One of my favourite places in Vagator. It is open till 4 AM in the morning. The drinks are amazing, so is the food. One of the places which plays food music (tracks and not live). It is by the road and is always crowded. Staff are great, eager, courteous and cheerful.

Amazing place with super delicious food and drinks. We ordered veg fried rice, prawn curry with rice and club sandwich. Each and every item was scrumptious, reasonable and with generous quantity. It's a must visit restaurant if you are near vagator area.

This place offers a great atmosphere. It gives a vibe of after party scenes. The food and hospitality is on point. Also, the open bar offers great range of drinks. If you are in vagator, try this place!

Nice atmosphere and service. But things to be noted after 1.00am the menu card changes and prices of all including foods changes and increases a but good to order things before 1.00am. Overall nice experience and affordable prices.

This is the most versatile and affordable restaurant I’ve come across in Goa. The service is not only quick but also kind. The food is really really yum inspite of having so much diversity which I was taken a back by. Nothing is over 400₹ and the quantity of the food is excellent. Definitely recommend going here! Just a side note, the place is not a fancy restaurant so if you’re looking for something super aesthetic you may wanna look another way.

Had a chicken biriyani and veg spaghetti. Biriyani had this strong smell of spices and delivered a really good morning taste and speghetti tasted really moist with fresh mushrooms and baby tomatoes. Really huge quantity, super appetizing

Nice place, positive vibes, partially open kind of place, gives a very much Goa feel. Food is good here. And good part is that…..that this place is open till very late (till around 3-3:30 am) So whenever you have urge of food or drinks and quite place at a late time.… you can try this one

I have seen this restaurant by the road for many years Nd finally visited it. It has bar seating by the road and table seating inside. It's a nice bar. Decent food and good beverage. Very reasonable prices for drinks. Service is good and also quick. Staff is nice.

Just on the middle of the road you can’t ignore this beautiful set up. We stopped for a lunch break and had an amazing pizza, some paneer with sauce on a bed of rice, fish etc. They serve some freshly prepared authentic flavours. I like the colourful indoor ambience and the roof which was very beautifully done. The place is frequented by foreign tourists. The experience at night must be more interesting I guess. Good place to stop for a light bite !

After visiting 4 times and in different- different seasons, I will say this place is awesome to hangout with friends and strangers. It’s situated under a big Mango tree and the whole place is open. They have made sitting arrangements outside the bar adjacent to road and that place is my favourite. I remember on my one visit I sat there for 6 hours and still I was not bored of the place. If you are with friends you will notice time just fly by there. Their ambience is quite unique. Everything is so simple not much decorative and that adds points in their bag. Its nearby Vagator beach you will find every kind of crowd here. Their food is good and all sort of drinks are available here. I love beer so sitting here and having chilled beer would be called a good day spent in Goa for me. So if you are around the place and looking for a place to hangout just go there and chill out. Must visit place if u are I'm vagator, very good ambience with music, they have wide range of menu. But we had pizza and pasta, pizza was very good in taste.... Smoking is allowed on the table and have good vibes, the roof of the cafe is very attention seeker n out of the box, I tried beer kati patang for the first tym which was very good in taste.

I have a special love to this place, just love the way it is, bar stools on the road side and restaurant inside. It gives a completely different vibe altogether, you'd enjoy this even more post 10pm or 11pm towards midnight. The last time i visited was when the lockdown had just opened so the crowd was relatively less. Initially i thought it was a very underrated place, but looking at Google reviews, i may be wrong. Food : 5/5 - Ok, so i haven't tried food much here, but i guess it should be good. I've only had like fries and just some rice. Drinks is what Ive had, again my visit pre-covid which was around in 2017-18 they were very good. Even simple cocktails like the Mojito was so good. They were liberal on liquor that day, but on my second visit, which was just after the lockdown, wasn't as good as the first visit. Ambience : 5/5 - Ah, ambience, beautiful. I think they get extra marks / points just for the beautiful ambience. Service : 5/5 - Service is good too, nothing much to complain. Overall - 5/5.

Visited late night on 17th Aug 21 to have dinner with friends. Goa is back to its old form albeit with 1/5th crowd. The music was good. For a change we ordered Indian food as we wanted to get some spice on our tongue after a long night of partying. The service was quick and the food was very tasty. Importantly the pricing is also quite affordable. Toilet was maintained well, which is a big relief when the bladder gets filled up quick after bouts with Beer. Smoking is allowed at the table Highly recommended

My friend suggested this restaurant.<br/>I went with my friends. They took nearly half an hour to take order and they don't respect customers. They take one hour to bring food. We are angry. We didn't even eat there. We are leaving there. They are started to shout at us. Don't ever try unless you have any other job to do on that day.<br/>I couldn't give negative rating. So I gave 1 star. Is not even worth one star.

All the waiters are bullies. The management does not care. The waiters and the managers almost hit us for no reason. Kindly think twice before going to this place

Service was dissapointing, night menu starts from 11. We were sitting from 10 45 pm waiting to have Goan food but the staff chose to ignore. Let's say we came in too late and we missed the earlier menu, but when I went up to the staff to request someone to take the order the reply was "papaaji" ko bolo. Didn't expect such a response. However, the food is great as usual whatever dish you eat.

If there were no star rating, this is how I would rate this place. Food is spoilt/tasteless. Had a super bad upset stomach after eating from here. The Chinese had pink chicken and utter nonsense. Never eat here.!

This place is really close to beach & stays open till 4AM. It's usually crowded. Very pricy restaurant for the quality and quantity they provide. Ordered pizza when I saw the price I expected a good size flavourful pizza. But got some cheese over toasted chapati kind off thing. Which was quite off. Fish curry rice was a disappointment.. Beef chilly fry is amazing.. Prawns biryani was good too.. ambience is nice..

A busy place in vagator to get cheap alcohol.  The food is good not that great.<br/><br/>Staff is friendly but service is very slow.  First time we went, staff was busy cleaning and arranging tables and not bothered to attend the guests.  We had to wait for more than 20 mins to place our order.  Second time we went, we place first order and for the second order it took time so we cancelled and walked out.

Didn't even understand what all fuss is about. Even simple finger chips didn't have any taste. Veg sandwich was just a simple bread with few cucumbers and tomatoes thrown in. Below average food.

The major lack is their customer service part. The waiters/stewards are least bothered about paying a visit to your table for taking the order. And if you are lucky enough to be able to place an order, the quality of food is another dissapointment. The quality of meat in any of the delicacies we ordered was very stiff and not at all worth it. Worst part is , when I wanted to give a feedback to the restaurant manager Mr. Suman Rawat (who claimed that he is the restaurant manager) , told us straight on my face to leave if we are not happy we can just leave. The restaurant may look inviting from outside as it's in the roadside but they are are just the opposite. Worst experience in Goa. please do not visit. Absolutely unprofessional so called professionals. Huh. I hope the management can spare some time to take the reviews seriously.

Visited the place twice for breakfast on my 2 day trip to Goa. Really nice place with beautiful decor. The outside bar area was really eye catching as you can sit on the road (almost) and sip at your favourite drink. The inside is very spacious with each table accomodating 4 each. The staff is also very friendly and will help you out with whatever you want. Had ordered poached eggs and bread with butter. The bread was toasted to perfection and a small new chunk of Amul butter was given along with the bread for me to apply as per my needs. The pricing is not low. It's a little bit on the expensive side. It's worth a visit though.

We visited the mango tree twice , once in the morning for a quick break , had a spritzer and an icecream for my daughter , and then for lunch where we ordered an egg fried rice , prawn curry rice , cold coffee served in a king fisher glass and you guessed it right - icecream .<br/><br/>The ambience is lovely , it’s got a nice bar area with bar stools overlooking the road and the interiors are a little dim but pretty none the less , the service was decent , they were quick so no complaints, the food is average but the spritzer and the baskin Robbins ice cream was good 😃.<br/>A little less expensive would have made it a 5 star though it’s not costly , it’s not cheap either .<br/>We heard that the place is open till 4 am and is a great place to visit at night so maybe another time <br/>We would definitely revisit for the charm of the place and the cheery vibes.

Had been there 15 days ago, the grilled chicken we ordered was very hard and chewy. Fish curry and rice was good. Same song was played over and over again. Overall experience was not good.

Visited on 4 June and 6 June 2019...perfect location, best ambience.<br/>Outlet time: 9am to 4am<br/>Food: We ordered for Cheese garlic naan, Butter garlic calamari, Masala calamari, Beef chilli fry, Pork chilli fry sausage, Beef Burger, Chilli chicken and Fish curry rice.<br/>All food except for Fish curry rice was fabulous. Fish curry rice was not as per expectation.<br/>Beverage: Ordered for Bira Blonde then finally settled for Beer tower and then pitcher. Glasses I feel should be served chilled. They wash glasses in glass washer but then too i felt some bad smell while having beer. May be since they get so many guest they don't get time to clean water in glass washer.<br/>Service: Service is very quick, but need to have smiling face to indian guest as well.<br/>Overall: Very good place to unwind.

Early in the morning to have breakfast. We had English breakfast and it was totally yum. The juice that was served was fresh too. The ambiance is 4/5. Would recommend.

Saw this place on our way to fort, just wanted to grab some coffee (cold coffee) , and in Goa coffee is served in kingfisher glass, and it was worth it. <br/><br/>It has a place outside where u can see all motors running here and there.

We visited this place today. It's on your way to Vagator beach it's on the road so it's very hard to miss it. It's a bit on the expensive side. We had the Corona and the Mango punch. We decided to have lunch on a hot Thursday afternoon and for an open space like that of Mango, the number of fans were just insufficient. I seriously felt very uncomfortable with sweat on my face even while seating inside. We ordered the verdure pizza and pasta arrabiata. The pasta was okay okay. Did not like it much. But the three stars are for the pizza which was so awesome. So cheesy. I simply loved it. Long time since I had such a good pizza!

This was my first time in Mango Tree and I completely enjoyed the food. We ordered. Roast Beef which was served with boiled vegetables, Curried chicken pasta salad, Garlic crusted grilled chicken, Pizza Calzone and Chicken curry with rise. Pizza Calzone is the start here! It's an Italian oven-baked folded pizza stuffed with mushroom, ham beef and bell peppers. If you eat beef, then you must try this one. Grilled Chicken was the week among all. it was blank, lacked flavors, and pressed grilled which made it stony. The ambiance has quite a different energy, up-cycled newspaper ceiling in warm colors, open bar facing the street and old wooden furniture. Late afternoons are probably not the best time to enjoy Mango Tree's famous scene but should make no difference to the food. They served a pretty bad cold coffee and a crispy veg platter which was quite satisfying. So I'm right down the middle but Zomato allows no half ratings anymore.

The Mango Tree is a chilled-out place to have a drink and some great food. It offers value for money and is one of the few places that is open till 4am. So if you’ve just finished partying for the night and want to gorge on some good food, you won’t be disappointed. <br/><br/>The pastas, Calamari Vindalho and the cocktails in this place should be tried. The prices are pretty decent although they charge slightly higher after 12am. <br/><br/>Having been here atleast 6-7 times, I feel that the staff here needs to be more attentive. Went to this restaurant couple of times during my stay in Vagator as it was 2 mins away from my hotel. The ambience is fine as it gives the feel that you are under the branches of a tree and they also have bar counter by the road were you can sit and enjoy the meal . Tried Israeli dish for starters which was Chicken Schnitzel and it was delicious. Ordered Chicken masala(staff recommendation), kadhai chicken and butter naan. The food was tasty. The staffs were polite, however, the number of staffs needs to be increased.

During our stay in Vagator we visited this place two time. Location is not so good near road side but ambience was very good. Music was amazing. During my stay at vagator beach, stopped by this road side restaurant for breakfast. The location is not that great. The decor is decent and the place looks more vibrant at night. The price of food is modest and the service is good. The food taste is average.

Was really hungry and couldn't find any other decent place to have a quick bite so we ended up here. It's located right at the main road and easy to find, the ambience was decent, when we reached 3 to 4 tables were filled.<br/>We ordered their Prawn Curry Rice , Chicken Cafreal and their Chicken Biryani, the prawn curry was not very great but their biryani and chicken cafreal was really yummy and flavorful.<br/>It's perfect for a quick bite and their prices are also very reasonable.

While the food is remarkable and serving size is generous, the slow service lets it down big time. The ambience is fine, and food reasonably priced.

Go here only if you ara smoker/ don’t mind inhaling plumes of cigarette smoke for free! The entire hotel space is filled with cigarette smoke. When we requested for a space that had little smoke the waiters extended no help at all. When we identified a table that was comparitively fine we were curtly informed we couldn’t sit there ( for reasons best known to the staff on duty).

The mango tree has the perfect reach and an outstanding vibe to grab a perfectly crafted bira white beer along with the food it offers!<br/>The sitting around the bar is visible straight from the road and you’ll always find this place crowded with people. <br/>It has the best north indian food to offer and also biryani is out of the world.

Highly disappointed with the service and the attitude of the waiters here. We ordered sizzlers and it had excessive salt, on requesting to replace it he refused to do so, on requesting again he took the dish and said 4 waiters ate from my dish and said that the salt is fine and got the same dish again to my table after eating from it. When we came to know about this and refused to eat from the same plate again the waiter was very rude to us and then got it replaced after half an hour. I understand Mango tree is well known and they don't care about customer service but least you could do is not Ill treat your customers. Thank you!

Bad Service, we were a group of seven, and went for dinner, while ordering food, staff was very rude regarding asking for basics like spoons, plates. Also we kept waiting for Chapatis for more than forty minutes. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place if you want some value out of your time

Very bad staff and very poor service.easily can ruin your mood and the evening. They will not listen or pay attention to what you are asking or requesting.<br/><br/>

The food was extremely bland with suboptimal service. We ordered sizzler, pasta and fruit custard, all three were below expectations. Sizzler just had boiled vegetables and custard had no taste except for the fruits.

What can I say?<br/>A place you can only find in Goa. An open bar and restaurant where you sit by the bar which is practically on the road side and have a chilled beer. The bar has a humungous number of beers and varieties of drinks available to enjoy. Also moreover the hotel has got a delicious spread of food.<br/><br/>The only thing I would say needs improvement is the service.<br/>The service is a bit slow and the alertness of the waiters could be improved<br/><br/>But on the overall a great vibe and also a place to enjoy drinks and happiness till the wee morning hours of Goa

Okay place to hang out... provided you dont value your money.. coz the service you get for the expensive drinks is just not worth spending a penny. Also if you go there after 10 pm they wont serve you food. although they do have a night menu on which food items are there.. alas we had one drink and left the place. overhyped place for no reason.

Pathetic food. I ordered veg penne arabaita pasta and manchow soup. Both were bad. People get attracted only because it is ccupied with foreigners most of the times. I didn't feel anything good about this cafe.

This is a fantastic place near vagator beach. The setting is really great. Being Goa the drinks are very reasonably priced and food is also great. The overall ambience is fantastic. What I loved most was the roadside sitting area.

The place is full of foreigners and it has a good ambience. The draught beers are cool though the bottle beers are sold at double MRP price. I tried Chicken Ala-Kiev which is a breast chicken stuffed with cheese,butter,red pepper and crumbled fried served with cole slow and chips. Well the description I had a imagination of chips being the normal chips however they were french fries and the breast chicken was rolled in something which I dint understand and made my upper palatte burnt 🙈🙈🙈<br/><br/>I should have probably asked while ordering, well lesson learnt. <br/><br/>Its was okayish and the vibe was great if in a group.

One of the most known place in goa vagator, located at the center and you can always find good crowd over there, Thry serve all kind of draught beer and tandoori pompret , my all time favourite , the best thing is they serve food till late morning, though with a little variety but we get quality food.. Its a must try..

We were not really hungry when we visited this place but really wanted to try something over here since we heard a lot about it. The service was good. The waiter understood our choice and recommended us the right options. We tried margherita pizza and spaghetti pasta in red sauce. Pizza was super yum and infact the best margherita I have ever had. I do not know what he had kept in his mouth to say that before we could even get in or sit.  Now that we sat there I told him give us the drinks menu then. He did not want to give it !!! and he did not give it either. There are a lot of far better restaurants in Vagator espicially with friendly/courteous staff. If you really wanna be humiliated in this so hyped up place you are welcome to go here.

Went there for a brunch that afternoon and half the time was wasted at getting the attention of the staff here. Too many people and too less a people to cater to them. And when one of them did turn up, he wasn't so well behaved either. Ordered for two mocktails which was a let down. Then ordered for butter naan with butter chicken. The were honestly tasteless and just makes me wonder as to how this place is so known even!

Best seafood pizzas ever had. The tuna pizza and the mango tree special pizzas are out of this world. Also, a must try is the beef chilli fry.<br/>

A nice place to chill with friends after a crazy day at the beach/chapora. Decent food, decent drinks, but the service is a bit slow. The ambience has been given an authentically rustic look, with the ceiling covered with mango leaves (quite innovative!)

No doubt good food and good music ... plus at Goa beaches this is purely best .. I wish to be here again ... der is pizza offered and its best we had in our lives

The Mango Tree is one of the “all time favourites” in Goa. This road side restaurant you come across while moving towards Vagator, serves real good food and of course some nice beer! Recommended, must go! 😬

Nice place near the vagator beach we hve been 3 times when we were in goa it is open till 4 am so no rush of going home ... they have a wide varities of spirits do try the masala french fries its very good ... nice music and crowd ... they keep on coming here .... sit at the bar side if you get a chance .... must visit if you are in vagator

The service is sad, food average. They take hours to clean a table. There was a strange stench coming in with the breeze. Definitely not worth a second visit.

I heard about this cafe before going to goa. But didn’t met my expectations. We ordered latte and cappuccino coffee. Both were average. Service is worst like we waited for 30 mins just to order a coffee. Didn’t felt to order anything else.

I have been there with my wife a nice place to have lunch dinner even breakfast..staff is decent and food is good..you can order for good food wih beer, wiskey as per your choice..i will give them overall 4 star for food quality ..cleanlinesa..staff behavior..

We went there in the afternoon before catching our bus. Its a nice cosy place, all wooden interiors and excellent ambience. We tried pasta and orange juice and beers which were great. Food and crowd is great

Had heard a lot about this place for its night life and the crowd suggestions and so happened to try it. Wanted to have Goan special but was disappointed with the food served.<br/><br/>The Amot tik calamari shark felt as if it was dipped and served with just tamarind and hot sauce. The chicken cafreal again, felt like it was just served with spicy green Chutney lacking any savouring taste, salt even. The fries served along were packet fried, them too without any salt or taste.<br/><br/>Hence, I am rating the place really low.<br/><br/>

Nice place, good ambience cosy place with all wooden interiors and nice ceiling style. We had draught kingfisher beer with fruit salad it was a good experience. If u want a quite place than it’s a go to place.

After visiting the fort in sunny afternoon we wanted really good treat for our stomach.<br/><br/>We passes by this street and checked out every outlet till junction. And returned here as this place had decent crowd plus ambiance was good.<br/><br/>Couldn't capture much pictures as we were really hungry and had to wait for table.<br/><br/>Food was good, veg kofta and some breads accompanied with lemon soda.<br/><br/>In evening it might look much better, the ceiling had different kind of art work. Overall good place.<br/><br/>Only had to struggle for the waiter. They were kinda busy all the time.

Had my breakfast here and it’s a great place to sit and relax. Ambience is purely a tree theme and food quality is great. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. Overall a great place to enjoy all types of food.

Taste - 3 star<br/>service - 1 star <br/>Very poor service. Extremely slow delivery and rude staff. If you want to enjoy your meal, STAY AWAY from this place, I suggest. <br/>The staff needs training on how to attend guests. Worst experience of Goa.

This bar and restaurant is located bang on the road to Vagator beach, and can be easily spotted. Looks more than ordinary from the outside, probably because of the reason that it has a bar counter table facing the road where you can spot some foreigners, but don't get carried away by that. Because that's the only part of the ambience you would like. It's very ordinary from the inside, plus not air-conditioned. You can grab some quick bites and cheap beer. We had roast beef, which was actually delectable, but the fish on black beans was average. Costs are moderate, a decent meal without alcohol will cost approximately around 800 INR. Overall an OK place, but don't make it a destination as there are a lot of good options around this place. And yes the staff is not so courteous and responsive as you would want them to be.
