Review Asia Kitchen By Mainland China - Bengaluru

A must visit place if you love Chinese food. They have a great menu which caters to every type of taste buds. I visited them for their sea food festival and I was very overwhelmed by the new additions. My favorites were: Grilled fish cakes - Soft fish cakes which melt in your mouth. Fish with orange and black beans - Great flavour and goes well with the fried rice. Fried Bombay duck - Perfect fried batter fish. Chocolate dome with warm chocolate sauce - Crazy Dessert to finish proceedings. The whole meal paired with red wine will be a night to remember.

If you love Asian food then this is the place you need to be! They have a wide range of exquisite dishes that you can choose from that will definitely entice your taste buds. Everything ranging from their soup, starters, main course and desserts are amazing. Sushi here is good but the let down for me is that you get only 4 pieces compared to a regular 6 that you usually should get for the price you pay. Definitely try out their rambutan with ice cream for your dessert because you will absolutely love it! The staff here is very helpful and are always ready to assist you and if you're new to this place then they will definitely help you out with order recommendations . Best part about this restaurant is that they have a good valet service so you do not need to worry about parking your car on this good forbidden road that keeps going under so much road work.

Been here on new years eve and it was great. The hospitality and food was top notch. Nothing was rushed. Servers were friendly. Free champagne at midnight. Loved the lobster and fish, very fresh and very tasty. Chicken was great too. The desserts were perfect. Nothing to complain really. Great place to go with family, friends or date. A place I will always recommend.

This restaurant is a very good Chinese restaurant. The lunch buffet I very good. The lunch buffet is available on all days of the week. The buffet is cheaper than most other buffets in Bangalore. One can also have Sushi here. Reservation is recommended on weekends since it is crowded. Alcohol is also available. Buffet costs 445 rupees plus taxes on Monday and Tuesday and from Wednesday to Friday the price 495 rupees plus taxes.

Well this place is a must visit for folks in and around Koramangala. The food is exquisite, variety is good. As a vegetarian this Chinese place did not disappoint me, that is the stand out. We had the buffet on the Friday, it was priced at 526 pp it was all you can eat. The starters were very good. Highly recommend the Dimsums. Golden Fried Sweet Corn was amazing. The main course had 6 dishes and all them were extremely good. Not to forget, the staff were extremely friendly.

A great place to taste the oriental cuisine. The ambiance is nice. Buffet is available during lunch on wed-Fri at a nominal cost of about Rs. 500. A more pricey buffet is available during dinner as well. The starters and desserts are the main charm. Try the dumplings, they are the best. This place also serves alcohol.

Good ambience. The buffet is a must try. All the starters were very tasty. Coming to the main course, they have lamb in the offering which is a surprise compared to the price. However, both the lamb and the crab preparation didn't seem quite right. It probably was a bit undercooked. Both were smelling. The veg dishes were also very tasty and brought a lot of variety to the plate. Coming to the dessert, I was surprised with the variety. Lot to choose from. Fruits were very fresh. Overall a must try for all Chinese cuisine lovers. It will not make a hole in your pocket!! Happy dining !!!

Amazing Asian Food - one of best Asian food I've had in Bangalore. Try the lotus stem fry and prawn tempura - amazing. The Japanese noodles were great too. Avoid the desserts.

This Pumped Up Cousin of Mainland China was full of surprises, on a recent visit to Koramangala we accidentally ended up this place after having a browse through on the buffet before deciding to settle in. The first hit was the soup, which was a red chilli based chicken soup, caught us by surprise, it was a good change from the regular soups we have been having in other Chinese places. The dim sums were as good as the mainland Chinese outlets, absolutely awesome, just devilishly ate too much of them, as always. The other starters served to the table were good too, especially the Paneer. The mains were limited but a selected bunch, I just loved the Thai Green Curry on the buffet. Desserts were many, almost the regular stuff from Mainland China but with a few twists. This place is highly recommended and it’s a slightly upmarket cousin of Mainland China but the buffet is not very expensive on a weekday lunch.

Asia Kitchen is one of the best for pan-asian delicacies in the neighborhood. Each time I visit Asia Kitchen, I appreciate the consistency. Seafood and Wine Festival kick-started at Asia Kitchen earlier this week and I knew I need to visit it soon. Chef Manzil and team has done a great job as always. It is impossible to pick a favorite. I loved the flavour of the fishcake. Prawn dimsums also taste perfect. Bombay duck melt-in-the-mouth. I would recommend the fish in Orange sauce too. Crab was also well prepared. I'm definitely heading back for more.

-The lunch buffet is a not to miss! It's on one of my best buffets, considering the taste, quantity, service and cost. -The buffet also costs less on weekdays. -The food is delicious! Loved the bar menu too! -Crab is the least recommended, as the crabs are smaller in size and this less flesh. -Chicken tasted the best and prawns are okay. Desserts and ice creams are good too.

Oh i loved the place totally. The ambiance, the service and the style the serve your food and finally the taste of the food. All are brilliant. We had ordered couple of things to eat and non alcoholic drinks. So the taste of everything comes good they had given us some non alcoholic shots which would get back ur taste buds so you can taste every dish properly. They even gave us complimentary items and their taste too wer brilliant. This is one place you should go

Seafood Galore! The Asia Kitchen by Mainland China is the famous Chinese food chain venture into other far eastern cuisines like Indonesian, Korean, Vietnamese, etc. They have kept a good balance of authentic flavours which cater to the Indian palate. I dropped by for the #Seafood #festival called Pearls of the Sea. Located in the heart of Koramangala, valet parking is available. The building is beautifully done up with a lot of glass, wood and metal. Looks very stylish. The decor is tastefully done. Reminds one of the Korean BBQ restaurants. We dived right into the special menu prepared for the Pearls of the Sea festival. Steamed Prawn dumplings and Fish cakes. The dumplings were doused in a Sichuan sauce. Very impressed with the quality of the fish cakes. They have a good selection of wines to pair with the seafood. Crab claw in Sambal sauce was quite unique. The chewable crab was easy to eat. Stuffed crab was my favorite. Stir fried crab and prawn meat in garlic stuffed in a crab shell. I just couldn't stop myself. We ordered repeat servings of this. Definitely recommend! In main course, had the Shanghai Seafood noodles along Sliced fish in Mandarin style. The noodles had fish, squid, prawns in XO sauce. It was a delight to the taste buds. We kept sipping on green tea during the later half of the evening. It is good for digestion and makes ones tummy feel comfortable. For dessert had to try the Chocolate rolls. They were very unique. It was lovely evening where one felt transported to a coastal city enjoying the delicacies of the Sea. Don't think I can imagine having such a delightful Seafood dinner in Bengaluru. Definitely recommend the place!

This is one of the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been in Bangalore so far. They have amazingly fast service, most courteous and helpful staff and yummiest choice of menu. Special thanks to avijit for helping out with selections. Must try fried lotus stem starter.

From the House of Mainland China, Asia Kitchen as the name suggests, serves the cuisines of SE Asia and Japan. This fine dine restaurant has both a-la-carte as well as buffet options. They serve boiled and spiced peanuts in a soy based sauce as we wait for the order to arrive. The meal consisted of soup, sushi, domains, noodles and fried rice. The meal ended with a litchi slush as palate cleanser. Overall I was very happy with the food and will surely visit again to try out the other delicacies.

Whenever I get a chance to explore Asian flavors, I don’t say no. This time it was Asia Kitchen at Koramangala and interestingly they have introduced 15 (7 veg and 7 non-veg) delectable Asian Curry Bowls as a part of their Asian Curry Festival. Don’t miss it if you like a bowl full of rice with succulent curry with fragrant ingredients. After trying a couple of regular stuffs like Tom Yum soup, Assorted Dim sums and a crunchy Lamb starter we ordered two curry bowls – ‘Prawns Penang Curry’ and ‘Thai Clay Pot Chicken with Lemongrass and Kaffir lime’. Both the curries were served with a bowl of Jasmine Rice and I really liked the flavors. Located at this prime location – Koramangala, Asia Kitchen has great ambience with corporate and private dining space. While I was taking some pics, I also happened to see their huge buffet spread which has got great demand. I will surely try this next time. The staffs were very polite and attentive. Overall I enjoyed my first visit to Asia Kitchen.

Last Monday I had a horrible time ordering food from Asia Kitchen.<br/>Item 1: Ordered sushi(you can see from the pic how it was packaged and offered). The soya sauce spilled. <br/><br/>Item 2: Had ordered mixed fried rice. The mutton chunks were undercooked and chewy and was not digestable. I was a regular in this restaurant before covid situation. Was always impressed with their quality and hygiene. Never faced such challenge.<br/><br/><br/>Item 3: Burnt garlic fish quality was good.

Once or twice.<br/><br/>Among those , comes Asia Kitchen.<br/><br/>On a regular day, if you have a craving for Chinese food in Bangalore, you are spoiled for choices , but not during lockdown, if you do not want to compromise on the taste.<br/><br/>We ordered,<br/><br/>1. Burnt garlic fish with seasonal green and<br/>2. Chicken wok tossed Noodles.<br/><br/><br/>The food was hot when delivered.<br/>and the packaging was taken care off pretty well.<br/><br/>Both the dishes made a strong impression. The taste was truly speaking loudly of restaurant's reputation.<br/><br/>Noodles tasted fresh and it had chicken and egg in it to a satisfactory amount. It was not spicy at all , just the way we love it. Taste was different from what we get served in any other restaurant.<br/><br/><br/>Burnt garlic fish had loads of green in it like broccoli, zucchini, lettuce doing justice to its name. <br/>Fish was nicely coated in cornflour and was well soaked along with veggies in the milky gravy.<br/>Taste was really delicate. <br/><br/>The food was accompanied by 3 regular Chinese sauce (soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce) which were tasty enough to enrich the taste of the noodles.<br/><br/>Price was truly on the upper side. But it was worth every penny. <br/><br/>Verdict :<br/><br/>Overall quality : 5/5<br/>Taste : 5/5<br/>Quantity : 5/5<br/>Value for money : 5/5<br/>Packaging : Good<br/><br/><br/>I just don't believe , I gave that score. Recently I visited this place family. This place is good for buffet. So we had veg and non veg options. I really liked veg items they were properly cooked and well balanced with flavors. But if I talk about non veg items specifically sea food was not upto the mark and in gravy I felt like they put too much of corn flour. I really liked sushi and also raw mango sorbet. Presentation of that sorbet was attractive. And at last we had desserts which were blank if I talk in terms of flavors only sweet was there on those desserts. Ambiance is good there and service is not that proper so they have to work some specific things. Overall experience was not that bad a if you are a buffet person then this place will provide varieties.

Really enjoyed the experience. I was quite surprised by the excellent quality of the food. The service was exceptional as well. We had the following - paneer chilli, basil chicken dumplings, prawn chilli, california rolls sushi and mee goreng. We enjoyed all of the food, some more than the others. Only suggestion would be to increase the sushi quantity from 4 to 6 pieces. Would like to also thank Mr. Braj for the exceptional service.

It’s my first time trying Asia kitchen by Mainland China but definitely not the last. Braj served us very well. He surprised us with Specials. Food was very well spiced and lovely. We tried prawns, fish and chicken. Schezwan Fish is must try for starter.

Visited this place on a weekday Lunch. Planned to take a LA carter, but when reached restaurant I just fell in love with their buffet spread. Also buffet price is pocket friendly, only 500 bucks. Quality and taste was awesome. Chicken steamed dimsums, pan-fried fish, Chicken drums of heaven, pander smoked was mouth watering in starters. I was completely full with appetizers. Main course also I tried. Spread was huge. All Desserts were unique in taste wise .liked caramel pudding, mousse, cakes. <br/><br/>Service was great. Staffs were helpful and cordial. A must visit oriental buffet place in town. I will highly recommend.

I was dying to come to this place for a long time and I am glad I did. It really is an amazing place to dine out. Staff is very courteous and humble. We tried Thai chicken dumpling, chicken won tossed noodle and thai chicken gravy, all were amazing but the show stopper was California Sushi Roll. I never thought that I can like sushi but the sushi here was very tasty. I am definitely coming back for sushi 🍣.<br/><br/>On the House: Chocolate Dome with hot Chocolate syrup

Really enjoyed our time here, Ashok was an incredible host. We had pan fried noodles and Smoky Pepper Chicken, which was really tasty. It's not that noisy, but really a nice place for evening hangouts.

We visited the place on Sunday, so it was jam packed and we had to wait outside for around 15 minutes or so.The place has a good ambiance but bot really upto the mark of a fine dining restaurant.I went there with my friends and we ordered 6 dishes.I am a vegetarian so I am only going to talk about those vegetarian dishes:<br/>1. Corn Spinach and Water-chestnut Dimsums were pretty good, properly steamed and very tasty.The sauces they offer add another lift to the dish.<br/>2.Vegetarian Pad Thai Noodles was okayish, because I have tried better than this.<br/>3. Asian Chilli Potatoes were little too crispy which made them kind of chewy.<br/>Even the service was that prompt.<br/>On a whole it was a good lunch but I feel considering the reputation of the place, it could have been much better.

This place was pending from long and finally I made it today with family. Located in Kormangala, their decor is quite stylish. We ordered Crispy Cottage cheese with smoked Chilies and Pan fried Asian Chili Fish in starters. Both were at par in taste. In Drinks, we ordered Long Island Iced tea and Hot Guava Punch. Both the drinks had distinct flavor and taste. I highly recommend these. In main course, we had Burnt Garlic noodles with vegetables. It was a delight to the taste buds. <br/>Their serving is also good.Service was prompt and worth mentioning. Their menu is vast and they give you tablet and you can see image of each and every dish that helps in choosing a dish easily. As complimentary they give you masala gola served in shots glass.<br/>Everything was perfect here, be it interior, service and food.

We love coming here as we get to eat our style of Chinese food, customisable, yum and spicy .... Do try Tomso sauce a must for all spicy lovers. And Braja Kishore is an awesome guy. He just reads your taste buds and gives you a great service always.
