Review Wbg - Whitefield Bar And Grill - Bengaluru

Great ambience. Swimming pool view is clean and chic. We can also sit/stroll/lay beside the pool (but not have the food). The seating area beside the bar is well lighted and stylish. Food taste is awesome. One of the demerits is over priced items (especially the starters). Service is decent and well-mannered.

Place had good food and nice ambience but the only draw back was it had so many mosquitoes..made it awful to sit and finish our meal. Otherwise rest including service was great.

Very good ambience, pool side restaurant for best in class wines and other drinks. Expensive as you would expect from a 5-star hotel based restaurants. Made a little more affordable with Marriott membership.

Great place to chill out on a Friday night. Generally packed with office folks post Friday stress to eat and drink their hearts out. The ambience is nice although it gets louder as the night progressess. There is an open sitout area where smoking is allowed.

This place has unparalleled service and food. The ambiance by the pool is fantastic and the staff is incredible. The restaurant is led by a gentleman named Dola, and the food they put out is exquisite. Easily the best chicken Tikka I have ever had. Thank you Dola and your team!

Sonu was an outstanding waiter. He paid attention to details of the order, and he made sure that our every need and request was taken care of. The food was also amazing, and I would definitely recommend it for a nice casual atmosphere with friends and colleagues alike.

Come here when you want to pamper yourself with AMAZING food! The Charcoal Grilled Prawns was better than anything I've had in coastal cities and The Flying Chic was so juicy and the bun was unbelievably soft. Beautiful outdoor ambience and the service was excellent ❤️

Meanwhile I have to say - as usual. If I stay in Bangalore than in the Whitefield Marriott and then of course at the Bar&Grill. Service is perfect and I feel like family. The food and drinks are always as I like them.

The porkbelly was great l. Abilash when out of his way to explain the dishes. Great experience!

Food was ok. Could have been better. Ambience was good. Service was poor and too slow. The order took a lot of time to be prepared and delevered.

Chef Bhupendra was at his best with Dal Makhani and Paneer Tikka. Rin and Joel had been very polite and helpful in serving. Truly a wonderful evening. Good luck and thanks to the Whitefield Bar and Grill team, Cheers !
This place is lovely to spend your evening with family and friends. The support staff Rin and joel were very kind. Chef Bhupendra even served us some complimentary food. Must visit place in whitefields.

It was a very bad experience. There were too many mosquitos and nothing done to ward them away. The ambience and food was very ordinary for the price paid
Service was good, but i guess you would expect that at the minimal

This place is FABULOUS.The steak was delicious and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The pork skewers with a thai twist was a refreshing change. The drinks were just right and the ice creams were flavourful. What made this dining experience enjoyable was the personal attention given by the chefs and wait staff especially Chef Rohit and Chef Jamal.Definitely recommend WBG for a great evening out with friends and family!

Pool side view with nice music and cozy dim lighting makes a perfect ambience for evening drinks...odor of mosquito coil kept under the tables is a bit of let down though.. other wise good service ...nice place for drinks..we ordered a non veg platter and it is decent
Melanie D'Souza
Let me start by giving props for the ambience and service at this restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant plays great music. The food however is highly overpriced. The 'nachos with chicken tenders' turned out to be a dish with (barely any) shredded chicken (no sign of 'chicken tenders') albeit the nachos, sour cream and gauac were good. The prawns and chorizo skewers tasted like frozen prawns with no flavour and sadly, inedible chorizo. The steak was cooked well, but comes with a cold salad. Hot sides, like fries / grilled veggies come at an additional cost of 400 a piece.

For a total bill of 4500 for 2 starters, 1 steak and 2 iced teas, this restaurant does not meet the standards its pricing implies.

Awesome is food and drinks.bous are art we will visit again.i tecolomdef this place. We will visit again. Staters are awesome. Rajesh is best.

Dola suggested and served us lovely food item in chicken .
We are pleased and enjoyed the dine .
Specially it’s a Valentine’s Day and we felt nice being here .
We will surely recommend the place to my friend and family .

Lovely ambience average food.

I went here with office colleagues to unwind few long days work. We had two types of red wines and mocktails. Of course food .. only starters.. I found
1. Limited choices if you don't eat beef and pork.
2. We didn't like their cold prawn salad which they replaced with BBQ king prawns which was nice.
3. Their paneer was one among the best in Bangalore.. but people do eat paneer outside and at home in India and expect better than that in 5star restaurant.
4. Staffs were nice but looked less knowledgeable , again expectations from 5star staffs.
5. Staff was cheerful and helpful and very kind
6. Thanks to Chef to come on table and talk to us and replaces dishes without charging.. a great gesture.

Thanks we had nice time.. sorry if I am bit critical on food.. as I expect little more..

What an amazing place! Visited this place as we do not got reservations in windmill but to our surprise this place turned out to be awesome. Ambiance is top class next to pool and food is amazing. Hotel staff including the chef get personally involved in suggesting the food items we should try. We ordered chicken tikka and keema nan and believe me I could not have asked anything better then that. Portion size was also good. Highly recommended if you are near Whitefield.
Sharad Panicker
Mixed feelings about the food. The burgers and grilled chicken items were very good. However, the prawn and chorizo starter we ordered did not have chorizo, but came with regular sausage instead. The fish served for the mains was stale. Nice ambience and decent cocktails though
Shreyas Yuvraj
I ordered a chicken sausage and it was too good and fresh and i loved it .it was tasty and delicious and their presentation from their side is very good there was a tissue and juice . I loved it
Souvik Guha
AMBIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, But as a foody, I was a bit dissapointed with the items that were there, but anyway quality of the food tastewise was not that good but not bad also. Outstanding dishes were the Mixed veg sabzi, Hot gulab jamun, in starters fish was excellent, Biryani was not up to the mark, expected something better from them, had a very friendly staff, and moreover welcome drinks should be a refreshing one, not some packed litchi punch. Well I have given them 4 stars and I am honest with my review, would love to go back if they change something in their menu and always would be following how Fairfield takes the reviews and feedback from us and turn into something good that would be a suprise in my next visit.
Krishna Prasad
Amazing experience. Chef Bhupendera approached us personally and offered his assistance in placing the order. He was very polite and informative while explaining the menu. The ambience was very cosy and the staff was very friendly.

This place is amazing for starters and drinks. Tried out the Soya Chap which was out of the world. The grilled platter was really good as well. The Creme Brule was out of the world. Hats off to Chef Bhupendra for the food and Kiran who made us amazing cocktails.
Sumit Sethi
Went there on a weekday evening. The place has good ambience taking advantage of the Bangalore winds. The people are super friendly, two chefs came atleast 3-4 times if food was up to the expectations. Had ordered a chicken burger and what came was amazing. It was a big burger with taste so so good, had sauces. The weird thing I found was they didn’t have fries with the burger which is a normal convention. The burger was heavy, filling and really yum, loved it.

Had a lovely time with friends here... The service was really good.. We had Kiran at our service.. He was very helpful and suggestive with drinks.. He made us a nice hot cocktail as I couldn't have anything cold.. Do add Hot Toddy to the drinks menu.. I can say he did give a great service...
We were personally greated by the Chef.. Chef Bhupinder.. He gave great suggestions for food and an amazing dessert.. Cream Brule..
Must visit place.. It's lovely.. Nice ambiance to catch up and have a good time with friends...
Almost a regular customer to this place. Thanks to chef Dola for taking good care of us. Food is awesome especially the grilled chicken burger. Ambience is also good as restaurant is next to pool.

We had an amazing family outing at Whitefield Bar and Grill. The ambience is as pretty as a picture as the place is right by an arresting swimming pool. The staff is extremely affectionate and they do their best to treat each guest with a personalized experience. Chef Dola Singh came to our table to understand the kind of experience we were looking for. The charming chef Dola Singh, the delectable food, the lively music, the ever smiling attendant Ritu Nandi made our evening extremely memorable. The place has a definite repeat value. We would like to visit again and again.

Did you know that North West Frontier cuisine is the one from where most of the kebabs are originated?

Why am I telling you this?
Because Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield decided to introduce us to an authentic north west frontier meal fare. This cuisine is very popular because of its unique style of cooking in terms of methods and ingredients. The flavor that the tandoor imparts cannot be duplicated. The other important factor is that the method of cooking is quite adaptable to vegetarian ingredients also. Tandoori gobi is as popular as chicken tikka.

Which is exactly why in this particular festival an equal if not more importance towards veg has been given. Every dish is carefully handcrafted by Pushkar Chef and Chef Sanjay Rawat and supported by ever talented Chef Sudip Misra.

With an extravagant meal lined up Jayadev Jackie and his team strives to ensure that the experience in itself is unparalleled with any. For 1075 and 1475 this is a steal in itself. So if you are in Whitefield then you have no reason to miss and If you are not in whitefield then you don’t need a better reason to travel there! Experience it while it lasts.

Located in a cosy spot right by the pool we were very pleased by our experience here. Chef Jamal was very warm and friendly, recommended some good dishes and made us very comfortable. We ordered the Gambas and the beef fillet which were both cooked very well. We asked for the beef to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked just as we expected so we were really glad about that. The beef was tender and juicy and the portion was also pretty generous. The gambas was marinated well and the flavours were very deep. The only glitch was that shrimp wasn’t deshelled which is how I personally prefer my shrimp however the shell was lossened so taking it off wasn’t much of a hassle. We ended our meal with the vanilla creme brûlée the top was crisp and caramelised perfectly and the custard at the bottom just melted in the mouth.

I loved the food , chef Dola Singh came to our table and recommended couple of dishes like Lamp Seekh Kabab and tenderloin beef streak with some brown sauce and both dishes were awesome ( juicy so perfect for me or I would have hated dry meat ) .... I would surely visit back.

Visited this place multiple times as I've had this Marriott club membership.
Ambience: The place gives you the feeling of being in a part of an american barbecue. Its open to the sky and next to the pool. Its a really nice place to hang out with friends. During rains they seem to have some trouble with mosquitoes. They try hard to keep them away but you do face some troubleFood: I've ordered Nachos and cheese recently and it was excellent. Service: The staff is very friendly and willing to do extra. For example I wanted some indian tea that was not on the menu but the staff were willing to make an exception and bring it from the other restaurant in the same hotel. We love this setting and will surely be back to enjoy the place

WOW. What an amazing place to have grill from tandoor and charcoal. This place have limited but amazing stuff you can have. Relish experience. Drinks from around the world and mixology is just perfect. What an amazing experience... the choices by the manager and Mr. Dola Singh was just perfect
Sahil Bambroo
Went to this place for a dinner with few Office colleagues and it turned out to be an awesome experience. The cocktails were nicely presented by the extremely #courteousstaff and the place had some #niceburgers too. The #ambience is also nice and smoky. I would highly recommend this place.

Was there in Mariott for the new year eve. Had amazing time there. Had dinner buffet included but they told me to order anything from the menu as buffet area is booked for the New Year Party. I loved the menu, the choice of food and the international flavours which they offer.
Burger was great, salad was super fresh and drinks were good. Special mention for the Ice Tea. It was one of the best Ice tea I have tasted in the town. Interested to learn how to make it.

Nice place .. ambiance is really good on open terrace.. food taste was nice... more veg variety could make it much better...
Chef Dora was really nice to make some slightly different dish on request for us ...
overall good experience

Naaah....this place is not at all what I had expected. The ambience I would say is good, the food looks great but tastes way below the presentation. One of the staffs was really ill behaved. Apart from that service was good. What I learnt from my visit to this place is that this place is overly hyped. They could have put little more effort for taste as well with presentation
Shubha Soumya Sinha
The food was good expecially the lamb minced seekh kebab! It was moist and flavorful. The crispy chicken was the best! Crispy exterior and soft chicken inside!

We went for a Friday evening after work relaxation. The place was good and ambiance was very welcoming. But unfortunately for veggie's this is not the place. They just have couple of food items for veggie's. The soya chaap was not that great to be precise. However, the staff were very courteous when we expressed our dissatisfaction towards the food. Maybe one time visit for the staff and ambiance.

Whitefield Bar and Grill is situated on the second floor pool side of Marriott, Whitefield. The ambience is absolutely amazing. We ordered a bourbon, and a veg platter to eat! Summed it up with kulfi and a good halwa! Loved the experience

What a day! We were invited to have a cooking session with the chefs. They taught us to make chicken Tikka and Naan. Their hospitality and service is impeccable!

Thank you for the love! Until next time.

Nice ambience by the pool. Great cocktails. Good service. I had the the three small chicken burgers with fries and loved it. Loved the concept of three small burgers instead of one huge one. Will definitely visit again.

Must visit place if you are in Whitefield. This restaurant is in open area surrounded by lush green garden and beautiful swimming pool. This is best fit for team outing, hang around with friends and even dine out with love ones. Food is amazing, one of the best grill and thandoori dishes I had. My personal favourite is veg/non veg platter, grill chicken, grill vegetable. Chef Umesh has done wonderful job in designing the menu, he is very particular about his ingredients and we can taste this in his dish. Even his junior chef Salman & Ranjan too are excellent in their respective departments. Service is icing on the cake, Akshit and his boys are assets to the hospitality industry.

This place; it's a find. They call themselves bar and grill and that's precisely what they are; a bar and a grill. Around 30-40 seats scattered around in open cabanas around the poolside; it's a relaxed sophistication at its best. There is an open bar in a shack and the grill is next to it and that's all there is.

The single page menu has option of grilled fish; veg ; fowl and meats done either Indian style or European. For fussy eaters they have a burger or two. The food while minimalistic is perfect. I have never had as good lamb chops as I had there; achieving the perfect balance of juicy firmness with fall off the bone tenderness.

The cocktails are perfect; and the limited wine list goes perfectly with the grills.

All of the above though; does come at a price; this is one of the more expensive places in Bangalore and even a small meal with light drink can set you back by 2-3k per person. Yet it is totally worth the spend.

Go there if you are a connoisseur of good food and you have the money and taste to pay for a simple but good meal without expecting it to be fancy or showy.

Shilpy Sharma

Went for the first time We ordered the piggy bag and a drink (caprioska)
Food:
Absolutely minimal effort and seemed like a inexperienced cook made the chicken (it was just in plain tomato saice , chicken was fibrous and not juicy at all) chicken wings were way too oily
Drink:
The caprioska is a simple one but they messed that up !!!!
Service:
Not happy

We lost our appetite and left the place
Nikhil Wahi
Went there with family and we ordered soya chap with dal, soya kulcha, grilled chicken burger and a steak sandwich. The burgers were good but chap was a let down. I have been there before and they used to serve one the best chaps out there but now it was not the same. Place has a very cozy ambience and well trained staff.
Over all- decent stuff.
Sumit Birajdar
Calm, serene, quite, beautiful etc etc. Such is a place where you run out of words.
Next to the poolside and breeze flowing, you don't want to leave this place very soon.

I personally felt the vareity of food is not great, but the drinks where made very good.

Food: 4/5
Service: 5/5
Ambience: 5/5
Cost:4/5

Thanks!!!
It was a poolside dining experience..The amazing weather was a bonus.. The place is famous for MEAT.. The staff was very kind n helped us choose the vegetarian options
We ordered for paneer tikka which was served with dal makhani n kulcha.. It tasted great.. The soya chaap was served with french fries..The mocktail was blended perfectly.. Everything was perfect.

Whitefield Bar and Grill located at the Marriott, Whitefield has been one of Bangalore’s best kept secrets in the culinary front. Tucked away from the heart of the city amidst the IT hub of Bengaluru, this unique restaurant has already grabbed the much coveted “Restaurant of the Year” award at the prestigious World on a Plate event by none other than George, Gary and Matt of MasterChef Australia fame a few weeks back. I grabbed this opportunity to review this hitherto understated culinary masterpiece, and boy they did deserve the accolades.

When you walk into the restaurant hosted at the poolside of Marriott, Whitefield it creates the impression of an All American Steakhouse with casual seating and ambience. A closer look at the menu reveals the absolute heaven for meat lovers that this place stands for. Ironically enough, the dish “Soya Chaap” that won the award is vegetarian and is a must-try. But more details about that later.

I was impressed with the assortment of home-made sauces and dips that were neatly arranged on the wooden décor reminiscent of a western pub from a 1960s Clint Eastwood original. I was happy to notice the rarities Beef Cheek and Ceviche on the menu. The after shower smell of the adjoining poolside created just the perfect ambience to indulge in some good old meat without worrying about calories or high blood pressure.

I was served the Tandoori Platter by none other than Chef Sanjeev, who has a few years of service at the best five star Hotels in the country including the Oberoi, Kolkata. We immediately struck a chord of connection with the old school charm that Oberoi is known for way back home. As we savoured the Lamb Sheekh Kebab and the Salmon Tikka served as part of the Tandoori Platter, I paired it with a glass of Chandon.

Up next was the award winning Soya Chaap, a delicacy and a WBG Originale which not only pleased the MasterChef judges, but is sure to win the heart of any meat lover. The best part is that it is made of pulled thin slices of Soya, tender and flavoursome creating a meaty feel to its texture. The overnight marination is the key to render the right succulence. Wrapped within a Pita bread with exotic herbs and a simple tangy Barbeque sauce, this simple yet out of this world dish is beyond any comparison. This is by far the best Vegetarian dish tasted by me anywhere till date.

Moving on, we proceeded over to the Mains with a varied meat option including the Tandoori Half Baby Spring Chicken and the BBQ Pulled Pork Burger. The latter is served with a home-made Barbeque Sauce and Apple Slaw. The combination of the greens and the pulled pork created a unique taste, reminiscent of a good old Burger in downtown Austin, Texas. However I was unable to control my gluttony for a plate of King Prawns marinated with Yellow Chilli and Yoghurt cooked to perfection in a Tandoor. They were simply divine to say the least and quenched my eternal search for the best Seafood in town. I ordered a Beef Fillet with the traditional Blue Cheese and Jalapeno Sauce. I always prefer my Steaks Medium Rare and this one was not only cooked to perfection, but the red inner layer when infused with the Blue Cheese rendered the perfect dish. I was the happiest glutton on the planet.

Chef Sanjeev has saved a surprise for us with the ultimate dessert in the form of a jaggery Ice-cream, otherwise known in Bengali as Nolen Gur. Made from Date Palm Jaggery, this one is an absolute delight and when served after a wholesome meal of happy meats would make a Bengali dance in joy and probably sing a tune of Rabindra Sangeet (Tagore songs) or two. Well, I did not do either, but could not stop smiling at the satisfaction of the absolute culinary excellence. The service was prompt and the warm hospitality of Chef Sanjeev made our evening memorable. After all, not every day do you get to dine at the Restaurant of the Year bestowed upon by the masters in the culinary world! Folks in and around Whitefield, you guys are lucky to be in the neighbourhood and the ones far away (like myself), this one is definitely worth the time and the travel. I am going back to indulge in some good old meat very soon.

Great Ambience(Please do not try to visit on a rainy day). Friendly staff.Love their Tandoori Soya Chaap which is served with Dal Makhni and Naan.Bit pricey but the same is expected as it is part of Mariott.

The Bar and Grill at Marriott whitefield gives you a gourmet experience of food and drinks. The ambience of the place, outdoor seating by the waterfall, the lighting gives you the best fine dining experience in Bangalore.

The TGIF mood creeped into our friends luckily all working near whitefield and we decided to experience some gourmet food. This was my third visit to Marriott but my first to the bar and grill. We ordered our drinks as we played some Foosball with two guys from the UK and we won. Yea for once India also beat England in football. With the high spirits of winning the game the food and drinks arrived.

The food was excellent! Fish n chips, medium rare meat burgers with juices oozing out everywhere and some Hoegardeen. It was flawless. I honestly had no complaints about the food. It is excellent and you must try the burgers they're too good! We also got an offer on the beer buy 3 get 2 free only for imported brands. The chefs here are excellent with their details.

The food was excellent but comes at a very steep price. But its worth every penny spent. Though this will not be a regular dining place for most of them reading this it is definitely a place to get indulged in once in a while.

The only reason to give a 4.5 star is the bad experience we had. There was a corporate party for a company and the employees had barged into the bar area creating noise and ruckus and some over drunk people puking on the floor.

Though the management cannot be held responsible for this. It would be better if there are boundaries drawn between the corporate party areas and other sections.

Tried their Cheeseburger as part of the World on a Plate event at JW Marriott.

The mini cheese burger was in a black sesame bun - the bun was soft and perfect for a burger.
The beef patty was delicious - medium cooked. Burger included pickles, bacon and cheese. Overall the burger was delicious.
It was accompanied with french fries which were perfectly crisp and delicious.

Would be great to try more of their dishes!! Overall seems to be a good place for grilled food and great burgers!!

Congratulations Chef Sanjeev for being the winner of the competition.. Please share your experience for cooking for 3 master chefs.. You rocked it.. Once again congratulations
Nayona Agrawal
I loved the food here. The only reason I give this place a 3 is because of the sheer lack of veggie smalls and mains. Have scored them higher if they had veg options and fewer bugs. Ahhh got bitten and had to protect my food from flying insects😥

We tried the burrata and spinach salads. Both were great. The mojiito was good too. The pork BBQ burger was yummy. My poor husband didn't have much to choose from. Disappointed that the portobello mushroom main wasn't available. And he hates paneer (come on...a little more creativity please? Maybe grilled veg or cauliflower?) So we packed my burger and headed downstairs to alto vino for some of our regular favorites.

Last weekend, I was invited to the Marriott Whitefield, Bengaluru for a Masterclass with Chef Raheel Ahmad, an evening organized by Burrp.

The evening celebrated the re-launch, if I may, of the acclaimed Burrp app and also the launch of the hotel's newest F&B outlet, The Whitefield Bar and Grill.

Foodies and bloggers convened at the new, inviting and casual, alfresco destination at the hotel.

With a regal-meets-modern setting, from the Jaipur wooden furniture to the classic drawer knobs picked up by Mr.Dumbell, the hotel's GM, on a recent business trip to Bali; and also some progressive equipment in use at the bar and kitchen, this place offers something for all consumers to savour- food, drinks, decor and the pool!

The evening began with us being divided into two teams- the kitchen team, led by Chef Raheel to work on making the WBG Smoked Apple Wood Grilled Chicken with Chimichuri sauce and the other would work at the bar, making signature cocktails with guidance from the hotel's F&B manager.

After a fun filled session with great camaraderie, along with the warmth and hospital from the hotel personnel, we met at the dining area and started sampling some of the best that this place has to offer.

The cocktails, Copper Moscow Mule, United States of Whtfld and Marriott Whtfld Cosmo, were interesting contemporary takes on classic.

Each of these were served in specially designed glass/copper ware, with steel straws and differently shaped ice cubes, all served on individual, small chalk boards.

The food I tasted included:

Ceviche- this was a refreshing anti-pasti of poached white snapper, cured in lemon juice spiced with chillies, red onions and cilantro. Served with sweet pomegranate and fresh avocado.

Smoked Beetroot Salad- house smoked beetroot with fresh herbs and spices. Served with endive lettuce, and frisée. Tossed with toasted walnuts, quinoa greens, red wine shallots in a vinaigrette dressing.

Burrata Salad- Fresh tomatoes, basil and olives incorporated together with homemade burrata.

Pulled Pork Burger- signature dish of hand-pulled pork topped with a generous slice of cheddar cheese brought together between a bamboo charcoal bun and served with a green apple slaw and fries. Even the hotel's GM agreed that they've "almost" nailed this one. But one thing they could definitely work on are the fries.

Beef Cheese Burger- traditional cheese burger made with a succulent beef patty, chipotle mustard, horseradish mayo, dressed with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles; served on a sesame bun with aged cheddar. I could just do with that beef patty and my bottle of Hoegaarden!

Lamb Sheek Kebab- made with a traditional red marinade and cooked in a tandoor. Served with homemade sirka pyaaz, garlic yoghurt and mint chutney. Tilting on the hotter side with regards to the use of chilies.

Tandoori Seabass- Fillets smeared with a traditional Bengali mustard paste and cooked in a tandoor. Divine!

Beef Tenderloin- Rubbed with rosemary and garlic and seared to a medium rare in this case.

The food was beautifully ended with a decadent and delicious chocolate sundae made of milk chocolate mousse, Ecuadorian chocolate ice-cream, salted nuts and fudge
brownie.

Special thanks to Vaishali Bhambri Makkar from Burrp and Chef Raheel Ahmad for a fantastic evening.

This is a dine-wine-drink-unwind location you could definitely visit, whenever you're on that side of town.

Cheers!

It was an evening to remember at Whtfld Grill & Bar (WGB) , a newly opened poolside terrace Bar & Grill at Marriott Whitefield ,Bangalore.
WGB is a cool informal place , very soothing in the current Bangalore weather with décor that has been enhanced by furniture and accessories from my very own Jaipur.

Here, we were treated with some Stylish yet casual food and beverages.

The freshly-baked baguettes accompanied with a tomato and olive infused butter and the Beetroot Salad, a smoky salad enriched with toasted walnuts, quinoa, arugula and confit tomato were first to arrive at out table while I was quenching my thirst with a renowned Belgian wheat beer.

However the highlight of the evening was the BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders and the Cheese Beef burger

While the former was prepared using the soft black buns layered with homemade BBQ sauce , apple slaw and the pulled pork ,the later was made using juicy beef patty flavored with chipotle mustard , horseradish mayo, lettuce, tomato and aged cheddar and sandwiched between the soft sesame buns.

Both were served with the bucket of french fries and salad.

We ended our food sojourn with Chocolate sundae.

Had a great experience. The food and drinks are really good. One should definitely try the grilled chicken and the beef fillet. The ambience is too good. One can go with friends for a hangout. The wooden table and the cupboard over there will definitely catch your attention. The seatings and the designs are superb. If you visit then definitely try out the beef fillet.

Went to this place on our wedding anniversary for dinner. Food quality was average, expected them to be good but was disappointed. They didn't arrange for a cake despite mentioning the occasion while booking. Service didn't match the price we paid. I think other restaurants in this Marriot hotel might be better. Regret celebrating our special evening here :(

Saw a lot of ads on the paper for this place and me being a meat and potatoes person RAN over to try it out . Place was quite empty for a Saturday night. Drinks were decent but the food was good ! Had the cheeseburger , pulled pork Burger and the beef fillet. All were upto the mark, with the only concern being that the fillet was a bit too dry even with the sauce. Prices were expensive ( it's in the Mariott ) . Overall a good place for a special occasion

JW Marriott is a new property in Bangalore Eatery Crown..a notable huge building cross road to Sai Baba Hospital. Surrounded with the IT hub with companies like IBM, Unisys, SAP, Mercedese R&D, TCS, Oracle etc, It is just next to Huge Inorbit mall. Nice ambience, elegant staircase and the Marriot will welcome you with a wooden walkthrough passage in the first floor. Also notable is a beautiful chandelier over the reception. It has got a Valet Parking as well. One gets a warm greetings from the hotel staff at entrance and the staff is very cooperative. We had buffet dinner here with a variety of Indian food. I took delicious Sweet corn veg soup to stay with and the starters were from the choices of tuna fish fry, small cutlet pieces, paneer with a dip of green sauce, chips and roasted masala peanuts...in the main course were chilli chicken, bhindi fry, paneer butter masala, choices from butter naan, phulka and tandoori roti, biryani, plain white rice, daal fry, dam aaloo etc.. Desert was a yummiest with Round yellow ras-malai, cherry cake etc...this place is best to host weddings, kitty parties, get- togethers etc.
