurant. 5. Addition to that they gave small gifts to my child..So that's so good feeling 6. At the end they gave some mouth frshner drink - that was amazing.7. Food was excellent..So overall my first experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend people who has 3-6 yrs old child and sometimes facing difficulties in restaurant - they must come some day here. I don't know they have more such chair or not but child will also like it. I would really like to come here again & again. I appreciate efforts of whole team of spices & herbs restaurant and wishing them for keeping up the same for future...

Tasty food with a good balance of flavors. The people in the kitchen know what they're doing. We asked them to make our food not spicy at all, they obliged. The service was also excellent, prompt, attentive, unintrusive. Under 700 rupees for 3 people, thali + milkshake.

It is famous food joint in science city area, mainly for the take away. We got butter pau bhaji and veg hakka noodles packed for dinner. Pau bhaji was tasty and spicy. Veg hakka noodles were ok, not very good. Pau bhaji is a must have dish here.

I highly recommend their Pavbhaji. They serve sufficient quality with fresh salad in an affordable rate. They also have an outdoor sitting area, which has great ambiance.

Again a best option when you dnt required and ambience and decoration and you just want food in budget.<br/><br/>Open space and AC, both are available with good taste.<br/><br/>Packed lunch also was good!<br/><br/>As we have ordered 90 fixed lunch and those all are on time and with the same taste.

It is our go to place and one of my favourite place.. for the very first time, 3 years back, I tried their cheese vegetable sandwich which was fully loaded with veggies and cheese and I still remember it's taste which was yummy and the bread was so soft... Then I tried their simple vegetable sandwich, dosas, manchurian, pav bhaji and rice items.. all of them are tasty and my personal favourite is their pav bhaji... Many a times I tried their pav bhaji and it never disappoint me.. It's the yummiest bhajj and buttery and soft pav... I tried their rava dosa which I felt was little salty where as their manchurian is also tasty and the quantity is enough for 4 people.. their mysore dosa was tangy and good (I never liked Mysore dosa due to its tanginess) .. their paneer rice quantity was good and the taste was decent...little less if salt, else it was good...<br/><br/>Service- service is not so quick but yes they are attentive<br/><br/>Ambiance- they have outdoor sitting next to road where some plastic tables and chairs are kept and you get served with food items like south Indian (no idlis), pav bhaji, Chinese items whereas for full food menu, they have first floor a/c restaurant where you can dine in and get whole Punjabi Gujarati food.. I always opted for outdoor casual sitting as it's airy nd I go their for their pav bhaji...<br/><br/>My personal favourite and recommendations would be to try out their sandwiches and pav bhaji

Average Food. Some of my friends suggested me to try this due to their food taste specially Bhaji Pau and Few Other things. But My Experience wasn't satisfying. Ambiance and Service were Average too. Go only if you have wish for casual dine out.

This place is near my home have visited here many times or ordered at home many times. This is a very good place. The fix punjabi thali is really nice and worth its cost. Easy delivery process. The chinese food here is good.<br/><br/>Dishes to try:- Panner butrer masala, Cheese butter masala, Manchurian, Ver Toofani, Dal fry, Pulav and hyedrabadi biryani.<br/><br/>Pizza is not recommended.

I have mostly ordered food for delivery or take aways from here because it's at an accessible location. Paneer chilly as a starter is one of my favorites. The taste is good and according to the Indian liking of Chinese food, paneer is cooked soft and quantity is sufficient making it value for money. The service is also quick and no need to wait for long. Taste of other Indian and Chinese cuisine like Noodles is also good. It's a decent option for having outside food at a medium price.

I had a Parcel of Punjabi Food and I asked for a little spicy because I like more spicy than usual. But the taste of Punjabi food was very very average. It doesn't taste like a Punjabi food at all. For the price you pay here for Punjabi food, you can have a lot better at any other good restaurants out there. Never had such tasteless food ever in Ahmedabad.
