Review Mainland China - Bengaluru

We visited Mainland China, Whitefield yesterday (Aug 2023) . I am happy that the chain has maintained the standards very well. The crackling spinach was really crackling and made to perfection. Soup, Noodles and fried rice along with the fish & chicken items were very tasty. Service was very professional- prompt and pleasant in spite of the heavy Sunday rush. Ambience of the place is very pleasant and relaxing. Valet parking is available- very suitable place for a pleasant family outing.

The place has good ambience. Main course is way better than starter. Buffet system is only available at lunch. The basil flavoured chicken dimsum was not good and not value for money, it tasted more like regular momo. Chicken Taipei was average. In noodle section pan fried noodle is the best, it has a mixture of variety of vegetables and chicken mixed in soya sauce. Wok Tossed Hakka noodles was good. The quantity was sufficient for two people. Try the noodle section at least.

we wanted to have some Chinese food for dinner and went to this place on a Tuesday. it wasn't crowded. place is typical for a Chinese dine in. we ordered basil flavored dimsums, crispy vegetables with salt and pepper, chicken with assorted pepper. the waiter was kind enough to explain their dishes and specialty. after ordering, he promptly gave different sauces, kimchi. the dishes did not take too much time to prepare. the dimsums were ok, with very thin outer coating. chicken was good to taste. so was the crispy vegetable dish. I should actually appreciate the taste as we were craving for more. i really liked their dark soy sauce. and I have to say the food was authentic. they gave a complementary jasmine tea to taste and it was indeed soothing. we ended with sizzling brownie and it was delicious. overall a good dining experience with authentic Chinese food. it is definitely between 4&5⭐️.

Nice ambience. Polite staffs. Went on weekdays so was less crowded. Food was tasty. Liked the Chilli Garlic Noodles and Drumstick. I personally found it a bit overpriced. But it was a nice dine in experience.

A Delectable Buffet at Mainland China Whitefield A good buffet experience with a wide selection of veg and non-veg starters, flavorful main courses, and an irresistible array of desserts and drinks. We went to celebrate evening before Christmas, the buffet menu was decent and spread was good, the crab preparation was delicious. The best part was the behaviour of staff always polite and helped us with our toddler's mood swings. Taste wise it's authenticity Indochinese taste. Must visit if you are craving for authentic Chinese cuisine.

Pro tip : Reserve your table in advance on weekends.

I have visited this place after its much hyped reviews. The a is fine-dine restaurant and has an elegant ambience. The seating was comfortable and they do have few kid seats too. The food was tasty and was filled with flavor. Have tried their most rated dishes like Eight treasure soup, Lotus stem starter and they were really good. However the main dish Exotic vegetables in a clay pot was not that great. Felt the prices were on the higher side, but the overall feeling was worth the money. I really appreciated the chef asking for feedback too. Do visit if you love Chinese food and want to try some authentic Chinese dishes.

We visit for lunch on a Sunday noon, we were happy to make a reservation in advance. The ambiance is calm with some low volume background music. It's a place where we can sit talk and have good conversations too. It's in short a perfect fine dine experience. We started our meal with Manchow Soup, which had minced chicken pieces with veggies and consistent in texture. Of all the appetizers, we loved the Baby Corn Chilly, Dimsums, pepper chicken. The fish appetizers was filled with flavors of chilly flakes and pepper and soft mild fish flavors. All of them were freshly cooked. Into the main, I enjoyed the fried rice and the lemon herbed fish along with the Veg Thai curry. Do keep some space for the desserts, they look very tempting and delicious too 👌 Food Taste - 4.8/5 Freshness - 4.9/5 Value for money - 5/5 Parking Available - Yes Will I Visit Again = Definitely Yeah 👌👌

I had a great dining experience in Mainland China, Whitefield. Awesome presentation, tasty good, lit ambience. I tried their 10 course Buffet called " Best of Mainland China" & i highly recommend you guys to try this buffet as its at just Rs. 695/- per person & we can try so many dishes in this. This is a must visit place for all Chinese food lovers.

The ambience, service and the food was equally good. They should improve their dish recommendation based on customer taste profile. Couldn't try a lot of dishes but would certainly go again. Update: Had a veg spring rolls, lung Fung soup, Schezwan fried rice and a veg gravy (tasted like Manchurian gravy) not sure about the name but was really good. Surely recommend.

Restaurant is eye-catching with its beautiful interiors and warm vibes... Service was great, comfortable..When coming to food, it was tasty and delicious...I got to try some unique dumplings - each had unique taste.Other dishes were delicious too..At end we were served dessert - honey noodles, Choco roll and icecream...They were just awesome in taste and perfect in making... It was great experience visiting this place ...Thank you team for your awesome service.

This is exactly for Oh Calcutta!! Authentic Bengali food with soft music in the background is what lifts your mood. Their hospitality was something i liked the most. And finally a complementary kheer "rice pudding" was a perfect end to a day!!

Well have been to the one in Koramangala many times and was never disappointed.<br/><br/>This one is different though. The service is slow to start with.. quantity was lesser compared to earlier.. so not value for money for sure.. more so most of the food was cold, not sure why.. shouldn't it be prepared fresh ?

Our order was taken by RAM and he proved very helpful and understood the need of the customer. When my baby fell asleep the lights were set to dim mode,luckily it was a weekday and few tables were occupied.<br/>There was a little confusion with our order but the staff was courteous and we didn't feel that the order was delayed. As a sweet gesture pudding was complimentary for the three of us when we mentioned that the lamb had a little extra salt killing the taste..

One of the good fine dineout restaurant you can find in the area. Its best for someone who loves authentic chinese. The food is at it's best. There are good amount of offerings. For us, Mr. Sujoy came to our rescue. He helped us to decided the best for us, out of all. We tried corn cheese cigar rolls, eight treasure sweet corn soup and burnt garlic noodles.
