Peaceful ambience..good service..and they do provide good things...the brownie n club sandwich is soo good n satisfactory..price is not high when compared to other's...

Ambience and service is good. Food is super-delicious even though rate is a bit high.I had chiken-mayo sandwich and it was just enough for me as brunch..Fresh juice is also good compared to any other shops I had it.

Good place ... I order all my families birthday cakes there. The cutlet there is fantastic! ! Love the cakes and the sandwiches. . Recommend it.
I had to grab a quick lunch in between work and that's how I reached there...
I ordered chicken sandwich ,fries and orange juice and they all were really yummmmm ;) , I enjoyed my meal a lot.. The ambience and service both are good....
Honestly I didn't had any expectations when I visited this place ,but it turned out to be a surprise how tasty their food was..
They always have variety in food and every time you go there you can see something new on their display...

Had Chicken Mayo Sandwich and Mango juice with fries. Sandwich and fries are really superb but I didn't like the juice since it is not like real fruit juice.

Probably the only place on Aluva where you get good pastries. But they don't maintain the consistency. Some times you get old ones too.
8-9 types of pastries always displayed along with sandwiches and snacks. Chicken lollipop is recommended. They serve passion fruit juice too.

The food is worth the price. They have got different varieties. Loved the chocolate mousse there. A nice place to spend an evening. You gotta try the different chocolate pastries there if you are a chocaholic :)
Recently visited the place a few times...great ambience and good food...the tender coconut soufflé is my favourite... The choco lava cake used to be great here, but now its just average.
They do have 'variety' in their items and i'm a fan of it ! i luv some of their cookies , caramel tart , mousse , chocolate cakes ... their multi grain bread was liked by my family ... costly than other bakeries of course...
This placed used to be favorite cause of their delicious choco mousse. I do miss those days , the renovation got them skinny eh !. After a long I stepped here for a bday cake and mousse uff they were out of mousse n I returned home with praline. They do a have u huge collection of cookies and pastries .Must a hit
One of the few places in Aluva to hang out. Next to ifthar, its got all kinds of light snacks to indulge on. Normal puffs to sandwiches to burgers. Menu looks very well laid out and options seem good. Tried the Chicken Tandoori sandwich. Was pretty decent. Ambience is good, seating is slightly congested. Not the kind of place you might want to chill and hangout. Its more of a eat-and-get-lost kind of setup. Otherwise quite a bit of efforts gone down in the refurbishment and it seems to be good..
Next time around..Had a burger. The Boss! And boy oh boy! With chicken patty, fried egg and sausages it was a deluge of tastes! Pretty good burger but would ve been better had the buns been fresher. Ice tea was just too sweet. Felt like I slipped into a sugar can. Came out feeling 'high'!

Being in Aluva since 2008, I have always been on the look out for some decent place to dine out. Though its not often that we go out, its still good to have an option nearby.
Bread World is a place which has stood the test of time. Located inside the bread world, this restaurant doesn't have a separate board of its own. Its a small A/C room with a capacity of about 30. But they serve tasty food.
I love their soft appams with chicken/beef curry. Porota is a good replacement for appams. Fish fry is a function of the quality of the fish, but with the masala and in the fried form, most of them taste great. Chilly beef was a disappoint the one time I had it. Chicken roast is a good spicy dish and goes well with rice. Vegetable gravies always provide a much needed taste change to my mom. My kid cousin loves the pizza here, though I strictly say its nowhere close to dominos type.
Additional benefit to coming here is the choice of pastries you get since the bakery is right next to restaurant. Butterscotch, vanilla, varieties of chocolate all are pretty good. Add a scoop of ice cream of choice and you will enjoy it more.
Clearly one of the best options for food in Aluva which you can consume without any suspect. Easy on the pocket and clean, Bread world is a winner!
PS : bread world is currently undergoing renovation and a new restaurant called ifthar has come up near it.
Best cakes in town and real quality food but quite expensive
The cake baked here is so delicious.The blackforest baked here is the tastiest of all. Best cakes are made here.
The best place in town for Cakes, Sandwiches, burgers and Cookies. A hidden gem worth trying!
