Review Thyme & Ash - Anjuna

Absolutely chic restaurant The restaurant is tastefully crafted. The ambience is just too perfect. The food menu is not self explanatory and the staff struggled with it as well. The bread basket with in house dips was outstanding. The chef attended every table for feedback. We ordered tiger prawns however were served jumbo prawns with an extra piece. They made delicious pasta for my baby and it was on the house. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The cocktails were sophisticated but need to be improvised to a 5 star quality. The restaurant should curate the menu and define its identity.
