Review Starbucks - Bengaluru

Roshni Gupta
Liked the ambience here. The store is in 2 floors. I went here in the afternoon and it wasn’t crowded at all. You can sit and work here without distractions.

I mean it’s a starbucks. Everything ‘special’ here is not special. My Mocha was very frothy and had no definite weight to get a feel in my mouth. Obviously, the placement of the shop is good, and the employees were convivial but you come here for the coffee. Not for the employee’s right? 😮‍💨

Starbuck chruchstreet has a best customer service and my barista rishabh makes the bestest java chip ever not just that he has the prettiest smile when he greets people. Great coffee Great Service! :)

Been here to meet my team mates and work out of here. The top floor is usually quiet and good in case you want to do some work. Also, there is a separate cabin-like room on the first floor where almost 5-6 people can sit. Food is good, usual stuff of Starbucks but nice place overall

I ordered an ice green tea latte and they were just too much ice. But the shop is calm during afternoon, they have a first floor with electric outlets for charging (there're also people working).

Came in here to have coffee and read a book. The ambience here is cozy, ended up spending hours here reading my book. It was my first time in Starbucks and didn't have a clue about what to get for myself, Rishabh was very helpful and recommended me Java Chip Frappuccino which tasted amazing. Staff in general are really friendly. Would definitely come here again.

Recently attended Free Coffee and Food Tasting session with Starbucks! They are overrated but completely worth it. Stores and kitchen is well maintained and Barista's are really friendly.

It was a really nice and warm experience. The staff treated me well. Thanks to Akshay and Rishabh. It’s my consecutively second visit in two days which itself express my love for this place.

Located in a good place. Must try But there is no car parking at this location. Should park next to the metro station.

Easily one of my go to places to chill. The cafe is usually less crowded even during church street rush hours ( which is a huge plus for me). The service is pretty good. Grab a seat on the upper floor near the window and you got yourself a pretty chill coffee date.
Shirish Jani
Visited this place on Church street to ground some coffee bean that I purchased abroad and was told that any Starbucks outlet in the world will grind it for us. Siddharth at the counter was welcoming and immediately helped with that. While beans were being processed, we ordered two different varieties of coffee which were upto the standard. Place was not crowded on a weekday late afternoon so that helped. Special shout out to Siddharth for his helpful attitude.

Yet another Starbucks food coffee joint where in you can sip in some coffee and munch in some snacks but yeah everything is priced on the higher side so make sure you are comfortable with that before you visit.

Excellent, Very good service and attitude. The coffee was good as usual. Very nice place and polite behaviour of staffs. Very neat and tidy. Less crowded place.

Starbucks- as the name suggests one must go only if they have bucks worthy like stars! I mean if you have money just to throw away, you can spend time here. Wi-fi was not working, Coffee gets cold with so many add-ons. The coffee doesn't remain coffee! it becomes something else! If I were to eat one sandwich, it would never fill my stomack even after spending more than Rs 400 for one of those items!

I'll start by saying I love Starbucks, it's my go-to place to get work done and I love the drinks. But my past two visits to the church street location have been pretty bad :/<br/><br/>I've had the hazelnut cocoa praline drink before - I had it recommended by the Koramangala Branch, and absolutely loved it. So I ordered it at the church street location, and it didn't resemble the drink I'd loved at all. I think the milk was steamed too long, which can end up burning the milk. It wasn't frothy, really flat milk, tasted off, and I felt like it didn't have that hazelnut mocha flavor, almost at all. I didn't want to get it changed, so I just left it to a one-off time from the barista (though I know Starbucks honors your satisfaction first, and I should've asked!). <br/><br/>The second visit there, yesterday, I ordered the same thing - now I almost didn't want to visit this branch again but I had some work around MG road and the seating here is better than the Koramangala branch (Major problem!! Otherwise I'd frequent Kora more). I topped up and paid with my Starbucks rewards card, and I realized I had a free drink upgrade expiring that day. Usually, when I use my card at Kora, my cashier will let me know about my offers/upgrades and ask if I want to redeem anything. <br/><br/>Here, I didn't realize until she had given me my receipt - which, if she'd given me one as soon as I topped up my card at least I'd have seen, but she gave me all my receipts (top-up receipt, payment receipt) after my drink order was placed. So I asked my cashier if it was possible to upgrade the drink, and she told me it was my responsibility to tell her about any offers. At this point, my drink wasn't made, and I told her since it expires today I'd appreciate it if she could check, to which she was still insistent she can't do anything. I asked if I could maybe speak to the manager, since maybe this wasn't in her control and I understood that, to which she told me she was the manager, and at this point, she reluctantly switched the cups and told the barista to upgrade the drink. <br/><br/>So it gets worse :/ My barista made the wrong drink - I only realized because there was no whipped cream (usually they call out the drink) -  and when I asked her, she realized she'd made the wrong drink and took it back. Except I can see her tell her manager she had accidentally made a hot chocolate, to which her 'fixing it' was adding a few pumps of syrup to the drink (I think it was mocha syrup, it was all at the bottom of my cup), and topping it with whipped cream. It literally tasted nothing like the hazelnut cocoa praline - I'm pretty sure there's supposed to be an expresso shot in there, I didn't taste any hazelnut, and it had the same burnt milk taste. At this point, I couldn't tell them about the drink since it felt like the 'fix' was a response to my asking for the upgrade, so I just left it at that. <br/><br/>Overall, I felt like the service was really sub-par, totally not what I'd expect with Starbucks - Which is really unfair because I know this location gets a lot of traffic, and the seating is great, so it makes me sad I can't visit it more.

Got a chance to visit this place when they had an offering running. Outlet is spacious and the location is strategic. Have a walk around MG road and take a quite break at this place.

Firstly for 2-3 mins, there was noone at the counter. After that taking and giving the order took a long time. It was Saturday night and expected the staff to be more ready for customers but didnt have a great experience

Good place to sit and relax.coffee and snacks are really good. It is well located in church street. Difficult to fina a place to sit on weekends. But the coffee and ambience makes up for it. Really love d the place.

Starbucks - the name itself is more than enough to attract you for a short stay in order to read books, work for sometime and just enjoy their offerings. But this outlet is special because the whole Starbucks experience exceeds one's cafe experience. Generally people will post reviews regarding food, drinks, ambience and so on. But this post of mine is to appreciate the great customer service experience provided by - THE STAFF!!!! 🙂.<br/><br/>They are super friendly - know how to treat every damn customer well (I have observed this!). I generally have Iced Americano ( apna Black Coffee) in any cafe and you know the taste would not change from cafe to cafe. But I ensure that I stop by here after buying books from Blossoms for a quick book read just because I feel welcomed here ♥️. Thank you for this amazing experience.<br/>

Starbucks is my usual place to go, but my first visit to this outlet wasn't good. I ordered cappuccino which was too sweet that I had to order again and ever after that it was almost the same. Also I got keema wrap which was very normal and basic. Not worth money!
Zainab Feroz
Just another one of the starbucks outlets. This place is spread over two floors. The service is decent. The location is the best psrt about it. You cam stroll along brigade road and then enjoy a nice cup of coffee here.

Starbucks has a whole world in itself. You enter and you're transformed into this different version of work-chill-hangout vibe. Someone's highlighting their scuool books, someone is engrossed in that thriller novels, someone is selling their startup idea and someone is just catching up with an old friend over a hot cup of mocha. I have never seen a better cafe ambience than Starbucks anywhere till date. The smell of fresh coffee, good songs in the background, beige and coffee colour tones around and just a bunch of non judgmental strangers. If only the coffees here weren't priced at gold rates, I would happily give it a 5 star!
Suryakiran S
This is an excellent place. They provide free wifi. Many people come here to talk business or to work. It's a calm place isolated from the city. The ambience is soothing. But the coffee prices are sky high. The coffee is not even worth 20-30 bucks where you end up paying 300-400. I don't recommend this place unless you have hell lot to spend.
Karthik Shetty
Best barista of Starbucks bangalore are in this place for sure . Love their service . The new barista special every week are amazing. I loved the combination of strawberry and hazelnut.
Justbangaloring
MUST HAVE<br/>• Signature hot chocolate<br/>•Strawberry Frappuccino <br/>•Cappuccino <br/>Most refreshing snd tasty drinks ever!<br/>They never fail to deliver quality!<br/>There’s two floors of seating<br/>Buzzing with people always .<br/>Free wifi is also offered.<br/>Lots of working crowd also here on a daily basis.

While I don’t regularly find myself at Starbucks, when I was near mg road metro station the eye catching building inspired me to try it out.<br/>I ordered hazelnut drink with a croissant which was real good as for the drink I was at the very least expecting a caffeine rush with notes of hazelnut and mocha but I didn’t feel that<br/>Overall the place has a good ambiance
Karunesh Joshi
There is something about the brand that I have always adored! The brand keeps setting benchmark for it's quality and service. This outlet is unlike the rest and doesn't care for basic needs nor does it have an eye on service. I think supervision and proper training as per the brand standards are missing! If you are in love with Starbucks, then please DO NOT visit this outlet to ensure that you keep loving the brand!
Monisha Jain
I had a good experience there. I like the coffees here. And I liked the ambience. They tasted really well. The staff members were polite and kind.
Navaz L.
Probably the first Starbucks in the city. Usually very crowded! Good friendly staff. Good variety of savory snacks! Great place for meetings and meet ups! Can sit for ages without anyone bothering you!
Sayonna Bhutia
Friendly staff, good ambience. Great choices for drinks as well as appetizers. A little expensive for budget. Overall a good once in a month type. 3.5/5
Anjolie
I guess this is just an over-hyped brand. Coffee is definitely not upto the mark. We can get better coffees at many other cafes in Bangalore. The cappuccino here is just milk, a lot of foam with a hint of coffee and hazelnut cocoa coffee was just some chocolate drink.
Aadityan R
Being a student, a bit difficult to digest and afford their high priced coffee. But have tried once when they had their 100th shop inaugurated in India, had the drink for 100Rs. We all went together expecting high standards in their drinks, but the drinks we had after a long wait that day was not at all worth 100bucks. None of us liked our drinks because of the watery taste of our drinks, because of flavourless nature of our drinks, because all differently named drinks tasted the same in the end. But the ambiance is cool and peaceful, worth visiting.<br/>A few weeks after this, one of my coffee addicted friend happened to visit this place for a coffee.<br/>The ambiance and service was quite good, but he didn't receive what he expected it to be, what descriptions said it to be.<br/>Now I understood something which was common in my experience aswell as his, they had awesome names for different products, but I'm doubtful in what they serve.<br/>Starbucks, a big name in coffee worldwide shouldn't try to make something just for the sake of making it. People expect more professionality in brewing the best coffee. Where should all the people go to get the professionally made coffees?<br/>
Sarah Mouazzam
Very good staff and perfect ambience for a coffee shop <br/>Good crowd and nice music too <br/>My Frappuccino had just the right amount of coffee in it and it wasn’t bitter at all <br/>Always a good frappe w my whipped cream
EatRegretRepeat
The best thing about this place is the ambience. They take you all the way away from chaos of city to a calm place where you can relax, do your work or anything. The drinks are no doubt good and the best thing about the drinks I like is the fresh cream over the drink it's yummy :)
Adidev Singh
Starbucks is the place to be for coffee lovers and for non coffee lovers alike! :p their service is quick, their menus for both food and beverages is very extensive and the price is justified.<br/>That would bust the "Myth" that the place is overhyped because of it's price tags however so is clearly not the case.<br/>The ambience can put some 5 star hotels to shame and so can it's food.<br/>My all time favourite is the Hibiscus Iced Tea with Grenadine pearls and for me it works like wine and Cheese with the Ham Croissant.. It is something I can eat all time all day!!
Vrushali Patil
Loved the ambience.. Much spacious...Best place to spend with your dear ones...<br/><br/>I liked Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and Vanilla creme Frappuccino was not that good ... Even the Red velvet pastry is quite good..<br/><br/>Do follow @explorewithketan1 on Instagram.. A food blog to explore various cuisines in Bangalore 😋

Perfect atmosphere. Great coffee. Great ambience. Spread across two floors. It gets really crowded on weekends, finding a seat becomes difficult at that time. The staff is courteous and friendly. It's a perfect spot for meetup. Though I wouldn't recommend you to go there for sitting and completing your work there, because of all the chattering going on.
Alicia Anna Kuriakose
A fan of Starbucks since childhood. The more I have Starbucks stuffs, the more I starve for it. A tall Signature Hot Chocolate, a tiny Tiramisu, a book to read then I'm the happiest person around. Starbucks's hot chocolate makes me literally addicted to it at the same time the best drink to wake you up and refresh your mind. My lifeline!
Abhishek Mali
Tried the Mocha Frappucinno<br/>Pretty good. Neither too overwhelming nor too displeasing.<br/>The service was quick. Decor is classy.<br/>Most of the top floor was filled with people working from their laptop, which made the place a bit boring. So we decided to sit at the ground floor.<br/>And usual Starbucks misspelled my name
Rizwanamistry29
Ambience, service, food in short all over I give a 💯Best place to chill out with friends. relax , meetings goes on ... for all age groups
Arush Reddy
Amazing atmosphere. A complete chill out place with friends and even for work. The prices are a little high for a few drinks. But a really nice place
Shubhangi Arora
Amazing place to hangout with friends. <br/>Courteous and friendly Staff ☺️ <br/>Java chip- 5/5<br/>White Mocha- 5/5<br/>Overall experience - 5/5<br/>Totally worth the money !

This Starbucks outlet is located at a prime location at the entrance of church street from the Brigade Road side and is one of my favorite places to just sit and relax or chat with friends.<br/><br/>They serve a good variety of coffee, in multiple sizes, though they need to adapt better to the Indian palate, in terms of the flavors.<br/><br/>My favourites here are the Hazelnut Latte and the Caramel Praline Latte. While its definitely pricey, it's a good place to socialize with friends or just catch up on reading a book and take a break.
Hogtown✨🍽️
discussion or simply hangout with friends. The staff is friendly and does know what you want if you visit on regular basis. They remember you and that what makes the service factor really important. One thing Starbucks lack is eating options apart from the range of coffee and tea they have. I believe they can do better in terms of food. I would however like to highlight that 3 things at Starbucks are my most favourite<br/>1. Egg Chicken ham croissant<br/>2. Almond butterscotch cookie<br/>3. Caramel Mocchatio
Coffee Addict
one gentleman asked to leave from the coffee house . He could hv asked politely not to eat , simply threatening people not going to work . It’s damaging our being Indian ideology & ethics!! No doubt Starbucks has strict policy towards bringing outside food 🥘! It simply hurts the Indian image .if Starbucks wants to make money 💰 they should really concentrate on customers feedback unlike throwing away half eaten food 🥘 while someone is busy doing his own stuff . I have attached photos too for the reference . Someone from Zomato deleted it .it's not fair .

I really loved the place, it's all cool and relaxing inside. People quite often say that it's expensive but I don't think so because what they serve is amazing and worth paying. My pick is always their signature hot chocolate it's just amazing until you end up ordering the venti size because you won't be able to finish that ever😂
Uvais M.H
Awesome place for hangout with friends and even taste also it's really great and fresh aromatic espresso makes my day fresh.. I would like to take always double shout esperreso
The Foodaholic Muffin
My first expierience at Starbucks. Few days ago I came to bangalore for some work and was exploring brigade road area and I found starbucks. Friendly staff, service was quick too, it was raining outside and inside I was enjoying with Coffee and eg white ham which was yumm...

An absolute favourite of ours. This is the space where startups are born and romances are firmed. We have spent almost 3 years here, with a visit at least once a week! it has been our office space, space for meetings as well as space for a few of our friends to meet their respective partners. This is one of the larger Starbucks in the city. Primely located on Church street, the starbucks has a neat ground floor and first floor. They have excellent staff with Sunil, being one of the longest serving members who always knows what we want to order, ensures its done quickly and served fresh! the quality of coffee cannot be doubted, the WIFI is used by almost everyone who steps in. There are groups of friends, or young cofounders usually here all day long figuring our their life and careers. It is clean and well maintained and the AC is usually spot on as swell. Definitely a space you must visit if you are looking for good coffee, easy ambience, quiet spaces, ambience music, good company that doesn't disturb you.
Ulfet Tirmizi
Average coffee shop. The chai tea latte was lukewarm, not hot, and had way too much sugar. The hot chocolate was decent. All the plug points don't work and the place has a run-down feel. Seating isn't comfortable. Attaching a pic from Mecca tea stall in Johnson Market which had much better tea at 1/10th the cost.
Aishwarya Tingal
I'm a big an of Starbucks! But this outlet somehow never fails to disappoint :/ Save yourself the trouble n go to the Indiranagar outlet instead for better service, better drinks and better crowd :) Unless of course u r stuck in CBD
Mukund Nayak
Starbucks has a special place in heart for the generosity it has for its members. Love their service, coffee, and cafe ... Man! They give you so much value for money which is not funny.<br/><br/>Some call it expensive, I have had more coffees that are free here! Well loyalty is really appreciated and admired by this Coffee gaint!<br/><br/>Internet, staff, ambience and culture! Of course Coffee! Do Try Cold Brews!
Mohammed Younus (MYFoodMemoir)
What some might see as expensive coffee, I see them as quality coffee with king of hospitality. Extremely understanding staff and a whole host of great options to pick from. <br/>This place has unique feel to it, they house many avid readers like me and plenty budding entrepreneurs often. <br/><br/>I love their blacked iced tea lemonade, Java chip and their brownie.
Amol
Am a big fan of Starbucks - esp for the coffees and the outlet ambience. Always had an impression that this outlet would be a super one esp since it is in the CBD @ church street. The ground floor space gets too crowded. Visited in the late noon at around 3.30 pm. The place was really warm (not sure if there were issues with the cooling / AC). The staff is very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us be comfortable. Had high expectations from the Church Street outlet having visited Koramangala, Jayanagar and Indiranagar. Scope to improve the ambience and upkeep of the outlet.

My first experience with Starbucks was at the one in Church Road. <br/>My excitement had no limit as I stay in Kolkata and we did not have a Starbucks back then in the city.<br/><br/>I tried:<br/><br/>1. Caramel Java Chip Frappuccino with Cream: I found the one without caramel better when I tasted it some days later. Nevertheless it was good.<br/>Rating: 4/5<br/><br/>2. Paneer Tikka Sandwich: I found it to be Okay. Could have been better. The one at Coffee Beans and Tea Leaves is anytime a better option!<br/>Rating: 3/5<br/><br/>3. Java Chip Chocolate Muffin: It was good and soft!<br/>Rating: 4/5<br/><br/>Will soon be trying the tea variety and coming up with a review! ;-)<br/><br/>
Ramazah Razvi
Although I love Starbucks. Didn't like their caramel mocha which I tried here. It was not upto the mark. Ambience is fine. Huge space. Nice interior too. Friendly staff.
Annies Food Trail
I love this Starbucks for one special reason - they serve blueberry yogurt smoothie with those super yummy crumbs. It's the only thing that separates this place from others.<br/><br/>Otherwise, good coffee and good WiFi, as usual.
Abidu Rahman
Typical Starbucks experience the coffee was spot on and just what I was hoping for.. good place to chill after roaming around brigade and mg road ..
Sharon Shaju
First of all - it is Starbucks with it's highest quality👍👍highly recommend to all coffee lovers😉i’m paying too much money for these water down drinks lol
Rohan
Ordered Veg quinoa salad, hawaiian veg club sandwich, tall alphonso frappuccino, caramel chocolate crunch, turkey ham and egg wrap and savory quinoa oatmeal under 1500/-. Food is healthy and hygienic.
Ketan Sharma
Place is pretty good, ambience is fine-it gives more of a corporate office look. Coming to main point -the taste that you go with to drink coffee there is totally a disappointment. Seriously you get better coffee in amy ccd outlet than starbucks.
Rohit Mehta
A Good Place to have your early Morning Sunday breakfast with your dear ones. They serve amazing Multigrain Sandwiches with pesto sauce and Muesli and Milk, Eggless Banana Cake and Walnut cake for a healthy and fresh Sunday Breakfast. A must watch place as it's silent and very nice to sit and Enjoy your breakfast.
Asad Chaturvedi
I wouldn’t rate it as the best ever but decent. Same format as most of their outlets but the difference being that this one has two floors. I found them pretty well stocked for the time of the day that I visited them. Very courteous staff but unfortunate the caramel macchiato that I had left a lot to be desired. I have had better without a doubt. <br/><br/>Cheers,
Aaruni712
I used to like coming here and working/studying but off late the service has become extremely low, hygiene maintenance is the worst! <br/>They really need to pick up and get back to where they were!<br/><br/>Other than this, <br/>Best hot Chocolate in the city :)
Aaron Vaz
Over rated coffee, but still a nice place to hangout and sit chatting with a bunch of friends. The ambience is nice. The place is pretty spacious as well.
ALI ASRATH
Good place to sit and talk with buddies. Service is okay okay ..... taste is okay okay , same like everywhere in Starbucks. They should have opened till 1o clock since it’s in church street.
Irfan Sj
Perfect Place for group meetings and for a gathering, very cozy atmosphere ,has a great interior located right next to mg road metro station <br/>•Should Try the double moca Choco chip
Tirna
Being a caffeine addict, this is one of my favourite places... starbucks - the brand name is only self explanatory. <br/>I wont say anything much just go there and grab a coffee or tea of your choice along with some accompaniments and have a great time :)
Payal Singh
Coffee has always been my best. Me and my friend had cappuccino in there and it was good as always. Had a great time in the peaceful ambience.
Ashish Pathak
All of us love having bunch of choices. Choices are good. Buy every once in a while you crave for something familiar, something which has a fundamental connection with you and your taste buds. Something which confirms that in this ever changing world few good things remain unchanged. That is what the coffee drinking experience at Starbucks is like! <br/><br/>Church street had like a gazillion coffee /hangout places but i would find myself turning up here more often than not. Why you may ask. It's Starbucks yo!!
Udit Bhatia
Excellent ambience<br/>Mocha frappe was excellent. Do not forget to sprinkle some nutmeg!<br/>Latte was okayish<br/>All in all standard Starbucks but in the happening church street location
Ridzy
Geeta place, great coffee like always<br/>Good service and ambience<br/>It's always pleasant to come here and spend time alone or with close friends
Saranya Banerjee
It's a real nice place. The java chip frappuccino and the caramel frappuccino are amazing.<br/>As of the ambience it's cozy yet fromal. Loved the place
Kelsang Wngmo Bhutia
This is the besr starbucks outlet in banglore , it has huge space. A perfect place where you can spend a lot of time with someone near and dear. They have variety of things n I choose the fracapuino.
Sindhu Sathyanarayana
Had been here today.. for their celebrating the 100th store in India.. <br/>It was super crowded the queue extended out on the streets.. suffice to say it was crazy!! It took us about half an hour by the time we placed an order.. <br/>I must mention how professional and calm and smiling the ppl taking our orders were even with the amount of crowd and work they were putting in!i think my order was taken by a Roopa. They were still taking time to actually give suggestions and explaining what that drink contained! <br/>Also the servers preparing the drink and passing it out were friendly and even in the frenzy managed to remember names and double checked about the orders! Special mention Sabarinathan.(hope I got the names right)<br/>Overall this place had one of the best services I have experienced.. <br/>the drinks were so so I can say I have had better elsewhere.., it could also have been due to the crowd but I was simply amazed with the service.. it deserves a 5 simply for that!
Pitts....
Liked this outlet for their excellent seating arrangements. The wall sofas at both levels and the lounge sofas on the first floor are really comfortable. The place spreadout quiet nice. It doesn't seem congested at any time here. The India map, showing the bangalore store location, which adorn the entire wall near the stairs, is quiet unique. Saw it in any of SBUX outlet for the first time.<br/><br/>Though had my regular Kenya brewed coffee, but it tasted quiet different this time in terms of aroma. It was refreshingly good.

There are 2 kinda ppl one who love Starbucks and the other who dislikes. The latter being me coz I don't adore their coffee or pastries maybe they're too pricey
Tara Fernandes
Courteous staff, good service. The classic hot chocolate is to die for. And the new salted caramel range is incredibly tasty! Definitely recommend it if you're undecided.
Diya Jose
Best place in the city to enjoy coffee with a book or music. Amazing coffee. And have a good relation to customer's. I love the way they serve people.
Vikas
Not a fan of Starbucks coffee and i didn't liked the cold coffee that much. It's just ok. Place is neat. Again not that great service. Sandwich just tasted ok.
Andronicus
Tried out Starbucks in Bangalore finally.. nice place great ambience in the ground floor.. tried their Americana, caramel frappuccino, iced americano and cappuccino .. all were pretty spot on.. looking forward to trying their sandwiches such looked pretty good.. next time!
Thepinchofyum
I am not a coffee lover. But i had a thought of tasting Starbucks once in a lifetime. The place was little busy even at the time of opening. You have variety of choices to choose your drink.Even who wont like milk can opt for drink w/o milk.I tasted pop'zul and Irish cream frappe.Really loved it.I think now am a coffee lover and a fan of Starbucks!!!!
Simran Mirpuri
We tried the Pop'zel and the new Irish Cream, I honestly felt they have other better options on the<br/>menu. The pop'zel looks absolutely amazing but it's very average, I prefer the Caramel Frappuccino. They have some great sandwiches that I honestly love.
Sonali Mirpuri
The starbucks coffee that I usually have is great, but this time I was really disappointed with the flavor, not the looks of my drinks. I would not recommend either.
Sunetra Maroor
I'm not really a Starbucks fan, I feel the coffee is just overrated.<br/>Anyway, good ambience with nice doodles.<br/>One can sit and sip on a coffee doing their work for long.<br/>Irish Cream Latte and Mint Blend we tried were good.<br/>ps - tables are left uncleaned until one tells them to be cleared. 😕
Anamika Datta
<br/>Naman Datta<br/><br/>I come here for the cheerful service. Gowda, Laxmi, Joel and Sunil, thank you for putting a smile on our faces and going out of your way to make our Starbucks experience beautiful always. At this rate my Gold card is going platinum before you can say 'latte'<br/><br/>Thank you
SRIHARI HS
Ah Starbucks! Had the Irish Latte as recommended by the staff (they change your drink if you don't like their suggestion) and the Toast. The ambience at this one especially is really amazing! Can work very peacefully if you bring your laptops. Great place, have to give it a full 5!
Ashritha G
A perfect place to catch up on work backlogs or even to get a peaceful environment for reading enthusiasts. Standards are well maintained. Friendly atmosphere.
Vidyalakshmi Nair
I think this has to one of my best Starbucks experiences. My favourite at SB is always White Chocolate Mocha Hot and I never remember a time when I have strayed away from this except this time. The lady recommended that I try their new Irish Cream coffee and I was hesitant. Seeing my hesitation, she actually said that if I didn't like it I could exchange it with White Mocha which kinda encouraged me to try something new :) bottomline - I loved the Irish cream thingy but I will stick to white chocolate mocha :)
Harshil Solanki
I love the place because of environment , and I am a coffee lover. Cappuccino mostly I like with cookies. There cold coffee is also good, and pestrvs are also yummy, there service is very quick. I love to go and I will.
Pooja Prasad
This outlet can definitely do better. I can be kept cleaner and more sophisticated. The coffees that I have tried were quite OK. Quite expensive for a cup of ice. I tried the coconut strawberry bliss which amazing refreshing at first but got sickly sweet. On certain days you fail to find seats here, which is a let down since you want to read a book and drink coffee.
Kashish Mittal
The coffee and ambience is good except this outlet is disastrous in service and cleanliness, the staff is less and always running like chickens across the floor. The first floor is always messed up and dirty and we have to call people specially to clean it. Starbucks group this needs attention.
Sumit
Just a random wait time for some work prompted 4 of us for a small munch and coffee session. Ordered Latte which was liked by the audience with me. I indulged with Chicken Sandwich and a special edition cold coffee. The recommendation of the coffee turned out to be great.<br/><br/>The sandwich was Ok but fresh , nothing out of the box or extra ordinary. The place is well done and the service staff is really efficient.<br/><br/>Recommended.!!
Priya Karthika
Love the Java Chip they make. The Brownies are so good. The signature hot chocolate is my go to drink. I'd visit this place often if it weren't for the fact that it's overpriced.
Parthavi Nagarsheth
I had the red velvet and s'mores cheesecake! And they were damn good. <br/>The ambience is great it's cosy and the staff is courteous. Great place to chill and have your signature Starbucks! ⭐️ 💸
Kartik
Good place when you don't want too much crowd and want to sit and sip on your black coffee. The approach to the place is covered with mud due to never ending PWd work in Bangalore. The brewed coffee takes time and till then you can brew and talk. The taste of black brewed coffee is amazing and no one does it better than Starbucks.

Perfect place wherein one can simply sit for long hours over some nicely made snacks and a cold frapuccino and work or meet people. Decent ambience.

I had my stomach upset from food/beverages here, on two separate occasions.<br/><br/>When you're paying nearly Rs 300 for a cup of hot chocolate, you'd assume that ingredients would be fresh.

ruined the Art of Coffee and my Sunday Morning!! <br/>I ordered two lattes and tasted just only milk. The barista woke up too early to go to work and forgot my espresso. RUIN MY SUNDAY MORNING!  Thanks<br/> <br/><br/>TIP: training course for your baristas

A great place to hangout. This place has a really cozy and warm ambience. We had ordered their s'mores coffee with double meat club sandwich and egg white and chicken ham sandwich. Coffees were great. Sandwiches were quite average. But over all a very nice experience.

I am a big time Starbucks fan and believes it has its own value. They have warm ambience with comfortable seating. They have their own quality.<br/><br/>This is a perfect place to meet up long lost friends and spend hours talking.

I'm not really a Starbucks fan. I think their coffee is highly overrated. Decent place to sip coffee or may be have a dessert if you're stuck with some spare time while waiting for someone.

Definitely too pricey, but good for occasional visits and hanging out with friends. Very pretty ambience and good quality coffee. Their new hazelnut flavoured coffee shake was quite good and is worth a try.

Nicely location with standard Starbucks ambience and courteous staff... You can find people coming in even at midnight... Good place if you are shopping on brigade road...

Over rated and the taste of the coffee ain't that great. The only latte that I like here was the java chip. Everything else is just average.

Though I had been to church street many times I had never gone to this Starbucks. The ambience is pretty good and spacious with seating upstairs and downstairs. We ordered red hat mocha frappuccino and blueberry delight pastry. Service was pretty quick. The red hat mocha frappuccino had strawberry sauce and chocolate whipped cream and normal whipped cream on top. Cold coffee was good. The pastry was light and creamy with blueberry sauce on top. Rates are high compared to other coffee shops. Worth a visit if you are nearby the place.
