Review Beno - Benaulim

Visited the place for a Sunday brunch and had a wonderful time there. The food was tasty. Added to it was the lovely atmosphere of the restaurant with live singing and cheerful audience. Had one of the most memorable meals of our trip.

Old school kind of shack not by the beach. Close to Baywatch Goa resorts. Staff is good but gets lost when at full capacity. Expensive but dishes are really GOOD. Dont expect 5 star standards and this is a beautiful place for spending a good evening or even an afternoon with friends and family.... We were about 12 families incl kids and we managed to rake up a bill of 50 K plus !!!! Its a good place !!! Must go if in south Goa. Cherios !!!

So, after reading all the mixed reviews about this place, I hope my review helps people to decide on this place. 1. about food, yes the quantity is a bit less than the price quoted, but they do not compromise on the quality of it. I think this is better than all the on road tapris which serve you a whole lot of food, but add harmful colours and bad oil to it. So price is a bit justified. 2. About the delivery timing, Yes our order took a good 20 minutes to come, but this was because they make it on point. Things as simple as a ginger tea which we had was perfect and flavourful. We also ordered stuffed omlette, quinoa upma and crossaint sandwich, and trust me on this, everything was perfectly cooked and tasted heavenly. The omlette was having a nice punch of garlic, properly cooked mushrooms and juicy spinach. Quinoa upma was smoky, perfectly seasoned with an added texture of crunch by seeds, served with a cumin flax garlic chutney. The crossaint sandwich was filled with a layer of pesto, caramalised onions and purple cabbage cooked just right. It was downright delicious. So guys, they might be late in delivering ur order or maybe overpriced or maybe the things on their online menu might not be available at that point of time, but just trust the place and it's food and go for it!!

Been to this place twice and i love the vibe. The food is delicious and portion size of dishes is decent. Their burgers are a must try. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. Overall this is a must visit place to dine if you are living near Beanaulim. Food that we tried: Chicken burger, Chicken stakehouse, Fish and chips, garlic bread either cheese, pasta aglio olio, orange juice, peach ice tea

We really enjoyed the love music and overall ambience at Beno! The croissant with tomato, basil, etc was delicious and the lamb burger was one of the best I’ve ever eaten!! The owner Gaurav is incredibly helpful and friendly and really cares about ensuring each person is well taken care of!!

Visited this place twice & ordered in twice in my 3 day visit to Varca, Goa. The staff is very friendly and service is good. The cafe gives you laid back comfortable vibe, music playlist is cool! We were here for lunch and the food was amazing! Our delivery experience wasn’t great though, orders took more than 1 hour to get delivered er at 6km distance & the food that came in was like 7/10 (unlike the dining experience at cafe) .. But their menu is great and we would love to come back to try some breakfast options from them. Do try them if you are in Varca, Benaulim, Cavelossim area :)

So I took a friend to Beno who doesn't like food experimenting. Well this friend was quite amazed with the 'grilled fish with mashed potatoes & satuted veggies' served here. I ordered the grilled chicken steak with mushrooms & French fries which too was delicious. Thanks to Beno & team 👍

Quality food !!! We had the shnitz creek and fish burger. Food is really good. The dining experience could've been a bit more ergonomic. The tables are far away from where you sit and also if you get up you need to watch your head because of the overhead lamp which I hit twice when I got up. The service is really good. Very friendly. Definitely a must try for the food. Deducting 1 star for the ergonomics and especially for not having "Rachel & Chandler's stolen Cheesecake" for which we came there especially. Kinda disappointed that we didn't get to try it.

Good place to try for breakfast. They do have variety of food options, we tried the shakshuka and meat breakfast, they were made and presented well. There is a small parking space, a few meters away from the restaurant and they have put up a board for the same.You can ask the manager there for food suggestions and preferences to help with. Overall it's a nice place with good food , it was clean and toilets were also maintained well.

My breakfast experience at Beno in South Goa was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Turkish eggs and pancakes, and they exceeded my expectations. The Turkish eggs were perfectly seasoned, and the combination of flavors was a delightful surprise. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, making for a satisfying and delightful breakfast. I would highly recommend trying the Turkish eggs and pancakes at Beno if you're in South Goa. It's a culinary experience you won't want to miss!

Super cosy place and great place, although I had greater expectations from the shakshouka reviewers raved so much about. Fell a little flat on the flavours but still a solid 4 star. Definitely coming back to try more things here! Oh, and there's always seem to be some pets around and the ambience is just so perfect! Lovely place!

Great place. We went for breakfast. The service is good and food is amazing. They seem to have a huge Gin collection and offer many gin cocktails.

Finally visited this place a couple of weeks ago! Was it worth it? To some extent, yes. While the quantity of the dishes was a bit less for the price, I must say that the eggs benedict was cooked to perfection! It was absolutely delicious. The shakes, on the other hand, didn't quite meet my expectations. But what really stood out to me was the great ambience of the place. It had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff was super kind and friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, it was a decent experience with some hits and misses. 😊

It's a place to go to when you are looking for a good breakfast or brunch. Egg Benedict and pancakes are truly delicious and made to the perfection. Staff is good and looks after the guests. If they serve fresh fruits in stead of frozen then it would have got extra brownie points. Also, this time around due to rains need to concentrate a more in the overall hyeigne and may think to put a flash-o-pest.
