A nice place to have a dinner date with your loved ones...The birdeye view of Bangalore at night is a sight to behold from the 31st floor...However it stays a bit windy because of it's height...The food is slightly on the pricier side...Pork carbonara is so creamy and tasty here!!!

The lounge is on the 30th floor and gives one of the best views. The only disappointment was the service as I was expecting quick and attentive service because the place is premium. The food & drinks are a bit expensive for the quality and the quantity they serve. The dinning experience was okay but the place is amazing for date night as it's less crowded even during weekends nights. The bar and club was full of crowds and fun when Nikhil Chinapa was playing there. Rooftop makes the place awesome. Overall I had mixed experiences here.

They have re opened the outside on 7th November. Very chic interior, amazing view from the top, food and beverage is amazing.. I happened to go on a gloomy night.. We had nothing in mind to order for dinner and drinks and we left it on the staff to serve us.. and the food and drinks kept coming 😃, it was totally delightful .. believe you are in good hands.. Late at night Bartender Abhishek kept serving us some interesting mixes of cocktail shorts & liquor.. some of them I was trying first time.. they have a good collection of liquor .. Just wish someday in future science can deliver liquor without hangovers next day 😂 Chef Kamal, Sandeep, Vivek and staff in general is really friendly and accommodating.. the kababs, and the Indian pizza had a pickle feel to it.. we had a really interesting mix of peanuts or chickpeas and puffed rice as snacks.. And cutting birthday cake was an absolute joy.. thanks to the staff, they made my day 😄

I went there to celebrate my one year marriage anniversary with my husband. The place is very beautiful, if someone is planning for a date. Food is costly though the taste make it worth. Biryani and cheese cake was delicious 😋

Fabulous view and great ambience. Perfect for date night. Food is not that good, and options are also very limited. We had tomato paprika soup, which was okay in taste, and Tex-Mex chimichanga, which was way too oily.

Amisha is the best host. She is so sweet and positive which enhanced the whole experience. Kishore did a custom cocktail on my request. This place only gets better every time i come here. Thanks guys ( especially Amisha :) )

Dear Sheraton Grand, I have always loved the place but my last visit disheartened me. I like the setup more, which was set by clubMarriot earlier. Currently it feels more congested and dance floor getting decreased broke my heart. Also the sofa setup, which was there earlier, is more to my likeness. Regarding staff, they were prodessional as usual, however I did not like the fact that personal details of my +1 was also maken a note of. I believe that questions the privacy. Earlier there was only id check, which I believe is more better. I also missed the colourful active flooring of the lift. That used to make the ride to 30th floor more exciting. The ambience with the fabulous view & food was not that great though well the place is to enjoy with a group of friends and if you plan a date night HIGH will be you good choice. Make sure you make a reservation calling to HIGH and not through online. If you are lucky and the place is empty you will get the place next to the glass. Better to go on weekends to enjoy the ambience.

It was awesome, wonderful , mesmerizing, thrilling experience to visit this place. It is located on 35th Floor rooftop of WTC building and exactly behind the Orian mall. You will definitely miss it if you have not visited this place during Banglore visit. Overall food quality is ok and drinks are also ok. But it is worth it to pay premium charges for a special location. 180 degree view from reeoftop. No cover charges No minimum billing during our visit. It may be charged during special function

The location is awesome! You can have best view of the city from the place. Ambiance of the place was good. But the seat which I had got had a kind of foul smell like a dead fish or rotten animal. Windows are not clean, you can see lot of stains hence photos won’t come clear. Food was decent. Some orders got delayed I had wait for 30 mins for food. Mocktails are good. Staff are friendly. Overall a mixed experience, you can visit the place once for the beautiful views you can enjoy decent food. But don’t go with high expectations.

Food and beer items are a bit expensive, but the atmosphere and weather you will find at the 32 floor, that will be awesome..

It was a wonderful experience for us here. The night was splendid and food was really very good .We had vegetable spring roll , smoked paneer and finger cottage cheese sauce with bird eye chilli , thai wok fried rice and noodles , and banofee pie and chocolate mud cake . Few things were really are worth mentioning as we ended up ordering twice like chocolate mud cake , thai wok fried noodles and smoked paneer . It was my girlfriends birthday and I had reserved a table for 2. I spoke to Mr. Prasanta Nandi about making the evening special and reserving a table and he reassured me that the table will be reserved and didn’t deliver when we actually got there. This is not how I wanted my evening to turn out. Very dissappointed. Apart from the receptionist the staff I interacted with was very unprofessional including Mr.Prasanta Nandi and didn’t really bother about anything.

This place was in our list from quite sometime !! Finally chose this for our anniversary occasion!! We r glad we chose this during this pandemic situation as the crowd was limited and served with utmost care & precautions.. Kushal was the one who served us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying throughout !! We were given an option to choose veg platter which includes unlimited and all available starters,main and one dessert.. (drinks excluded) which was more than worth .. We chose veg @1200 per head .. View was just awesome, as we reached at 6.30 we could see the sunset and night view both ✌️

Ha been to this place during pandemic, yes as not expected just countable people sitting in each corner.<br/>Restaurant had maintain that hygiene and good hospitality.<br/><br/>We had very limited menu due to pandemic, but truly I enjoyed the starters ..I end up just eating starters and did not try on main course.<br/><br/>We have cottage cheese fries tasted fresh and right species and flavours.<br/>Chicken sumai , it was like dimsum ..tasted different it had Thai giner falvour with 3types of sauce.<br/>Fish and basil , had that pinch of sugar , salt , spice all equally balananced .<br/>Chicken sitage , it also had thai ginger falvour minched chicken roller on stick and cooked evenly, tasted good .<br/><br/>Overall with less menu option , i enjoyed the food .<br/>

This is late review, but nonetheless wanted to write one as I just recommended to my friends. High ultra lounge is located at 30th floor of World Trade Center, Bangalore. It is one of the best place in the city to enjoy a romantic date or to enjoy a night of celebration. You can discover the essence of oriental cuisine at high.<br/>You can find open sky place with breathtaking view of whole Bangalore. There’s seating option of indoor (where the main bar is situated) and the outdoor. The dining area near the bar is actually very charming with the hanging crystal stone all around the ceiling and there’s different seating arrangement for the outdoor as well. <br/>Everything on the menu is amazing and the amount is also very reasonable as compare to pre pandemic menu. Only non alcohol beverages are available as per the government rule. The food we ordered for the evening was scrumptious and delightful. It takes little time to prepare our but it is definitely worth the wait.<br/>The best was customer service, in spite of the rain while having dinner, we were really well taken care off, without hampering our dinning experience, which made the rain experience even more memorable. <br/>Our server Kushal😁, he suggested us the best selling food and mock tails, which we found him very knowledgeable about the dish. Thanks to bar man (sorry I don’t know his name) for making such a refreshing mock tail. Just surreal experience

Went after it reopened post lockdown. Experience was great as always. Kushal served us very well. Food was as good as it used to be. No alcohol as of now due to the govt regulations, but the ambience made it worth a visit. A perfect place to have a calm and serene dinner.<br/><br/>Mocktails ordered : The Bliss, High Again. Both were 4/5.<br/><br/>Food : Spring Roll, Isaan Chicken Satay, Veg with pickle chilli and coriander, Thai Wok fried noodles, Banoffee Pie. All the items were solid.<br/><br/>Thanks a lot for the complimentary ice cream.<br/><br/>Overall experience : A definite 5 on 5.

This place was on my bucket list as one of the main reasons was the view. It is located on the 30th floor and you can see the entire Blore, which I must say is a treat to one’s eyes.<br/><br/> The Ambience is quiet good but they can add one or two elements.It is divided into two parts- one indoor and one outdoor,I prefer the outdoor one more which is open only in the evenings and it is quiet romantic and seems to be a nice place if you want to take your special one out on a date.<br/>If you don’t like spicy food but if you love chinese food this is the one for you. The number of cuisines which are available are very very less. For starters we ordered Asian vegetable spring roll, The lotus root crisp,Golden fried prawn,spicy grilled chicken with Korean BBQ sauce and all of them were delicious but my favorite was the grilled chicken and the spring roll. The roll was crunchy from outside but soft on the inside with some scrumptious stuffing. For the main course we ordered schezwan veg and chicken noodles and veg and chicken fried rice. All of them were nice but it is not one of the best I have had till day. Prices are a tad bit expensive and Service was upto the mark. <br/>They have some really good beverages options as well. <br/>They are a lot of events which is held most of the times and is one of the happening places for all the youngsters.

I went with a close friend of mine. The ambience is very pretty, and it's spacious. The view is amazing, we can see the whole of Bangalore city. The food was really good, there was a Tibetan/bhutanese chef I believe. The prices are higher as usual, but worth a visit and dining.

Roof-top it may be, but the ambience needs much to improve upon. The restaurant seemed to need a much required clean-up. Service was harried, but trying their level best to keep up the pace. I particularly liked the sushi here, I also found their main course pretty appetising. Food-wise, they seem to be doing a splendid job, I would appreciate pulling up in terms of the other aspects too.The place can be pricey if not for the small dent in the bill that Zomato Gold provides. I'd definitely like to come back again, hopefully their attention to surrounding details are improved by then.

Music is good. But sitting arrangement is not very comfortable yet looks trendy. <br/><br/>Recommended time : The best time to visit before dark. You will have the full view of Bangalore City.<br/><br/>Service : Servers are little short at the time we visited. As the price is little higher side, there are a scope to improve the service quality. <br/><br/>Price: Price is little upmarket, especially for drinks.

The food was no more than a lunch buffet. I wouldn't pay more than 500 bucks for it. The place is too hyped for a brunch. They didn't even have options? Who in the right mind don't have prawns in the sea food counter and paneer in the veg counter? I mean, it's paneer? They get limited options already? Not to mention being denied access to the better part of the lounge cause of a private party, it's all good and all but you can't let your remaining guests sit out in the hot sun after they've made specific seating requests! Atleast if you can't cater least you can do is Inform. We had no option but to eat here since we arrived little late. Coming to the foood, it's was atleast a week old, the chicken smelt , the calamaris were reheated so many times, it turned into crisps, not to mention the waiters insisting that they would server us without really letting us see or kno what was on the menu. All they did was shove the previous nights dinner on our table without even letting us get up from our seats to see what's wrong. The manager tried covering up by giving us complimentary Ice Creams 😂 don't even get me started. What kinda vanilla ice cream taste bitter? I can start a bidding with my gang off 7 about how old the ice cream was! If the management is reading, kindly take your time off to visit a few brunches around the city and chekc other hotels and pubs and see what they have to offer for the price you're charging, I can find you 5 better brunches at 60% of the cost, who atleast offer more variety. Didn't expect the tag off Sheraton to be thrown off this bad. Smelt more off a cater serving me cheap dinner at a wedding.

All the money is for the location and the view. Staff is super lazy and not attentive at all. Food quality is bad. But if you just wanna sit and enjoy the view toped with drinks, this is the place to be.

As the name goes "High Ultra Lounge" does live upto the mark. The view is undoubtedly mesmerizing and coupled with the music from the in-house DJ, the place stands as a great place to hang out with colleagues, friends and family. The staff are quite pleasing as they escort visitors from the elevator all the way to their respective seats and the dance floor.<br/> Personal experience - The bartender Jerry(who made me my novelty drink) was professional and did not have to be said anything. He was On-point with the drink.<br/>P.S - Do take the time to visit this place.

Apart from ambience, everything else is over hyped. It's not my frustration on this restaurant, just an honest review. Everything we were served was not done perfectly. Seats weren't very comfortable and staff weren't trained well. Food was on par with any good pubs in Bangalore, no where near to proper Asian food. Prices are high but expect that level of service and taste too.

Went for dinner yesterday with great expectations but I must say I am highly disappointed. The couches were unclean, the high table was dirty and nothing seemed luxurious as atleast the prices suggest. Overly priced and hyped place, i must say. Nothing great or extraordinary.

It was like I just walked in a roadside dhaba where everything was dirty and shabby. For a place which keeps its rates as high as a 5 star, surely doesnt deliver its food and outlook as a 5 star. Poor on all aspects.

Loved the place! Especially the decor, food and the super quick service!! I went with a 15 member Netherlands client team and the starters were flying out the door!! Loved the starters, the mains were also good to go! A very serene place to hangout. And Special thanks Vivek Tyagi the bar manager to arrange all the necessary things and his guidance . Friday scenes at HIGH.<br/>It was a Best DJ night with Great ambience and dreamy decor. First off all we did not get a place to sit as the place was jam packed.<br/><br/>The manager Vivek whom we would like to specially thank for coming out as a saviour for us by offering us a table to sit near the glass area which gives an amazing view of the city. He also suggested us with a Constellation drink at the bar which was crafted by Jerry(unique name) with superb flavor of elderflower. Food was good, sushi and dimsums are a must try. With the good food the add on is the great service provided here by the people-chefs and servers. Special mention to Vivek, Jerry, Food expert Chandan and mistakenly I have forgot the name of lady standing at reception desk who assisted us.<br/><br/>Would love to recommend this place to everyone. Go get yourself high at this place 🌈

The view from the top most floor is amazing. We had ordered yakinudon noodles and tempuramaki and Thai noodles. The taste was different and yumm...

Apart from the view nothing else was good!!! As the name says "Ultra" it is Ultra expensive. Food is hopeless! I order for Veg Paneer but instead was served CHICKEN. SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD. ON A SATURDAY NIGHT THERE R ONLY 3 WAITER SERVING.

I want to mention here a very special thing which I observe there, as I was there for a special date with my special one. First thing is roof top ambience and lighting which is very very attractive and lovably. The starters was too good and delicious and some of the dish which I never tasted before was too tasty which is suggested by a very special person there whose name is chef Kamal. Actually we both are very impressed by his hospitality from appearance to end of the date. As he is very serious to his work.Main thing is his way of asking or suggesting something was too good😍😍.Last but not the least is amazing music and decorations there behaviour and I want to tell very special thank you to Mr kamal who is taking care of us by suggesting and make my date memorable, Thank you so much.

I really like the ambience wat they have yaa can be better...last sat i went with my family it was very busy but the server Kushal was very freindly and polite he was so helpfull with each and everything...and without asking he was suggesting us with diffrent good dishes...keep rocking buddy...We will be back again😘

Went to this place on a Saturday evening with high expectations. We were greeted with a rude face which said "wait for table". A table was allotted quickly. The nightmarish experience began when we found out that they were serving ONLY SUPER EXPENSIVE beers (Above Rs.700 for a pint) coz it was a weekend. The regular beers were listed in the menu but the waiter frankly confessed that on weekends they do not serve regular beers and ONLY THE SUPER EXPENSIVE beers are available. What a scam! A cheap way of making a few extra bucks but at the definite cost of losing infinite customers. I think this scam will not stand legal scrutiny if anyone were to knock on the courts' door. Some-one should take this up with the legal/concerned authorities. <br/><br/>Next came the wait! it took them 20 minutes just to serve the 'super expensive beer', and the food came exactly 45 minutes after the order, and was served cold. The food was not at all worth the money spent and don't even get me started on the 'ultra' expensive beer(pun intended).<br/>I firmly believe the place is headed for bad times. what with the terrible attitude of the staff, the beer SCAM, the bad unworthy and expensive food and the run down dirty interiors.<br/>I wonder why people choose to come to the ridiculously priced, scam of a lounge. There are numerous far far far better and far far economical places within 5-6 kms of this disaster of a place!   <br/>Something fishy about the 4.1 rating!!<br/>A definite avoid!

Went there to celebrate my wife's birthday only to find that the place was booked out by a company. They still accepted my booking. At the restaurant when asked if I can sit at a table with the view I was told and I quote "No. It's my restaurant, I can ask you to sit anywhere". So yeah. Not going there again.

Food quality was bad and service was pathetic, every time you order a food expect atleast half an hour to be served. One time visit , worth only for the view and feel.

Had gone there to have sunset drinks with some friends. The view whole going up the elevator was really great that increased the expectation for a good evening. Contrary to that the place was an absolute disappointment. The upkeep of the place, maintenance, upholstery, the windows from which we had to see the view. Nothing was to our liking. To top that, wine by the glass was not on the menu and they did not accept our Zomato Gold, cause they had already punched the order. When the bill arrived is when we got to know that one glass of wine was for 1200 + taxes. They staff did not even offer us to take the whole bottle. And they made it such a big issue to accept Zomato Gold for that Rs.500 free dish, when we ended up spending almost 6k for 4 glasses of wine and 2 starters. More than that, the service and staff was unapologetic about their behaviour, even though the space was almost empty. Very sad. Would not recommend at all. If someone ones to takeover and revamp the place. Please do! Such a big waste of a beautiful view. Big waste of time and money. Don't believe the photos. They must have been taken centuries ago.

The staffs are damn rude and discrimination is what I faced. They give tables to foreign people and to me they said it’s reserved few days back. Bunch of liars.

High Ultra is a part of Sheraton group, but I insist people not to go with any hopes. The place is sad. It is very badly maintained. The furniture is about to get worn out and the glass panes are not wiped. They have a great view from the top and that’s basically why people visit. But the glass panes are extremely dirty that you don’t even feel like sitting near them. We had a cocktail, a couple of starters and just left to place. The food and drinks were ok. The management needs to wake up.

Yes it is overpriced but the quality of food, the ambience, the view, the service , the staff all are upto the mark. It is worth the money we have spend.

Overrated but I guess you pay the big bucks for the view and nothing else!! <br/>We ordered the sushi and it was ok.. staff were very courteous but very overpriced..

Tenzin was a very friendly staff

Tenzin is very humble and frank and she had serve us food very well with very good manner.

The ambience is good. But we were levied a charge of 500 for entry while for some it was free. Also the glass wasn’t clean so the view was hindered. It’s a little pricey so the least we expected was good service and a clean view. Slightly disappointed.

The place is nice, the service and attention to the customer can be better. My chair was wet, i had to complaint and all the others were also wet, they didn’t bother to fix that so more people sat in a wet chair...sushi is high quality also the price not cheap

The best view in Bangalore. Great food. Good service too. Loved it! Bucket list ticked!<br/>But just wished the ambience was a lil more better and also wish the glass windows were clean for better view.

This place is so hyped. But I gotta be honest, service sucked. One cannot expect that level of ignorance from a high end restaurant! We sat there for atleast 10 mins before we asked someone to give us the menus. After that it took them half an hour to actually take the order and then another 40 mins to serve us food. The food was okay. Nothing exceptional. The place wasn’t even fully packed and this is how they treated their guests. Really not worth it. I have had much better service and food at places which do not claim to be “high end”. Ambience is only okay
