Review Melange - Bengaluru

We had been here for our company team lunch... the buffet was served with a lot of yummy starter... veg and non-veg options where many.. especially fish is a must try. Desserts were the showstoppers, never had so many options in any other buffet restaurants. If budget is not a constraint, I feel it is nice to try world cuisines at one place.

We had visited here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary, They have valet parking available. This restaurant is in 1st floor and pathway to this restaurant is beautiful, they have kept different beautiful paintings all around. Coming to the food part, They had a wide selection of non veg items available and limited veg spread but everything was very tasty. The service was also very good. They had a good spread of Indian deserts too. They also have live counters aswell. They also provided us a complimentary cake as it was our anniversary 😊. Loved the food and staffs were good.We also have a valet parking option and wheelchair accessibility.

Had team lunch here and impressed with the varieties provided for the buffet. Mainly the varieties over desserts. I started with desserts like panna cotta, pastries, halwa etc., most of the items are not regular ones which is appreciable. Matcha paave is the one that topped it all. It's a must try if you are visiting. Desserts were prepared with apt sugar. Then some non-veg starters like mutton ghee roast, fish fry, chicken tikka etc., were really good. Enough bread items are also available. I was not a big fan of donne biriyani. But here they made me change my mind. It was really good. Also mutton items were well prepared. Fish items are not so good. But the rest of the salads and drinks were worth the money. Service can be improved a bit where we need to search for the waiters to get some drinking water. Overall worth a place to try.

Went here with my colleagues for team dinner and had a great time! The range of spread was amazing and the taste was just as good. The staff was also extremely courteous and made sure our experience was smooth.

We went there for an evening buffet. They have valet parking available. They had a wide selection of non veg items available and limited veg spread but everything was very tasty. The service was also very good. They had a good spread of Indian deserts too.

Great Ambience and food. Loved the place. Our host Monika was too good. We played tambola during the brunch and it was super fun and exciting. But we were unlucky. May be will win next time. They also have a world class spa which was one of the most relaxing spa i have evr had. They make you feel at home, really .😍😄😄 The next day we had a wonderful breakfast on our bed and we also tried their very famous brunch in melange. Before that the staff kindly gave us a property tour and we learnt soo much . The staff was very attentive and good. I definately recommend radisson and would love to go back again.😀😅 Very wonderful place to host corporate events and the place is so amazing. The hospitality and service personnel are very friendly and always are available for any small requirement. The washrooms are very clean and constantly cleaned to cater to multiple users. Regarding the food, the taste is nothing less of top tier restaurants and they did an even better job in managing to cater for more than 1000 people for the whole day from breakfast to tea. Excellent buffet. One of the best I have had. Great choice of Continental, Indian and Chinese food. The dessert selection was one of the best I have seen. And the coffee to end it was just fabulous.

Melange at the Radisson Blue on the Outer Ring Road is an all-day dining place. We visited the place for a buffet lunch. The place has a great ambience. There is, a lavish buffet spread and the food counters are very conveniently arranged and spaced. We went there on a weekday and it appeared that most of the patrons were from the Corporate world. The food options included Continental, Mediterranean, Indian and Chinese. Among the three of our family who visited the place we tried all options and thoroughly enjoyed all. The restaurant staff was very polite and courteous. However, a few of them looked eager to show their efficiency in the way they appeared from nowhere to clean the table, sometimes needlessly. It was a good and value-for-money experience.

We visited on a Saturday and we got 1+1 deal on buffet with 2.5k per person. The buffet is worth every penny with great variety of dishes. They included variety of cuisine Oriental, chinese, south indian and many more. Biriyani and few dishes were below the mark but everything else is top notch.

We went there for dinner. We had buy 1 get 1 buffet offer for ₹2500. There were several options for all kinds of menu. Starters, main course, live counters, chats, desserts etc. The service was amazing and the staff were very courteous. Amazing hospitality and very clean. Very well maintained and neat. Went there for 2nd time. This time the food was even better with many more options in buffet.

We went for buffet lunch from office to this place. Place atmosphere is nice. Food wise it is taste and good option. Still starters are less compared to absolute bbq or some other outlet. Service is fine, But could be better. Lot of other outlet serve better, they take care of need of customer better.

Good food. Mexican food is good... On day 2 i went to eat veg. And they have so much to offer... Nice experience. Today the Chinese food and Suso was awesome... Even salads with cold cut meat was awesome too...

Thanks to melange to re open the Saturday brunch we are having a great time with family the food was so tasty and delicious and dessert name Pie was so delicious and the live counter like papdi chaat and pani poori was so good thanks to oll chef for making so delicious and tasty. And thanks to manish and harsmeet for serviceing us..

First dining experience after lockdown in Radisson Blu outer ring road Bengaluru was awesome they started their sunday branch the food was very good delicious the choice of mocktails was good and tasty it was a good experience to have dining all things good safety and all was very good in melange restaurant special thanks to Manish taking care of us.

I was eagerly waiting for their sunday brunch to resume after the lockdown. Finally I went today and considering the situation going on with limited people dining in, they have managed to pull it off. But it was not an extensive spread like it used to be earlier but the food tasted good especially their crab. Starters and main course was good but I was little disappointed with their desserts. It was average. Hopefully they will be back with their buffet spread like it used to be before

Today i had the worst ever experience at Melange which spoiled our plan of wedding anniversary celebration. I have booked for dinner buffet on 11th September well in advance. The restaurant conformed my booking. We were shocked to know that they are not providing buffet due to less customers on the same day. It is understandable that due to Covid, restaurants have some restrictions. But they could have informed, or they could have not confirmed the booking.At least they couldn't have mentioned the fake details on zomato. After all we left the restaurant without celebration. Luckily nearby restaurant was open and saved our day.

I enjoyed the buffet experience here..and enjoyed their amazing menu..<br/>I tried many things from the menu : chicken tikka, handi biryani, pizza, paneer tikka, mojito, the pastries were also yum and they also serve different flavours of pastries.<br/>The staffs were also very polite and courteous. The ambience is also amazing. <br/>I would definitely recommend you to visit and try their buffet.

We visited this place for our anniversary. To our surprise there was one plus one offer going on for buffet. We happily chose buffet option. <br/>Pros: There were quite good options for non-vegetarians. <br/>Live music created a romantic environment<br/><br/>Cons:<br/>sadly the menu for vegetarians was very bad. My husband being a vegetarian couldn't enjoy dining there. <br/><br/>Will I go again?<br/>Probably yes but would prefer alacarte.

I stayed at Radisson Blu for about 10 days..Entire staff was very helpful and friendly.I would like to specially mention about Laxmi Kant from the staff who was very polite and humble. He use to attend to many customers for breakfast Buffet ..he was understanding their food preferences and was serving food to them accordingly with additional toppings and garnishing. He always had a smile on while serving and talking to people staying at hotel.

The brunch experience is made exciting with various games where you can play and win vouchers worth a lot. The mocktails are just amazing. Pineapple Martini was my favorite. It had just the right amount of black pepper in it. Cucumber based mocktail was refreshing and good to calm your body. Fruity paradise was delicious too but a bit sweet for my palate. Among cocktails, don't miss New York Sour which has a base of whiskey with red wine and sour mix. <br/><br/>Melange has the most exclusive buffet in Bangalore as per my exploration until now. Japanese, Lebanese and continental cuisine are available in starters along with Indian dishes. There were 3 varieties of veg and non-veg sushi each. Loved the flavors of veg tempura uramaki sushi. The pineapple salsa was something new and exciting and went well with nachos. Pita bread and hummus were a great combination too. If you love olives like me, you would love to try marinated olives here. Also, you can awaken the master cook in you and create your salad with all the things you love. Add some khus khus to it as per my recommendation. Take small bites of watermelon with feta cheese, bocconcini cubes, and cucumber rolls. Khau seuy soup is a must try again with customizable portions of add ons. Veg dumplings were yummy but couldn't match the deliciousness of cashew potato and spinach croquette. These were so soft and ready to melt in the mouth. Also, they have few movable trolleys with Indian chaats,Pasta and Thai curries where you can place your order and it would come directly to your table.<br/><br/>In the main course, there are a lot of options. Kadhi Pakoda and fried bhindi were superb in taste and went along with fried rice. If you love biryani, they have authentic pot biryani which is just marvelous. Asian curries were good too. In non-veg, mutton was exceptionally excellent. My friends loved the fish varieties too. Happiness lies in small things and you can find a lot of it here in the form of delicious and stunning desserts. In my opinion, try each and every dessert because everything is just irresistible. If you are still looking for favourites, macron and red velvet lava cake is delectable. Go and experience Melange.

Lovely staff. We were served by Pramod and Laxmi who were very courteous. Their suggestions were good. Ambience was lovely. Peaceful and calm. Food was equally awesome! Will be revisiting every now and then.

Usualy we love weekday buffet at melange...though recntly wnt on satrday and had awadhi spcl dinner which ws a little dissapointin...its a bit risky to experience north indian food in south india,..its never perfect..bt 5str expctatns are a little diffrnt.. so plz make good conti italian americn etc more in which u guys r suprb..awsm desrts.. Promod ws vry nice each time we wnt der. Love melang bt surly avoiding satrday sufi menu.

We had Pramod as the one helping us with the order. The service was amazing and the staff were extremely polite. We were not satisfied with one of the food items. They offered us complementary to make up for it.

The buffet has good spread of starters, main course and especially the dessert. I went for a weekday dinner buffet. Good variety of cuisines too. Definitely worth the price if you want to enjoy food. Although the seating area is noisy with people moving around a lot. Overall a good experience indeed.

It was our anniversary and they also arranged a cake for us. Satheesh and Milan provided excellent service and we're extremely courteous. Service is really good with lots of Indian and Mughlai choices for food.

We were looking for a lunch place and found this to be best choice. The spread was good, good ambiance, not crowded and noisy like other buffet places, Service is Excellent,polite staff &very specially thanks to sidharth & bibhu take care of us very well.

Went to Melange for Sunday brunch with high hopes fuelled by the great reviews on Zomato. It turned out to be a bad experience. A big chunk of the items were cold and tasted really bland. The service bothered me more than the food. A friend had to wait for 15 minutes to get a spoon, I had to wait for 20 minutes for get another plate as they took away my plate in front of me without asking me (they did this twice). Had to wait for 40 minutes for Tikia chaat. They forgot to send the drinks we had ordered. Steamed rice were stale so asked for a fresh batch before Bingo began. Didn't get it even 10 minutes after Bingo got over. Had to remind them about rice again. They took 30-35 minutes for the rotis. Overall I was let down by Radisson Blu's Melange.

The food and the drinks were amazing. Had ordered the tenderloin steak. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Our server Laxmi was extremely courteous. The drinks made by Manish were also lovely and perfect. Would love to visit again.

We went for our anniversary dinner and let me add, we went with a very high hope. We aimed for the buffet dinner. However we started with a beer and a cosmopolitan. The cosmo was not there in the menu and they were generous enough to make one for me. And we proceeded for the starter which was completely cold and the taste was bland. But we were still having high hopes as we realised that they had quite a number of items to offer and it may not be possible to maintain the taste for everything. Also our server Siddharth was really nice and helpful. Anyway, the fried veg starter was soggy, the paneer tikka and the fried mushrooms were pretty tasteless. The veg main course was even a bigger heart break. Nothing had a bit of niceness. Bland food just irked our high hopes. We were quite shocked already and went for the dessert section. Well, if a five star restaurant is serving this quality of inedible desserts in the name of rasgulla and coconut barfi, i doubt what experience the foreigner guests would take from here in the name of Indian cuisine. Since they have guests from every corner of the world, I understand that they need to keep the spices a bit low-key but that doesn’t mean that the food needs to be this bland!! The bill amount was another shock as the cosmopolitan was of 800 bucks! The excuse we got was that the drink had the same liquor percentage of an LIIT but being a cosmo lover I know that it was a very normal cosmopolitan and not as strong as an LIIT. Anyway, we are not going back and melange was a sad ending to our happy day. Rest, good luck people! You gotta work on your cooking.
