Review The Gaia - Arambol

Maryanne Torok
Favourite place in Arambol for any time of the day. Staff are so friendly with a great energy. So calming to chill with a vegan chai or smoothie. All meals we had were so fresh with clean veggies, all vegan, and not overpowering with spices/bad oils; just the right amount of flavour and cooked cleanly. Dishes are unique and nourishing, which we needed after having much rich food other places and dealing with some upset stomachs. And their cardamom coffee is great!

The Magic Garden of Maia. A minimal menue with the chefs choise, a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian dish. Cooked with love and care. A setting as magic as would Alice pop up. Music that fits the intimacy of the place. Love it <3

This place is fabulous; not only the food but the staff's hearts are so pure. I do not know why this place is not packed all the time. I have come in here many times. Good prices, fabulous food, nice food selection, coconut chai, great vibes, and the smiles. Please come and try....you will not be let down. I love it here.

The food is amazing raw organic and vegan. There is also some cooked food options like the Thali. Raw hummus is something I never expected to taste so good. Wholesome desserts very yummy vegan fruit lassis. If you are in North Goa you have to try this place once. If you are a vegan and raw foodist then many times

Fantastic! EVERYTHING is vegan! I was absolutely delighted to find this place. Everything is cooked from scratch and they make vegan lassi AND vegan feta (from tofu) too, I recommend the crepes, made from rage flour, so GF, super tasty :) I'll be back!

Kickass place to crash hosted by wonderful people who also happen to cook lipsmacking food. People looking for a close to nature, raw, simple ambience with some love for music would simply love this place. With these unique flavours blended into the place, the chance of getting to meet like minded souls also increases. In short, a gem in Arambol.
