We were planning to go for one of the regular Toscano outlets, but we didn’t know that this was a unit of Toscano, and the name suggests, “Collage” as in Multi cuisine instead of just Italian. They also serve Asian and Indian, only after we saw the menu is when we realised they also serve Biryani. 😁😂 But, the interiors is well done just like any other Toscano outlets, painted in Red, while the actual outlets are in Green. They have the usual blankets of wine bottles placed everywhere, some have discounts. Loved the ambience. We were in the mood of some Italian cuisine so we ordered in the Garlic bread, a pizza and a spaghetti. I was a little sceptical post realising that this is a Multi cuisine and a unit of Toscano (and not the actual outlet), but our surprise the food was excellent. Pasta tasted great, garlic bread was fresh and we also tried a Pizza, although it had relatively very less toppings (May be not right choice), but all of them tasted great. They also had Asian food like the Noodle and Rice bowls, so we also ordered one Manchurian Rice bowl and that tasted good too. I guess their idea is to have Wine not just with Italian food I guess, should be able to have it with other cuisines as well. Overall, good food, good ambience, quick and humble service.

Toscano Restaurant & Wine Bar is a casual-dining Italian restaurant chain. Fusing the best of old and new world Italian cuisine, Collage by Toscano offers an eclectic menu from gourmet pizzas to multi-course dinners. Collage by Toscano has a very comforting yet vibrant atmosphere. It is a lovely place to meet up with family or friends. The cold coffee, agua fresca and the cookies and creme milkshake tasted awesome. Though the garlic bread wasn't as good as expected, the spicy chicken tandoori tikka pizza more than made up for it. To visitors, I would recommend trying some of the wide variety of Italian dishes. Collage by Toscano also ordered a tiramisu cake for a friend's birthday as per their request. The cake was one of the best I've ever tasted.

It's a great place. Have enough seating. Can call them prior and book. Dinner time they provide candle light, however due to inner lighting exact candle light ambience will not get. Service is good. They do have varieties of food, drinks and wine. Tried their starters, salad, beef steak and lasagna. All were good. Loved the ambience and overall experience. All together came approx to Rs 2400. As it's inside the mall. Parking will be paid.

Excellent place to checkout, sitting on prime location Collage by Toscano gives you fine dining experience with modern interior (great for Instagram). Wide selection of wines and variety in menu was highlight. Personally I am not huge fan of Italian cuisine but they have options for Indian, Chinese, tandoori which is great. Dessert menu was impressive too with Creme Brulee, Mango Panna Cotta and Tiramisu. Staff is brilliant but service was bit slow considering place was not busy . Food presentation and portfolio size was good.

This place was not at all crowded when we visited on a weekend. So we were able to have a quite awesome lunch here and the food was very tasty. We had chicken nuggets which turned out to have a very different taste than the normal nuggets we have. And we had the grilled chicken breast with basil sauce if i am not wrong which was again very tasty. The chicken was very nicely cooked and the mashed potato was to die for ❤️. We also had 2 wine cocktails out of which the watermelon mint sangria turned out to be quite the show stopper. The watermelon pieces soaked in red wine were very good to have at the end of the meal. Definitely going to visit more.

Today, I visited this place for the first time, even though I have been to Forum Mall a hundred times before. I really loved the ambience here and the comfy seating. We tried two pizzas and both were delicious! The veg wonton soup was also really good. I already have plans to come back and try more dishes from their menu, as I could see a lot of interesting ones there. 5 stars for amazing pizzas.

Nice ambiance.. cozy.. a bit small I guess but feels quite comfortable.. the staff is very polite and helpful .. the food is very good.. we had pizza and feta salad.. bit we really good.. the sorodough also comes through nicely and the crust of pizza is great.. the Thai curry is also good.. only thing Jasmine rice that comes with the Thai curry seems a bit less.. overall though very good experience The homemade ravioli was very good. Definitely worth trying.

Food is very good. It has a pleasant ambiance. Service is also good. We tried Dragon veg rolls, Fresh farm Pizza and cheese cake. All are very good.

We are visiting this place from many years. The changed brand of collage offers much more variety across the cuisines. We love our family time here where everyone has options to choose and believe me all the dishes are equally good. Somehow, my wife and I love North Indian cuisine here which we rarely do otherwise. Kids love Italian here and of course the top of the all their tiramisu. Their staff is very virtuous and especially Kundan who always treats us with welcoming smile.

The food was very delicious. We ordered Collage special Ceaser salad, Korean style chicken,pesto chicken and mushroom pizza,Hot chocolate and an espresso. Every thing was good. I especially loved the Ceaser salad with beacon toppings. It is a restaurant with good ambience. It has craft wine and good food. The hospitality offered was also nice. Although I personally felt that the Air-conditioning temperature could be a little more. Nevertheless had a good experience.

Great ambience. Friendly staff. Good service. Food quality and taste are good. Reasonable service time. With dineout, it's good value for money as well. The mushroom soup we ordered wasn't what we expected it to be, the staff anticipated and changed it immediately. The paneer butter masala had a more different taste from other resturants, but was nice. The seats weren't super comfortable, as we were sitting on couch. We couldn't taste beverages this time. The quantity of salad could be a bit more. The restaurant is really spacious and had hand wash within the restaurant. Nice place overall to try out good quality food and service.

Love this place. This place never disappoints. If you are looking for a nice place to have dinner with your loved ones, this is the place. There are different cuisines available here and this makes for pleasing everyone's palate when you go in a big group. We love their pizzas and cheesy garlic breads and their lemon iced teas. The staff is polite, attentive and quick in their service. This place tends to get full everytime we have been here. So book a table if you can.. They do seem to have a buffet for lunch as well.

Tried lunch on weekday. Food was delicious. Service was good. We mostly tried Italian. However, we ordered Thai green curry which turned out to be delicious as well. Tiramisu was bit sweeter. Espresso and Cappacino in the end made the trip an amazing experience.

Whenever I come to Bangalore I make it a point to visit this restaurant. It’s an authentic Italian restaurant with delicious food. We had the ravioli pasta which was the best And it looked tempting and stood true to the looks a must try dish.we ordered for veg pizza one of the best pizzas I have had. Also tried their salmon and chicken Toscana which are also tasty. The presentation of the food is soo good that one automatically gets attracted to taste the food. Even if you are not hungry I’m sure you will end up eating a lot and be happy at the end.

Do try their mulled wine and the Kahlua mousse...

I stay near forum neighbourhood mall and I come to Toscano quite often. Despite being on the higher side of price, the food and staff and environment just makes it absolutely worth it. Our staff Tina was absolutely nice and we had a problem with Zomato Gold but she was able to sort it out just right. And the food is really filling and worth every bite. Presentation is very fancy and makes you feel that high class restaurant feel. The music is a quiet serene instrumental that just makes a lovely lunch or evening whenever it is. Totally worth it.

Gastronomic Splurge always at Toscano .Aglio olio peperoncino, Spinach ricotta ravioli personal favourite which touches the palate and soul.We are always privileged there as the staff goes an extra mile with their personal touch .Specifically our steward Dhyan always makes us special regardless of the occasion.Balu, Tina and all the staff makes Toscano special with their courteousness.A toast for the yummy fooding......

Was here for a Gourmet Passport Experience - It was a 5 course meal which started with some spinach and feta quiches and fresh tomato and mozzarella flan. We then moved on to Salad and then came my favorite -, Tagliatelle Pasta with wild mushrooms, so so good! Ended our meal with a sinful cheesecake and double baked pecan pie dark chocolate bar. They indeed have the best Dessert selection 😍<br/>Cheers!

Suraj served good

This is an excellent fine dining option in the Whitefield area. We went there with family in mid Oct 2019, which included my 1.5 year old daughter. The service was superlative and Mr Gyaan and Mr Balu who served us were very polite and courteous. Gyaan provided us with a high chair for the infant almost immediately.<br/>The food was excellent - we avoided all pizzas/ pastas etc and went for the Fish of the day on Gyaan's recommendation and some chicken and lamb. Everything was done just right. And the presentation was beyond words.<br/>Everything was just perfect and definitely one of the best fine dining options in town.<br/>All in all, an excellent experience and highly recommended.

The food is delicious as always. Our waiter deserves a special mention. His name is Mr. Raja. We were pretty late to come for dinner but courteously asked to come in and place our order before last call. He was very polite professional and easy to talk to all through our meal.

The quantity of food has decreased considerably especially for pizzas.For the Same quantity the cost seems too high.Apart from this the staff is courteas only a bit ignorant about rules.The food is not outstanding but carries the essence of Italy.Good to go if you have no option and you crave for Italian food with wine and candle light

I visited Toscano varthur road, Perfect food,i tried Italian Pizza n Sphagetti .. Nice presentation of all dishes.Overall a good experience.

Courteous staff specially kumar. Liked the pizza and salad. Though the minestrone soup was average.

Ordered chicken and egg salad(4/5) for starter. For main course we ordered ravioli di polo and beef pepper steak which were too good.

The reason i'd go back is their ravioli (prepared perfect) and their brushetta collection.<br/>Ambience is quiet and great for a conversational catchup.<br/>It is a bit on the pricey side but worth a visit if you're into thin crust lightweight pizzas and italian food.

Toscano has always been exceptional. Their pizzas and desserts are to die for. I took of one star because being a friend be fine place the staff is expected to be knowledgeable about the dish and also cutlery. Would recommend this place. Definitely try their Toscano pizza and Salted Vanilla Cheesecake. Best cheesecake in Bangalore.

Pathetic service . Went for lunch today along with my kid, asked for kids menu , staff made us wait for ~30 mins and didn’t come back inspite of asking many times. Finally had to leave because they staff wouldn’t even bother to come and take order or give the kids menu. When complained to staff before leaving , they absolutely couldn’t care less and didn’t even apologise. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

Good place with authentic Italian

I would like to warn everybody planning to dine in here, that they charge Rs 142/- for a 750 ml Himalayan water bottle when the MRP was marked at Rs 59/-. And they would open it for you without even asking you if you are willing to pay that much for their precious little water bottle.

I have been to Toscano multiple times but it was first time to Forum Value Mall outlet. Setup is slightly different from VR Mall or Mallya road however color of walls doors etc remains same.<br/>Just like other outlet this one also did not disappoint.<br/>we ordered many things from Aglio Olio to Farfalle con formaggio Pasta to mains like Chicken Diavola and BBQ Pork Ribs.<br/>Everything was good. Service is fast and staff is courteous. <br/>Over all a good Italian restaurant.

Sooraj singh service was very good. Presentation is perfect and food was tasty.<br/><br/>BBQ PORK ribs were not up to the mark but the Grilled salmon was exquisite

If you are a vegan then I would suggest that Tina is the best at her job. If you want to customise pizza or pasta as vegan just let Tina know and she will suggest the best herself. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I loved her service. I am very happy for having healthy vegan pizza and pasta. Tina, keep going girl!!!

This place serves authentic italian cuisine! Margherita like their's, you'll only find in Italy. And kudos to Suresh for being such a hospitable and prompt server for our table.

Great ambience. Been there several times... some things never change...prompt service and consistent quality of food. This time it was Raja who impressed us.

When we descended on Toscano for lunch, they had a buffet laid out.<br/>Some of their amazing breads, dips, butters were laid out. As were two amazing salads, bruschetta, and delicious stuffed crepe’s. We were served some really good basil orange mock tails. <br/>The spaghetti olio agio I ordered was perfect. As was the excellent verdure pizza. My son got to try his hand at pizza making, and we ate his pizza as well. <br/>The Black Forest slice, chocolate tart, and fruit all ended a perfect meal. <br/>A good meal for a perfect prize!
