Review Alchemist Roastery Coffee Company - Ajmer

One of the best Cafes in Ajmer. They take their coffee seriously and you will not be disappointed. The team is super friendly and the place has an amazing vibe. Do try their roof top if you are visiting in the evening. They have both outdoor and inside sitting. Parking is not an issue they have an open parking space. Other than coffee, their pizzas, pastas and sandwiches are highly recommended.

Overall the vibe is great! I took the salad for takeaway and I feel the quantity was way too less or it shrank I guess. The food is to die for though! Pizza, pasta, fries, and the show stopper is the blueberry cheesecake. The ambience is fancy and made for all age type.

From the atmosphere to coffee and food everything is amazing. I would suggest having any flavored cappuccino, pizza (Margherita), Veg stir-fry Noodles, and Aglio Olio Spaghetti for sure. They have their big brewing equipment and the aroma of the place gives a sense of peace. Additionally, it is divided into multiple sitting areas including a workspace, as well as, a Beautiful terrace sitting.

I visited Ajmer after 3 years and this was a fresh experience. You order food online and its delivered to your seat mostly just before promised time. The food is very tasty and had that gourmet feel. The prices were a bit above average. The seating is very interesting and inside was clean. Its sometimes difficult to get a seat at busy times and saw quiet a lot of students at this place. Cold coffee could have been bigger in size.

Getting a bit stagnant but still a great place to have amazing coffee. Good seating space, nice ambience and helpful staff and owners. Advise - Offers can be added for regular customers to keep the pricing attractive. Also, there can be live events to make the place happening.

Amazing cafe! One of the best cafes in Ajmer. It's an amazing cafe. The most special thing is the interior and herbage in or out of the cafe. This cafe has amazing breakfast alternatives to fulfil your hunger and cravings. It unlocks early in the morning. So, you can come here from 8:30 am .........come here to enjoy the cafe and have some good snaps in and around the cafe.

Excellent Coffee and Fast Food Place to hangout with friends or go with Family. BOTH hot and cold coffees are amazing as well as all the food options we tried there like the Mexican Burger or the Arrabiata Pasta. One of my Favourite Places in Ajmer.

Beautiful ambience and delicious food. This cafe has simple yet elegant look. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. Tried their cappuccino and Primavera Pasta. Pasta is rich in taste and has variety of exotic vegetables. It is delectable and a must try. They have a nice book corner which has books for sale too. Staff and service is upto the mark. This cafe is usually a bit buzy in the evenings. Must visit for a relaxed and memorable dining experience.

Had the fortune of relishing Chef Sahil’s extraordinary culinary skills at Alchemist. This is a MUST-EST visit when in Ajmer! The ambience and perfectly blended coffee just adds to the vibe. Adding pictures below of Aglio Olio, Umami mushroom and Alchemist benedict.

You can prefer this place only and only for coffee Iced mocha 5/5 Cafe frappee hazelnut flavour -5/5 Cafe frappee vanilla flavour -5/5 Bruschetta tomato topping worst in taste can't even review Peri peri fries 3/5 Ambience 5/5 Service - pathetic very lazy staff For every order you have to go to their counter and order Same thing happened at payment time you have to go to counter to pay as staff won't move from their chair to get back to you with scan Even for water you have to ask the staff more than 5 times Overall if you are craving ONLY AND ONLY FOR COFFEE THEN VISIT OTHERWISE A BIG NO

I've been here more than 10 times now and I think this is a good time to write a review for them. Ambiance : The ambiance is nice and simple, pretty much basic nothing fancy, good Choice of furniture and the step up seating space is a nice addition. Menu Choice and Price : The menu has decent amount of variety but most of the time you will find some items are unavailable or partially available. In my experience the garlic loaf is mostly unavailable and a couple of burger options too are unavailable. Price I won't say it's affordable no not at all! The menu is priced on a higher side. Cafe Mocha is priced around Rs.170 and Barista which is a well established brand charges the same so you do the math. During my recent visit I got to know that they are not getting supplies for water bottles hence stopped serving them on the table and you have to use a common water dispenser to have a glass of drinking water. But they do give you the same bottle if you pay for it. We will only get to know this in near future whether there was really a short supply or this was an excuse to cut down cost. Food : The quality of food is undoubtedly the best in town. Though I really did not like a few of the items on the menu. The best which I have tried are Stuffed Omlette, Veg sandwich, paneer sandwich, Paneer Burger (it's very crisp) and Mix sauce pasta and Cheesy fries were okay (can be improved). What I didn't like was Shakshuka, felt like an India tomatoe gravy with lots of garam masala in it. It should be mellowed down to balance the sour flavour of tomatoes and better to go with eggs. Pizza was another let down as the quality of the base was not so good, it was stiff and dry, neither thin crust nor fluffy like bread. I personally did not like the bibimbap bowl there was no sauce added to it as such. Just tasted like combination of salted blanched sauted vegetables with boiled noodles. I will only recommend to try the toasties if they have the garlic loaf available. Service : this is the point which I felt is the most negative one. Anything which you order, will be served in approximately 30 minutes. yes! 30 minutes which is really slow so if you order something and want to order again it will take another 30 minutes. I've seen people walking out due to this and I've walked out myself a couple of times. The problem is if the orders are not processed fast enough people will end up sitting with their plates empty. Even takeaway takes approximately 30 minutes.

Lovely experience. it was Little crowded as the space is limited but absolutely loved the coffee there. Would love to go there again and try more of what they offer on the menu. We ordered Kitkat milkshake, double chocolate frappe, chocolate mocha frappe and paneer tikka sandwich. Everything was good and worthy.
