The waiter Pintu was humble, polite and helpful. Food is definitely their forte. MOONG DAL HALWA was to die for, was surreal and put of this world. BBQ Prawn, BBQ Chicken, BBQ Mushroom, Chiken Kabab, Tawa Sea Food platter were showstopper. BBQ watermelon should be served with the drizzle of lime to enhance the taste. Should pay a bit attention to cheesecake. And given it is done; they are the king of the arena. The food was amazing. my fav here is pan icecream. I start and end my meal here with it, with maybe another helping in between. The barbecue starters were great. The fish was amazing. The wish grill is nice where you get some exotic meat, grilled with veggies of your choice, customized to your taste. Loved the burnt garlic chicken and Sri Lankan fish curry in main course. Souvik was the captain looking after service. A very nice, friendly guy. He ensured that everything we needed was served on the table promptly, constantly checking with us the taste and feedback on food, offering to customize, suit our taste buds. Amazing service. The music could have been a little lower. There were few guests a little loud. The insistence on phone number for booking is irritating. People like me do not like to share their mobile number. One should respect the privacy. I understand the need to gather feedback, but that could gathered instantly via tablet or sending a link via email. I was okay sharing my email ID, but the guy booking was insisted on mobile number and I gave an arbitrary sequence number. Please look into this.

Its ambiance and its foods are awesome and so are the staffs, specially Pintu. Thanks Absolute Barbeque. We really enjoyed our dinner and we are looking forward to get this awesome experience and food in the future too.

We went for a Corporate Team Lunch. It was good experience with AB's. Staff was courteous and friendly in nature. Some of the fun activities were there too as it was Christmas Eve. Try Paan Tawa icecream for sure.

Had visited absolute barbeque and had an amazing time. Loved each and everything over there. The service was way too much amazing as well as the staffs were very co-ording.💜 It's a very amazing concept of having food with fun. Street food festival going on from 15th June to 26th June at @absolute_barbecues 😍. Where you can enjoy amazing Street food delicacies and can satisfy your street food cravings! 😂❤️ . Here the menu is very elaborate and the price is comparatively good. The food is also good in taste. The place is quite big and can accommodate a large crowd. Their one backlog is they don’t serve beverages in their unlimited menu. The beverages are on chargeable basis. No doubt the beverages I tried were not so good in comparison to the food. The food options are so much, even if a person tries to taste each item then also his stomach will get full. Very nice options in barbeque and the staff is really good. Had an amazing experience at absolute barbeque. Absolute Barbeque have wide range of lip smacking food in veg as well as in non veg. Egg options are also available. A huge beautiful ambience having comforting vibes. Staff is cordinative and responsive. Service is also really really good. This place having specific Chaat counter, bar tender, wish grill section, tawa ice cream and many more. Starting from soups to desserts their is nothing to complain about anything. The quality they serve is commendable. I loved thier veg as well as non veg starters. If you're a non veg person don't forget to try thier murgh Biryani. It's heaven for dessert. Desserts having lots of varieties like brownies, pastries, gulab Jamun, jalebi, moong Dal Halwa etc. Highly recommended this place. Must visit with your friends and family.

Undoubtedly Absolute Barbecues is the best buffet restaurant in Ahmedabad. I dined in at AB’s in Hyderabad earlier and my experience there compelled me to visit its branch in Ahmedabad. Dining experience is just out of the world at AB’s. Ambience is so relaxed and soothing. Staff is courteous and I would like to make special mention of Farhad who served us with so much care and love. Food is so yummy and delectable be it starters or main course or chaats or deserts, everything is lip-smacking. Paan ice cream is a must must try !

Basically they are having Buffet options for both Veg and Non-Veg Meals. Statring from welcome drink to 3-4 types of starters and 5-6 types of barbeques. There are so many options to eat from the lavish spread of main course , Italian , Continental cuisines. Best part was Dessert having various types of Pastries and indian sweets. Staff service was so good. Overall it was really a worth to visit.

Had a great experience here. The food is really good. And ambiance is also very good. The staff down there is very helpful and cooperative. The restaurant serves almost every kind of food. I tried out veg food. And they have very good options in it. The restaurant also serves non-veg food... which also have many options... One thing I did not like was the hight of the celling. As being 5'11 , my head banged multiple times to there decorative lights.

In starter they have crispy corn, cujan spiced potatoes, corn tikki, which is good in taste.😀 Then live barbeque arranged on your table , so I love Paneer tikka with green chutney. 🤩 On live counter , >>> they have chaat counter -- for pani puri , bhel puri , dahi puri , masala Puri , papdi chaat .we love pani puri and papdi chaat .😋 >>> Pasta counter -- white sauce pasta , red sauce pasta and mix sauce pasta. We like red sauce pasta more. White sauce pasta is good in looks but not in taste. Red sauce is yum. 🍝 >>> Pizza counter -- they have number of toppings ,you can choose your toppings and make your own pizza too. In buffet , soup, salad, dahi vada , 6 subji , naan and roti , stream rice , dal fry , ab's special dal , veg dum Biryani , singapuri noodles , sauted veggies . I like the noodles and the naan most. The one who serve us is Mohit and he is very polite. Asking us for reviews and suggestions. He serve a fresh buttery naan on time when we had main course. In dessert they have many options , as shown in the picture 😅, and live paan ice cream too. So overall experience was good and worth trying place for unlimited buffet. Do checkout photos for more.😉

Excellent service and good range of food. Farhad was really great and offered the service beyond expectations. Everyone must go there once who visits Ahmedabad and eats non veg food.

Post Lockdown Review: Visited this place for the second time, they are taking all the necessary precautions during this crisis. We were welcomed with complementary welcome drinks ☺️ The variety of food you get here is unending. You will be spoilt with the choices..Staffs are extremely courteous here. Ambience and food quality is of top notch. MUST TRY: If you are a non-veg lover, do try Musterd Garlic Fish, Peri Peri Prawns (spicy) and Reshmi Chicken Tikka in the starter items. They are known for their exotic meat spread amongst which we tried duck, shrimp, turkey and Kadaknath chicken but honestly the spices used last time was way better than this time. They made it very spicy this time. Sweets: I enjoyed their Firni, Angoori gulab jamun, Custard and pudding. Ice Cream: They have a live counter. You can customise as per your choice. Overall a very nice experience and of course highly recommended 😊 P.S: Book a table to avoid rush during this time.

I visited Absolute Barbeque Restaurant-Ahmedabad for lunch with my family on Sunday totally unplanned. And must say this restaurant has successfully left the best impressions on us! The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouth-watering starters (6-7 varieties), main courses for veg and non-vegetarians both, and desserts that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. I had enough of the paneer and pineapple starters that I was not able to try out everything in the main course meal- had Dal fry, Butter roti, and paneer vegetable with rice. 👑 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 👑 ✶ 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - As they say it- “You Wish, We Create” or “You Wish, You Create”. And as you can see in the pictures attached, I could not control my inner chef and tried my hands on creating some salad, which turned out really bad. Lesson Learnt-Let the right person do his job. 😂 They have almost 12-13 options to choose from in this particular section only. Well, we tried pasta from the Live Pasta counter and got it made according to our taste preferences with minute instructions on what herbs and spices to be used and Chef was so polite and calm in creating what we wanted. Being sweet-toothed I had enough of the varieties in desserts which included strawberry pastry, chocolate pastry, phirni, fruit custard shot. And then the best of all the dessert options- Paan Ice-cream which I simply loved having. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 👍 Hospitable hosts, 👍 Delicious 95 varieties of dishes, 👍 Beautiful Presentation, 👍 Wide Mocktails list, 👍 The quality and taste of the food is just perfect 👍 Wonderful options in Desserts and 👍 Fair Prices compared to other Barbeque Restaurants offering Buffets. 👍 10 of 10 for every single aspect of this unlimited meal. We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes’ drive away from home. I cannot recommend this place enough for Unlimited Lunch and Dinner! Such a warm and welcoming environment! I will be going there back again soon. Have to try the specialties which I missed in this visit- Dahi Puri and Papadi Chaat from Chaat Counter, Tacos and Chilli Cigar Ice Cream from International Counter, and Pizzas too.
