Review Adiga's - Bengaluru

Dinesh Nagaraju
I just visited this restaurant. Paratha, butter chicken, biriyani rice, grill chicken and mutton sheek were so good with a pocket friendly price.

Delicious food at reasonable price. Have good service. But not much cleanliness so have given 4 starts. Haa, wash room is pathetic. Paneer garlic awesome taste. Road side hotel so can't expect parking facilities. It's not a cozy place.
Prayag Raj
Its a decently ambient restaurant with delicious food ! The chicken here is of awesome quality and well cooked to make it utmost juicy and tasteful. Service is not bad too. Totally worth dining here! Crowd mostly seems to be young.

I have not had better Kalmi kabab than this place in Bangalore...!! There might be bigger hifi restaurants but in my point of view, you will come back here to buy Kalmi kabab again and again and many other dishes that is very uniquely prepared here....and I love the taste!!

Good Service and Food, Keep it up!
Shashank Rajak
Cost effective with great taste. Try their chicken kababs and biryani. Chicken Kolhapuri is also very tasty with Tandoori roti and rumali roti.
Sharath Shetty
The Kebab is amazing but the biryani is ordinary. Good place for having heavy dinner and is worth the price. The price is moderate.
Naresh Babu
Too good thandoori and Briyani, tasty food, I'm sure you will visit again if you taste the Thandoori
SUDHIR CHANDRASEKAR
Very affordable and good quality food, appearance of hotel is not aesthetic but you go ahead and give it a try. worth the money you pay

Amazing food. Best desi food in Thailand
VIJAY GANESH.M

Roshni
Good ambience, North Indian main course tastes good
RAMAGOPAL MUDALIYR
It's always crowded place. Taste is good. Staff not well educated. Because of taste this restaurant is busy.
Poornima Nayak
Tasty food nice place for family gathering

Worst place ever. I've seen soo many rats inside the restaurant. You should seriously consider some pest control. However food isn't that bad.
Pav bhahi-3/5.
Veg noodles-3/5.

Mohana Marithimmaiah
Worst hotel chutney was spoiled sambhar absolutely tasteless and they don’t know how to make tandoori roti it was 50 % burnt carbon.
If you eat here definitely you’ll get all diseases including cancer.
Though not a healthy option, as it is a regular local Bangalore restaurant like Adiga's. It used to be Adiga's in the past too. Do recommend the roti, butter kulcha and any thick curry. Soups are all right, though a little sweet. Masala papad is decent. Been frequenting this place with family since childhood, so consistency is something very much in their forte. The fruit salad is a little underwhelming and so are the juices.

Atithi Satkar is the best option for vegetarian restaurant in this locality which offers both stand in and sitting in their premises. It's like an obvious choice for us when we have an outside food craving.

You get everything here from south Indian to north Indian to chaats. We almost have had the entire menu with so many dishes.

*Drinks*
Tried many and loved their mango shake but only during season. Coffee and tea are the staple choices.

*Food*
The food is amazing I must say. With mastering so many dishes is not a easy task. The recommended dishes are :
🔹Masala Dosa and Rava Dosa
🔹Idli and Chow Chow Bath ( only during breakfast)
🔹Dry Manchurian
🔹Kaju Masala with any bread
🔹Paneer Lababdar
🔹Chinese Noodles

The chaats are not that great and should be avoided. The meals are available only during lunch hours. And the Dosa till 9 pm only.

This place serves some of the finest vegetarian food.....
The ambience and quality is good.....
The staff are polite and the service is good.....
Their Idli and Vada are a must eat.....

Athithi is the first option for vegetarian food in this locality. The dishes are yummy, mild and highly hygienic. They have many dishes on the menu which includes sandwiches, Chinese, north Indian, south Indian etc. Quote expensive but it will be a peaceful eating experience
Vidyadhar Devarabhotla
A very good place for tasty food. We especially love Tomato soup here and also lime juice not lime soda. Just try once when you visit here. Management is very good and respectable persons.
Gluttony_Potbelly
A regular visitor to this place. Good place for breakfast. Their vada and poori is really good. The north indian curries all taste the same. Palak paneer and paneer do pyaza is the best of the lot. Paneer manchurian is best amongst the starters. A decent place where you can have a good meal!

Just bought 7 Rava Idlis from the place. Shocked to see a rubber band inside one of them!!!!! How safe is it? My daughter and son were having it. I am too stunned to react.

The nearest Fast food restaurant to my place. Food is average. I prefer the self service ambience as I only go there to grab something small. Plain Dosa and Pav Bhaji is my go to order. Roti Curry is average.
Esha Shetty
They service is bad and the food is average. The is not enough space for people to sit and if often very chaotic. Must wait for a long time in order get a seat

Chat was worst as I ordered dhai puri which had served good with well garnished but taste was worst..I will never ever gng to this restaurant..
Deepakgowda94
I am a regular customer here and most of the times i take home panner butter masala or panner manchurian, which are to my experience taste superb . Better than some of the higher end restaurents of new bel road. So i'd say go for them anytime.👍😊
Jatin Bhole
Decent place to have food. Nothing different when it comes to taste. Prefer going there for South Indian meals only. Pocket friendly. Good ambiance

Been here couple of times for a quick bite. Taste is fine. Nothing that it will blow your mind. The owner/employee who sits in the cashier counter is fine but the guy at the chaat counter has some style going on which I don't get it. May be he can brush up his customer care skills😏. Idli is nice and I tried dahi puri. Tasted good. The area where we one can eat the snacks is really congested and has a weird smell
Pratheek Ponnappa (Grubitizer.com)
Was here for a quick bite during lunch hours and the place was barely occupied which is kinda surprising for a Darshini types restaurant in this locality. Not many small bites were available and we ended up having Idly Vada and Rava idly! Prepared well as usual and the chutney tasted good.. also, the Bad am milk was a tad bit sweet... nice experience overall!

Good place for breakfast. Ambience and service is good. I have been here many times and like most of the breakfast items. All rice bath's are good. Every day a different rice bath is served. Idli vada is good, but didn't like the sambhar. Rava dosa is very good and a must try for those who like dosas.
Tindipoti
This small place serves some awesome north Indian food and only that!
I've eaten at this place a few times and every time ordered different sides for the roti and they've all been delicious. Quantity is also quite good.
Even the roti are soft and not too heavy and for a complete rice person like me who doesn't like eating roti I could finish 2-3 easily.
I've we eaten fried rice but that's nothing great to mention about. Just mediocre. Lime soda also was good and for a basic decent food at good prices this is definitely a must try.
Abhiram Srinivasan
One of the better place at sanjay nagar for a good breakfast. Basically a fast food type service is provided. The food tastes good, but preferable for south Indian dishes only.
Aniket Bahadarpurkar
Before visiting this restaurant, we did not check zomato rating and that was the biggest mistake. The hotel is very untidy and not clean at all. The food served was below average. Chikoo milkshake served had lot of sugar and very small amount of chikoo.
Junaid Khan
They dip the tumblers in a bowl kept near the counter and serve drinking water frm tht. shahi paneer has 70% capsicum, God only knws where they got the recipe frm. when asked they said we make it like this. very poor innovation. Mr. Pankaj pls order a parcel and stand near the counter. if u r facing the cashier then on ur left thru the small cutout window u will be able to see the bowl where drinking water is kept and how the waiters dip the tumblers
Mohammed Yakoob
Hopeless food and found cockroach in sambar. when we showed it to the owner, he was least bothered and arrogant. Think twice before you step in this goonda's joint.
Ashirwad Gad
Tell you what. This place serves the perfect South Indian full meals. I've been here a few times and I was treated with a new dessert on the full meals menu everytime. Rest of the menu is sumptuous as well. Happy tucking in.

Before this places was Adiga's , now taken over by new owners. The food is not that great, the samabar is very sweet & tasteless, the hotel staff is very rude & arrogant. Even if you pay more for the samabar at the billing counter, they refuse to give u a little extra & have a strange measuring format. Anyways there are much better breakfast joints like , Ganesh Darshani, Shantisagar, Bhramin's Tatte Idly.
Divya Thangamma
As we stay close by to this place a quick breakfast when you can't make it at home..Have tried their Khara bath,Masala dosa,Vada( crispy)..like their chutney n Sambhar, very tasty with upma and dosa..do try them!
Pankaj Koparde
One of the best restaurants in Sanjay Nagar. I do not need to say more but let me just summarize the points here.
What are they good at -
1. All the dishes that they make! Try their North Indian Thali. They make very good rotis.
2. Quick service. You will never be waiting for anything.
3. Cleanliness.

What are they not good at -
well...right now, nothing I could pinpoint.

Tip - Try their Grilled Club Sandwich with cheese. It's yummy!

Good for a super quick Idli Wada, Dosa, poori, kesari bhaat, kindda breakfast, followed by strong filter coffee.
Rarely I opt for dine-in option. Usually it's a hurried visit, before work.
Usually service is good and fast. But I have to mention, once in a while you can get a super rude waiter.
Apart from that, I like their sambar preparation, it's udupi style. Good food.

Best restaurant in sanjaynagar for decent food. Their starters are really tasty. Gobi manchuri is a must. Other than that I like all of their curries and rotis. This place is the closest to my house. There are no other restaurants nearby where you can go and eat so this is pretty famous among localites.

The place that it is always crowded speaks that how many of us actually indulge in mindless eating as long as the food is cheap and satiates our hunger. Without sounding like I have been having a bad day, I have to admit the fact that this place has the worst of service, the waiters aren't trained, they find it extremely difficult to take simple instructions and everything here is taken for granted knowing the fact that people are visiting them and they are highly unlikely to run out of business. The food is pathetic. If you don't know how to cook even Indian-Chinese then please remove it from your menu. The hygiene standards are poor and the only thing actually good here is the south indian thali and their neighbouring subsided corner which literally serves at too low a price to even complain about.
Uday Paul
The only option one have got in Sanjay nagar to have some sagar style veg food.... This place was earlier known as Adigas...
Nothing great to brag about the place.. I usually drop by for a quick meal... And the thali or special mali which is my usual pick here.. they serve all the 4 meals of day.. but I never preferred them for breakfast...
A very avg place... but like it or hate it..this what we have in here...
Avishek
Crowd is good, mostly familie's. Quite a common menu yet the presentation is good. My personal favourite's are Gobi Manchurian, Veg Fried Rice and Dal Fry. I love it. A stand and eat counter is also available where you get the same food item's at a subsidised price. Juice 's are good and most important, the service is really fast. A good place for a change in taste.
Nikhil Tibrewal Aka Tibby
Have had the regular South Indian fare. Nothing spectacular or bad about the food here, and its similar to what one would find at any darshini.
Adithya Hiriyannaiah
This is a usual place! Had been here for a snack in the evening. A normal darshani! The food is quite passable. Not really happy about the food
Nagesh Kamath
So so place. We mainly use it for takeaway for home. The mushroom masala is nice and so is the paneer version. But rest of the stuff is not what I would call good. Reasonable prices though and the food won't leave you with a bad stomach. So for a quick lunch/dinner around Sanjaynagar it is a reasonable place.

Previously Adigas not Atithi ! Previously good food now bad ! Have been visiting this place for a long long time now. From Breakfast to Dinners, from your trademark idly vada on a sunday morning to the next door eatery for dinner - but this place has consistently declined in quality and now i guess there is a change in management as well. They have both stand and eat style counters and dining area as well.

The DIning area is a little cramped up and does not augur well in terms of ambience. Service is ok considering they have quiet a good numbers of waiters ! Food quality is like changing weather - good at times worse on an another day. Not many options of the dharshini type hotel in the area so by default this place is always kind of full. The quality seems to have got hit after the change of maangement as well. I would stick it to a rating of 3 - considering the flipflops this place is currently delivering.

Just a note - this place is on the mainroad - parking is not allowed on the road and will have to find something in the nearby cross roads. The theater next door do not help the parking situation as well.
Akshay Upadhyaya
This place is not Adigas anymore. It's renamed as Athithi Sathkar but still run by the same management. So still expect the same poor quality food. Would not recommend this place.
Anupama N Gowda
The quality of food is decreasing day by day taste is up to the mark not suggest you to go
Aastha Saxena
The place is nice if ur looking for cheap breakfast or something...otherwise the quality is not that great :*

We had been to Adigas on Sunday, we are regular over there, but the quality of the food is going down v badly. This time when we had gone, the food served was cold. We had ordered soup, which was totally bland, looks like they just boiled vegetables, added water and cornflour to it. The Paneer gravy was horrible, probably the cook has changed. The Breads were not served hot. And the Fried rice, we could make out that it was made out of stale rice. Looks like they are more concentrating on opening more branches, ambience rather than giving quality food!
