Review Blue Corner - Benaulim

We stayed here for a night. The rooms were cosy and clean. The beach was very close to the cottage. The food on the shack was so good. Sheila was kind enough to recommend their Xacuti. It was delicious. The rotis were also so good better than most North Indian restaurants. Lovely vibe with amazing music. They also have a pool table which is a great addition. Would definitely recommend.

A real fun and lively place to be for a night out. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food is varied and prepared fresh in the side kitchen. The beers are always nice and cold. The view from the front of the porch is awesome and the sea breeze refreshing. These kinds of shacks, on the beaches and seafront in Goa, are just the place to be after a hot day shopping in the nearby town. I recommend this joint.

Food was good, prices were low, service was friendly. For me it was weird that waiters were wearing T-shirts with “Russia” on the back (considering that there’s currently the war started by this country)

Place is good with great sea facing view but food was comparatively expensive and quantity was also less as compared to the food prices. Overall decent experience.

A good stay experience, the huts are just closest to the beach, well maintained, and spacious. The restaurant is sea-facing and has a variety of options to choose from which are quite tasteful. Although prices are not too low and neither too high, I tried butter chicken, chilly paneer, chilly chicken, butter rotis, and fish masala fry. I found all of them quite delicious. They use moderate oil & spices, so someone may not find it too tasty as well. But overall good stay experience here with the food. We stayed here for 2 days, and it was quite peaceful, whenever we want we can be on the beach to feel the breeze and have fun.

Quiet place, you can sit and relax, food is okayish, some dishes are good, some not so good. Food is expensive considering the quality. They need to improve food. Ambience is typical shack. Its beach front so you can go have a dip and come back to your table. Service is good for drinks but have to wait a long time for food, not an issue if you can wait.

We liked the food - will have to say that we repeated the starters as it tasted really good. We ordered Soups, Starters and Main course. They took sometime to serve but worth the wait - meanwhile we enjoyed the sea facing view. Food was tasty and good quality and quantity. Little bit improving on service will be 5 stars for sure but no regrets.!! You will have to pass further through Southern deck to reach this place, no flashy lights to attract crowd. Will come back again for sure as my Son and Wife liked it too.! 🥰 Happy Goa 😉☺️😍

Absolutely loved the stay here. This is is right on the beach, we were lucky to get a Hut which was sea facing and the view is amazing. The service is pretty decent and very good for a budget stay. Only bad part about it is that you need to walk a little after you Park your vehicle to get there but the walk is worthwhile.

Really Nice place to Stay. Excellent location. It is on the beach. Huts Size is sufficient for 2 people. Food is bit cost in the Shack.But ambience is good. No parking facility, we need to park our vehicles at the empty place which is 200m away from the huts. Must try place for the couples & solo travellers who wants privacy.

Awesome place to stay in South Goa...the resort is right at the beach, hence it's a sandy road for the last 50 meters or so.. They have old looking rustic cottages and wooden cottages are also been built at the same site which should be ready by end of Oct'19. Do not expect for 5 star amenities; but it's neatly maintained; staff is cooperative. Access to the beach is just perfect, as u find yourself to be close to the water and at the same time also don't feel very close (Incase it's a worry for someone who don't know to swim etc.); the distance is just perfect. We had been to other resorts as well, however this place has the best view. Food is very nice; 90% of the public there is a foreigner, hence they will usually serve u normally spiced food. We asked them to make it spicy every time and they understood our requirement very well and served us delicious food. Water sports and dolphin rides are available nearby. Good to stay for 2 nights and relax yourself!

This place is really awesome,clean and very close to beach so if you stay in their huts anytime you can walk into private beach and unlimited access to shacks which is really an added advantage. Coming to the food yes it's very good and many options for vegetarian as well. Staffs are very helpful. They also send the staff to pickup luggage from parking area which is aprox. 200 mtr away from huts.. I am hoping to visit this place again very soon, it's best place to spend good time with family as well as with friends you will love it.. Feedback: Dustin in bathroom can be given. Instead of fan one cooler or table fan will give more comforts. Since place is about 200 mtr far from parking lot it makes difficult to walk in sand so they can put something on ground to make it hard surface to walk.

Food is amazing. Staff is perfect. Beer is cheap. Best butter chicken !!! We stayed at the blue corner for 7 days. The owner and all staffs are amazing and will do everything to help us in any way. The huts are nice and the new ones they are building are even better. They are planning to build 16 huts total which is a really good sign of how great this place is working. The restaurant is always busy and the view is amazing. The food is good and there is a lot of variety. You are also straight on the beach. If you want you can just lay down on the chair on the beach, play pool, get a massage (it was amazing), relax while smoking a chicha or just walk around the beach or village (it well located all walkable distance). The stay was amazing and we recommend this place to everyone. It's a little rustic paradise we found and I am sure you would enjoy it has much.

The location is too good. Its on beach . The restaurant ambience is superb with proper music and lighting. Good food options and tasty enough. The bar/restaurant opens till 1 midnight . Cons : Parking space is there behind it but its open field area without CCTV. The prices in restaurant are too high may be coz of its location. But its unreasonable. Stayed for 6 days and ended up paying double the price of stay on food n drinks. All rooms are hut with private washroom but very small and very minimal amenities and old furnitures . We spent most of d time in restaurant coz of this 😁

Such a wonderful place to be in . The ambiance is wonderful, food is mind-blowing, the staff so polite and courteous. Great cocktails. Beautiful view of the beach. Highly recommended it to all who visit Goa to please come n visit this restaurant. They have little huts to stay in which is great. Reasonable prising. Had a splendid time.

It is perfect place to stay in. little houses are right on the beach. connection is little hard as you can not drive the car near by, but only like 500 m away as sand will stop you. People are very kind and the restaurant has always fresh fishes. they have really good food and services. Houses are clean and perfectly located. We were really lucky. next time I am in Goa I will spend time here again. It is possible to rent a scooter here for easier transport in Goa.

Heaven on earth!!! Great food just at the beach. Huts small but have all you need. I will be back!!!

Overall this place is way too much overpriced average cost of two mentioned is not possible with their current rate card. The menu I zomato and actual menu rates are different.<br/>Food and staff was okay.

As Goa shack food goes, this one certainly does not rate very high for me. It's neat and clean, with a fabulous view of Benaulim beach, but the food let's it down a bit. The squid masala came rubbery and the masala too raw to be enjoyed, the prawn curry was a sad watered down version, and French fries instead of crispy were hard and far too brown. Have had far tastier food in the several beach shacks in Goa over the years.

Quite an average place to visit. I visited this place with my husband on a Saturday for breakfast mainly because this was the only place open on the beach. The food was quite average. We ordered French Toast, masala Omelette and Pancake. Everything was quite average. When pancake came to our table we got surprised because it looked like a roll. I won’t recommend this place for sure.

A shack with a beautiful view and calm surroundings. Not too commercialised and not too noisy. The accessibility is a bit of a problem, but it's almost the same with all beach shacks. The accommodation alongside is of basic budget beach side huts. <br/>The breakfast isn't at all nice, rest everything is good. The naans are sometimes over done. The seafood and north Indian dishes tasted really fine. The lady behind the counter isnt at all kind and generous and has a differential treatment to Indian and international guests. Service is really quick and good portion sizes!

The worst hotel in india...The staff are really bastards..specially the lady in the counter.indians please dont visit. The worst restaurant.

We spent the day at the blue corner, homely, lovely food, good ambience, polite and friendly staff and worth the money. Will go back for more. Only downside is they dont have rechad bangda😪

Okaay restaurant right on the beach.. food tastes decent.. the waiter took really long to deliver our food.. the restaurant is located slightly in the interiors but its a nice quiet place..

very bad experience. we waited for an hour at restaurant in morning during breakfast time. no one came to take order. after one hour waiter behaved in a very very arrogant manner. on complaining about his rude behavior he literally said if you want to sit then sit else f..k off. we were with a kid and felt very very bad. spoiled our mood during morning hours. we wanted to complain about him to manager but he refused to tell his name and manager's name. felt this place is not good for family specially the restaurant as the waiter was too too abusive in his language.

One of the best benaulim can offer. Better than firefly I must admit. It is directly facing the beach. I spotted a trend of foreigners prefering this one over other shacks. It so close to the ocean so that you can enjoy a bath and come directly to the shack. Avoid evening as there is a lot of jelly fish around. <br/>They have a fast wifi and quite satisfied with the service but it would have been better if employed 2 more guys as waiters. The food serving takes a bit more time than i expected. But it is totally worth it. Also situated closer to the coco huts. I am reducing 0.5 points for the service turn around time and lack of enough variety in cocktails. Just visit, enough said

This is one of the few places open before the shacks come up on the beaches during the "season" time in Goa. The food here is fantastic. Must try are the bacon wrapped prawn and fish cafareal. You can give the desserts a skip. The service is good and laid back.

Out of the very few shacks open at this time of the year... Found the blue corner to be the most decent available...with sun beds... Full blown bar and food.. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

After an amazing dip in the ocean, this was the perfect place to settle with a beer and some amazing squids. With the breeze from the sea and the relaxed ambience, I fell in love with the place.

This is one of the very few shacks on Benaulim beach and is really good! We spent an entire day here because they have all the facilities that we needed for a day - sand beds, showers, breakfast, lunch, beer and so much more! The staff is really helpful and the food is excellent.

My favroite beach place in Benaulim and Sheila is the woman to meet she is a great hostess the food the sun the sand the beach and booze is all you can wish for and friends Goans service beautiful sunsets to top it all

Enjoyed a sumptuous dinner with family. Had preparation of fish and chicken. Found both equally delicious. Good service with decent courteous staff. One has to reach here before 9 pm to find a table or wail for your turn. Fully recommended.

You must visit this place for a relaxed morning under the sun. Their masala chai served in a pot is a must try. Wi-fi is an added facility. <br/>The full body massage by these guys is very relaxing and safe.
