This place has that typical 5-star indian dining vibe. They have done a great job with the interiors and it is perfect for a celebration. The dining room is perfectly lit and the ambiance is laid back and modern at the same time. Food is better than what you would typically expect from a 5 star. The staff was courteous and was happy to customize dishes. We ordered ala-carte (they have fixed menu options as well)- dal shorba, dahi ke kebab, subz vilayati, dal makhni and kofta birbali. Portion size is average. The only downside was kofta birbali. Food is a 4/5. However would rate overall experience a 4.5. The place is a total value for money for a five star. Perfect for a small celebration and a great fine dine experience.
Saffron is one of the best fine dine place that Radisson blu is offering! this place the best authentic North Indian and mughlai cuisine. I went to this place with my family to satiate my craving for some amazing, tantalizingly food..

I recently visited Saffron restaurant at Radisson Blu and had an amazing experience. The ambience was lovely and the food was delicious. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about the menu. They patiently attended to our needs and preferences. Chandan and Debismita were especially great and made sure we had a great time and enjoyed each moment. They even packed the remaining food for us! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
We ordered murgh elaichi tandoori, some butter Naan and dal makhani to go with (dal makhani was great), a badam thandai and ended with badam akhrot halwa dessert. Overall great food and amazing staff. Definitely a must visit.

We went there for some genuine Indian Chinese, the food was very good and the service was excellent. When one of our group was not a seafood eater the staff were willing to go over and above to find something that he would eat. The food itself was really interesting to see how the people of Bengaluru do Chinese and it was well worth trying out.

We have eaten at lot of places in Bengaluru, but Saffron is among the best tastes, ambience and service we have come across at any restaurant. This place is very much recommended to anyone looking for a good lunch or dinner. Outstanding food and desserts as well. You must try faluda Kulphi and Gulabjamun. You will surely come back again for that taste. Chicken gravy, methi rice and every food was just so good.
