I have completed my level 2 Vinyasa teacher training with great teachers Julie Martin and Emil Wendel and have taken classes at the drop in center with most of their teachers. Brahmani offers up to date anatomically safe and dynamic classes for all levels.
Love this place! Creative sequencing, ethical teaching and a really lovely bunch of people. Can't recommend this place enough :)
