Good location for tasty food. Service staff to be active in taking order and serving quickly. Atmosphere is good. Table allocation is slow and not friendly. Table cleaner are slow. All good & i recommend friends. Request for improvement always to get more customers. Also give offers or complimentary food/drink or coupon for next visit. Good luck

Had a good experience. Food was above average. Beer available, good ambiance with garden and fountain around. Ample amount of parking. Sevice could have been better. I was not so happy with the service. It’s expensive not cheap as mentioned in Google with ₹₹ Please Note:- As I always say, I give my reviews honestly, according to my personal experience and I’m not influenced by any means. Food- 5 star Service- 2 star The food and ambience here is very good. Id suggest you all to opt for outdoor seating. The seating is in form of the treehouse theme. The variety of starters and main course is really good. However, the staff here are very slow. It took about 30mins to bring me my bill. They are friendly though. I have no complains about the quality and quantity of food. It is top class. Do visit this place with friends, family or colleagues.

It’s located near Queens road junction, their specialty is Andhra food which I didn’t try that much. I’ve tried mostly tea or coffee, some snack and Hakka noodles which were quite tasty and I like those. They have coffee place outside where attached on this restaurant. They don’t serve coffee or tea into the restaurant not every time though. Staffs are attentive and kind. Price is reasonable and ambience is very good like greenish everywhere. There are many indoor and outdoor tables.

Visited for Lunch at around 2pm. We had space available for 4 wheeler parking. The whole restaurant setup is green and peaceful 😇. They do have reservations facilities available which needs to be booked in advance. Andhra dishes seems to be speciality but we didn't visit those options. Ordered Bamboo Biryani - Chicken (serves 2-3) Roti with mix veg masala Mutton Seek Kabab Chicken lollipop Veg Pizza Lemon Butter Garlic Prawn and lime soda All were too good with special mention to all the starters we had. Very nice meals not spicy but full of flavor. But surprised to see 10% service charge added which is not allowed by law. At 325 including tax, meal feels expensive. Service was very good and option should be left to customers to tip for the same

The food was great, staff were very friendly, the facility itself was brilliant as well. Had gone for a birthday, and the restaurant made all the arrangements as well as providing speakers for a dance party later on. A must visit for anyone in the area!

This beautiful cozy place is in the middle of Bangalore city and yet is surrounded by lots of greenery, cozy vibe and great ambience. This place feels like literally tucked in nature and if you love spending time in nature or love greenery or garden vibe, then this is the place to hangout with your friends and family. Money plants and other creeper hanging down the roof/ceiling is just a vibe. Minimum decor, a water fountain, birds chirping played in the background is love! They have various seating arrangements- indoor (where Andhra meals are served), outdoor, huts, cute lil tree houses, party hall are all available Food is great. Along with Indian cuisine (Andhra style), they also have Italian and Thai cuisines. We tried Cheese Cherry Pineapple sticks which was okay and Cheese Garlic bread was really good and fruit juices. Staff were good and attentive. There is parking available. Definitely a place worth visiting for the ambience and greenery 💚

The Fish Tawa fry and Tawa Masala was a good choice i made , being a sea food lover I always prefer the best for me coming to the size of the fish it was tooo small for the price I paid but the taste was worth it <br/>One negative point is that they do not follow the cooking instructions which is really disappointing.

Ambience is good, it's got a fountain right next to the bar, gardens, outdoor seating, got rats all around during the evening's, food is great, loved the mutton pepper fry and ghee roast with beer. Tandoori chicken could have been better. Avoid the corner shacks/ huts especially during evenings because of rats and other insects crawling all around. Price is slightly higher. Even the price of pitcher is higher when compared to other pubs and clubs at Bengaluru.<br/>Mutton pepper or mutton ghee roast is the go to item.

We all friends are regular in Eden Park as it's close by to our place. We never had an issue in one year but yesterday when the whole group went the manager who took our order Me Sanjeev was a horrible person to talk to . He cheated completely on the bill thinking it was all girls and fooled us . Arrogance was the name for that person .the hotel should do something about the staff .

The ambience is just okay and the food isn't worth the price and hukkah was horrible.<br/>We had Bamboo chicken biryani after hearing all the hype, but it was disappointing. Would not come again.

Great food!

The service has become pathetic. Seems like the waiters want to serve tables which has men getting drunk. Had been there with family- we had ordered Garlic naan , Cold naan bread was served to us. The waiter initially refused to serve replace the naan but eventually after an argument, he changed it. <br/>Wouldn’t recommend this resto to family. The only good thing is the ambiance is still quiet and good.

Always liked the food here. Although their cleanliness and upkeep of the place was run down and poor I would turn a blind eye because of the food. However after my last visit here I am scarred and will never return here or even order from Eden park. They have done up the place but I’ve seen rats running around in broad daylight like it’s their playground. We sat outside in the open area and saw a bunch of rats running around which put off so badly. Eden park has spent so much on renovating their place but I can’t believe they overlooked the biggest aspect which is cleanliness. The service is good and so is the food. I really wish they take this up seriously and pest control their place.

I'm unhappy with the order, explaination of food prions & convincing customers.<br/>While placing order I asked very clearly how many will 1 bamboo chicken biryani serve & I was told it serves 2 people & I ordered 2 biryani.. In the end we could only finish one... Even they knew we had ordered 3 starter's,2 masala papad, fruit punch.<br/>The staff should have been courtesty and explain the serving portion size clearly.<br/>At the end of the day we shouldnt waste food.<br/><br/>Please communicate properly about everything

Biriyani was more of like fried rice , starters was ok, service is too pathetic, after main course they brought starters. More money less quality, total waste of money, ambience is only good there

The pizza toppings mentioned on the menu was not what the pizza actually had. The menu mentioned chicken, mushrooms and bellpeppers. But the pizza only had chicken, and not that much of it too. The service was non-existent and the waiters couldn't care less.

I have been to this place 3-4 times . It's one of the restaurant which is away from loud music and overcrowded gathering. This restaurant is full of greenery and they have made cottage like structure which give good privacy. An ideal place for all kind of crowd.<br/><br/>They serve hookha and alcohol both.<br/>They have a different sections for hookha lovers .<br/>The food is okayish and the price is also reasonable.

Before I begin as to why this rating, I would like to start off with the premise of the visit. I am touring Bangalore and a good place suggested by Zomato was Eden Park and I also had gold privileges. Stepping in, it looks magnificent, a scenery out of a painting. The ambience was magnificent and that is what got it that lone star.<br/><br/>Now, for starters we ordered fish kebab and chicken kebab. Served in a little dish came something that does not resemble kebabs. Oh well, how about the taste? The fish was bland and the chicken kebab had bones in it! A street side shop will sell much better kebabs for half the price.<br/><br/>Proceeding to the main course, we ordered a mixed american chop suey and a bamboo mutton biryani. Starting with the chop suey, we were served a veg chop suey which is the first sign of negligence by the staff. As for the dish, it was too sweet and the noodles were soggy instead of fried. The pot biryani had to be reordered (second example of bad service) and after a gruelling 40mins came a salty biryani which was the only peak of this disastrous visit. The raita and curry served along was nice as well.<br/><br/>Moving on to drinks, 2+2 service was used to get a Green Queen and Baileys Irish cream. The green queen was decent but not very surprising. Pretty average. The Baileys Irish Cream, you would think they can't mess this one; but guess what it was served as a shot instead of the usual service with shaved ice.<br/><br/>Overall, the experience was hellish. Will strongly recommend to avoid the place. The only good point is the ambience; but you would have more of it in one of the many gardens of the city

Visited for lunch, as I had heard a lot about this place from people. Since we were not very hungry we ordered a chicken dum biryani. I was very disappointed as I had expected better. Probably there might be other dishes which were better, going by the crowd. Yes, the ambience is good with a lot of greenery. You don't find these kind of properties anymore in bangalore especially in the heart of the city. It has a charm of the yesteryears of bangalore. Very calm and peaceful, tucked away in one of the bylanes off infantry rd. I wouldn't mind going there again not so much for the food but for the surrounding greenery... I am sure I could find something in the menu to my liking. The price is not too steep.

The only thing the place has going for it is the ambience. Tried the much hyped andhra meals which left me disappointed considering the bomb it was being charged.

Eden Park is famous for the ambience and it is visible when you visit this place. However, just for an ambience I would have opted to go to any green parks in Bangalore.<br/><br/>This place needs big improvements when it comes to service, attitude to customers, cleanliness, quantity, quality of the item served (like the quality of fish in my order) and the list goes on.<br/><br/>I won't recommend this place for any Biriyani lovers as there are many other better outlets in the neighborhood of Cunningham Road.

I opted for Zomato infinity dining which promised unlimited food from restaurant's a la carte menu. I paid the amount while booking. Only after payment, Zomato displays the condition that the dining is for 1.5 hours and only 2 dishes are allowed per person at a time. In addition, restaurant refused to serve certain "special" items from their menu. I felt totally cheated by Zomato and immediately left the restaurant without having food. If you make your booking through Zomato, restaurant will make you to sit near the rest room or kitchen. When asked for refund, no proper response. Zomato sucks customer's blood. Food has no religion, Zomato has no ethics.

Visited this place after many years, this was a place I had great childhood memories off. However though the ambience was still as lovely, the service waa atrocious. The food took more than an hour to reach the table and this was despite many arguments and reminders to the staff. They all seem incompetant and disinterested. The food was average and by the time it came we had lost our appetite!!!<br/>Do not recommend this place at all

Service has gone down very badly in this restaurant. Had a very bad experience with Srinivas (waiter) , very rude and impolite, denied us a bottle of water just cause billing had been completed. Nevertheless Eden park has a beautiful ambience with great Indian food. Only if the management would change the staff everything would then be perfect.

Arrived at Eden Park @ 1.40 pm. Ordered food at 2.10 pm. Inspite of repeated requests half the order arrived at 3.04 pm and the balance did not arrive till 3.54 pm. Also we shared 4 Zomato Gold for drinks which they acknowledged only 3 times. Leaving very unhappy and feeling cheated. Service and attitude require great improvement.

Visited Eden park to try their Biryani but was pleasantly surprised with the ambience and food served. Here are my impressions.<br/><br/>Ambience - Amazing, a very big dining area divided into indoor, outdoor , private , semi private etc. Outside seating is the best amidst lush greenery. Potted plants line the walls adding to the green cover of the place.<br/><br/>Food - We ordered the Veg Bamboo Biryani, palak paneer, aloo vindaloo, butter roti, aloo paratha, rumali roti and lime soda. The food on the whole was delicious, the palak paneer and the vindaloo were flavour packed and seasoned beautifully. Coming to the veg Bamboo Biryani, the quantity was sufficient for two people. The Biryani was cooked inside the Bamboo stalk, the flavours were very delicate and much milder than a usual Hyderabadi Biryani, but nevertheless tasted very good.<br/><br/>Few things to mention.<br/>1. Parking is ample for both cars and two wheelers.<br/>2. Service was a bit slow, but given the quality of food, I think it's fine.<br/>3. Eden park is suitable for all kinds of groups, friends, family, couples.<br/>4.Price for the Veg Bamboo Biryani was very high (689) , and the non vegetarian ones were even higher, quantity sufficient for two but even three could share it. Definitely not worth the price for a single person to order. Dum and pot Biryani also present at cheaper prices.<br/>5. Prices are slightly on the higher side, especially the Biryanis.<br/><br/>Overall Eden park is a true hidden jem in Bangalore and in my opinion is a definite must visit, at least once.<br/><br/>Ambience - 5/5<br/>Food - 5/5<br/>VFM - 4.5/5<br/>

The ambience is very good. Food is also great here and very delicious. It is very nice for family, office and friends outing. It is costly but if you have budget set for a gang to treat then this can be in your list. One problem is that in outdoor seating the tops of huts from inside are not cleaned properly. So we have no idea if any insect can come to your table or not. If that can sorted out then yes this restaurant can be give 5 rating.

Went for a family dinner. Good food, nice ambience and we got lucky as the servers station was close to our table and hence the service was pretty fast and good. The chicken ghee roast served here is amazing.

Are you kidding me.. ₹769 for a chicken Biryani. Trust me this is the most over rated food.. not worth the money.. I have had amazing bamboo Biryani for ₹300.. The size of the restaurant will definitely surprise you. Open dining area by the lawns, cabanas and a closed seated area, you take your pick. The South Indian meals are served on the traditional banana leaf and is second to none, even better than Nagarjuna (IMO). Service is fantastic and doesn’t seem as hassled as it does in the usual carrier meals joints.<br/><br/>The Biryani’s are a must try too. They have over 10 varieties of Biryani and most of them are really good. Mild spice and rich on flavours. <br/><br/>The alcohol options are fairly large and well priced. A perfect place for beer + Biryani for lunch or a lazy evening with whiskey by the lawn.

The food was worst...specially pasta,I have NVR tasted such pasta in my life n would NVR like to taste in future as well....it's like a park with great ambience bt cmplt opposite when it comes to their service....v.slow...plus we had to call the waiter 5 times to ask him to take the order....plus the water was brought 15 min after we sat and asked them to bring water atleast ....the staff look at u as if we have come to eat their free food...the staffs are worst n reckless abt their responsibility to their work

I've been eating since it was at it's intial stages but this was the first time I have had a very poor experience with the quality of meals. The food was pretty cold and not fresh. I would often go to eden park with my entire family of 6 every month but today was not the day I got a good meal.

If you are at Cunningham road and are looking for a hearty Andhra meal this is the best. I like the authenticity they maintain through out their food. Special mention to their tomato chutney. I will definitely go back to this place.

Loved the ambience. Food was also too good. Ideal place for a quite candle light dinner within the city limits. Be it for couples, family or a get together with friends, the place is very good. However the waiters delayed a bit with the service.

A place with a nice ambience, but everything else is just disappointing. Half hearted service, cold food snacks with no dips, the place excites you when you enter, but becomes difficult to stay for long. Bamboo biryani would just save the day!

Visited this place on a Thursday evening post exam and the place disappointed us.<br/>For the place as a whole, a section that we particularly choose was not maintained at all.<br/>There was Noone to attend to us at all, even after calling them personally two times and when we said we will leave, they happily with attitude asked us to leave.<br/>Very very disappointed with the place.

We had ordered bamboo biryani. It was definitely not worth the wait(35 mins) and price. Portion was also very less compared to before for the same price. Rs 848 for single biryani is just too high when it tastes like any other Andhra style biryani.

Hi<br/>Yesterday I went to Eden Park for dinner with my friend. It’s really a niece place. It’s impossible to find such a beautiful and large place in the heart of the city. We felt like sitting in a park having a drink . Ambulance was too good and the food was awesome.

Next is the lip smacking andhra food, must try is the bamboo biryani which almost takes half an hour to prepare but the wait is worth it as its delicious. This place serves hooka and its nicely prepared by Mr.Mithun and the pizza and pastas are the other must try items. All in a all a very cool and liberating place to visit with family or friends

This is a fabulous place for any occasion. Their bamboo biryani is the best. I highly recommend this place for both the youth and family. I am a regular customer here and have tasted most of the dishes and they are delicious.

Worst quality food i have ever seen. I am a frequent user of Swiggy they serve best quality and i thought let's try zomato but you guys disappointed me. Seriously i couldn't eat that food , delivery was very quick but food was disgusting. I had to throw that food and again order from swiggy.<br/>I will never recommend anyone to zomato.
