Review Bomras - Anjuna

Everything about this place is carefully thought through. From the ambiance when you walk in all the way through the meal. The food was absolutely amazing. We are visiting from New York and this is on par with some of the best NY has to offer. Highly recommend Bomras!

Came all the way from South Goa to try food of this amazing restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. Delicious food with prompt service. Interior and vibe of it is amazing. Met one of the owner and he showed their garden from where they use spices for their dishes.

My four friends and I had dinner at Bombras today. This was my fourth visit to the restaurant, but first in the new location. The service was great, the starters, main course dishes and the desserts were all good.

Bomras nailed it with the freshest ingredients, and the papaya salad stole the show. It's like a crisp symphony on your palate. If you're into flavors that pop, Bomras is the spot. Major props to the papaya salad – seriously, don't miss it! 🥗🌿🌟

We are vegetarian and we really enjoyed all the food. Plenty of options and everything we had was very unique.

Stupendous asian flavours, Bomras served brilliant cuisine and cocktails. I had a quick dinner here and this place had been in my list for very long. The menu isn’t your regular kind, dishes are distinct, not the kind of Thai you get everywhere. Prawn Thai Curry, Raw Papaya Salad, Chilli Chicken were excellent, beautiful fresh flavours of ingredients & spices blended to perfection. Desserts were simply sinful. Coconut Panna Cotta with passion fruit was silken smooth with layers of intense fresh flavours. Crème Brûlée was smooth, creamy and super well made. Service was super quick. Quality of produce was perf. Coming to the price point, it’s was certainly very steep. We paid 4100 for one salad, one chicken and one prawn dish along with rice & 2 desserts. Was it worth it? yes

To be honest expected it to be better .. ambience is super , food is decent .. jamun is anyday better

Excellent and easy going. Not too expensive or over hyped. Polite people even on a busy day. Loved the hospitality. Great food. Must try the tea leaf salad and baked aubergine, a treat for vegetarians!

Absolutely delicious food! There is excellence, care and a flavour bomb in each bite! I’ve been to Bomras 3/4 times now, and am blown away each time! LOVE the scotch eggs, tamarind pork, and beef tenderloin! The coconut rice is a great accompaniment too! And all the desserts and cocktails are excellent! Also, every server is knowledgeable, attentive and always eager to help! Must go - especially when you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion in Goa!

Having never been to Myanmar I cannot comment on the authenticity of the food. But that said it is some of the best food in Goa. Bomras Chilli Chicken and Fried rice are my favourite items in the Menu. Khau Swey is great but sells out by Lunchtime on Sundays so best to book and go for lunch. For drinkers the bar selection. and cocktails are great.

THE PERFECT RESTAURANT. Highly recommend the mild curry with lychee. I fell in love. The Khow Suey was a large and lovely portion 10/10 worth the money. The chef and bartender we're exceptionally Invested in our meal and offered to modify our food/drinks as per our liking even when we were halfway through them. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Goa for Asian cuisine. I will most certainly return here whenever I can.

Loved the vibe of the place and definitely deserves a visit. A lot of people will tell you it's over priced. Yes it is, but the food and the authenticity of the dishes is totally priceless. We thoroughly enjoyed the Grilled Aubergine Starter, Mild Coconut Vegetarian Curry with Black Sticky Rice and Spicy Tiger Prawn Curry with Steamed Rice. Yes, it did cost us a bomb but never before have we had lychee in a curry and enjoyed it! The flavours of the food were exceptional and totally worth it!

The food is sumptuous and the flavors are new, refreshing and highly enjoyable. The experience of dining here is elevated with the design of the seating area and dim lighting in the dining verandah. I went there for dinner and ordered many dishes from their menu and none disappointed. Deducting a star for non-innovative drinks. The place offers such unique dishes and can do new things in the drinks menu too. The names of the drinks may be new but ultimately those are just the usual cocktails. I’d expect more from Bowmra. In any case, highly recommend the food!

This is one of my favourite places in Goa. The place is lovely and the seating is spacious. The food never disappoints - . We went there twice in four days and had a wonderful time - every dish was spot on. Recommended

By far the best food we had in Goa, we had the grilled aubergine, pork belly, soba noodles and egg friend rice, bomras special cocktail, kokum no rum . Everything was well presented, all the ingredients were high quality, all the dishes were delicious and well balanced, which more than sufficiently justifies the price point. The staff was warm and friendly, the owner had definitely made a mark and greeted every table, most of the people were dining there regularly as the food is definitely exceptional. The overall vibe was very lively and relaxed, would highly recommend to give it a try.

One of my best meals of Goa. Loved their tea leaf salad . Our server and host Rana was amazing. He showed us the herb garden enthusiastically even in the night. Looking forward to more meals.

We loved everything about this place! The flavours are still tingling over my tongue! Very very less options for vegetarians but whatever was on the menu was truly delightful
