Ambience (5) It was breezy evening, with present ambience of lotus pavilion 🪷. It is resturant situated in outdoor and open from all corners. The Bengaluru weather is like icing on the cake 🎂 for this ambiance. Had a nice corner seat which will made you feel like sitting in old mahel with nice view. Food (4.5) The every dish we had, it very tasty 😋 and finger liking good. We had hot chocolate coffee (4) ☕️ which has smooth taste and brewed chocolate taste. Then we had crispy honey chilli lotus stem (4.5) which was delightful. It was dish like honey chilli potato 🥔 which replace potato with lotus 🪷 stem and lotus stem is really crispy with chilly and honey made the whole blend so delecious. Then had very savory, heavenly, delecious dal makhni (5) which contain perfect fusion of spice, butter, cream and dal. It was best dal makhni I have ever eaten. Added little lemon which made it even more satisfying. Last had chocolate cake (4) 🎂 and sweet which made it perfect dinner 🍽 . Serivce (5) It was great service more than expected. They had saved corner seat as requested. Served with smile and helped in selecting the dishes. Had notified about birthday so they arranged chocolate cake 🎂 with birthday greeting and also, thanked me for arranging which was very sweet gesture. Also, wishes to birthday girl 👧 💓. Then also creamy muse made the end best. The attendant there also went to G20 dinner hosted by ITC. He is telling the story about meeting dignitary. it was great time overall.

Exceptional dining experience at this gem of a restaurant! The service was outstanding – attentive and friendly staff made us feel truly welcomed. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each bursting with exquisite flavors. The ambiance was perfect, striking a balance between cozy and elegant. Definitely a 5-star destination for culinary delight.

Restaurants for your breakfast but for a 5 star hotel with so beautiful room the breakfast area Can be considered small and also not much options available I think it,s space is for less than 100 people is side the decoration of the restaurant is good including the service

Went to the place after almost 6 months of eating home cooked food. Loved the ambience and staff were courteous. Soup was great, however the food wasn't upto the mark. Also, the price was on a higher side, but that was anticipated keeping in mind their service. If you want to have a great evening minus the great food, then this place is for you

Lip smacking soul food would be the right way to describe the heavenly spread and varieties of Cubbon. Courteous staff and precise attention by the Manager Mr.Hitesh Daryani adds to the comfort and charm of eating here. His special suggestions on the menu were indeed worth the try. Ambience is beautiful. In all a must visit!

Star hotel breakfasts are mostly a mishmash of variety of stuff thrown into a large buffet spread so I generally stick to eggs and dosae.
But wait at ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru every meal is thoughtfully curated. So I was extremely impressed with the locally sourced products and low carb options. I indulged a bit with the near perfect rendition of Loochi and Ghoogni.

#ZestyMornings at #ITC Hotels is a new breakfast initiative. A caringly selected and mindfully prepared breakfast experience that contemplates various aspects that makes one’s first meal of the day, wholesome. The chefs at ITC Hotels have endeavored to add more value to the offerings by delving into the world of responsibly sourced produce ranging from heritage grains, superfoods, alternate milks, locally produced cheese,

Breakfast at #CubbonPavilion, ITC Gardenia - priced at INR 1150 + taxes from 6.30 am to 10.30 am is quite a steal for the variety, quality and the experience it offers.

True to expectations, we had an excellent evening in the unforgettable and memorable ambience of cubbon pavilion at ITC Gardenia. It is unbelievable that you can have such luxurious experiences in the heart of Bangalore which is excellent value for money.
Hungry Man.
As it was the first day of 2020. We had visited the most beautiful restaurant in this city. It was my friend birthday so we had to plan out something for his day. This restaurant had all kinds of variety of food and beverages. We had taken the buffet as the menu was a bit different from a regular buffet menu. Starter were paneer tikka, aloo masala. We were provided with a champagne at the start of the service. Main course had Dal makhani, bitter gourd sabji, mix veg and dum aloo. Coming to my favourite part desserts. There were a lot of varieties of desserts present. It had asian cuisine too at Edo. The service was great. No doubt about it. There was a live music. Overall it was the best experience I had in this food journey. Rating: Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5

Brunch was very tasty but service was completely lacking. We asked 3 times for cutlery and water and ended up having to open the cutlery drawer and get it ourselves. One of the more expensive brunches in Bangalore so I would expect better service. Food was very good though but please mark if dishes are vegan friendly.

Very less options on the buffet. It isn’t as nice as it used to be a couple of years ago. Absolutely no value for money.
Food: Very okay. Hygiene: Poor.
The drinking glasses smelt like they hadn’t seen soap in a few years. Terribly revolting.

Been here for breakfast- the ambience is good. The food options are similar to the other ITC in town. Enjoyed the live counters for pancakes, dosa, omlette s etc., nice lil touches like tender coconut make it a great experience. The service was average.
Sonia Rodrigues
The breakfast buffet options were limitless. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. Scrambled egg surprisingly was the tastiest of all. We found the filter coffee to be too strong. Service is slow.

Omg ! What to say about this place to hangout !look for a classy beautiful ambiance good music and best sheesha place in Bangalore than you couldn’t find anything more amazing than this !

Pricy but worth every penny even the food it’s amazing with the quantity
Ashutosh
Good food with lot of choices as they have amazing spread ranging from Asian to European and of course excellent South Indian breakfast options.

Very well balanced with 3-4 curd options and 3-4 fresh juice options.

Only issue is if you are not a resident guest then you will have to sit outside the breakfast hall. But they have nice seating arrangements even outside.

Food-4/5
Service-5/5
Ambience-4/5
Cleanliness-5/5

Tried there dinner buffet on a Monday, the spread was descent they had sea food on the menu, prawns was at its best, salad great, chicken dry was ok, the Chinese was not that great, desserts at its best as always.

Overall a place to visit for a nice dinner with some beautiful ambience and great service.👍🏻

We were here for brunch, with keeping in our mind that the ITC brunch will be as wonderful as their properties. Food was just average if we leave some signature buffet dishes like wonton soup, thai curry , Biryani and other Indian delicacies. Japanese brunch options was completely disappointing. Even when asked for Ala Cart option server politely refused. Service was normal, needs to ask 2,3 times to refill the drinks, staff not focusing on cutlery replenishment. Staff was smiling and friendly though. Manager or none of senior staff came to ask the satisfaction to any table as observed. Overall below average brunch.

The ambience was very beautiful and peaceful. We spent hours in the lawns. The staff is really helping and calm. The hospitality was amazing. The buffet was great with the quality and the quantity being at its best! Overall, we had a great time

Been here many times but mostly late nights , its always good to be at ITC hotels the food is good the only issue i have here every time is that they do not serve rotis/breads late night or else its all good

We came to this place on a Saturday afternoon. The ambience is simply beautiful. The wall with all the leaves and plants is stunning. The food on the other hand is not amazing on the whole. The lentil soup was yummy. The paneer tikka was cold, the gobi manchurian was quite nice. The beet root tikki was not at all good. It was doughy in consistency. The staff gave me gluten free bread when requested and it was quite fresh and fluffy. Main course was good but lesser options for vegetarians. The desserts were really good. Overall, it’s a decent experience. Hoping for better next time.

We had a Dinner buffet at Cubbon Pavilion. Ambience was great and lived up to the expectations. Kids enjoyed a lot as there was lot of space to walk/run around. Staff was very friendly and attentive and service was great.
Food was just ok as we were expecting more options for non-vegetarians. There was only two non veg curries and appetizers also fell short.
Dessert section has good options along with ice creams and fresh fruits.
Juice section was completely missing which I was expecting for the price they charge, most of the places do offer fresh fruit and vegetable juices in their buffet. My recent experience with Westin and Sheraton both in Hyd was way better.
I visited Cubbon Pavilion for their infamous lunch buffet, with my family. I was so excited that I didn’t eat breakfast, just so that I could eat as much as I could! I have to say with a heavy heart, the quality of the buffet was definitely not up to my expectations. There were a few items in the menu that I loved, like the biryani, the salads and the gulag jamun. Other than that, I did not like any of the other items being served. However, I would like to add that the service and the ambience was impeccable.

The restaurants here have got the most friendly staff here!
Loved the ambience...
Banoffe is by far the best desert I have tasted..
Lotus pavilion has got the best outdoor seating in the city!

If you wanna have a good time with good ambience this is the place the buffet is really good my suggestion is going for a breakfast here....
Amina Arsheen
The place is beautiful and the ambience is amazing. The buffet somehow wasn't up to the mark. Desserts and salads were good but the main course wasn't that great. Overall even though the spread had varieties, most dishes were below par. 5 stars for the service.

Highly recommend the grand gardenia sunday brunch. This is not just a brunch but a experience from three award winning restaurants featuring a huge spread...Edo, Cubbon Pavilion and Lotus Pavilion, there is also a segment from kababs and kurries.

My overall experience was exhilarating tasting various regional and international dishes at one spot. I binged on Japanese food and korean bibimbap. Lovely selection of grilled meats, Kababs, fish and veggies. Kormas, dhals and biryani was a hit. The grand buffet featured 41 dishes which included salads, soups, dumplings, kababs, curries, naans, shawarma and grills.

All of us were found indulging more in the the king size dessert counter which featured 45 varieties of pastries and desserts. From black forest cakes, instant frozen cheesecake pops, to pastries and shot glass size portions of caramel custard to chocolate mousse. Everything on the spread was specially curated.

I visited ITC Gardenia recently to check out their Sunday brunch, an affair I had heard loads about. The experience I had here really lived up to all the hype. :) I wasn't one bit disappointed.

ITC's Sunday brunch is quite expansive, with the buffet including dishes from three of its restaurants - Indian food from Cubbon Pavilion, kebabs and grills from Lotus Pavilion, and Japanese food from Edo. And then, there are live counters - there was a counter for Korean Bibimbap, one for Goan Sausage Pao, one for Thukpa and one for frozen-on-the-spot Japanese cheesecakes when we visited. I would need several visits to do justice to all of that food (several stomachs too! :) ). Why, just the dessert counter has over 40 types of sweet goodies on offer! The sheer vastness and variety of the spread had me stunned, to be honest.

I was mightily impressed by the taste of some of the dishes I tried out here. The vegetarian bibimbap, for instance, for brilliant, done to perfection. ITC's signature Dal Makhani, the vegetarian Thukpa, the Urulai (potato) Roast, the Tandoori Aloo and Soya Chaap were excellent too. It was my first time digging deep into Japanese cuisine, and was thrilled to see that Edo had put up a wide spread for its vegetarian patrons as well - the Miso Soup with Japanese mustard sauce and the three different versions of Maki Rolls titillated my taste buds to no end. I opted for a Virgin Sangria to go with my brunch, and absolutely loved it too. From the desserts counter, the Mississippi Mud Pie, piping hot Gulab Jamun, Mango & Yogurt Cake and Apple Pie (stuffed with apple jelly) were outstanding.

I loved the soothing live music that regaled us while we were brunching. Also, it is rather thoughtful of ITC to set up a kiddie corner - complete with caricaturist, nail polish artist and games - to keep patrons' little ones engaged.

I'm definitely going back - I need to get my hands on more of those baked goodies! :)

Beautiful place, very courteous staff and always helpful. Awesome food and the overall experience of the place have been great.
Food 5/5
Ambiance 5/5

Staff is awesome, ambience is good. Food isn't bad, but there wasn't anything that was worth taking home or talking about. Everything was just fine, spread was good. It's like those safe places where you know there will be consistency, there will be something for all but for every item I can point you to an average local shop/restaurant that does better on taste. Nothing bad or good.

Rating:3.5 at the given price point.

Thank you Mr.Armaan kidawai, Mr.Upendra Tomar and Mr Raghav for the wonderful service this time! The food and service was excellent and thank you to all of you seeing though for what I had said last time.. Truly nothing matches the impeccable experience and care of ITC.. You people really know how to make up to your guests! Flawless and very pleasing time we had

During our stay at ITC Gardenia, complimentary breakfast at the Cubbon Pavilion included a wide choice of food: Western : toast, sausages, cakes, porridges, cereals; Pan Asian congee etc; and really delicious South Indian Kanjeevaram idli, dosa, vada, upma and several North Indian items like Poori and poha.

Service was very poor and need lots of improvement, hope those guys need to take training fron Barbeque nations team ‘ how to treat customer can’t expect such servive from 5 star hotel, served breads after 3-4 request took more than 20 min , i had to asked multiple times to remove used plate , no water serve in glass during buffet, for barbeque serve i had to asked multiple times then i got it on the table. They made very bad experience on 14th feb while they have special buffet
Food was ok

We had been here for a team lunch. The buffet is amazing. I loved the chaat items especially because it's really difficult to get these here in BLR. Overall it was superb.

One of the best Christmas buffet ever had. My family too loved it. Large spread of buffet and desserts are mouth watering. Great live counters and not to forget even japanese spreads were also too good
Likitha KS
Best buffet in Bangalore, hands down. Always a great time at ITC, the biggest spread is incredible, covering many cuisines and variety. I have noticed that many star hotels don’t get Indian food right, they always spice it down, but I was blown away by how good the biryani was on Christmas. The Christmas buffet was something else. Will definitely come back again!
Himanshu Banga
I went there with my friends for midnight buffet. The ambience was good. Staff was courteous. There were limited options in non-veg staters and breads. Butter chicken and fish in thai sauce were also good but, dal Makhani lacks authentic taste.

Must have :

Dhai papdi chat,
Pav bhaji,
Gosht Dum Biryani,
Deserts ,
Soup

It is a place to satiate your midnight hunger.

Karthik Shivaswamy
Cubbon pavilion has got perfect ambience and fantastic varieties of foods. Food tastes very good. I am satisfied with vegetarian dishes.
Starters are very limited.
Silkyma
I had been there for midnight buffet . Although they had a huge variety of food taste wise it was just average .staffs were friendly and good and the only good thing was ambience . Ambience was amazing and very peaceful 😬
Shweta Soni
Wonderful experience with a wide spread of cuisines. My husband loved d variety of breads they offer which we don't find easily n the varieties of desserts. The staff service is so good, always on their toes to bring whatever you order. They made our day special by including two mocktails n a cake designed for our anniversary. I would highly recommend this place with a luxurious ambience. Perfect place for celebrations. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank u to all at our service there.

Best in class with a lavish buffet on weekdays as well. No comment on ambience it's just wow. Service was super Speed with precision to make your meal enjoyable. Priced as per the 5 star standards. Will try them again.
Bon Appetit Chef BB

I am not being fussy, just small observations.

Hostess with less smile on her face but it's ok nevermind.

I have been seated ln a table and I have asked for a cafe mocha which arrived really quickly.

Disappointing is that no one is there for buffet show round.🤔so it seems pretty confused from where to start....

Nvm I started with some fruits and a mysoor dosa. As I mentioned to make the dosa crispy and spicy but sorry chef it wasn't spicy at all but it was fine with crispiness.

My point is server should ask atleast once about the food comfort after the food been served. No one asked me!

After I moved for some continental breakfast , I grabbed some sausages, lettuce, cold cuts(chicken lyonner was yummy), before heading for my North Indian meal I have asked for some palate cleanser but the server has no idea about that...I mean I am sorry but from a 5 star deluxe I can expect that.

So moving on to my Egg Benedict. Wow!!! What a Benedict. Perfect sauce with perfect poached Egg. Chef Arshdeep (if i am wrong with the name I beg your pardon!! The chef with turban) took my feedback about my meal now. I was quite happy about that. He suggested me some fresh apple juice also.Thank you again chef.

About my North Indian breakfast the paratha was yum but a bit undercooked (considerable).

Now time to leave so I have asked a glass of cold water and the bill, both came quick but a small surprise was there...server present me the bill with a comment card but there was no pen to fill the card. So I couldn't.

Overall my experience about food and service was good. Love to comeback sometime.

Amazing place. Wide variety of buffet options. Had a privilege to stay there for a night but surely did loved it. The staff was great and friendly. Makes you feel like home!

One of the best restaurants in Bangalore speaking about the ambience it's soo good , went for the morning buffet breakfast it was so nice had a wide range of varieties
Neel Arya Kar
Good looking place at the ITC Gardenia. Tried the buffet there and they had a wide spread varieties of food ranging over multiple cuisines. Most of the food was very nice and so was the service. Surely is a place to go to for food lovers as the variety is simply amazing. Another think to take note of, one of the few places in Bangalore that serves a midnight buffet which indeed is a huge bonus if you’re working late or coming back late from a movie or if you’re just hungry at night!
Great place overall.
Food - 4/5
Service - 4/5
Ambience -4.5/5
Pricing - 3/5

The Ispahan had a smooth sweet and tangy flavour, with an amazing presentation by the chef. I’m a coffee lover so wanted to try the cappuccino here and I wasn’t disappointed. It was perfect. And the ambience was undoubtedly one of the most peaceful experiences for me.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Bangalore, the food taste here is totally out of universe experience, luxurious place and great interiors , u feel like your the king when u sit there and eat , the starter babycorn Manchurian was really crisp and tasty, the mojito is really tasty too, a calm place, courteous staff , really good service too, I hope to visit here back again soon. 😊

Had been to this restaurant couple of time. On the main course the lamb shanks were wonderfully done so was the Fish n chips. The Starters section can be improvised lil more as there was not much of options when compared to ITC Chola Chennai.

The lavish dessert spread was wonderful with 8 varieties just for the cakes/pastries. I just loved the Red velvet cake, the best one i have had so far along with the belgian dark chocolate cake. there were too many cakes which was rich in flavors. i would go back just for the desserts once again :)

Whatever you expect from this beautiful place, you will find it. If you are looking for a perfect breakfast in bengluru, visit Cubbon pavillion. you will never regret and visit again. The breakfast include buffet with mutiple cuisines to choose from

First off, with a vertical garden and sunlight this is one of the most gorgeous coffee shops you will find! Secondly, their breakfast spread is to die for. Definitely the best croissants I have had in the country- just perfectly baked. An amazing spread of continental, south Indian and north Indian options,it's the perfect option for an indulgent relaxed brunch!

Cubbon Pavillion at ITC Gardenia has to be on your wish list if authentic Punjabi cuisine is what you crave for.
So you can find an abundance of hand home-made butter, smashed onions and rustic pickles in your meals.
The large spread includes a staggering set of appetizers and mains from the far east, Indian, western and Mediterranean – from canapes, entree to main course and huge choice in the buffet menu.
And the dessert selection is overwhelming in just the lineup it presents – covering gateaux and pies, various Indian sweets and halwa and options with various dietary preferences as well.

Decided to celebrate Eid at ITC Gardenia .
The place was not crowded when we walked in during LUNCH and what impressed me first was the lighting . The natural lighting without a doubt added to the ambiance .

After had trouble pronouncing my names few times , we were seated . Two things stood out for me . Sushi and Fruit Gateau . It tasted just like how I always have in Singapore . Fresh , light and delightful .Starters really good . Desserts were sinfully delicious . Lotsa varieties .
Same goes for the curd rice and other main dishes they served .But the huge let down was the biryani . I think it's buhari biryani . My expectation was high . The taste was just not there ( some of the good hotels in Chennai serves better biryani ) . It didn't even look appealing . That's why I am giving four stars :( .

As for the pricing - extremely reasonable . Also Kids pay half .Bottled water and Fresh juice - ( charged extra ) .Service was 5 star standard .

We had opted for dinner buffet as we had heard a lot about the gala buffet and desserts of ITC. We had pre booked the table. The buffet started with a vegetarian starter which was served at table. It was gobi manchurian which was cold and it was tasting mushy. We asked to replace it with the hot one but again it seemed that the staff just microwaved it and served again. Now salad was ok. Talking about the main course it was good. Also chaat corner was good. In Desserts options were huge but talking about the taste only few we liked. Overall it was nice experience but was expecting more.

We dined yesterday at the Cubbon Pavilion , part of ITC Gardenia , a very stately property. A very comfortable ambiance awaited us. Service was indeed excellent. The falafel starters were succulent. Paneer is too commonplace nowadays. Cubbon Pavilion can definitely come up with veg novelties. Corn cutlets to die for. Salad section enjoyable, Cucumber maki fab. Mains excluding dal makhni commendable. Chaat counter yummmy. A mention of subz dum biryani : Seduces you with each spoonful. The end of the gastronomy came , of course , with the variety of sinful desserts .
A return visit guaranteed.
Karishma Dugar
Went here for dinner buffet on one occasion and a la carte breakfast on another. The choices are not expansive (as is the trend off late) but everything is well made and the service is great! Much cheaper than other 5 stars close by!

It's a great place. The buffet spread is good. There is nothing that you can really point out as missing. Test ambience is rich and welcoming. Staff is prompt and helpful.

Went for the midnight buffet offered by the Cubbon Pavilion. Amazing food! Every thing- from the starters (variety of chats, lasagna, aloo, mushroom pakoda, paneer starter etc.) Were yummy. The main menu was equally delicious. The lambs brain was a unique item that stood out although can't vouche for the taste. The veg food was great. Desserts too. Definately worth a visit. I am not gonna waste words on ambience as anyone who has visited ITC from afar can tell how marvellous the ambience would be. Go for food and some great pictures.

Been there for team lunch , ambiance and service was really good , food was normal , nothing special which will make you to visit again . No proper labels on food items this may lead to confusion for vegetarians.
Raghu Sood
Gardenia has been my fav place to visit for midnight coffees and bites... I have visited this place many a time for their midnight breakfast and dinner buffet... they have one of the best spreads which is manageable to eat in the sense it’s just perfect because you can taste everything and be full. Their veg sushi is awesome, the risotto, chat counter and the desserts are to die for!!!

The Sunday Bunch was full of variety Indian to japanese, delicious and sumptuous. Buffet offers enough variety if my counting is right then the variety goes up to 100 so you are not eating the same food , Also offers good gluten free meal for those on diet. Loved the food and not to forget Friendly and helpful staff.

lovely buffet spread...lots of attention to detail to the food...the roast chicken in particular was outstanding...had a good mix of European and Indian food...never have I seen and enjoyed curd rice in a classy buffet like this...enjoyed the entrees and mains and sadly was too full for the desserts which looked quite decadent...the staff were extremely courteous and the ambience jus added to the experience...jus disappointed to see quite a bit of mosquitoes...would definitely recommend and can't wait to be back again

As expected, it's a great place. I've heard good things about the brunch, but I've only had the breakfast buffet myself. It's one of my favourite among ITC's Pavilion restaurants in terms of ambience. Especially loved the waffles. Looking forward to having the brunch some time soon!

It was in my list since long time. The visit gone as per expectations. Visited couple of weeks back. Great ambience, lavish spread of buffet, staff was cool and directed us towards our table with nice gesture. A la carte was good too. Only thing the waiter took little bit longer to attend us on table for taking order. Food has authentic taster as per international standard. For buffet its worth to visit, it cost you 2050 incl. taxes.
Food: 5/5
Ambience: 5/5
Presentation: 5/5
Service: 4.5/5
Location: 5/5

great ambience - ideal for good conversations. polite and courteous staff. And good delicious food - from canapes, entree to main course. huge choice in tye buffer menu. the salads, especially woth the tzaziki and lebneh sauces were awesome. main course biryani and curries were superb, being modrrate on spices and had some interesting choices like lotus stem curry and beetroot gnocchi. wide spread of desserts for those with a sweet tooth. the lunch buffet is very impressive overall.

Okay so let me start with what this place is really great about
First of all the ambiance is amazing
I could literally live there
The desserts are a job well done here
Obviously the most friendly staff
Banana dosas are really good here and a must try
I really didn’t like the burger that much but it’s worth a try
Every dish is presented in the most amazing way possible
The chocolate tart is really good here and also the apple pie which just melts in your mouth is just amazing

Best buffet in town! Amazing options for the Indian, Chinese and some sushi thrown in. The green wall on side is beautiful. Super friendly staff and always attentive to anything you might need.

Zomato has rated this as the best amongst the restaurants in ITC Royal Gardenia which was what made me choose this over the others. It is a nice bright place with friendly staff and excellent service but the food was a big letdown. A humongous buffet spread lacking in quality which is expected from a restaurant in such an upmarket hotel. The desserts were an even bigger disaster and for the first time ever neither my companion nor me could finish a single dessert. All in all a mediocre place

Amazing service. Whenever I walk in, it always feels like I'm coming home. They know my likes. They know my dislikes and treat me like a princess every time.

Oh and they have the best baked yogurt and Indian food anywhere in Bangalore. Love this place!

(To the management - Satya is the best!)

Well let me just start with pancakes- they were average, I had chocochip pancake as they didn’t have Nutella.

Juices were diluted, seems like they put a lot of water to increase the quantity. I had tried ABC with a shot of wheatgrass and ginger.

Overall service is sslllow. Called the waitress thrice , but she just said “coming in 2” but never came. Lol

The breakfast buffet at the Cubbon Pavilion is one of the best I've had in the city. Though the variety is not the most extensive, whatever is available is cooked to absolute perfection. The staff takes care to make sure you have a good time and the ambience with the garden inspired backdrop adds to its charm.
I would recommend you give the pancakes and waffles a shot and do not miss out on the many variants of egg preparations on offer. There is also a special buffet menu with interesting combinations for regular breakfast staples which is also recommended.
All in all, do give this a try on a weekend and you will not regret it one bit! :)
I had a quite dinner with my family on ocassion of MomDad Anniversary. It was a good culinary experience and vibrant hospitality. Talking about food, we ordered Buffet. Except deserts and salads i found the main course little average view the standard of ITC brand. The additional one point in the rating is deserved by Cubbon Pavillion staff for their wonderful gesture of honouring my MomDad with complimentary Anniversary Cake.

But on food front i feel it still have lot of gaps.

It’s a very sad experience as we went late into the evening we saw the staff busy to have food themselves ie around 11pm also no one cared as to why we went there and also no one cared as to quality of food and services .. my daughter kept waiting for watermelon and when after long gap she got the same it was full of garlic smell and moreover we escalated but no one felt we should be cared for and given some importance pathetic experience

Convinced my team manager to have team lunch here, though bit far from IT hub, food was good, ambience is nice and staff is very courteous. There is wide variety of salads, fruits, continental, cheese and desserts.
Only thing i found could be improved was veg main course, may be an additional curry like dal makhani or rajma might have done the trick.

The erstwhile princely states of Punjab, Patiala, Jind, Nabha, Kapurthala and Faridkot along with the Muslim state of Malerkotla , were known their luxuriously elegant lavish lifestyles and culinary heritage. “To celebrate the very same royal gourmet traditions , the Cubbon Pavilion is celebrating a cuisine as wholesome as the Punjabi ethos.”

So here we were at ITC gardenia on 17th december evening for a dinner buffet.
What appealed was the semi open seating area next to creeper laid walls. There was a green feel.

It was cold but somehow we didn't mind it.

Me and my wife were very hungry too and maybe that is the reason we found the spread very delicious. Especially the breads that were served in the begining. Felt like bliss having those freshly baked breads with olive oil and butter.
Even though there was a salad section with great varieties we gave it a miss.
On the hindsight, we should have tried them as well.

The starters were the only section which was a let down. Had expected some variety and reasonable spread of starters but there was just one starter.

But somehow we didn't feel disappointed about it back then as the feel of the place made up for this negative.

Main course and dessert section had great varieties; must have are the Indian breads. They were great.

Loved the feel and vibe this place gave more than anything else.

I had a lavish breakfast spread each day. Ambiance is nice. Food as always is upto ITC standard. Service was good, even during peak hours they took extra care.

Loved the food as well as the ambience of Cubbon Pavilion. The meal was delicious, especially the Prawn preparation in white sauce. Waiting to visit this place again.

Loved it ! We were looking for a place with good buffet spread for breakfast plus a relaxed and calm ambience, very glad that we chose this place. The variety of items with perfect mix of indian and continental buffet spread was totally worth it. There was wide spread of vegetarian dishes which was very tasty and fresh. Courteous staff and live counters to have some authentic fresh dishes are add ons. Presentation of food makes you just go wow and want to try out each n everything. Usually I dont miss out on clicking photos of lipsmacking food but then I was so tempted to taste everything and didnt bother to click them ;) Dont miss out on this place if you are a foodie and looking for an amazing ambience to chill out with your loved ones! Looking forward to visit again!
Bon appetit :) Vijay Kamat

Came here for the Christmas diner. (Table 41) I
Must say the ambience was pretty mediocre and so was the food. The turkey was cold,
the pork belly lacked flavor and was cold and rubbery, same with the fish and many other dishes. definitely below par for any 5 Star standard.

Taste wasn’t spot on for most of the dishes in the menu. Not very content with the food. Will have to think twice before coming back here.

Only upside to the restaurant is the friendly and helpful staff.
Srinivas Kannepalli
Ambience was good. But, the Indian main course was ordinary with the taste not standing out apart from the panchratan dal. There were limited options in starters. Deserts were good.
Sandip
Went there for a sunday brunch...was disappointed when i came to know that they had just one starters...but then oh boy what a surprise i was in for..the spreads there and the deserts were freaking amazing..to top it off the ambience and the wall garden just made it even more elegant..definitely worth the visit
Biswajit
Well the ambience is of course great and the staff are warm . Talking about the food a lot of variety is there for the Buffet . Some change can be done to the menu to make it better and more Indian . It’s menu looks like hybrid and cross cultural menu . It was lovely eating here .

The place looks good and interiors make you feel stay there for a while. The food is really delicious and rich. It just that they take some time in serving if you choose a-la-carte. Courteous staff and they make sure we enjoy our presences.

Ambience is really awesome. True 5 star hotel feel as soon as you enter. Of course the rates were way too high but food was not upto the mark. There were not many choices in the buffet. Desserts however, were really good especially the gulab jamun which was really tasty

The buffet lunch spread at ITC Cubbon Pavilion is literally too good to be true! Undoubtedly the best in Namma Bengaluru! The spread is heavenly, and every cuisine presented on the buffet is given utmost respect, care and plated with the precision of a master chef! The flavours are mind numbingly amazing and the courteous staff ensures that you have a constant smile plastered across your face from the beginning to the end! There are multiple unique vegetarian as well as non-vegetating options spread across multiple cuisines including Indian, Chinese, Italian, Japanese... you name a cuisine randomly, and I can assure you that it'll probably have a dedicated place for it on the menu. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that one can possibly carve out 10 unique, flavourful meals from just one of their buffets. If it's chicken biryani, butter chicken, dal makhni and naan on one meal, let's say, the other meal could well comprise of chilly chicken, vegetable fried rice, hakka noodle and veg balls in garlic sauce! Similarly you'd be able to the same with Japanese, Italian and a host of other cuisines... and all this in just one single buffet! Stop reading and book your table now! Highly recommend it.
