The food & the atmosphere was fantastic. There's lots of greenery & good ambience. This is a vegetarian restaurant, but don't underestimate the options & the quality they provide. Ordered spaghetti tossed in garlic, tomato & basil sauce and a vegetable burger. The burger costed 390 rs. I thought why is it so expensive. But the quality,size and the bite satisfaction was out of this world. They give burger with sour dough bread & one is sufficient to fill a large stomach. Really good in size. 1000X better than McDonald's. Even pasta was juicy & boiled to perfection. If service was good, I would have rated 5 stars. I mean, they're charging 10% service charge,but don't provide anything that makes you think “wow, the service is great." That's the only disappointment I got. Otherwise it was a very good experience if you consider the food & the ambience. Slightly pricey but you can try once in a while.

Very nice ambiance and location. The broccoli soup is a must try and is the best here. All the dishes ordered were too good and scrumptious. Service is very good and fast. Thai options are also delicious. Another Pure vegetarian cafe with varieties of cusines.

We ordered dishes like Vietnamese Pho soup, Chilli Paneer, Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread, Peach Ginger Ale mocktail and a Farmhouse Pizza. Recommendations: Out of all these dishes, we loved Vietnamese Pho soup, Garlic bread and pizza. All the 3 food items were delicious. Didn't expect the vegetable soup to taste so good! Loved the ambience too! The greenery around elevates the food experience. Service can be improved. Found the service to be a bit slow.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in town. We tried pull apart classic garlic bread which was good. However, the showstopper was Paneer satay!! OMG, I still can't forget the taste of that savoury. It was delicious. To end with, we tried Tiramisu.

Even though it's a vegetarian restaurant (I had to take my boyfriend there begrudgingly), the food is beyond what you'd expect. I ordered the cream of tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich and it was the perfect appetizer to begin with. Followed this with a pull apart garlic bread and Mexican mac and cheese, both of which were delectable. The place is a beautiful peace of haven sequestered away from all hustle bustle. The staff is nice and friendly and I will definitely go back to try as much food as possible. It feels great to finally find a place where you aren't paying just for the location or ambience. It really is a bang for the buck.

Great food. Must try their puris and Breads. But i believe they have great Italian food too. Maybe next time i visit. Great ambience. I was just bugged by the mosquitos in the outdoors. They have outdoor and indoor sittings. So you can choose. A definitely must visit and i will visit again. Value for money for sure.

Stopped here for a solo lunch. Variety of options available. Ordered the Vietnamese Pho and Mezze Platter which I found very flavorful, well presented and adequate in portion size - the Pita bread and the Greek salad were soo good! Ordered their Mumbai Masala Sandwich and Tawa Biryani for takeout. The items were well packed, the Biryani was subtly flavored without use of excess oil. I liked the beetroot raita, the salad and the generous fries that accompanied the takeout. Service was quick, the staff courteous and the ambience in the outdoor garden very peaceful and soothing. I'll definitely want to visit again to try more items on their menu.

Excellent atmosphere, pet friendly, good vegetarian food, Almost all dishes are good except for a few which we did not like much. Pull apart garlic bread, flat bread, Peta bread with falafal and humus is a must have. Service was very good and fast for a Sunday night dinner...👍

Ordered burger from this place, although the price was very competitive and pretty economical, the price was compromised for the quality of the product. My review is limited to the all new Triple Cheddar burger. In terms of quantity it is worth the price,you get a massive burger. However, the taste was disappointing. Tasteless and spicy. I would suggest sticking to the classics instead, which are 5 stars on any day.

I bought two burgers from you guys, one with two parties and the other with three. I don't know which one was worse because they were both awful. One seems to be your signature which must be to make a tasteless, flaky, crumbling beef patty, load it with chili flakes to give it some flavour, and then make eating it a job for the garbage. Only 4 days back I had placed an order for a peri peri chicken burger which was basically super tender dices of chicken absolutely drenched in a delicious spicy peri peri sauce. Hence I ordered the same, two of the same rather and received two burgers of which none were the PERI PERI burger that I'd originally order. This super cozy cafe with multiple outlets in bengaluru is just perfect for a date or hangout with friends. I have a poor appetite, so i mostly go for the chicken or beef dollar burger that is served with wafers. Other than that, you can always enjoy a bucket of fries and some amazing shakes.

Had to sneak into Watson’s and do the deed. <br/>Secondly , they don’t have French fries anymore ? What burger place doesn’t have French fries.?!<br/>We had four burgers , the basic cheese burger , I had the trump , one shredder and one one cheese and meat.<br/>The good thing was that it was not a generic meat patty with different condiments. Felt like there was some soul in each dish.<br/>Having said that they taste wasn’t that great , no one really enjoyed their food and they were pretty expensive for what they offered. <br/>I’d avoid this one

We ordered 2 pastas and got one plate of garlic bread. The the creamy garlic penne was chalky and tasted of raw maida. The aglio alio has chilli powder instead of chilli flakes making it more spicy than it should be. On the bright side the dollar veg burger was a saving grace.

Worst service ever!!! Ordered something which was shown available in zomato but they called and said its not available and asked me to cancel they order and said i would get a refund i told them zomato doesnt work that way but they assured me i would get it but i never got it n they never picked my call! Worst people ever!

The place serves amazing food no doubt but needs more strength on the kitchen, even when the place is not at all crowded the burgers take easily 30-45 minutes to reach your table. The food makes you to visit the place again.

Smally's is okay.... Just okay. They take a really long time to serve the food so if you're going here for a short lunch during work, it's not ideal. The burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches are all the same with the meat cooked in the same old sauce and different veggies and buns. The salads are overpriced with not too many veggies or anything. I do however like the rice meals and the gravies.

Much like the name, the ambience is designed to be small which makes it cute and cozy all at once. The food is amazing. I tried a Nandu's Peri Peri Steak and the Trump burger. Both were just amazing. It's filling and worth every penny.

The place was terrible! The waiters was very arrogant. My friend and I got a table, there were too many mosquitoes. We just asked the waiter to do something about it if he could, he went down and started yelling "what should I do if there are mosquitoes?" And then we said we can't sit in a terrible place, he replies with "ok leave"

This place is small like really very small. Plus there is no back support except for one seat. Not a place where u can sit for a long time or go with more than 3 people. This is one of the smallest restaurants I have been to. But they have enigmatic surprises for you on food.! The food is awesome and the staffs are too good and amicable..

I was so disappointed after visiting this place. The place was badly managed. There were potatoes lying just near the staircase for seating area, of course they would have used it for some dish. Anyway, I decided to get a takeaway salad. They took more than 30 mins. There were many staffs, none knew what's going on with the order. Finally I got it, but the salad was crap. It had fried chicken in it!! It had only two ingredients - some fried chicken and lettuce. This was the worst Ceaser salad I have ever had and from a place like Smally's I expected better. I have been to other branches but never had this kind of experience.

Smally's always is known for their Burgers and their food. But this location for some reason just wasn't that interesting, it felt like we were in a tree house. And the staff were helpful but the food was a letdown. The greenappple soda was just too sweet and the burger patties were too dry and just wasn't tasty enough as in the other Smally's places around the city. Food gets a 2.5/5 from me and the ambience gets a 2.5/5. Overall, a worth visit for the people who want to visit all the Smally's around the city. Some would love the place and some just won't. So, it's a bit of a personal opinion and people should try and make it out for themselves.

I think I had the most delicious burger here and that too at a very good price, it was the chicken trump cheddar cheese burger and even though I was there in 4 months ago, I still remember how good it was, the sunny side up egg in the burger was so crisp on the fried side and perfect on the upper side. The service and ambience is very good.

This place is more like a hideout. They’ve 2 floors but the top floor is shut for renovation. It’s a really nice place with adequate view with the food. I was super impressed at their Indiranagar outlet but my experience here was something to forget. We ordered Fish fingers and fried chicken. The crumb coating on both the dishes was overfried and it was not pleasant to eat. We had to scrape it off!

Ordered chilli prawns through zomato delivery. delivery was fine but the prawns was missing the gravy, was cold and quantity much lesser than usual . The same dish tasted so much better in the bel road branch.<br/><br/>Not satisfied.

I have been coming here for almost 6 years and their Burgers are some of the best in town and service is top notch. I will continue to come here for parties and with friends.

The mushroom burger was TERRIBLE. 5/6 pieces coated in maida and a crazy amount of sauce...the burger fell to pieces, sauce all over and don't get me started on how terrible the mushrooms were. Please change the description so people know what they are ordering.

Visited the Assaye Road Smallys a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The cafe itself is pretty small, with about 3 to 4 tables in all. Parking is available on the road outside. I didn't know this but the captain mentioned that this was the original Smallys before they expanded across Bangalore, so it felt nice to dine at a place with a history. The food options were plenty and lip smacking. The only downer I felt was the additional herbs in the mash potato which we ordered as an extra portion. No compromises when it comes to the food. My fish steak was done very well and tasted heavenly, washed down with peach ice tea. The menu was priced a tad on the higher side for my liking but the food more than made up for this slight issue. The service was quick and the captain made attempts at conversing with us and the other customers present. All in all, a pleasant experience and tasty food on a Sunday, just made my day!

Been ordering food from here since almost a year but went in person to the outlet for the first time. As the name says it's a small cafe and has a charm to it. Nothing fancy. Smally's is a loved restaurant in Bangalore, and despite multiple visits over 3 years - I haven't been able to understand why.<br/>The interiors are cosy and has always drawn me to visit this post a tired day at work - but the food disappoints. While the limited servings are a good idea, the dishes unfortunately have limited ingredients as well. Why does their Caeser salad have only 3 vegetables and fried croutons, I fail to fathom. Even the pizzas and burgers seem to be prepared with a lack of passion. The pizza sauce lacks flavour and the burgers overdose on the oil.<br/>What you can bank on are the milkshakes - they are wholesome, tasty and not too small :) !<br/>

A small door, small stairs,short ceiling, small tables and small chairs. They weren’t kidding when they named this place smallys. This is the original smallys I guess. They aimed big with their small hole in the wall eatery and have done quiet well. I returned here a couple of times and each time the lord of the wings was always ordered. The burgers spread is impressive. Their fish fingers were a bit too oily. Not sure if that’s the nature of the dish. The triple decker burger is a meat lovers fantasy come true. Finish that off with the red velvet cupcake and you have had the perfect American dinner. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Nice place for SMALL group. 😜

This place knows that how to satisfied customers with great service and complements and serve tasty food. Best burgers I've ever had as compare to any other places. Spaghetti pasta was too yum. I ordered Jalapeno Cheese Burger, Potato Wedges Burger, Aglio Oglio Spaghetti Pasta and Hot chocolate. We really Cherish those moments while having good food along with ColdPlay music, it makes Sunday night even better. Definitely revisit this place.

I ordered a tandoori chicken burger. Worst decision for my dinner tonight. So bad it was! Small piece of chicken with 2 pieces of onion and tomatoes, this burger is such a turn off. Half of the burger there is no meat between the buns. I would suggest you to please order from truffles instead as they have better burgers and cheaper also.

2.5.<br/>This is the first branch of smally's where I've been genuinely disappointed.<br/>Starting off, reached here around 12:30, we were the only customers here.<br/>We ordered the Lord of the wings, the lasagne napoli and the trucker burger.<br/>The Lord of the wings are my all time favorite, I love them, cannot complain.<br/>Next, the burger was really good as well, must try!<br/>The lasagne was terrible, it looked wonderful but tasted equally bad. The lasagna sheets were undercooked the meat filling was watery and tasted heavily of just tomato sauce. 0/5 for that one. Our server took around 35mins to serve us water, he didn't even give us cutlery for our lasagna, so on my way to call him, I spotted the area where the cutlery was and took it, waited around 20+mins for the bill to come and then some to for him come and take the money, finally we got up and went downstairs where we paid him. For dessert, we ordered the mars cake, what a beautiful menu idea but a terribly executed dessert. It came to us microwaved. It was steaming on one side and rock-like on another. Gooey in all the wrong ways and the predominant taste was of vanilla essence. Not at all impressed by that dessert, 0/5.<br/>The bill included a 5% service charge that our server for today didn't deserve, but since he wasn't around for me to even speak to him about it, I just decided to pay the whole amount and get out of there.<br/>I would however like to mention that they have great portion sizes which is well worth the money, one of the only few positives.<br/><br/>Food: 3/5( for wings and burger, otherwise 0)<br/>Service: 0/5<br/>Ambience: 4/5<br/>Value for money: 3/5

If I could, I'd give this a negative 100. Ordered from here, order was received late, no bill, Burger had egg but was tagged vegetarian, didn't receive zomato treats tart as well. But all hell fell when I found chicken in my pasta. I am a vegetarian and have never eaten non vegetarian in all my life due to religious reasons. Today this restaurant made me eat chicken and after this post the restaurant will apologise and assure it will never happen again or probably offer a replacement or promise to serve better or do nothing at all, but for me things are ruined. My only request to all the Zomato users out there is don't order from this restaurant, cause you never know what they mix in their food cause it doesn't seem a big deal for them and they don't care about their customers.

Terrible Service. Made us wait for one hour to serve two burgers! It was really irritating! Smallys - Please don’t take orders if you cannot manage them.<br/><br/>As an icing, we were served stale crisps with the burger!!!
