Review Sante Spa Cuisine - Bengaluru

Being a regular at this spot, I have nothing but gushing words for this restaurant. The ambience and quality of food is top notch. It infuses fine dining and rustic wholesomeness so effortlessly. I will always come back to this restaurant any time I need a pick-me-up. The vegan options are plenty and appeasing to anyone with a highly strict diet restriction. The gazpacho here blew my taste buds away. I highly recommend this cold soup that somehow manages to make me feel like I'm receiving a warm hug everytime. :)

Good food, healthy and filling. A bit on the pricier side. The avacado burger was good with a side of bittergourd fries. The mayonnaise used was coyingly sweet. The thukpa though far from being authentic was a thin Chinese style soup. Was decent but overpriced for what it was. We had a soy milk shake which was refreshing. And unlike regular milkshakes was light and you could have a meal post the shake. Ambience is wonderful, only gripe were the mosquitoes in the section right opposite the kitchen. Secondly we had to really work to catch the attention of the staff as water was never refilled during our dinner service and even when we had to pay the bill the staff wasn't the most attentive. Busy weekend I guess. Overall good tasty guilt free eating

We visited Sante Spa Cuisine on a Saturday afternoon after hearing rave reviews about their healthy yet tasty food. The food, although priced on the higher side considering the portion size, tasted great. The menu is deftly curated with a wide variety. The nachos, Ratatouille bowl, pav bhaji, salted caramel mud cake and chocolate pie were the stars of the meal. Recommended for an occasional visit.

A super pretty veg-restaurant that would make for a perfect date place. The chic ambiance combined with a lot of greenery inside goes well with their vegetarian and healthy eating theme. As a non-vegetarian, I surprisingly loved their food apart from a couple of desserts. Their menu read quite healthy and nutritious which was nice. Most of the food they had was gluten free, and the menu had a lot of vegan options too. A few things that we ordered and quite liked: Avocado dynamite sushi rolls, mushroom and eggplant onigiri, golden truffled dumplings, farm fresh pizza (sourdough). Their 'rejuvenating' beverage was quite rejuvenating for me, although the passion fruit cheesecake and chocolate matcha truffle 'forest' was simply terrible. It's indeed hard to make a healthier version of a dessert while retaining its taste. The salted caramel mud cake was quite good though. All in all, it was a very different experience for me which I quite liked and I'd definitely visit it again to try something new off their menu.

Wonderful Place: It is a pet friendly place too where you can take your pet and sit on outside chairs. Overall service is amazing and it matched by taste of all food products available here. My personal favourite is Ragi Base Pizza and Fresh Fruit and Nut Bhel. This is the best and healthy place I have ever been to eat.

Loved the variety and delectable vegetarian dishes. We tried their dimpsum and apple pie, both so good that we ordered more. I’d go back here anyday. Undoubtedly our fav place to eat when in Bengaluru.

It's an amazing experience, the staff is good. The ambiance is great. Service is fast. They have a lot of options. We tried the Jain and vegan options. If you are looking for amazing jain food this is the place. I think it's a bit on the expensive side but it's an experience you can pay for. Overall this is a place I would like to visit again

I recently visited Sante Spa, Indiranagar, it's an awesome place for vegan and Jain food. The food served are delicious and healthy. The host was very nice and served the food with great love. He also suggested us the pav bhaji which was super delicious, nutritious and different. Highly recommended for healthy plant based vegan food.

In my opinion Santé Spa Cuisine is the best pure Vegan restaurant in Bangalore. Every dish we ordered is tasty. Hope the restaurant management continues to maintain such quality, hygiene and ambience for lot more years to come. Keep it up.

This is a heaven on earth for vegans ,
I love the hummus and khakara along with the pizza verde and the spaghetti.
Great variety of food and helpful and kind staff . One thing to improve on is the portion size . Otherwise all good .
This is my favourite restaurant, just love it !

Last two weekends, I have been revisiting some of my faves, but this is the first new eatery, I ventured into amidst this covid haze!

The restaurant has a nice clean feel to it, the outdoor section has a vertical garden wall and was comfy, despite the afternoon heat. The indoor section is pretty too, with the calming pastel shades and tasteful decor.

The guard does check the temperature and you have several sanitizer bottles placed all over. The serving staff wear only masks/gloves, unlike other places (Smoke house, Bologna etc) where they also wore face shields.

Menus are contactless and interestingly the url goes to the Zomato page! So that was convenient.

For drinks we ordered a probiotic buttermilk and a organic hot toddy. The buttermilk was awesome, the toddy was a little too bitter even for my 'i will try anything' pallette!

For starters, we got the fruit and nut bhel and the harissa cottage cheese saute. While I like the asthetics of using wooden bowls and plates to serve, even the plates are wooden and my friend and me did wonder about the cleaning of these, guess we are habituated to metal and ceramics!

Anyways the bhel was excellent and interesting, lots of crunch and texture. The paneer was good, but then it was like a fancier paneer tikka you would eat.

For mains we split a green curry with rice and got a side of veggies. The curry was tasty, with just a hint of heat and I liked the fluffy brown rice (the server, explained the technique they use)

We ended the meal with a passion fruit cheesecake, which we inhaled in a jiffy. The cheesecake here was very light and almost moussecake like, but nevertheless excellent!

The food is a wee pricey esp for vegetarian/vegan food, but the quality and portions were ample for 2 to share.

Service was brisk and efficient.

Ambience-8.5
Food-9
Service-8.5

Overall-8.5
Lof vegan and gluten free options; good service and very nice ambience! Plus it's pet friendly!
Appreciate the safety measures.
It's my second time visit to this place and I still love the place. I visit this place when I want a clean (detoxifying) and healthy option even while eating out. It provides amazing vegan options. Their smoothie bowls are to die for. Today I ordered Mediterranean quinoa salad, hot chocolate and yogurt with pineapple. I loved the salad most. Perfect dressing and amount and quality was great. But the yoghurt with pineapple was not worth of the price paid. Hot chocolate was good but it's bit of on the sweeter side. Ordered chocolate smoothie too which is good but it's very heavy, so guys order it if you are a true chocolate lover. Ambience was good as always and staff were really helpful while ordering. During this quarantine situation, they were following all the safety protocols.
Surabhi
Tried the pesto pizza with raagi base, chlorophyll dim-sums, asparagus soup, the beet root and spinach hummus and the coconut jaggery ice cream. This place is worth a second visit. The only disappointment was the soup.
Sukanya Padhi
Over all it was amazing experience. I havent expected it to have so many options but it was beyond expectation. Loved it!

Vegan heaven is hidden in the busy streets of Indiranagar. The ambiance gets a straight 4.5/5 from my side. The staff hospitality is amazing. They are soft-spoken, calm and patient. I would recommend spending a good amount of time with the menu because their options are mouth-watering. We went with beetroot and spinach hammus. We followed this with a portion of oven-baked potatoes and then the main course was Thai curry with rice. The dessert was a good surprise - Red Berry Sorbet, you have to see the picture to understand what I am talking about here.

Ambiance: 4.5/5
Food: 4.5/5
Hospitality: 4/5

The only thing missing was hand sanitizer. While it might be something simple, I think to offer a dab of hand sanitizer for customers who walk-in would be perfect for the current situation

Being a non vegetarian I avoid going to places that do not serve non veg when I dine out. We didn't realise Sante doesn't serve non-veg until we saw the menu. However when I saw the menu the dissapontment quickly dissapeared. There menu is huge. We ordered a farm fresh pizza, moringa protein shake and tofu ratatouille bowl. Everything was delicious. The straws are made out of leaves which was a first for me. All the ingredients are fresh and organic. It has become one of our go to places.

Visited the place yesterday. Having really loved the cuisine, I've indulged in a lot of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food. A great spot in Bangalore being Fresh Pressery Cafe at Koramangala.
We ordered the cherry blast and Belgian dark chocolate smoothie bowls, Pesto Verde pizza and the "recommended" beetroot hummus and khakra.
To my disappointment the food was nothing short of terrible!
Pizza was burnt on all ends, not just the crusts, flavour was minimal (thank god they give the Tabasco without you asking), the smoothie bowls were heavy, lacked flavour and had a lot of ingredients that didn't work for me.
The hummus only tasted of garlic and olive oil making beetroot or spinach only an ingredient for colour.
The staff unfortunately saw this, didn't offer any form of compensation which in case of premium restaurants is a common practice considering they want to give you an amazing dining experience. The food for the price especially was definitely one of the worst I've had. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Preparing a menu for an all vegetarian and vegan restaurant isn’t an easy task and to make everything tasty is a challenge in itself. Sante Spa have definitely outdone themselves. The food is palette-able, fresh and you walk away feeling healthy. Their concept is unique and they’ve definitely upped the #honestlyhealthy game in Bangalore! Kudos.

Good food, great ambience - the overall experience was great so much so that you miss the need of alochol and non vegetarian food which anyways everybody realises that you need to cut down on

Perhaps the best vegetarian food in city💁
Sunshal67
Small villa turned vegan organic cafe. Beautiful decor. Excellent service. Had the Burmese khauswe and a vegan pizza with a non wheat base. Thin crisp and special. Lots of toppings. Packed for lunch on a Sunday.

Nice place with healthy and tasty veggie food

Sante Spa provides that fourth dimension missing in the food. Eyes, mind, taste buds and heart, all are so touched by the food they serve.
All the food items in the menu are a perfect blend of satvik, simple, taste and health.

Loved the food, especially the betroot and spinach hummus. Our server Rukshal was especially amazing recommending multiple dishes that we loved.

Rukshan was an amazing person.. the dishes he suggested were amazing ex ragi pizza the taste was mouth watering and healthy

Went here with very high expectations after reading reviews. Being vegetarian, I was very excited with the menu. There were however some hits and some misses.
Ambience was good but was very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Service was prompt. Coming to the main thing; the food. We ordered bread basket with dips. Skip the charcoal bread. Others were ok. Dips were normal. Only the jam made of jamun stood out. We then ordered the famous hummus. It tasted like the regular hummus with lil bit of extra flavour. Then the chlorophyll dumpling. U will like this only if u like Thai curry (I’m not a big fan so...) the lettuce cups and avacado salad were just ok. We then had desserts. Gulkand cheesecake base was impossible to eat although the flavour of cheesecake itself was good. Chocolate cake was decent. Absolutely loved the watermelon and rasmalai sandwich. That was the dish of the day for me and might go back only to eat that.
The total cost for all this was about 3 k which is pricey
Agrima
The black and white hummus was a very different dish, and the Bhel and Thai green curry were delectable!

###A nice quaint place in Indiranagar.

###The place should definitely be on the list of people who like eating healthy as their entire menu is based on the same.

###The ambiance and service were great.

We tried the following dishes there,

MUST HAVES:-

👉🏻Beetroot and spinach hummus with Khakra crisps

👉🏻Crunchy mushroom dimsums

👉🏻The green pao bhaji

👉🏻Avocado dynamite sushi

👉🏻Salted caramel mud cake

AVERAGE DISHES:-

👉🏻Crunchy chlorophyll dimsums in red gravy

👉🏻Roasted tomato and garlic broth

👉🏻Farm Fresh pizza

👉🏻Tibetan thukpa inspired herb soup

DISHES NO ONE LIKED:-

👉🏻Zucchini noodles, hemp pesto

👉🏻Jaggery ice cream

Their coffee and freshly minted lemonade were great as well!

Really great food. Healthy and tasty!!

We walked in without a reservation but got a table almost immediately and the food was timely and hot.
The following are the dishes we ordered:
Mediterranean Quinoa - was great. a 2nd plate was brought to s by mistake and we kept it because it was so tasty.
Farm Fresh Pizza - lots of veggies - thin crust - good taste
Pizza Verde - mostly green veggies ( broccoli etc) - not that great.
beetroot and spinach hummus - awesome
chlorophyll dimsums - not worth the hype
Garlic bread with low fat cheese - yum
valhona chocolate pie - this was basically choco mousse with a pie crust - but was super tasty.

Our steward was Rukshal who was pretty polite and offered us helpful suggestions along with helping to serve us the food so the service was appreciated.
we wanted to order the Bombay sandwich but were advised that the pizza would be better.

All in all I would recommend this place but it aint cheap in other words it will cost you (a lot) :)

Great food. I was amazed at the pizza. The desert too was delicious. Who said vegan food has to be boring! They seem to have a wide choice and place was nicely done as well. I would have given it a rating of 5 except that it is a bit pricey. Do try.
Namratha Pm
Very nice food and I love the way you have everything available according to your taste.Hummus is must try and chocolate cake too. I loved the soup too. Do try their ragi crisps
Blrfoodcrawl
The food is undoubtedly good but I feel it burns a hole in your pocket and doesn't fill your stomach either. The food is good but portion size can be improved to make it worth the high pricing.

Great food! We went here for lunch and the service and food was excellent. The beet root hummus, the Capri salad and Thai green curry were awesome. We also had the baked yogurt for dessert and it was yummm! Strongly recommend this place. Will be there again!

Outstanding menu. Perfect vegan place with excellent staffing and service.
The beet root and spinach hummus was mind blowing.
I somehow didn’t like the farm fresh pizza. Didn’t really have much flavour to it.
Rest everything was absolutely wonderful.

It was on a Sunday evening in the Christmas weekend. Was planning for a good dine out for dinner. Have found the place over Zomato and have booked a table. Soon i reach the outlet, got my table with zero waiting time. The ambiance of the outlet was beautiful, well decorated with lights. The outlet was well cleaned and well maintained. Coming to the food, had ordered Creamy avocado bisque, Stir fry of broccoli and mushrooms, Quinoa sushi rolls, Multi grain roti, onion and dill (served with Methi paneer) and ended with a cup of jasmine tea. All the foods were served at perfect temperature and the presentation was pretty. Coming to the taste, all the items were pretty good. The efficiency of service was good. Behaviors of staffs were decent. Had a perfect time to end my Christmas weekend. Here's my drill down review.

Ambiance: 5/5
Cleanliness: 5/5
Availability of food: 5/5
Taste of food: 5/5
Presentation of food: 5/5
Efficiency of service: 4.5/5
Worth of money: 5/5
Must try: Stir fry broccoli and mushrooms, Multi grain roti, onion and dill

Note to management: I would love to see the attention of staffs towards us and pro activeness.

Visited Sante Spa on a Thursday afternoon and was quite surprised to see the place packed even on a weekday. Ambience is very good, comfortable seating which is spread out.

Coming to the food we ordered the chlorophyll Dimsum, Mushroom with roasted garlic, Tibetan thukpa inspired herbal soup, The Capri pizza and the caramel glazed mud pie. The food on the whole was absolutely delicious. The pizza was ok at best, but that is just my personal bias owing to the fact that I expected a cheese filled pizza at a restaurant that prides itself for healthy and wholesome food.

A lot of gluten-free and vegan options available. One of the few places in Bangalore where I do feel that a lot of thought has been put while creating the menu. It's an exhaustive list and I will definitely be back to try more dishes. Pricing is a tad expensive, but given the quality and taste of the food, I personally have no problems paying the extra buck.

Food - 5/5
Ambience - 4.5/5
Service - 5/5

Always a treat eating here. Each dish is so exquisite with the dips and sides complementing each other perfectly! I wouldn't have had a veg sushi ever, but the Quinoa sushi roll was amazing. Black charcoal burger with a bean pattie was the highlight of the meal.. Have been here a couple of times but there is still so much to look forward to for next time!

A great place for Vegan food lovers. As soon as you enter the place you feel peace and calm. Place is overall very beautiful. This was my first time I ever tried Vegan food. My favorite was the sushi. Everything felt very hygienic. Carrot and orange juice literally impressed me. It is a must try for anyone who visits this place. I didnt like pumpkin gravy and rice as much. But salad was amazing (Dont remember the name). Only thing I wish was that quality was a little more. Although i understand with vegan and quality of food they serve it might not be very much possible but still. A little bit more please :P I will still give them 5 stars as it is a great effort and you see that as soon as you arrive to this place.
Prashant
Sante Spa Cuisine, a cafe where they serve healthy vegetarian food with various options in vegan and alkaline food. I really loved the multigrain khakra chips served with spinach hummus. The chlorophyll dimsums were also very yummy. This place is for people who prefer healthy and want to experience different kind of food.

The ambience of this place is beautiful. I couldn't take my eyes off mesmerizing it's beauty. The food was healthy as well as delicious. It's a quite place specially for people who do not like loud music. The mushroom dumplings were "😍🤤😍🤤"

Ambience and Interiors perfectly going with the mood of the restaurant.
Good food and service. Lovely presentation of the food.
Can get a little noisy as it gets very crowded. Isn't very easy on the pocket but delicious fresh food which at the end of day is worth the price i guess.
Nupur Bahuguna
For me ambience of this place and overall environment that this place offers was the biggest plus point. Absolutely Loved this place . Food was also amazing and freshly prepared.

What a great place..... The paneer cheese Chilla, Methi thepla with amrood ki sabji and khichda were to die for. Its a great place for vegetarians and must visit if you are in bangalore.

Food was okayish and Kombucha was frothy instead of being bubbly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience but the food could have been better.

There’s nothing not to love about this place! The food, the menu curation, the staff, the ambience, everything is fantastic.
The food is unbelievably good! Interesting dishes with perfect flavour combinations. Usually I’m wary of places with very extensive menus, but Sante Spa is definitely an exception to the rule. Everything I’ve eaten here so far has been top notch! Need more places like this is Bangalore.
Swathi Mutalik
The first time I heard about this place, I thought hmm that’s an unusual name! When I saw their menu I was even more curious.. how can a restaurant have such a healthy menu! In the age of junk food, it’s so refreshing to see such an innovative menu with such creative dishes. And when I ate at sante spa cuisine finally, I was completely bowled over. Delicious food, amazing variety and as I can’t stop saying.. very creative dishes. Being a person who is completely into healthy eating, I am a huge huge fan of this place now. I recently had a chance to try their avocado salad, my god I haven’t eaten anything as fresh as that before in a restaurant. I just hope that sante spa opens some more outlets across Bangalore. You guys have definitely taken healthy eating to a new high. Also a special mention to the wonderful staff and lovely ambience. Must try on their menu- a chocolate pie made out of buckwheat flour and the super delectable beetroot and spinach hummus!
V Krishna Hasita
For someone who has just gone vegan, this place is a lifesaver, and way less expensive than one would expect it to be. Loved everything from the soup to the mains and dessert. Going to keeping coming back.

Oh and they play the best Carnatic and Hindustani fusion music! Need to ask them next time what the titles are called, because the music here is really good too.

Food was amazing, especially "Black and White Moroccan Hummus" was one to die for and even liked the concept of straws made up of leaves. "Rukshal" was very polite and had such a happy face which can lighten anyone's mood. Give him a raise, he deserves that :) Would love to visit again and this place is for sure recommended. #Thumbsup

Dining in this place was such peace , beautiful aesthetics, great food never tasted before , mind-blowing combinations like Hommus comes with khakhra and such concerned staff to keep a track of your allergies likes and dislikes. Thank you Sante for your Hospitality truly deserved. Have a great 2020!!!!

What a quaint little place! Loved the food! Yummy! Will definitely go again.
The Bombay sandwich was super delicious. There were some bitter gourd chips served along with it. It was super crisp and tasty.
The sauteed mushrooms were super tasty! The garlic in it complimented the dish perfectly.
The hot toddy was refreshing and heart warming.
All smiles:)

So, I ordered this avocado burger and some dim sum in red curry..their presentation was very good, the taste was awesome and food combining expertise was appreciable. Also, they have vegan, gluten-free and keto options for your convenience which give them an edge over another restaurants.

Review - A minimalistic, cozy, green (in every sense of the term) cafe that reeks of an effervescent calm right from the moment you get in. This is rightly called a 'Spa cuisine' cafe, as those spa vibes can be felt while dining with copper cutlery, surrounded by vertical gardens, with melodious music in the background. The food is lip-smacking delicious, extremely light on the tummy, and filling. Do not make the mistake of planning to order a 3-course meal here, as small quantities of anything is very filling and satisfying. The food doesn't make you feel bloated and heavy. It just fills you up real fast. They also have multiple seating options with different ambiances to choose from which is so damn cool.

Taste - A heartsome, wholesome reward to the taste buds, gut, and senses. Very seldom will you find a place that satisfies all three at the same time. You should come to this place if you've won or achieved something, and not just like that. At least that's what I feel. This is award-winning food. You will not feel heavy or bloated after the meal unless you intentionally overeat. The food is mild, but not bland; filling, but does not make you bloated and heavy; satisfying, but does not make you crave more.

Ambiance and seating - They have 2 (or three I think, but I haven't been upstairs yet) different ambiances to choose from. One is outdoor, and the other is indoor. The indoor seats could be closer to the table and the chairs could be a bit higher. Apart from that, it's all fine and great. They have fine melodious music playing all the time at just the right volume. They even have open-air seating to take advantage of that fine Bangalore weather during winter months. Outdoor seating has you surrounded with hues of brown and green with vertical gardens and woody furniture all over.

Staff- I've been here twice, and staff treatment greatly varied during each visit. The first time I was here, we were treated royally right from the beginning, during our meal and right towards the end. There was a fine gentleman who was constantly in touch with us all throughout the experience, and kept coming back and asking how each dish tasted and if it lived up to our expectations. He even very helpfully filtered and summarized their extremely varied menu, which can be quite a task to choose from, given the crazy variety of dishes and cuisines.

During the second visit, in the absence of the courteous gentleman from the first time, treatment from general staff members and waiters was usual and standard.

Pricing - It is a bit on the higher side for the price-conscious. This is, after all, Spa cuisine, and is meant to not just nourish your taste buds, but improve your nutrition levels, helping in detoxification, etc, and so must be seen not just as a restaurant but as a Farm-acy. If you go with this mindset, the price seems totally fair.

Variety - Their menu is extensively huge and is almost like an encyclopedia with different cuisines to choose from, along with subcategories of food inside of each cuisine, could leave some of you mind-boggled, and too perplexed to even choose what to eat; and that's where the courteous gentleman and staff come in handy. Also, you will notice that some of the items have been repeated in some sections but without certain ingredients to conform to the classification for that section. This confused me real hard in the beginning, but I got a hang of it later on.

My wife & I visited this place for lunch recently and we loved it. It has a wonderful combination of tasty, healthy & wide range of dishes/ingredients to choose from. We had their soup, jowar/ragi biscuits, momos in red sauce, beetroot humus. Everyone one of the dishes was delicate & flavorful. We certainly will visit again with kids and hope to sample other items on the menu - it may take a few visits just to taste their wonderful array of items on offer. A veritable treat for people on various type of diet preferences - vegans, gluten free, jain, etc.
