Review Dilli Galiyara - Allahabad

Great place to quench your craving for some scrumptious chicken...the service is a bit slow and the tandoori rotis were burnt but the chicken successfully compensated for it all. Their MUST TRY is Chicken Rara...the star of the dish being the gravy with loads of tiny chicken pieces...the balance of spices was perfect and the chicken well-cooked. The butter chicken is not very buttery...the taste of tomato overcomes all other flavours. If you happen to be in the neighborhood with an empty stomach then do try this restaurant.

Visited here recently, a perfect place for food lovers. If you love non-vegetarian food then try Chilli chicken with Munchow, trust me this won't disappoint you. All the best.😇

I have both in house and delivery experience of Dilli galiyara. They always cook delicious food. There in house service is very fast. Staff are also very polite and friendly. It's been over an year I had visited the restaurant and then I saw it on Zomato. I am happy they did their best in delivery also. This restaurant rocks. It's a good option for every type of customer, who want to enjoy some authentic North Indian food.

Lovely place to visit in Dilli Galiyara. After long time I have visited here & very much good memories has attached in Vinayak PVR. Staff behavior was excellent, cool, polite & very good & friendly nature. Nothing has changed in these past yrs.Whenever I will get time I want to visit this place from lucknow. Coffee is awesome ❤❤❤❤❤4th time I have visited here. Again & again want to visit here.

It is a place to visit with friends and families. The food is good ,not best. The first year engineering students generally prefer to go there as it is very very near to pvr.

Seriously, awesome......must try Momo's , dosa , chilli paneer , stroberry shake all are just awesome 👍👍👍

Dear owner , dilli galiyara totally food waste , no service bread on table after 1 hour to order,totally worst place , so request don't come any body this place , it's a personal experience,

The taste doesn't justify the costs. You can much better taste at same price in other places. The menu also doesn't offer that much of choices.

Best place for weekends dinner. Some of the food items is unique in Prayagraj city like paneer lababdar, malai kofta etc.

Noodles were tasteless and cold. Asked them to serve it hot still afterwards it was same. So I will say i paid for nothing.

The food was stale. I threw the entire thing. I am not ordering your food again.

I have ordered full chicken biryani and when it was delivered to me it was with only one peice . If they are giving only 1 peice in full biryani then they will deliver half biryani without chicken .

I guess it's been more than 8years since it was opened. Though service ranges from average to slow, staff is courteous.<br/>Food price is average. I like their Mocktails and North Indian, I usually have lunch here after watching a movie at PVR.

Though the quantity was generous and ingredients used were of good quality, the funny thing is that they cooked the Biryani like Tehri if you know what that is. Suddenly it starts tasting like Veg. 3* fir them just because of the taste.

I ordered rs 99 combo of noodles and manchurian. Noodles are really good but manchurian is very very spicy. Hope they come up with less spicy version.

Best combo for 99 aur wo excellent taste ke saath, maza aa gya kha ke. The gravy paneer tikka was awesome and Two big tandoori roti all at 99 rs

Half handi paneer seems like one tenth portion. Much difference between in house order and home delivery. Much socpe in the area of quantity of delivery.

This restaurant is located on second floor of PVR.<br/>I have been a frequent visitor and tried a number of dishes here.<br/>They serve best butter chicken and butter chicken.<br/>Their non veg platter is way too goo for starters.( it includes chicken tikka,tandoori chicken,seekh kebabs)<br/>Other dishes taste good too.<br/>The staff is courteous and service is satisfactory.<br/>The place is reasonable and highly recommend.<br/><br/>Food 5/5<br/>Ambience 4/5<br/>Service 4/5<br/>Overall 4/5.

I ordered veg fried rice for home delivery. And guess what I was delivered non veg biryani and that too during navrati. Worst experience with a restaurant. Deeply saddened by the service and carelessness.

I ordered Chicken Biriyani today from this restaurant for my overnight train journey. And not just me but anyone would expect that there would be a spoon packed alongside with the Biriyani, of course. But surprise! No spoon! Just tissues. Not a good gesture, I'd say.<br/>However, the food was quite good, no issues on that whatsoever.

Food I ordered online was just soooo less in quantity.. In the name of full they served less than half the container.. And the taste was average.. With late delivery.. Really upset.

I am upset with the taste of kadhai paneer I ordered from here that was my first and last order at this restaurant.....thing that hurt me most it's taste and not picking phone call on provided number.....

Had heard about this outlet so decided to try it out. The place was quite spacious though empty. With just two tables being occupied. Though ambience was quite good, keeping Allahabad in mind.<br/><br/>We ordered paneer tikka for starters and egg biryani, kadhai chicken, and laccha paratha for the main course. Though we ordered half plate kadhai chicken, quantity was good enough to easily feed four.<br/><br/>Food tasted below average. Chicken lacked flavour and egg biryani was extra spicy. And service too was pretty slow. Disappointed!<br/>

Food is average if you are a vegetarian. Non veg food is good. Service is not so great. There is nothing special about ambience. Not a place for youngsters as families visit this restaurant often. Slightly on the costly side.

Bad bad bad! Really bad ! Had the Awadhi Paneer which was horrible! Felt like puking in the plate 😡 It was really quite and peaceful inside the restaurant as we were the only foolish people there.

Excellent food available here... Not so pocket friendly but should definetely visit to try a new kind of taste which very nicely describes the authentic Indian culture.

One of the best restaurants in the Civil Lines area with affordable price of food. Afghani Chicken and Murg Malai Tikka  are a must try. My friends and I have visited this place so many times yet Dilli Galiyara never disappoints in providing excellent food with nice ambience.

Ambience was good. They had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Paneer tikka is a must try starter. The non-veg curries are little over priced. Overall a good experience.

The food here i found it was just okay and the furniture was little low quality type which somewhat effects the ambiance of the restaurant 🍴.

The ambience of this place is not up to the mark, yet the service is quick and prices are economic. The food tastes good especially Chinese. Funny thing is, their starters taste better than their main course.

A very nice family restaurant for a homely yet delectable meal. <br/>We ordered the kadhai chicken with some garlic naans and tandoori roti. <br/>Very good chicken with lots of wholesome pieces. The garlic naan is one of the best I've had. Big thumbs up!!

It's a nice place with good quality food. Here we tried Dal Tarka, veg biryani, grilled Lemon chicken, paneer tikka and fresh lime soda. In this place they serve small potion of food but they serve good quality food with nice taste. From the order above veg biryani and dal was with good potion rest was very small potion of food as compared to price we paid from it. Overall it's a nice place to visit.

Went there a year ago, enjoyed my time.. The non veg meals were good but the service was not up to the mark. Overall not a must visit thing unless you are in the Vinayak Mall as not many north Indian eating joints are available in that mall

Went there having the name and delicious food of DELHI in mind but get sooooo disappointed as the service, ambience & last but not the least the taste....... It was PATHETIC literally BAKWAAAASSSS I had in the city. So, go on your risk ;)

First off, the only shortcoming of this restaurant (which is, actually a shortcoming for only a select few) is the fact that it's situated in a mall, which may pose an issue for few but doesn't bother me all that much. <br/>This place has a very normal ambience and satisfactory service. But where it excels, is it's final product. The food served here is positively scrumptious. You will wipe your fingers off while licking them endlessly. All in all, every item here nice, but some items that stick out and are to die for:<br/>-The selection of soup varieties they offer<br/>-In starters, their Tikka dishes and Chinese starters [Honey Chili Crispy Potato to be exact] are too good<br/>-In main course, their best gravy is the Tikka Masala gravy, be it Chicken, Fish, or Paneer<br/>-In snacks, again their Chinese offerings are very nice [Singapore Noodles and Junshai] <br/>-In sweets, it's mostly upto the individual's tastes and preferences but I for one, am a great fan of their Mango Passion Sundae<br/>It is great place for youngsters to give parties or even families that wish to have dinner or lunch, as their menu doesn't have fast foods [and for that, don't even dare to think beyond HotStuff]. A little pricey, but value for money for the quantity as well as quality they serve.

Adept place for hosting parties. Food has good texture and is served well. Some items are overpriced but overall the service+food is worth your cash.

Chicken Tikka Masala is one of the best items that you can have here. In veg food malai kofta is amazing. Food is quite good. Its more of a family restraunt than a teenage hangout place.<br/><br/>Overall a good place to spend your evening even if it means to shell out a few extra bucks.

I think Dilli Galiyara is focusing on hosting the kitty parties alone now. The food is not anything unique, though its not bad as well—but their service is.

Nice ambience. A decent place for family outings, and foodies. The service is pretty neat and fast. Sometimes they mildly screw my favourites but they manage to make a place on the better side of my list.

The food is pretty decent but the service is horrendous! Your food might just take hours to come and still be cold. You might be wondering what were they doing with it the entire time! If you do visit anyways do try out their seek kebabs and chole bhature.
