Review District 6 - Bengaluru

District 6 is one of the finest brewery in the city. If you are looking for quality German beer, you can't go wrong with this one. Like any other brewery, it's packed during the weekends. Their food is really good. We tried Bullet Chicken, Lotus Stem Chips, Nachos and Fries. All of them very pretty good, especially the Nachos which was excellent. Even the main course we had at the end was delicious. Among their beers, the Lager and Wheat were excellent, Stout was really good too. They have some good shooters as well. But price is definitely on the higher side even for the food. Our shooters in fact shot up the bill by over 40%. Just take care of that when you are here. Otherwise, a fantastic place for beer and food.

This was on my visit list from a long time, finally got to visit. Amazing place with plenty of liquor options. The place has a cozy vibe to it with music playing in the background. Had the German wheat beer and ordered lotus stem and wedges both were good. All in all a good experience.

It has a spacious space. Food is decent. We went for dinner and the ambience was good. We ordered bullet chicken which was fine nothing great about it. Chicken nachos was good. Veg kofta curry with roti and kulcha was decent.

Food was good. All the items we ordered was tasty. Service is very slow. People were not coming to take order. Ambiance is also good. They have parking. They have clean restrooms. Price was around 2k for 2 people.

wheat beer is a must try, you can get the sample of all the brewed beers to taste before ordering, each sample 50rs(60ml). service, staff, food and the ambience overall it's good. food cost is little expensive and the quantity is less taste but tastes good not great.walet parking is available but we need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

District 6 is a pub with a German flavour. All food served met our expectations and brewed beer was great. Great ambience and is a very spacious place. Really enjoyed the time. However, it's a bit more expensive than most comparable restaurants in the area.

Visited with friends; Real time brewer says serving in real taste. The side dishes where yummy and cooked without loosing the real taste. Most of the dishes were arranged and served elegantly..

Amazing place with authentic German beer. Food was tasty but a little pricey ( price is still fine as blore is not a cheap place when it comes to pubs ), Good to take reservations ON CALL ( not zomato or Swiggy as it's never reserves your seat ) on weekends.

Biere quality is very good. Service is good and when i requested to remove the service tax they did removed the service tax which is an excellent news. I highly recommend this place to all biere lovers

I had a splendid experience at District 6 Pub. Celebrating my birthday there was made even more special by Wasim, who generously provided a complimentary treat. The ambience was delightful, and the hospitality was truly impeccable. A memorable celebration indeed!

We visited on a Saturday evening and two elements impressed us most. One, the floor design (inside portion) is done very well - we had sense of privacy and not being crowded by other tables or people. Unlike most of other pubs where one can hardly have a conversation, we had good time. Sound dissipation was very effective.. Second, micro brewery lived up to its name! Really good variation of brews being it’s strong forte. We got tasters for each and had difficult time in narrowing our favourites. Would highly recommend samplers before finalising your choice. Food was pretty good, portions were quite large even for a group of 3 people. Despite of other recommended options, we really liked Tres Leches here, it was as good as it could get in Bangalore. To sum it up, head here for some really nice quality time and beer 👍🏽

It is just outside of Sheraton Hotel and other side it got metro station too, so accessibility is not an issue. Been there 2 times and this time we enjoyed their live music which was amazing and soothing 😍 They serve varieties of drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic. They have wide range of food options and their staff server it very well. Place is quite spacious outside however inside I found little suffocating how ever it was manageable. If you are smoker probably have to sit at outside lobby where smoking is allowed. By price it could be little expensive but as per locality and service I found it worth. Also it depends on the drink and food preferences. My overall experience was good both the times and 4 stars for now and keeping 1 star for next time 😊👍

The vibe here is savage. I visited here for my birthday, and they even took a picture of mine and gave me the photo with District6 frame instantly. Very helpful staff. The food is a bit expensive, but it's a fab place to visit

Service at District 6 was quick and good, their crafted beers is okayish, very less options and a little pricey. LIIT was really very good and strong. For food we ordered Pesto sauce pasta which was yummmmyyy but their Nachos was okayish, overall for food I would say its decent good.

I absolutely love this brewery!! The location and ambience is superb...so is the food. The staff are friendly and supportive. They manage the floating crowd quite well. Quite next to the metro station makes it super joy to commute!! The quantity of food for each plate is quite adequate. Place is maintained clean and somare Tye toilets. Cleaned and very usable. Mobile Network connection inside this location is quite literally zero...not sure why that is the case. Overall thumbs up to the place 👍

This is by far the best place to have some great brewed kraft beer on this side of the city and definitely among the top 5 in Bangalore. The Wheat beer is an absolute delight to have. So much so that I had a one litre mug nd boy the mug reminded me huge pirate mugs :D The food is also absolutely wonderful with excellent flavors and selection for the choosy ones. While the burgers here are highly praised and talked about, it's the ever dependable pizza that I believe are one of the finest yet underrated offering on the menu. A word of caution - please do get a reservation in advance, this place can get really crowded and who can blame them for being so awesome!! <3 :)

This was my first visit to this very beautifully done up microbrewery in town. A visit here was long due & luckily the metro station being a stones throw away got me here without complaining about the traffic issues of Bangalore. A bunch of us met up on a September Sunday afternoon to get a taste of the "Sizzler Bites" festival that's been on from a few weeks. It' is housed right next to Orion Mall and as you walk in the lovely seating they have with open doors will transport you to places in europe.. just that the cobblestone streets with people enjoying the afternoon sun are missing 😀. Along with some outdoor seating they have loads of space inside with the brewery equipment as a backdrop in places. Lots of private seating rooms n areas too, to choose from & lots of tables around the a large bar in the centre. There walls are filled with interesting woodwork & the staff is quite friendly. Their menu is vast & has loads interesting options including a lot of German fare. We got ourselves the sampler of their beers to get started.. they had 5 out of their 6 beers in available as they ran out of one the previous night being a Saturday night.. For some reason everyone around the table loved the Radler except for one who opted for their strong larger. Radler was very refreshing with fruity hints 😬.. light & smooth just like a cider.. perfect for an afternoon party.. We guzzled the beer along side loads of food being served on Sizzler plates. Everyone loved the food but I would have loved some more spice & salt in the Indian Sizzler bites like in the Coorg pepper pandi, the beef sukha & Andhra Spiced mushrooms as the spice would have been a perfect marriage with the beers. We tried lots from their Sizzler bites menu.. My personal favourites were the sizzling veg dumplings (corn & spinach stuffing), very delectable 😋, the cheese, veggie stuffed tandoori aloo blew my socks off.. 😬. We also tried a platter of German breads (soft & freshly baked 😋) which was served with 3 different dips - beer butter, mustard & pesto.. 😬😋 Their "Sizzler bite festival" is on till the end of september 2017 .. 😀!! Something you don't wanna miss now do you, when all this food can be paired with brilliant brews by their Brewmaster..!!! Do not forget to end your meal with their Raspberry Cheesecake.. the best I have had in Bangalore 😋! I'm drooling as I type this out 😌!! There were lots of likes around the table for their sizzling brownie served with hot chocolate sauce & a scoop of ice-cream.. but personally for me the cheesecake did the trick 😀!!

Very nice audible music.. not noisy like other pubs .. I had been to few pubs in the vicinity .. very loud and felt like a dungeon.. !!! Nice ambience.. with evenly distributed tables feels private and also very cosy ... courteous staff and nice selection of beer and finger food... always recommendable..!!! Awesome place to hangout ..!!!

Your staff need to be taught how to behave. Forget about how to behave when they're in a hospitality industry but I don't think they have the basic manners one should to possess to live in a civilized society. All this for your 'voluntary service charge' at 10%. One of your waiters threw my card on the table after I changed my mind to pay by cash. Will never suggest this place or even think of visiting again. Just to remind you, you're in Bangalore and there are a lot more options with good staff and hospitality. Change before you get out of business. Having a nice place with good ambience doesn't suffice everything.

The ambience is good. Lots of space. Various combinations for seating. Even sitting down in the verandah is a good option. The staff are courteous and service is reasonably fast. Not many beer options. The real let down was the snacks. Sorry, we did not have food; so, no feedback!!

The location is very good. I always enjoy the food here, pizza are so yum that I could not like any where else. Drink is another zone. Everything thing here is absolutely amazing. The music they play are not repetitive and they have plenty of hit which keeps the evening going. The service is also awesom. They are humble and sweet. Only one thing to keep in mind is that if it's vk end then make sure to book table to avoid waiting.

Ambience wise a nice place to hangout and chill. Tried few mocktails and food. Must say they serve really good food be it quality or quantity. But mocktails was equally pathetic. Recommended if you love Beer but toddlers will not have great time.

The food and ambience was really bad, overpriced too much and most of all they deceive customers by not giving them choices to eat/drink from the menu. Reasons for everything going wrong is well taught to staff. I hope you guys close down soon and i would prefer some local bar over you guys. Very ashamed to be there.

Pretty lame place,charges only for the location. Let's start with entrance,two people will greet you.What was interesting is that their card machine wasn't working which is pretty strange for a place like this. Let's come to infra,the seating sofas were all dirty and never been cleaned.Also we sat on chairs on which paint was coming off and the whole look n feel was poor. Now come to beer which they claim they brew was ok but not great as compared to other breweries. Food which is the most important part was the worst of all ,WE WERE SERVED COLD FOOD. When we asked them they took it back,heated it in microwave and brought it back and if you have eaten good tandoori food you will know if it's reheated in micro what will it's condition be. Overall pretty disappointed and would suggest you not to visit. Not sure why 391 people have rated it good,may be worth checking if those are old reviews.

Good food, good music, good wheat beer and great ambience. Loved the Nizami chicken and lotus stem chips along with the wheat beer.

As always best treatment for us from the gate itself ,the buffet was good but non veg starters was only 3 nd desserts was next level compare to other buffet in the city .overall it was good but prices r not so satisfying ,I paid 1650+299as a tax🙄ths was too much ,any way happy to visit

Have been to District 6 more than any other restaurant in Bangalore due to office parties. Although it is a brewery and I am a teetotaler, the place is totally worth visiting for the food. They have an elaborate menu with multiple cuisines covering both veg and non veg options. Bullet chicken is my top pick for starters along with crispy lotus stems, prawns and a fiery chicken whose name I have forgotten. They serve excellent Chhola Kulcha (and other Indian main course items like Biryani) as well, which is a surprise for a brewery. Their waffles and Eton mess are perfect to round up a sumptuous meal. From what I have heard, the beer is good too. The seating space is large and can easily accommodate multiple large groups. The service is fast. Parking is available and plus it is in the Orion mall campus so it is quite convenient.<br/><br/>Food: 4<br/>Service: 4<br/>Ambiance: 4

A regular place for office parties! Courteous staff and have good private dining areas for intimate close group parties with music to support the ambience! Good alcohol options along with North Indian starters and desserts . Ambience is great out there. I went there a couple of times and had some amazing time. Brewed beers of The District 6. are very popular. Also they have great pizzas. I gave them four star because of the expensiveness. They charge a little bit more than usual restaurants may be because its beside Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel At Brigade Gateway. But if money is not a constraint for you then you must surely visit. Trust me its worth it. Apple crush is my favourite mocktail from there.

Heard about this place couple of times and when we were at Orion Mall, thought of giving a try. Located exactly beside the Orion Mall, so very easy to locate. Very nice ambience and quiet big room to accommodate a good number of people. I Didn’t see any waiting though it was Saturday. We took a table at outside. We took two beers and one Chicken Pizza. Pizza was just perfect. Very crusty and tasty 😋. I am not a beer person but I finished two big mugs here. The best Beer after Toit I can say. Must visit for beer lovers and if you are around Orion Mall. Will go soon again.

Lovely ambience with the right amount of lighting. The decor was tastefully done. While all the dishes we ordered were good two need a special mention - 1) Their dahi kebabs are to die for- i did take away after eating loads of them in the restaurant 2) the chocolate brownie which had distinct flavours oozing out , we couldn’t stop hogging although we were full before desserts. The place is located on the ground floor of sheraton. Great ambience with great interiors made by wood. The food we had was fantastic. Everything from the nachos to the wings to the burger was very tasty. Beers do have a scope for improvement.

I really liked this place .. I am fan of mac n cheese .. almost eaten in every restaurant I ever visited , must tell they make the best one untill now in my experience.<br/>Also the choice of glass they offer for beer to be served is the good idea. People like me who like their drink in fancy glassware would be fantasized.

This place next to orion mall has excellent ambience. The seating options are very good. The onion rings were crunchy and nice, liked the lager. Good service and will visit again.

I visited District 6 for the first time today. We had a hellish experience with the valet. Not only had they parked our car with a window down (we were there for more than two hours), but the valet guy (I didn't have the presence of mind to get his name) also had the audacity to ask me to show him if there was any damage or loss. The valet was far from apologetic for what he did, and got really aggressive when I confronted him. He addressed us without any courtesy (pointing fingers, raising his voice, and throwing hands). Despite the fact that I kept addressing him as 'Sir'. The manager assured me they would take action, but I'm not very convinced. Sad to say, my friends and I left in a horrible mood and don't intend on returning here.<br/>

I was here to celebrate a friend’s birthday on a Sunday evening and I had heard mixed reviews about the place which is why I was reluctant to visit.<br/>The ambience is appealing and the tables are well spaced out. The decor and interiors give you a nice old barnyard like feel where freshly brewed beer is served on tap.<br/>Amongst the beers I would recommend the lager and the ale. I also had the red wine and white wine sangria which had too many cut fruits than wine.<br/>As for the food we ordered the nachos, which was served with a nice dollop of sour cream, melted cheese and salsa. The Achari paneer was filled with this nice achari sauce which gave the otherwise boring paneer some great taste and flavour.<br/>The Buffalo wings were well made and the crispy corn was perfect to munch on with the beer.<br/>The food was pretty good and I just feel the seasonal beer could be a bit more bold in taste. Maybe they could just be more experimental with their beers.

Visited this place to celebrate a friend's bday. Ambience is great. Had wheat beer, Malaysian chicken nanghtay, chicken Angara kebab, baffat chicken and choco chip brownie with ice cream. Except for the Malaysian chicken, others were tasty and flavoursome.

This restaurant cum brewery pub is located inside sheraton hotel premises and has got the best of ambience and decor . The copper coloured theme is sure to sway one's mind .<br/><br/>I ordered himachali Kumbh tikka which is basically mushroom marinated with spices grilled in tandoor , served with mint chutney and onions . I found this dish extremely exquisite and blessed with most appropriate taste . I rate it 5 .<br/>I ordered Serrano cotija pizza which has unique taste of sour cream along with chillis .I would rate it 3.5 . Cheese could have been more .<br/><br/>I ordered dark beer ,which has pleasant taste of coffee . The caffeine is sure to boost one's mood . We had the German sausage & chorizo pizza, the sauce on the pizza was definitely something I have never tried before, each bite was jam packed with flavor, the chicken wings were very different from the usual ones we get here at Bangalore but definitely a must try, overall the prices are pretty steep but it was a beautiful experience :)

My 1st visit to this place made me love this place. Located right next to Orion mall rajajinagar. Attracts very trendy crowd. The brewery is also very authentic and a good place for beer lovers. It was perfectly refreshing.<br/><br/>* a big chug of beer- not a fan of brewed beer but it sure is loved by a beer person.<br/><br/>* Chicken pizza- It was Thai chicken pizza which was chunks of chicken spread on pizza with few veggies. <br/>It was good. Cheese was perfectly melted. A treat for pizza lovers.<br/><br/>*choco lava cake with honey ice cream- they took 15mins to serve this which was priorly informed to us. It was absolutely delicious. Located near by to our office,we very often frequent this place for team gatherings.<br/>Always found this place to be vibrant and happening.<br/>What draws us mainly to this place is the great food on offering.<br/>Chakori kebabs (boneless chicken kebab) are the best that you get here.absolutely succulent which just melts in mouth.they are so juicy and tender that with every bite you have the juice oozing out of the chicken just as when you eat a Chum Chum and the sugar syrup oozes out of them.<br/>Ajwaini fish tikka is another must have on the menu.lamb coriander cumin is just about ok.the most disappointing one is the byadagi chilli prawns.one would do good to stay away from this.<br/>The pizzas and the biryanis too are worth giving a try.<br/>

Had been to this place around Christmas. The beers were quite good although there isn't anything less than 500 ml. We did have repeats though.The starters were delicious too. We had ordered onion rings, BBQ wings and French fries. For the mains we ordered a couple of thin crust pizzas, Mexican chipotle burger and roasted turkey. The portion size is not too large for the price charged, although we all enjoyed the taste. Service was quite slow. All in all a good place for fresh brews and food. Slightly heavy on the pocket

A good brewery to have a beer , ambience is good. On a service part they are little slow. Serve good starters specially there dahi kebabs and fried corns.

I have been here many times and this place is getting worse with time. Service was slow, food was mediocre. I wouldnt come to this place and pay a bomb for this.

Nothing great about this brewery. Average looking ambience, not so good tasting beer and a poor menu. You tend to take a lot of time choosing what food to order because everything seems unapetizing and a very limited menu.

Ambience is good, but the service here is pathetic. Even when the entire place is empty, they don’t give you a place telling the entire pub is reserved which is very unlikely on Christmas. Not at all warm. Very expensive.

This is my go to place when I need some good food and great beer. The microbrewery is top class, lives up to their German standards. Of late, the stout hasn’t been available; lager and wheat beer are worth trying. Coming to the food, I am a big fan of vegetarian food here; garlic lotus stem and tandoor phool are my personal favourite. They are both crunchy yet juicy and flavourful. For the mains, you cannot not have the masgistrate biryani. The vegetables are cooked thoroughly to perfection and the Indian spices ooze out at every bite. It is paired with some fresh raita and salan. I also love the blueberry cheese cake served here. Overall, it’s a perfect place to spend cozy afternoons and evenings.

For people who like to have conversation over drinks this place is really recommended for them.<br/>I felt the pricing was on the higher side and not a place that I would recommend to someone who is non alcoholic and just wants to have good food.

This used to be my go-to place during college but the recent visit thoroughly disappointed me. I think the reason was the staff and their extremely self entitled behaviour. Attitude makes or breaks everything and in this case, it brought out the worst in them. To be fair, their food is always top notch and so is the beer but why ruin it with the smug irreverence?

Excellent place, amazing service, great quality beer with some amazing food...this is District 6. Have been here few times and never been disappointed. This is an a amazing place to spend quality time with your friends and near ones.<br/>We ordered Fish Tikka, grilled chicken salad, wheat beer, lagar in our last visit and everything was good. Both beer were excellent. The salad had amazingly balanced dressing with perfectly cooked chicken topped with melon seeds. The fish Tikka was superb with flavor of ajwayan and was well balanced in spices. Most importantly, the service was of high standards. Always had great time at this place. Highly recommend!

The rich ambience, and the great music that was being played made it the perfect hangout with my friends who I haven’t had seen in a long time. The food was good and the doctor inks were superb. Definitely looking forward to coming back!!

Lovely ambience...but the Food is average.. starters are ok and the main course are not up to the mark at all...... ....music sound is so loud which irritatates a lot...

First thing staffing is not very good. They can't do something special for birthday celebration. Waiters behavior are below up to the mark, they came at 11:30pm for last food order as , and told us to wind up every thing till 12:30 am . When I said in zomato it is mentioned it will open till 1 am , they replied zomato is putting wrong time. So zomato please don't mislead us. We planed only according to your detailed information. For all these things happen, we eat chilled food. Our total bill was 6-7k and I realized its not worth at all. I will never come to this place ,and not recommeding any one to come here. If Restaurants want to verify any thing with me, I m open to give clarification , not putting anything bad here because of any personal issue.

Went there just to chill with friends. On a weekday you will not have to wait more than 10mins. The service needs to improve just a little bit. The food isn't anything to rave about, but the beer is great. We tried all the options that were available but somehow district 6, radler stood out in terms of flavor. Music is soft and they have an outdoor seating too.

The ambience is pretty good minus the loud music. <br/>Literally leaves you with a headache. Maybe they need to sell ear plugs as well. <br/><br/>Food was decent. The waiter was on mute the whole time. Extremely unresponsive at the time of placing my order. They need to train their staff well. <br/><br/>At the end, we had to pay 10% Service charge. <br/>I declined to pay Service charge. One of the places with a vibe. It's usually buzzing without being noisy and intrusive. The place attracts a better section of people (not the intern variety) and that is such a relief! The decor is also quite nice.

Their service needs real improvement. Drinks and desserts are only good items here. Main course is not upto the mark given such prices. However I visit this place occasionally since their foundant cake with vanilla ice cream is out of the world delight.

A great hangout place nestled in the busiet junction. Their in house beer was good and if you are looking for great chicken wings then do try their chicken clucks, its one of their best. The ambience was pretty cool.

District 6 Pub Brewery & Kitchen is your typical Pub Brewery and then some. Located next to Orion mall, it is definitely quite a sight from the outside and is quite easy to spot.<br/><br/>Ambience is superb, ample space and a variety of seating for groups and couples too. Lighting is good and overall ambience is really good.<br/><br/>Coming to the food , we ordered byadagi chilli prawns, chicken wings, lotus stem chips, onion rings with barbecue sauce and grilled fish in lemon butter sauce along with a few other dishes. All the dishes were quite tasty though the quantity of the prawns were a tad less in my opinion. A special mention to the grilled fish in lemon butter sauce, it was delicious and quite filling for a single person. Definitely a must try.<br/><br/>Overall , District 6 is a great place to hangout or even go out for dinner along with a couple of drinks. Value for money is good, especially for the main course dishes. Definitely worth a visit.

This place has decent ambience, and their beers are good. Lager strong is the best. Finger foods were not that tasty whereas steaks were good. Staff service is really poor and are arrogant. Cost for two approx Rs.2000. Can visit this place once, but it's gonna burn a hole in your pocket!

To be honest, the craft beer isn't as good as the other popular breweries (Arbor, Toit to mention the obvious) in Bangalore.<br/><br/>The food however is decent. Pizza was top draw.<br/><br/>This is certainly more of a fine dine place than your average standard brewery. The beer here is the best, smooth as silk, I feel German while I am here to grab a drink, but on the food part quite bland, the staff here are friendly but the response time to serve a customer is not good.<br/><br/>I have been here a couple of times and each time I had to wait to find a captain to pick my order and again remind them to serve what I need.<br/><br/>It's a nice place to chill after a day's work, especially in my line of work, you occasionally need a drink at the end of day .<br/><br/>All-in-All it's a nice place with some good music to your ears and beer to your tummy.

Good setting and all around feel for the place... Tli tried the nachos and it was great<br/>... The customer service needs to be worked on... When we asked to see the 1lt beer glass the waiter was rude enough to comment that 1lt beer glass would be having 1lt capacity why did we want to see it.... People visit pubs to have a good time and forget worries and would love to be treated well and not with such hostility... We did ask for another waiter but even that didn't happen. Might visit again to give another chance if the waiter is different!!

The 1st thing that strikes you when entering the places is the printout that says "Amex not accepted". For a place that is right in front of WTC , not accepting Amex itself says something.<br/>Our experience was nothing to boast about but it was ok.<br/>Among the brews Wheat beer was the best , others were pretty ordinary. Nachos was the best dish we ordered, Pizzas are there in the menu for the sake of it.<br/>Overall the ambience was one factor that lifted the start ratings.<br/>

Me and my friend went there at 10 pm after shopping from Orion Mall. The Staff was not at all paying any attention. Despite of calling them for ordering food they were ignoring the calls. They were busy in the closing rather than paying attention to the guests who were sitting and calling them. I think the staff should be more attentive towards their guests. Staff is not polite and are arrogant! We ordered a beer which was in the menu and was served a different one. Instead of being apologetic, the staff was arrogant and not professional.

Shoutout to Agui for being proactive and making my experience at District 6 a pleasant one. <br/>I only tried dessert that was recommended by Agui which was well balanced. (Chocolate Fondant Cake) <br/>Also, The craft beers are made to suit different palates and samplers are offered before placing your order which is a plus. I’d definitely recommend this place to spend a nice quiet evening.

Great hangout, good food and nice brews. Been here a few times over the years and cannot fault one experience. The ambience is generally calm on afternoons and that's just perfect to relax with a few cold ones. The commotion outside on the road is muted in here with the overall experience which is a good break from the city. I have been going over the years and will continue to do so.<br/>For all you a** burning spice lovers out there - try the ghost pepper drumsticks! It'll be fun.

Went to this place on weekend and there was waiting for 15-20 mins so table reservation recommended. The ambiance of the place is very nice and service too was fast. We ordered pork Boston butt and veg primavera pizza, taste wise ill give 4.5/5. They have many beer options and other alcohol options too. Overall experience was good.

A spacious place with innovative decor. Good choices in the menu. They bring the order at a leisurely pace but the food and cocktail that we had ordered were delicious. The lack of music playing in the background created a dull atmosphere. There must be music in places like this. I hope they get their license very soon.

Pretty bad experience overall, waited 20 mins just for the menu..the waiter looked like he was forced to work there, he was very blunt and wasn’t even talking properly to us. Must improve their hospitality.

We visited the place on a Saturday night. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get seated, which is not bad. <br/>Once we were seated, we had to wait for 30 minutes for the waiter to take our order. We got our food but not beer. The beers were delivered 20 minutes later, by that time we had finished most of our food.<br/>There was no water served for the first 30 minutes. It was given to us after we explicitly asked for it.<br/>I would not be visiting this place again.

Visited the place on a Sunday afternoon for lunch.<br/>Excellent interiors, well spaced out tables, lovely ambience.<br/>Tried their District6 wheat beer from their craft beers. Enjoyed it thoroughly. <br/>Tried a lot of their food. Quantities are very small. Hence we had to order many.<br/>So the list goes on - shashimi golden fried corn, chicken 65, Byadagi chilli prawn, Chicken Tikka, Pinni Chile with kulcha, Thai chicken pizza, chicken gravy and ghee rice. All the food was served fresh and hot.<br/>But what stood out was the dessert. The cheesecake.. it was super delicious. <br/>Service is slow.<br/>Costing is on the higher side.<br/>But enjoyed the afternoon and will definitely go back.

The ambiance is really good and peaceful. The beer is really good. But you wont get much of a choice in alcohol. The cost is quite expensive. The food was good though. I totally recommend for a chilled out beer family evening here.

Looks brilliant, the copper tanks across the counter, wouldn't fail to take your breath away. The food is right out of the top drawer, delicious. The staff didn't feel at pace with the ambiance, a bit of a let down. The seating areas are planned uniquely and the menu being well stacked is is a good place to spend time.

Tried it when TSB was closed due to some local issues. The ambience was great. The food and drinks were served on high priority and it's actually a nice place to hangout with your dear and loved ones. <br/>However, the placement of the music system should be surround not just to a static place. I was there for dinner on a Friday evening. Terribly disappointing. The decor and interiors give a cozy ambience yes but it was annoyingly loud with people walking around with their glasses instead of staying with their groups probably corporate parties. Those were the not so classy tables though there were groups that knew how to behave and I'm guessing they were guests at Sheraton. Now the beer. Well, don't just sell something with fancy names. I've lived in Germany and tried all sorts of wheat beer. The one District 6 sells is definitely not worthy of a Weiss Bier tag, sorry about that. And ridiculously overpriced too.<br/>We ordered Tenderloin Steak with red wine sauce, Mexican Chicken Pizza and Non Veg Noodles. I wouldn't go as far as to call myself a steak connoisseur but for 595 INR a plate, that was just nonsense. I asked for a medium done steak and got a chewy overcooked piece of beef with a tiny twig of cilantro on top. That's it. No mash no grilled veggies nothing. And just a sauce that tasted like it came out of a supermarket rack. I've had juicy delicious steaks at Toit, Toscano and many places with all the accompaniments and a good 200 rupees less. Now the pizza. My first reaction was 'really?'! For 400 INR I get a bland supermarket sold pizza base with some weird green paste and gross yellow cheese with hardly five or six tiny pieces of chicken? District 6 if you're listening, I can make a pizza five times better with groceries worth half the money! The noodles was OK but again not justifying of the price tag.<br/>Now the service. Whoopty fricking doo! What was that all about??? I was in a group. You're supposed to bring everyone's drinks together. Don't just bring my beer which I'm guessing you just had to pour out of a cask and for which you took 15 min, while my friend has to wait another 15 min for their fruit drink. Seriously? Then the guy brings the pizza followed by the steak and totally forgets about the noodles. I then have to remind him and he goes its being cooked. Some high tech noodles that requires an hour of cooking!<br/>On top of all this tomfoolery, I'm charged a 10%service charge!! I mean I always tip when I dine out but what do you think warrants a 10% service charge for this abysmal service?? I'm never going back to that pretentious place. You can keep ripping off the rich business travellers at Sheraton but no one from my circle of friends is ever going to District 6.

We went here on the weekend for a quick bite. For food we ordered Mexican style Cilantro Chicken Pizza and for food we ordered 2 of their draught beers, one Wheat and one Dark. <br/><br/>Beers were freshly brewed and tasty. The pizza took our heart away as the toppings were a different and refreshing flavour than what one usually gets at restaurants. All in all we’ll definitely visit this place again when in Bangalore to try more of their food and beer!

This was the first time .. I have been in district 6... They have smoking and non smoking zone... The food is nice... We tried chix drumsticks roast .. classic nachos.. and kumbh Tikka .. which is a mushroom..the mains we tried madala chicken curry which was excellent....in beer they had only three 🍺.. I liked the ..radler.. and wheat...service was also quickkk.<br/>
