Resort is good overall. Room condition and cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast has ample options and even the taste was very good. Excellent. But dinner was too bad!
While booking this resort please don't take dinner or lunch in package. Opt only for breakfast.
I've edited the review after staying here for 4 nights booked through MakeMyTrip for a better deal. It was a very pleasant stay for our group of 3 families. It's location is key just 5 minutes walk to Baga beach and walkable distance from Calangute beach. Right at the starting point of very famous Tito's Lane which don't sleep at night with all the famous drink & dance clubs. Still it's peaceful when you are inside the hotel premises.
It's advisable to book the hotel on MAP basis as they serve very tasty food in breakfast and dinner. Service is very good and staff is very courteous, attentive and supportive. Restaurant manager Mr Saurabh himself takes care of all the little things. We loved to eat at this place all the times. Highly recommended.
Keys standard rooms are also good with all basic facilities and toilets are good with hot & cold water showers.
Next time I'll visit Goa, I'll surely prefer to repeat my experience here.
We stayed here for a day. The place has good parking within the compound and security around. The property was completely booked and crowded. Has a nice pool but since the crowd and Covid around didn't seem like a good decision to go. The rooms are pretty okay and average. Overall a decent place to live in the main Street area of Goa.
Perfect location. Just a step away from the main Baga beach.
Food is really good.
Services good.
Hotel is under maintenance so few works here and there going on.

I checked in resort 5th feb 2020, its was a pleasant stay. Hotel rooms are a bit smaller but good to stay. I like the service of manager at the food counter. He really tried his best to server me better as my wife is from north so south Indian food is not so liked by her. Over all its a pleasant stay.
I will recommend to stay in this hotel as behalf of my overall experience. Thank you keys for all your services.
Located very close to Bagha beach and Titos, it's one of the best of hotels to stay in this area.
This property has two swimming pools and reasonably big Cafe. Breakfast is complimentary for us which has nice variety and good taste too.
Rooms are good enough with balcony which is enjoyable as location is peaceful. I think they have different sizes of rooms. We took the big one which can accommodate 3 people easily. Would like to stay here again for any revisit.
Services are decent. Was able to book through Goibibo for 3100 per night. Overall a nice experience.

Cons : yellow lighting in rooms which starts to bother after a while, need to ask for toiletries.
Resort Is well maintained, the location is superb just approx 500mt from baga beach. The breakfast is good, rooms are cleaned and hygienic.

Go through the cancellation policies before you book
Located at very close proximity of Baga and Tito's lane. Resort management is good however staff is bit rude but overall service is acceptable. Need to work a little on cleanliness of pools. Food is also good. parking is also available inside the hotel. At first i was given a small room on the backside but on my request changed my room and provided me poolside room. No hard feelings, overall good experience at the end.

In photos it looks wonderful but FYI it’s become quite old property but still it’s managed quite well. it’s on the amazing location, just 400-500m from the baga beach 😍 !! It’s just there at the end of titto’s lane.
Hotel rooms were good, bathroom was nice and clean. There were two swimming pools in the hotel, both were clean. I got a pool side room there we were having really nice view.
Horrible things was the lift which was very old and their gates should be opened and closed manually, it was smelling bad too.
Now let’s talk about restaurant, it’s quite spacious, good ambience and pool side view.
We included only breakfast in package and it was really good, you can have as much as you want like a prince, there were couple of things that you could have idly, dosa, poori or paratha, sabji, omelette, chicken, boiled eggs, fruits, desserts etc.
My overall experience was good and would have given 5 star if lift was good and reception staff would have been more polite.
I recommend this hotel, you can go there with your family and friends. It’s safe and on very good location.
