Review Jw Kitchen - Bengaluru

The buffet spread was fantastic. There were a lot of options for mains and an amazing spread for the desserts. The starters were less but they tasted great. The vegetarian soup tasted incredible. A special mention to the absolutely phenomenal dessert spread. You can go for multiple helpings and not grow tired of it.

Beautiful ambience… but food was just decent. Service was little slower than expected. Vegetarian section of Indian food main course was little on bland side.Desserts were very appealing and delicious.

We had a fun Sunday brunch here! There was a huge spread of multi cuisine options, which we loved. The mezze options were excellent, and I loved the sushi! There was a beautiful baked food and bread spread that I couldn't get enough of. Seafood lovers will find this buffet a joy. The sous chef, Sunil, gladly obliged a request for a South Indian style prawns curry. It was an excellent accompaniment to the jasmine rice. There was live music, people dancing, kids running about a special section for them, and lovely sangria on offer. It was a relaxed, fun, foodie paradise. Special shout out to the amazing staff. They are super active, moving around the tables with practiced flair, and are extremely attentive. We felt so welcomed and immediately at home. The space is accessible and wheelchair-friendly, with a tented outside space available. This is where the barbecue, chaat, dimsum, and pav bhaji sections were. Loved it! Go hungry, so you can savour as much as possible!

One must visit this place, it's been a great experiance. The ambiance and the service are excellent. This place have uncountable foods of various cuisines. Tastes are good. The manager is very kind, he arranged complimentary unlimited soft drinks for us which was not in our buffet. Overall it's nice experience. Just a suggestion.. you have to choose the right dish(food) while you visit.

As we were not really hungry we did not opt for the buffet which is very popular here.. we ordered LIIT which was just ok. Not bad but not great. I expected better presentation of the cocktail.. the mocktail looked and tasted good. The pasta was amazing.. I think one of the most authentic I have had in bangalore.. I would have rated 5 stars if the cocktail would have been better

Visited on 11th May for Dinner with my office colleagues as we have always wanted to try buffet at such a star studded restaurant. The ambience was great with perfect lighting to setup the mood for great food and drinks. Loved the way they had setup each counters. Let me start on the soup, bother the veg and non veg soups were great, with subtle yet amazing flavour. Starters - #Prawns: These were the best and was one of the most amazing dishes in their whole menu. Loved the taste and flavour but drawback was that it wasn't hot even though being on grill. #Meen Varuval(Fish fry): This was very much good and better than in many restaurants, was well prepared with perfect cooking on the outside as well as the inside, drawback was again that it wasn't hot. #Fried chicken: Hands down the best I've ever had in my life, ran through these like anything as I kept emptying them. Live counters had french fries as well that were pretty crunchy and long. Main Courses- You had all types of main courses from biryanis to white rice with raasam. I enjoyed them all. Deserts were so good from cakes to ice creams, mouth watering sweets and delicacies, never disappointed in any of them. But I regret to state that the service is not up to the mark on the buffet side as we had to wait long till the starters were refilled. Even after multiple implications that the starters weren't hot, nothing was done. I feel that could have been better. Overall a good experience, could have been better if you are paying 2.8 k per person.

Superb service, a great variety of different dishes and elegant decor/atmosphere.

One of the Best buffets I’ve had in Central Bangalore. Great vegetarian options. Continental style options in the original style. Ambiance is the fantastic. Great place overall

Visited this place for the first time and had a great experience. Ambience was classy and food was excellent. Staffs were curtious and service was best. Buffet spread was limited compared to other buffet restaurants but everything served was unlimited. Loved the dessert section. Will visit again.

JW Kitchen offers a delightful culinary experience that combines a sophisticated ambiance with a diverse menu. The restaurant's elegant decor and warm lighting create a welcoming atmosphere. Their menu boasts a wide range of options, from international cuisines to local delicacies, ensuring there's something for every palate. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the presentation of each dish. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, showcasing the skill of the chefs. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the meal. One standout feature of JW Kitchen is their live cooking stations. Watching skilled chefs prepare dishes right in front of you adds an interactive and entertaining element to the dining experience. The dessert selection was a sweet finale to the meal, with an array of delectable options that catered to various preferences. While the prices at JW Kitchen are on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience justifies the cost. It's an ideal choice for special occasions or a memorable dining experience. Overall, JW Kitchen is a top-notch restaurant that offers a culinary journey worth savoring. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a luxurious dining experience, it's a place that won't disappoint.

Atmosphere is really cool, 🔥 people nice. But compare to other hotels I've been in india, restaurant of a 5 start hotel could be better. And some issues like what I shared in photo.

The quality of food here is better than that of Marriott Hyderabad. Its flavorful and mellow on the pallate. The variety provided is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is an amazing five star restaurant!! I went there to have lunch on my way to the airport and i didn't wanna have anything heavy but they had only buffet for lunch. On my request, they allowed me to order alacarte and i requested to talk to the chef to give him instructions on the spice levels and everything, and he did an amazing job! The food was really tasty! The ambience was also really great. There were people from different parts of the world here. Overall the restaurant is amazing, highly recommended.

I recently visited JW Kitchen for their Sunday Brunch and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped in, it was great to see that the staff were always wearing masks. The staff at JW Kitchen were incredibly nice and accommodating, and our waiter Vaibhav was simply awesome. The whole team worked together seamlessly to bring us our food. Speaking of the food, it was simply amazing! Everything was fresh and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from and the dessert spread was just massive - a perfect end to an already fantastic meal. The atmosphere at JW Kitchen was great too - the people there were really nice and friendly, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful dining experience. Five stars!

A decent place to dine in for its fine dining buffet experience where food is really delicious and service is as per standard of a good hotel. Visited it for a weekend party lunch and liked the Veg Curries and Paneer tikka Starter. Biryani was more than decent in taste. They had good Salad options and live Pasta and Chaat counters serving delicious dishes. Desserts are really too many and tasty to satisfy any kind of sweet tooth cravings.

Overall experience was good. We had dinner buffet. The varieties and quality was good, but could be better. The service was as always top notch. Great place to have a peaceful dinner with someone special.

This place Is know for its amazing Sunday brunch. Been there a couple of times, I haven't seen such a amazing spread. For the live counters to desserts, u have huge number of options, and honestly I don't think u can taste all of them in one visit. Apart from the mains, love the sides from pickle to papad, they have evrlerything. The food really good, but more than that love the experience.

A great place to catch up with your family and friends over a buffet or Sunday Brunch. We absolutely loved the place, food is good, staff is really nice

I was staying at Marriott for about a week and did breakfast here almost daily. Ambience is nice with different seating areas, my favorite being the outdoor looking table row. Furniture and decor is simple and modern which gives a clean smooth look to the restaurant.

Speaking of the food, few items were very good as compared to other 5 star hotels. Yogurt parfait is a perfect breakfast item which a person can enjoy here. In Indian food, paneer and aloo parathas were so good that any north indian food lover will devour it. They were soft, richly smeared with butter and served alongwith curd and pickle. Another mouth watering item here was french toast. It had perfect balance of sweetness and signature test of egg-bread combo. It is served alongwith whipped cream and honey. Other items were also good but they are not standing out like above dishes.

Service is something which should be improved here definitely. Few times there was no one to attend to provide me a table and I just sat anywhere i want and staff came to me in between my breakfast asking for the room number. Few dishes took forever to be served. I had to ask them again sometimes doubting that they are even preparing it or not. One time their manager pardoned for serving my order to some other table. Another thing is that they don't give teaspoon with masala chai. I have to separately ask for it. Never seen such an obvious cutlery miss at other hotels.

Ambience: 3/5
Food: 4.5/5
Service: 2/5

Met a client over dinner and what better than JW Marriott. Same quality of food and service throughout assured me on no concerns. This restaurant is a heaven for north indian food.

Selected this place for a spl day with family. The main reason for my selection was food but that became secondary coz it was not upto the mark, not the entire spread though but most of it, few highlights were wyt sauce pasta, hakka noodles, ghosht biriyani, keralian beef masala and ofcourse the entire dessert spread but other than that the rest was below average, buffet should hav had some fresh fruit juices included i feel splcly wen you kids coming in... But But But i was blown out by the hospitality of the guys workin there..they were mind blowing n special shout out to Rachna n Radhakrishna who took real good care of us like we have never experienced in any other place before..so kudos to you guys..but atlast one who wants to try food will have several better buffet options in the city but if you really want to experience what premium service is then this place definitely tops the chart...!!

Finally got a chance to visit the Marriott. The place is fabulous, as well as the food. Specially I love the Pastas made by Chef Biswajit Debnath. Its awesome. Marriott have arranged a surprise Anniversary cake for us and we were shocked. Every dish was delicious and lovely. No Cons. That's what the Marriott should and it is.

All the time the best place to visit. This place is near to the UB city. JW Marriott chains are the best and their food quality and quantity are the good. I have been visited this place few times back and of course the place is best. Lemme say it preciously.

Ambiance : Rate:- 4.5
Calm and cool ambience and the people can enjoy there dining with a amazing view and crowd. The seating is good but not that wow but it’s not that bad as well.

Food: Rate:- 4.7

Really loved the variety of the salad, the pork ham, ,chicken salami, beef carrot salad, hummus, goat cheese , sea fish mix black beans noodle salad. Live salad which I loved there perfect sour and salty taste according to my choice. Chat live counter is amazing especially the golagappa shots, mini samosa, dahi Bhalla and the papri chats. Now when it’s comes to the lamb leg roast with the rose marry bone marrow sauce, to good that the lamb is tender and amazingly cooked. Now the Indian started though it doesn’t have that much of variety but the Shami kabab and the chicken tikka was really amazing. Main course have less variety but it’s great in Taste. Desert was the cherry on the top , I would definitely say the pineapple firni and the chocolate cream mouse and the choco mud pudding was really great in taste, pinna cotta was really good as I have tried other out let of Jw Marriott but here was really nice.

Staff: Rate:- 5

I would definitely give the rating as 5 because the staff are so much courteous and they are good at their work. Very quick and great service. Specially few people I remember was Indranil and abhishek who was in the pasta workstation. Really lovely and great.

Overall I would definitely recommend this place again and again as I always love to visit. If u wanna enjoy the 5star dining then it’s a must visit. Great time with my loved one.

We went to JW kitchen on 26th Jan for my mother in law's birthday. It was a big deal for the parents us taking them to such fancy restaurant but to our disappointment, there were flies sitting on the desserts and the food and nobody actually cared about it. I still cannot believe that JW can have such poor hygiene. Totally disappeared. Wonot recomend

I had been to JW with great expectations. Unfortunately it didn’t meet any of my expectations in terms of spread and the taste. Vegetarians had only 2 starters on the menu which was pathetic. Non veg starters weren’t that great except for fish. The number of live counters aren’t as many as I could even find in the Bangalore airport lounge. I would never visit this place for its taste or the spread that it offers. It’s just a waste of money is what I felt. Please stay away if you want to experience the best.. there are a lot of restaurants in Bangalore that offer better buffets and spreads for this price..

Buffet spread was good enough. Starter were just average. Singapore noodles was good. Main coarse were highly disappointing. Kerala live counter only parotta and patoto curry was good. Pasteries and cakes were too good. Staffs were good except the billing guy,he was like just pay the bill and get lost. One more thing I have to mention at 2.30 they told we are closing at 3 PM we had to rush for the food that was very bad thing from there side.
Sobhan Jachuck
Deserts were awesome. Every dish that I had was prepared with a lot of care.

Mint fresh review...
We've just finished our much awaited anniversary luncheon at the JW Kitchen. Here's what we loved

Noodle broth soups
Chinese meal bowls
Baked fish
Cesar salad (to DIE for)
Tikka and Indian Chicken Curries
For Dessert - gajar ka halwa, chocolate cake cubes, panna cotta and some delectable pancakes
Ended with cappuccino and double shot espresso

Service - a super shout out goes to Debasmita who ensured we were comfortable with everything. She even went out of her way to get us an anniversary special cake, a gesture i feel is very touching and rewarding at the same time.

JW Kitchen has become an annual affair for us, looking forward to coming back!

The food here was great, although expensive. The service and ambience was superb!
For appetizers I had the buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese sauce. That sauce was superb!
The salmon that is ordered was so delicious, perfectly cooked and that crispy skin, amaaaaaaazing.
I ordered it along with the lemon dill beurre Blanc dressing. And for sides I chose the glazed mushrooms which I loooooved, and also the French fries.
The biryani was average though.
This is definitely a place and experience worth trying!

JW Marriott...the buffet was an extensive affair. We had an elaborate lunch for almost 2 hrs 30 mins. Amazed by the food and ofcourse their service. Ashish (i believe who is MT) was great at his job.

Thank you !

I would like to place my appreciation and thanks to Chef Srikant for the excellent service show to customer. This evening i was walking around JW Kitchen trying to skip the buffet dinner and instead look for something simple to eat. Chef Srikant proactively approached me and offered his advise to cook something customize to my need. He brought me to the buffet table and introduce me couples of simple Asian dishes and subsequently created few dishes and offered to sponsor for my dinner meal. I felt bad and trying to turn it down. However Chef Srikant insisted on the hospitality to offer the meal. End of the day, he still personally bring over some desserts for me which not only sweeten but also warm my heart. JW Kitchen should be proud of such employee which is always Customer Centric. Thank you Chef Srikant, you make my day !

An absolutely fantastic hotel! Ambience is really nice! Superb variety of delicious food choices in the Buffets. All staff are very polite and helpful. Today was the third time I've come here. Today was Lunch, while the first two visits were for Breakfast. The experience for all three visits has been stellar. Next visit is going to be Dinner! Wish I could give more than a 5 star rating for this truly 5 star hotel! :)

Really liked the desserts. Super friendly staffs. Especially Hari and Sandeep who were very helpful and made sure we had more than what we expected. Staffs and ambience was good, it would have been a better experience if there were more starters.

It was an awesome experience with JW Marriott. Staffs are very polite and friendly. The foods are really delicious. Neither too spicy not oily. It was perfect. Ambience was classy. I came with my family here and opted for a la carte with Zomato Gold. They gave us complementary Chaats which were really yummy. We had Indian food consisting of daal, Paneer, naan and rice. All dishes were upto the mark. Service was good.

Best buffet breakfast in town, hands down!
Delicious food, good variety of choices, excellent service! Totally worth the price.

I usually don’t give reviews through Zomato but this experience made me want to.

I had high expectations from the place as I went there to have a good meal in leisure but instead I was in stress throughout my meal. here’s my honest review

- food was ok but not hot at all. Also the lids were kept partially open for main course.

- the staff members couldn’t answer my Quiries about food and didn’t have proper communication skills

- I asked one of the staff members about a particular cheese in the cheese spread, he didn’t have any idea what it was and went ahead and touched and felt the cheese with bare hands to know what that was, right in front of me!

- later I asked for a virgin mojito and received Lemon water instead. When asked for replacement they took forever to give it.

- before clearing the plate they never asked me if they could. I still had little food left and they cleared it anyway.

- I asked for 4 roties. He even asked me a few times for confirmation, but what I received was 2 roties in the basket

- I asked for a fresh salad to be made by chef to the staff, instead the staff just directed me towards the salad section and went away. Later the chef comes and tells me if I need anything to be made please ask! This was so confusing and unprofessional.

Staff members not trained for a 5 star standard at all. Even our local restaurants have a much better dining experience.
I stay far from Jw Marriott, came all the way just to be disappointed.
Mohit Todi
This is one of the top Luxury Fine Dining Place in Bangalore.
Ambience - 4/5
Food - 4/5
Service - 5/5
The live kitchen is a amazing one with a lot of varities. Bakery section is a must try.

Went for vegetarian a la carte. Nice taste and decent portion size. Good enough for 4 adults. Had a look at the buffet, which seemed to have a nice spread. Though the dinner buffet seemed pricey, the kind of options on display would justify the price for brunch buffet.

The service was prompt and the staff was courteous. Nice experience overall.
Gargie Bhattacharjee
I had food poisoning after having your mushroom masala from the buffet spread. It was my birthday dinner with family. It was only me unfortunately who had mushroom masala out of everyone from family. I have given 2 stars for the service and the desserts. The desserts were delicious and very creative..

Went here twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Attentive service, good food and lovely ambience- so its a hit with my family! I also love the other restaurants here :)

Great food selection from buffet and a la carte menu. Sunday brunch is superb. Above all, outstanding staff that make you feel right at home. Thanks to all for a great stay.

An excellent experience I would say..Not only in terms of quality of food but the quality of experience as well..it was beyond our expectations..we have a 11 month old baby..the love and care given to him was amazing..Right from delivering the porridge early in d morning to deliverying the khichdi the way we preferred customized for our baby...we dont have words to thank the team..especially chef Hem and the reception crew(Sohail, tripti, and few more; we apologise for not remembering the names of all the olevly people) who would keep our baby Reyhaan engaged with their cute gesture....Executive chef Daniel Koshy who blessed our baby by showing the jw kitchen and introduced him as future chef looking at his passion to view how someone was preparing french toast...amazing experience...

Beautiful dining area and the food was really nice. We had come here for a client visit. Some dishes were a bit too mild in my opinion but overall we had a great time. Keep up the good work JW!

Is the Zomato gold applicable on buffet at JW kitchen? Or is it only on the Al a cart fine dining menu. Can you please update me on this.. because the last time I came I did not really use it , so I am wondering
Well I have been meaning to have the buffet lunch/dinner for quite sometime now. Heard it was quite a spread and boy it was!! Last Saturday I decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday over buffet lunch at the JW Kitchen and I was super impressed with the spread. SO MUCH FOOD AND SO MANY OPTIONS! Started off with some salad, cheese and went on to try the roast bhetki in mustard sauce and roast chicken. The fish just melted in my mouth. The oriental counter had good spread too- Mee Goreng was the star! Moving onto biryani and the mutton rogan josh - they were good but nothing brilliant.

Now I as have a sweet tooth, I always look forward to the dessert counter and it did not fail to impress me. Where do I start? The mud pudding, the ginger creme brûlée, the frangipani cake were all Oh-so-good! There was a live dessert counter for pancakes too and the chef made such soft, succulent, fluffy pancakes that each bite made me go gaga over it. That’s what stood out for me.

Things I liked: of course the food especially the dessert section, ambience, hospitality

Room for improvement (though nothing great): More live counters

It was a good experience
Amazing staff,
Very friendly.
Alot dishes to eat
Quite alot of live dishes as I had gone during the street food festival.
The starters were spicy and the meat was well cooked
The chats were really good as well as the desserts
Mississippi mud cake was simply brilliant.
Overall a must visit.
Worth the price for a buffet and the experience.
Csaradhi Tejas
This is the best brunch I've ever had!! It's worth every penny! The brunch spread is very elaborate, which tends to everyone's pallette. There's a wide range of cuisines served. The culinary experience here was complimented well and was made the best experience, by Indraneel. He was on the top of his toes to make sure we had a great time!

The whole team deserves a great applause! Thank you for making this experience a memorable one!

JW Kitchen needs no introduction specially when it comes to lavish buffet spread. Finally made it here to try there Independence Day Brunch priced at 2450+taxes..though it may sound steep but the spread was phenomenal.

Ambiance is class apart as expected. We got a nice corner by the glass overlooking the live counters.

Now coming to the main part, the Food. Special mention to the Live counters.. be it the grills or tandoor ( kebabs were mindblowing) or the chaats or italian counter ( pastas were really good). We enjoyed the starters a lot. The mocktails complimented the food well. For me, the main attraction was the Salad counter. Each and every salad be it veg or non veg was amazing. Never tried such well made salads. Was craving for more. The continental section has some real good stuff specially the pork & Baked bhetki. Loved the flavours. The litti chokha was alright but the chutney served along was too good. I was too full by this time so only sampled bit of Non veg Chinese & Indian main course. Skipped the veg ones. Whatever I tried I liked the Chicken noodles, Hot garlic fish, Pork Vindaloo, Fish moilee the most. The Gosht nihari was a big disappointment. Butter chicken and chili chicken both were satisfactory but the quality of meat was topnotch. Coming to the desserts, each and every Western variety was really good and the variety was huge. The Indian desserts were not as good as the western ones .. Just passable. Live falooda counter was good. They have quite a good variety of icecreams too.

Service was good but could have been more prompt. As we were celebrating a Bday they gave us a complimentary cake which was a nice gesture.

Had a great brunch!!

Jwkitchens

Late post of JW Kitchen street food festival.

Food was excellent but they need to focus on customer service even if it's a buffet restaurant you can't forget service on table, Chefs on counters were excellent and always helpful.

This dinner buffet was special as name suggests you get street food counters, with food from many regions of India along with other regular food on buffet including Oriental and western food.

In sort this buffet did not disappoint anyone even during a particular promotion time, if you are fan of Indian food this was heaven and keeping in mind of their resident guest from different countries they also had European and oriental food spread.

Now coming on food each and every dish was delicious which was offered from live counters (Ghugni, chaat, Mughlai paratha with kosha mangso, Murgh Shahi kebab, Bhutte ka kees and many more)

Chaap and other kebabs on buffet.

Main course had fair share of North Indian and south Indian dishes. With separate counter of Chinese and Thai dishes and a counter with Grilled fish, Mexican rice etc.

Could not explore dessert much but Basundi and kheer was delicious.

Well done😊

- By the looks, an absolutely fabulous place, well done up, all about the ambiance
- I had one more incentive to try the evening buffet (apart from the fact that I am staying put here and they offered me a good discount on the buffet), it sets apart the story of quality and detail....which unfortunately was missing, here are two counts....
- It took me almost 15-20mins, before I had to ask someone for as basic thing as a napkin! No one noticed it although everyone in the staff was waltzing around, if it's a 'fine dining' restaurant, this should be sacrilege, yet it was not....
- The GOSHT was as good as what I eat from the take home dhaba, half cooked, it was a real effort with really well sharpened cutlery knife....
- If the above wasn't enough, it really took the staff a while to figure out that I had actually been given a discount. Another 10mins wasted & it matters when you are really tired.
- For the brand value it holds, I expected the basics to have been better, which is the party pooper in this case, average experience at best!

I went there for dinner with my friend with a lot of expectation. To start off with, the salad was just fine. The sushi was horrible with just some rice and fish rolled up. The seafood soup tasted literally like sambar and the manchow soup tasted so blank. The main course was just cooked variance of items with no particular taste to pin point. The malabar fish curry is an insult to kerala and they didnt even serve the butter naan that i placed the order for. The belgian waffles tasted of egg but the rest of the desserts were like fine (better than the other food items that we tasted). I was wondering how a 5 star restaurant like this with more than 5 chefs for different cuisines could provide such pathetic food and i really dont know how its even rated 4.4 in zomato. Will never ever go to that place not even for a cup of coffee.
Veena Ruban
While i don't want to say everything is the best, i love the buffet spread with varied options. The salads are amazing and the South Indian dishes are too good to try for. I had been for a birthday party of my colleague. With a great atmosphere and some good music, one can dine in with all the good mood & have a delicious food. ..

Food, hospitality, ambience was excellent but our leisure buffet lunch was disturbed halfway. We had booked buffet slot available at 2:30pm but within 30 minutes of starting our lunch we were told restaurant will be closing soon and within couple of minutes we found food items being taken out of counters.

I was trying to book a table and must have called the JWM at least 20 times but no one ever picks up so I did not even get an opportunity to sit at the table. JWM Management if you guys are reading this please ensure you operate like the Taj/Oberoi who answer their phone within seconds.

One of the best buffet, widespread, they got all the cuisines covered. Favorites - Kesariya Sandesh, Red Thai Curry, clear soup, hummus. The chats were good too. Great place to spend time with friends and family and have a great time. The staff were polite and respectful. As expected from the brand, the place is very clean and beautifully designed.

Have been to the place sterday for dinner with friends, the ambience and food s good they have good varieties of desserts and the area s gud. Except one or two many staffs were not so responsive and we have faced very bad experience with the seating . When you book table thru Zomato they treat very badly we went there on time and asked for 4 seats the lady n reception checked the booking and it’s from zomato she showed face so weird and gave the place which is almost outside of restaIran’s and when we asked some place inside she was answering like it’s all booked they don’t have any table specific bookings then how can she say that even we were booked, then we had lot of discussion to get place inside and found many empty seats where there Dono on what basis they treat ppl but their hospitality is placed based on partially 😏

Went here for a weekday lunch buffet along with my office team!
Had a very disappointing experience. The place was packed and no staff paid much attention to our queries. The starters which included the baked bhetki fish along with garlic butter taste was tasteless. There wasnt any spice or marination at all!
Next up tried their grilled salmon and again didn't like it! No marination whatsoever!
Next had their white sauce pasta which was good!
I tried their battered fried fish and it was so hard!
By this time we were disappointed and called the attendant who was adamant stating that this place serves the best buffet and every other customer apart from us is enjoying the food! We requested the chef to prepare prawns with some adequate spice! The chef prepared butter Garlic prawns and as soon as I took the first bite I was almost in tears! Thanks to overwhelming chillies,it was so spicy that one could barely have it!
By this time I had a horrid time and decided to skip their main course too!
The attitude of the staffs was even more shocking!
A place like this which boasts of good hospitality and food let us down big time!
Our entire team of 13 people were highly dissatisfied and we had a horrible experience!

We had come down for a dinner buffet with some expectations but the service was tad bit clumsy. I guess the waiters seemed to be inexperienced. Had to ask for water refill almost every time. We weren't given a coffee spoon to mix even after asking several times. The waiters seemed to be too busy talking amongst themselves. Our server suddenly just went missing so had to keep calling random waiters all the time.

The food was great, luscious and incredible although expensive. The service, theme and everything was superb. The food ran the gamut from typical Indian food to a mix of Asian. The staff was really helpful, if you don’t know about something you can ask. They also do customization as per your needs. Overall the JW Marriott is a must visit place to try food.
