The true mark of Caperberry is innovation. Every time you eat at Chef Abhijit Saha's flagship, it's customary to be blown away by the food and the theatrics of that place. And Restaurant weeks are a great way to experience this spectacle!
We started with a beautiful ruby bottle of 2011 Grover la reserva and ended with an amazing plate of faux mushrooms made with mousse and macarons.
Though, the highlight of the meal was the fresh Burrata with a delicious gazpacho!
Buen Provecho!!
Mediterranean food at its best. Loved every bit of what I ate here. Ambience and food presentation definitely deserve 5-stars. Service can be made better.
Caperberry is one of the nicer eateries in the Lavelle Road area. The food was good, the service was satisfactory, and the ambience quite comfortable. Add to that the charm of the UB City rooftop. Now I would have written more about the dining experience, but unfortunately it has been more than 2 years, and I don't remember the names of the dishes that we had ordered that day. Suffice to say that Caperberry would be worth your time and money.
Capperberry to me is always the dessert place as they have the best lemon cheese cake. Which is the best and i can eat them forever. The ambience is so good that faces the amphitheater in UB city. I love the interior and the chairs. So comfortable and classy

Sophisticated and classy! These are the perfect words to describe this lovely place. Located in UB city, right next to Fava this place is one of a kind. The decor is really classic and the staff explains the dishes is just the perfect way. You might have to wait for the food coz they make it look so attractive and amazing! The taste is really divine
Well, I started to enjoy and get to know so much more about food while I was doing a project related to food. And that's when I come across molecular gastronomy as a cusine, and you have very few restaurants who curate such an amazing food menu. it was a wonderful experience altogether
The salad we ordered for is called -
Father Michael's Valombrossa Burrata
And it consists of Compressed watermelon, black olive powder garlic crumbs and basil pesto.
It's one of the best salads ever had! You have a lot of different flavours which burst in you're mouth, it is a flavourful experience in you're mouth, and very appealing to look at. Definitely, a must-try if you are someone who likes to experiment with food. Design and food go hand in hand anyway.
A restaurant curated specially for a fine dining experience for all the diners out there, who love experimenting with food. A perfect place for fine dining, as well as a perfect place to take you, 're loved one for a date.
Well coming to the dishes.
They start with a complimentary dish where you have a cheese cube, with three different types of puree, it's more like a pallet cleanser before you start your meal.
For the tapas you have
Fake B52 shots -
black olive spheres, Feta sphere, Citrus tomato consomme.
Well, it's basically like dhai vada, but broken down into different elements, where you experience it in a much more fancy way.
This cuisine consists of a lot of surprise elements in the food, coming to flavour texture or presentation.
One of the best Italian in Bangalore.
Perfect for a date night or just a quiet dinner.
Ambiance: tucked in a very small place above fava in UB City. decor is minimalistic with some frames over wall and glass windows on one side.
Food
Starters:
Father Michael's valombrossa Buratta: Perfect. Compressed watermelon dressed with black olive powder and Burrata cheese. amazing.
Chicken stuffed mushrooms: Another good one. The mushroom was grilled to perfection and filling was also tasty.
Rocket beet and Goat cheese tortellini: Tortellini had good filling of cheese, sauce was also very nice.
Grilled fish with potato and leak: Iexactly don't remember which fish it was but good. the marinade was perfect and grilled to perfection.
Desserts
Dark Chocolate & hazelnut Decadence: Must try. loved it.
Green Apple Mousse: Not something of my taste. it was well represented though.
Four petite: Again something which was not of my taste.
Over all great Italian food, desserts are a bit too experimental .
It was a great experience. The food, wine and the service is amazing.
Mr Prasanjeet served us very nicely and along with educating us with the dishes we ordered.
Incredible food experience. Not only is their food delectable but also flavourful and delicate. Beautifully presented with intricate flavours. Had their chicken and golden corn soup which was delicate and packed with flavours. Other dishes which were beautifully created were the seafood paella and the John cory fish. Must try. A special mention to the ambience with good decor, lighting and music. Sets the mood perfectly for fine dining experience. The staff mr. Albert is quite courteous and helpful in his approach. Overall a much recommended place for a special occasion and quality time.
Honestly they have this amazing course meals which are worth it
Supreme stuff , absolutely love the food. One of top dining experience in bangalore for sure.
Prasanjith waited on us with patience and absolute professional. He took the pains to explain every question we asked about the menu to the point and even recommended options to choose from the menu.
The food was really tasty starting from the Fake B52 starter shots to the Imitation Mushroom dessert.
While serving the dishes Prasanjith also explained every component of it.
5/5 would definitely visit again for a special occasion.
Thanks for the great experience.
A nice quiet place. Romantic at night with candle light. The staff is very attentive and precise. Food was delicious what you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. If you prefer an Indian pallet this is not the place. The only thing we did not enjoy was the desserts. Dark chocolate was too sweet to be called dark chocolate.
Cosy dining room
Delicious food
Very pleasant service
The dining room is not to big and keep things intimate
The tasting menu which is available veg and non veg is delicious.
Plan for two hours as there are many dishes but don't be too afraid they are mostly small and light
Every dish is very well presented on the plate and made of fresh ingredients cooked to perfection
The wine and cocktail list is ample enough
The service is reliable and lovely
A wonderful place for a romantic dinner
Absolutely great place... Something that you'd go to for special occasions and won't forget in a hurry.
The quality of meats is very good, as is the presentation of the food. Very knowledgeable servers give good recommendations.
Quite deservedly among the top fifty restaurants in India.
Visited this restaurant in Dec 2018.. one of the best European cuisine I have came across in India.
These in house baked breads literally won our hearts as soon as we started off with it. As being vegetarians they suggested Patata Bravas one of their specialty, the sauce on top was scrumptious so as the soup. For the mains we went for ravioli and paella both were damn delicious and true treat for taste buds. - oh and sorry for late review.
A must visit restaurant in Bengaluru.
The place: Tastefully designed for fine dining, the hallway is covered with glass and shimmering lights and the walls alongside decorated with paintings. So good ambience
The Food: A lot of options in world cuisines. Food prices are steep but the taste was good and authentic for most delicacies we ordered. They specialise live making of desserts, And its worth of each penny. Restuarant was very neat and clean well maintained too
The cravings for a lazy late lunch was satiated to its fullest at this finest place of dining.
Being a vegetarian i didn't expect much but was really
surprised.
Ordered Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Decadence
All the dishes really served the purpose of food - Bringing happiness.
The staff was really friendly and accommodating.
Would love to visit again and again for the wonderful food
they serve.
A good place to opt for fine dining. Quick and friendly service from the staff. Good options in menu. Loved the red wine sangria, tiramisu and the baked asparagus and leek filo parcel
Today , I had a Michelin class three course menu at Caperberry in Posh UB city.
Curated by Celebrity Chef , Abhijit Saha , the three course prix fixe lunch reminded me of my culinary meal at some of the Michelin star restaurants in Singapore and Bangkok.
Priced at ₹ 950 for a three course lunch with a glass of Sangria during weekdays , we were served Amuse Bouche at this cosy classy and elegant European style interior restaurant situated on the first floor.
For the first course , we chose Baked Asparagus and Leek Filo parcel as vegetarian option , along with the Chicken stuffed mushroom caps a la plancha.
It was followed by two main course dishes , Romesco powder crusted fish of the day and the truffle scented stuffed chicken breast.
And we ended our caperberry culinary sojourn with the two delectable desserts , dark chocolate decadence and the Entremet .
They also have two course lunch menu priced at ₹ 750 .
Please note kids below 8 years of age are not allowed.

Its an experience more than the food which is worth the visit. I found the food and ambience rather plain. However the experience and drama attached to the serving was awesome and a try it once kinda thing.
The price is pretty high at 2000 per head with drinks. But then again, its for special occasions.
One of the best restaurant I have ate till date. The taste and the presentation both are exquisite.
They have n course meals as well as all carte. The entree we got was a seafood dish. The flavor of the jus was awesome. The main course we took fish and chicken. Not too mention, they too we're at par with the entree. The desert was no surprise and lived up to the mark.
