Review The Royal Corner - Bengaluru

Visited here for lunch after trying Mulbagal Dosa for breakfast. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant which also doubles are Mulbagal Dosa Corner during morning and evening time. We tried the following: Veg Oriental Soup, Roasted Almond Cream Soup, Mexican Hot Pot Soup, Masala Papad, Zulmi Paneer Tikka, Aloo Tilmil, Subzi Mayuri, Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti, Golden Cherry and Gulab Jamun ; and for beverages, we had Strawberry Delight, American Beauty, Night Beauty and Mango Lassi. All the items were good especially the Zulmi Paneer Tikka, Veg Oriental Soup and Subzi Mayuri. The service was also good with items served without any wait upon order. Staff are friendly too and the manager enquiring on how the food was and also receptive to feedback. Finger bowls are also given at the end. Prices are worth for the quantity and taste. Dineout and Paytm has offers for payment via them. Parking is an issue with dedicated space only for two wheelers. Four wheelers have to use adjoining roads. Valet service is available. Overall a good place to try for vegetarian options.

I came across for authentic South Indian food. I must say it’s great. Great taste, hygenic and great quantity. The sambar and curries with chutneys were delicious. Must visit place if you want to have good South Indian food. I never knew about the place and accidentally I was in the area and was hungry and went there.

The Royal corner Pai viceroy has been a go to restaurant for more than a decade. Their take away quality is also very good. Mr. Rajshekhar is one of the kindest and most hospitable persons here. I have been here for lunch , breakfast and dinner. Most of the items are tasty. Do try the following: 1) baby corn saute 2) Banarasi kebab 3) Hara biryani There is valet parking service as well.

A great option for North Indian food that's been around for a while. It is heartening to note that while similar restaurants in the area serve curries that are virtually indistinguishable in taste and are mainly focused on adding funky menu items, taste remains the primary focus here. The fried ice cream is highly recommended as are the Rajastani rotis. Note that the signage is pretty confusing since it only mentions dosas but the restaurant is nevertheless present here. The pricing is a little on the higher side (though worth it) but you can avail offers through Swiggy Dineout etc. Valet parking is available.

Breakfast buffet was just amazing, after doing night shift at office reached home early morning, i was very hungry and wanted to have yummy breakfast with all items like idili, dosa, vada, rice, upma, juice, sweets, fruits, so got a recommendation from friend about this place, buffet spread was just awesome idlis, vada, dosa, Puri, paratha, pudina rice, Kashi halwa, cut fruits, cakes, cutlets, baked beans, fries and juices. Very satisfied with food. I must say it is must visit place for all who loves breakfast buffet, I think this is only place which offers breakfast buffet in South Bangalore

They have a very balanced breakfast spread. I’m a frequent visitor for having breakfast. Courteous staff and evenly priced.

Had been to this restaurant last Saturday night with my family and extended family. As we were 15 people we were looking for buffet lunch but this hotel gave us a different option that is they arranged buffet dinner in their 4th floor conference hall. Food was pre ordered few days earlier, we had ordered malikoftha but it was very sweetish, sweet cream toast was very very small in size. Other items were ok. But the preset buffet list given is very limited.<br/><br/>Regarding buffet dinner arrangement was done excellently, small things here and there missing like cutlery on the table. Thanks Mr. Pinto for setting this buffet dinner.<br/>

We visited this place seeing a rating of 4.3 on Zomato. Frankly, when we got in, we felt a bit wary seeing that the restaurant only had 8-10 tables which made us feel it isn't a full fledged restaurant and it was kinda empty too (possibly because it was a Thursday).<br/>*But*, once they started serving our order, we thoroughly enjoyed the food - it was tasty, good quantity and very courteously served too. All in all, a wonderful restaurant.

A calm, silent place ideal to have lunch with friends or colleagues where the only sound you hear will be the clanking sound of your spoon/fork with the porcelain plate and the soft, slow paced music. The food is slightly expensive, nevertheless, anything you order is custom made by chefs specialized in that particular section of the menu.

Pathetic experience for the second time. I had orderd jade corn soup and tandoori gobi. Soup was average and instead of tandoori gobi they served paneer tikka and I asked them to correct the order .They made us to wait for half an hour. When they serverd the right dish it was raw and I found hair in it. Unhygienic place.

After searching more than half an hour finally found this veg restaurant. Checked reviews and few mentioned some must try items and we have tried.<br/><br/>We have ordered tomato sorab as soup but taste was not so great and then started with stater and I can say panner makmali roll was one of the must try item and we liked also. We have ordered spinach mushroom sauté and taste was good.<br/>Then ordered onion kulcha with makai khumb palak which was good. It's a restaurant attached to the hotel.<br/>As soon as I entered i found the ambience and the cleanliness very appealing.<br/>Then I proceeded to the restroom which was also very clean. (You can always judge a restaurant from how clean is it's restroom ;) )<br/>We ordered the Tomato Basil sorba to begin with which we found out of this world and not having the typical boring tomato soup taste.And I can bet you will feel relieved if you have it while you are down with cold :D.<br/>Then proceeded to the Paneer Makmalai roll which was also very innovative and delicious.It was basically Cheese stuffed with Paneer.A new dish in the veg world where you don't find new items everyday.<br/>Then arrived the mushroom pepper dry which was also yummy but it could have been less spicy 😀<br/>And lastly came the Veg Tawa Biryani.Although I couldn't understand how was it different than the normal veg Biryani but nevertheless it was also very soft and mildly spiced giving a happy ending to the late lunch!<br/>And last but not the least ,the Raita that accompanied our Biryani.It was the best item of the day.It is such an underrated dish that always people don't mention but it really made our day/Biryani ;)<br/><br/>So overall, a must visit place in Bangalore if you are a foodie who is vegetarian.Burp.

Situated in the heart of Jayanagar, it is one of the nicest places for a north Indian meal. We ordered clear soups and kabad platter for starters. Platter was very good, soup could have been better though. For mains, we ordered daal makhani and dum aloo. Both were aptly spiced. We also ordered guava spinter and shakes which were also okay. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hi I Am Chinmaye here , I am coming to this restaurant from almost 7 years , and every time their food quality is A1 . Nice environment, a very good behaviour from staff side . <br/>Cleanly kept . And I must say I enjoy their wall paintings .<br/>And not to be forgetting about their food , I always come here to eat babycorn sauté and fries ice cream ,never tasted like that anywhere else .<br/>I always look forward to come back over here.

Came here with a group of 11 for lunch. Ambience and service are quite good. Ordered a wide range of food, most of which was satisfactory - not too spicy, not too oily and served decently hot. The okra in the Bhindi Masala was not tender, and the cauliflower in the Tandoori Gobi was partially cooked. Rating would've been better had these issues not been.

Simple delicious food filled with flavours, great place for vegetarians. Dal kasturi and Makahai methi pulav are the best and must try. Courteous staff and simple ambience. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember so I thought I'll write a short review:<br/><br/>Soup: they have one of the best almond (or roasted almond) soup in Bangalore. You'll be hard pressed to find a better place that serves such good almond soup. If I had one gripe it would be that the soup could be slightly warmer.<br/><br/>Starter: Hara bara kebab is one of my favorite. Corn banarasi kebab was slightly spicy IMO but others seemed to enjoy it.<br/><br/>Main course:<br/>1. Garlic naan and kumti aloo masala was pretty good.<br/>2. Vice Roy special fried rice: this is their speciality and it is pretty evident why. It has a tinge of garlic and tastes wonderful!<br/><br/>Thanks for the great experience!<br/>
