Review Shahi Rasoi - Amritsar

I found this place outside the parking gate at amritsar golden temple, this location can be easily found with is LED display board, inside the restaurant there are cleanliness, and enough tables, table service is managed with help of software, so its well managed also, mostly staff is female and all are very professional, and talking about food , the food was also tasty and price is also very justified to its quality, i ordered simple thali and enjoyed the food, pictures attached, yello bowl in thali is named as biryani but in my word that is yello salted rice only

Best place to have meetings and meet, family restaurant with the positive aroma, tastes so good, had amritsari kulcha and tandoori chai which tastes so great and best that now in future will have it again everytime, service was good and the space was so clean and beautiful. 5 stars for this shahi rasoi.👍👍👍

Great location and absolutely delicious and well priced food. The place is absolutely spotless and clean. Washrooms were the cleanest in the area. Friendly and professional staff. Great choice of food on the menu.

Amazing food, there is Indian, Chinese and South Indian cuisines.... I tried the spicy Chinese vegitable gravy with fried rice and paneer uttapam, it was amazing. The sambar and chutney are fab. If you're into soups, don't miss to try the coriander lemon clear soup. I also got the feedback that Indian dishes are very delicious but as I already had a lot in last couple of days hence I did not try. I also got a tour of the kitchen and it's sooper clean and hygienic. I will highly recommend this pure veg place if you're around the vicinity and craving for some tasty and well deserved treat. This place serves variety of dishes. We had plain dosa alongwith a cup of coffee. Quality and quantity is good. The ambience is so cosy and comfortable.

Location Location Location 👌 Right in the heart of the city , 2 minutes walk from the holiest place for Sikhs , The Golden Temple. The owners are warm and gracious and the hospitality runs down to the staff. The food is incredibly authentic and the flavours are true to the restaurants name. Special attention has been paid to the ambience and the level of cleanliness is top notch. The menu caters to all palates but remains budget friendly. Will be back for more !!

Very close to the Golden temple and a lovely picturesque walk along the way. The staff are very helpful and friendly.The food is delicious.i had the mutter paneer main which was perfect. As a drink to sit and let the food rest I tried the shahi kahwa which was just as delicious. All at a very good price. I would definitely recommend...

Very beautiful staff team, very tasty food , starting from kulhar milk, biryani chai, chole bhature, poori bhazi,kulche to thali system ... I would also prefer everyone to atleast try their jalebi on time ,,it is really mouth watering

Amritsari kulcha is the best. Staff is very good and honest.

The menu is limited. We have Aloo parata & Amritsari Kulcha (Mixed Veg) both of which were awesome. The softy icecream is watery... The Tandoori chai was good. The staff were also cheerful.

Had dinner there. Daal makhani, mix veg and tawa roti. They cook food in desi ghee. And I love the food here. Amazing taste and rates are also reasonable. Staff is good. Fast service.

I was craving for South Indian food and on my way back from Golden Temple found this brilliant place. I decided to go in and give it a try and I am so thankful that I did. The ambience was awesome and the food was just yummmm. I ordered Masala Dosa, Onion Uthapam, Idli Sambhar, tea and coffee. The taste was out of the world. A must try place of you ever visit Amritsar. Trust me, you won't regret. A very special thanks to the manager on the floor. He was very courteous and took our order when waiters were busy. He was very polite and helpful. Overall 'Thumbs up'.😊

Shaahi Rasoi, as the name suggests they serve shaahi vegetarian food loaded with a lot of butter and Desi ghee. They are located conveniently at a walking distance from Jalinwala Bagh and Golden temple. They accept card payments the food is tasty and shaahi. The staff is polite and service is great. I tried Aloo Paratha and Veg pulao over there it was tasty and loaded with butter and Desi ghee.

Shahi Rasoi is a decent dining place near the Harmandir Sahib. The place is clean, and they have quite a good number of options. As you are in Punjab, most probably you would like to try Punjabi cuisine here.
