Brijwasi Chat is very famous amongst people in Amritsar. Crispy Bun Tikki with tangy chutney is one of my favorites. This places is specifically for food, so do not expect much out of the ambience!
One gets the real taste of the Punjabi spices and flavour. Beginning from its chaat to its bun tikki, you would not stop licking your fingers. One may also try it's bhel. It's very clean and hygienic and prices are also reasonable. It’s usually jam packed in evening, so prefer ordering in your vehicles with good services.

Besides that, all chaat items on their menu are pretty fab from the richest yummy Bun Tikki, to refreshing Papdi Chaat to crispy hot Aloo Tikki and of course zesty crisp Bhel Puri.
This is an age old food gem of Amritsar and it’s super reasonable, quick and finger licking good.
Hygiene wise it’s okay but it’s a mandatory stopover when in Amritsar

Hands down the best food I had in all of Amritsar, I know a lot of people aren’t chaat fans and prefer “real food” but I LOVE chaat and Mr. Gaurav knows what he is doing. He does it from the bottom of his heart and adds feeling to his food making it taste extra extra tasty!!! He will make sure he satisfies both your tummy and your soul, you will not be disappointed. Bhel Puri is a topper for me, I literally went here the night we arrived, the next day, the day after, and wanted to go back the third day BUT we didn’t have enough time. Aloo tikkis we’re my second favorite, they are super tasty, the chutneys take away from their flavor (but that’s in my personal opinion), the chutneys are delicious, too but the tikki tasted better on its own for some reason.
Must try their crunchy Aloo Tikki. The shop is located right at Ranjeet Avenue. We also tried their pav Tikki and Papdi chat. Every thing is freshly cooked in Desi ghee. One of my best Aloo tikkis I had in Amritsar.

This place came as a very strong recommendation for Band Tikki ( call it Bun Tikki in your language ) and this is simply amazing. One thing is really good about Amritsar that is the food price and quality is amazing. This place also offers one of the best Chaat papdi I had , most crispy one. We had it hear but I missed to click.

Very famous in Amritsar especially for band tikki. They also have chat , gol gappe etc. They also serve in parking lot if you want to be seated in your vehicle and have a bite.

I love this place, I literally miss their bun tikki.. I am here in Canada from past 5years, I went back home and all I could think was brijwasi bun tikki or amritsari kulcha hehehe.. Must have..! I love it also chz you could just literally park your car and have your food. Must try.!

One of the good options for snacks like Gol gappa, bhalla chaat, papadi chaat, tikki etc. with good clean ambience and at reasonable rates. Seating facility available inside. Ample parking space available. They also provide service in car without extra cost. Must try once to pacify your taste buds.
