A small little place located away from the hustle and bustle of the road. Amigos is located under the bridge along a river. need I say more? well, yes I do.
we went there one lazy afternoon and we were not disappointed. The view of the river and the boats had a somewhat surreal affect that had nothing to do with the alcohol that we already consumed.
A friend of mine ordered the crab a day ahead (which is recommended to do). This crab was MASSIVE and while the kids made sure it wasn't alive, we devoured it and we were not disappointed.
I have heard that if you book a day ahead, you can also go out with the boat to help catch the crab you like. Service was good, if not great. Nice place to take the kids. some novels around so people can spend their time reading there.
Bottom line: Do not miss this place. Ample parking for bikes. Go in the afternoon for the views. Be respectful of nature and the surroundings. Have a great time.

Amigo's is a Nice, quiet and serene place.
I have always experienced a warm and healthy ambiance. Food is awesome.
Just that they have a limited menu. Crabs are their specialty, caught in crab traps across the river. They are famous for their crabs dishes, the prawn curry & mussels totally hit the spot.
They even arrange boat trips where you can catch crabs and they prepare an amazing meal for you from your catch itself.
One can find the original goan taste in the cuisine they offer and the dishes prepared by them is just amazing. Having a meal at amigos is like having a meal at a goan friend's house. It's nothing fancy but simple and inviting.
by the banks of a rivulet in Nerul sits this cozy little restaurant that's serves the best fried FISH and CRABS.

On our way to cqndolim ,we took our lunch break at 'Amigo's restaurant/bar.
A nice location ,just under the nerul bridge , on the bank of river nerul.Even its rear balcony is on the river nerul. Good food,prep. is good.Can have your meal there with a short break
A place amazing for fish lovers , especially the crabs are well cooked and healthy to eat. The Goan style food at a reasonable rate
