Service: Service is overall good but we need to call the staff again and again . I would suggest they should assist customer asking if any thing needed rest no issue.

Hey Suraj this side I have visited Ziva Restaurant , Holiday inn amritsar and it was really an awesome experience there..the ambience and theme was really nice...they have many items in buffet and some live counters also.and believe me guys the taste was unforgettable it was really good and there way of representation was very nice...I just request everyone to visit there and you will never regret....Thankyou

Chef Rakesh is the best. I love this place. Udit is an incredible server. He is always happy and full of love. It's a truly wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend eating here.

We had buffet, options were Asian and Indian mainly. I feel it is overpriced for the quality of food. They can improve on that but the staff were very efficient and courteous. Jaykrishna and Kanta were very warm and hospitable. Service is excellent

My stay at holiday inn wonderful and had an amazing breakfast at Ziva restaurant wherein the staff is really friendly and always around to serve with a smile . I’d like to appreciate the staff Mr.Deepak and Ms Ranjit who was very courteous and provided a great service . Loved the amazing sambar in this part of North India it was quite surprising ! Thank you guys keep it up !
